Jiang-Zhang is a Physiological type of Cinnamomum porrectum (Roxb.) Kosterm. The essential oil of leaves of Jiang-Zhang can be extracted by steam distillation, with yields of 0.5–0.8%. It contained dtral (α-,β-citral) 64.11% and can be used in aromatic and medicinal industries. We used the methods of GC, IR, GC/MS/DS and prepared derivative and 47 chemical constituents were identified, as follows: α-thujene (0.06 %), α-pinene (2.42%), camphene (1.26%), sabinene (0.21%),β- pinene (1.38%) myrcene(0.38%), α-phellandrene (0.32%),△3-carene (0.01%), p-cymene(0.21%),α-limonene (1.57%), 1 8-cineole (0.82 % ), β-phellandrene (0.10 %), cis-linalool oxide(0.07 % ), linalool (8.43 % ) epicamphor(0.26 % ), camphor(1.10 %), borneol( 1.07 % ), β-citral (neral) (28.28 % ), geraniol (0.25%), nerol (0.47%), α-citral (geranial) (35.83%), methyl citronellate (0.12%), n-undecane (0.18), safrole (0.02), methyl geranate (0.23%), geranyl formate (0.09%), α-copaene (0.12%), trans-methyl cinnamate (0.02%), n-dodecane (0.20), β-elemene (0.12%), caryophyllene (4.67%), α-guaiene (0.04), β-guaiene (0.06%), β-selinene (0.97%), azulene (0.38%), β-cubebene (0.30%), n-pentadecane (0.05%), β-gurjunene (0.04 %), epi-β-santalene (0.46 %), aremophliene (0.05 % ), alloaromadendrene (0.03 % ), α-elemene (0.26%), trans-β-farnesene (0.04%), (z)-β-farnesene (0.30%), r-elemene (0.03%), β-bisaboiol(0.41%), cedrol (0.16%), respectively.  相似文献

从玉米须60%乙醇提取液中分离得到了14个化合物,经波谱学方法分别鉴定为柯伊利素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、柯伊利素-6-C-β-波伊文糖-7-O-β-葡萄糖苷(2)、柯伊利素-6-C-β-波伊文糖苷(3)、L-鼠李糖(4)、豆甾-4-烯-3β,6β-二醇(5)、7α-羟基谷甾醇(6)、7β-羟基谷甾醇(7)、胡萝卜苷棕榈酸酯(8)、大豆脑苷I(9)、7α-羟基谷甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(11)、棕榈酸(12)、胡萝卜苷(13)和β-谷甾醇(14),其中化合物1、4和7~12为首次从玉米须中分离得到。  相似文献

采用现代分离技术和方法,从延胡索根茎中分离得到17个化合物,通过波谱分析鉴定其结构。包括11个生物碱类化合物,二氢白屈菜红碱(1)、去氢紫堇碱(2)、四氢非洲防己胺(3)、异紫堇球碱(4)、紫堇碱(5)、四氢黄连碱(6)、药根碱(7)、黄连碱(8)、小檗碱(12)、巴马汀(13)和延胡索乙素(14);2个蒽醌类化合物,大黄素(9)和大黄素甲醚(10);1个三萜类化合物,即3β-羟基-齐墩果烷-111,3(18)-二烯-28-酸(11)和3个甾醇类化合物,豆甾醇(15)、β-谷甾醇(16)和胡萝卜苷(17)。其中,化合物9~11首次从该属植物中分离得到,1首次从该种中分离得到。  相似文献

The flowers of Jasminum sambac (L.) Ait. are noted for their fresh and delicate pleasant fragrance. We used the XAD-4 (Robin and Haas Co.) hydrophobic resin to absorb the fragrance released from the flowers and had a satisfied result. The Head Space was analysed by means of capillary GC/MS/DS combination and 37 constituents were identified. They are ethyl acetate (0.22%), 3-methyl cyclopentene (0.13%), 2-methyl hexane ( 0.09 % ), 2, 2, 3, 4-tetramethyl petane (0.07 % ), n-heptane (0.03 % ), phenyl- 2-propanone (0.05%), 2-methyl butate (0.03 % ), 3-methyl heptane (0.02%), butyl acetate (0.12 % ), 2-methyl propen-2-1y acetate (0.04 % ), n-hexen-l-ol ( 1.06% ), 6-methyl-2-hepta- none (0.18%), 6-methyl 5-hepten-2-one (0.12%), carbamyl benzoate (0.42%), β-pinene ( 0.53 % ), 3- hexenyl acetate ( 13.80 % ), limonene ( 0.12 % ), benzaldehyde ( 1.13 % ), ocimene ( 0.06 % ), methyl benzoate ( 6.27 % ), linalool ( 25.01% ), trans-linalool oxide ( 0.32 % ), benzyl acetate (23.71%), 3-hexenyl butate ( 1.72% ), methyl salicylate (2.55%), cyclohexyl formate (0.10%), indole ( 1.83% ), 2, 6-dimethyl 5-heptenal (0.05%), methyl anthranilate (1.56%), 2, 6-dimethyl heptenal (0.53%), β-caryophyllene (0.32%), β-farnsene (0.10%), humulene ( 0.21% ), γ -cadinene (0.62%), cis-caryophyllene ( 13.67% ), trans, trans-farnsol (0.35%), cyclohexyl benzoate ( 3.37% ), respectively.  相似文献

Neurofilament proteins (NFP) are intermediate filaments found in the neuronal cytoskeleton. They are highly phosphorylated, a condition that is believed to be responsible for the assembly and stability of the filaments. Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) time-of-flight (TOF) mass spectrometry (MS) shows molecular masses for bovine NFP subunits of 63, 105, and 125 kDa for NFL, NFM, and NFH. Mass spectrometric de novo sequencing was used to determine the N-terminal sequence of bovine NFM (115 amino acids), which was previously unknown. Molecular mass information shows that there is one-half equivalent phosphate group on NFL and 24 on NFM. For the first time, it is shown that bovine NFL has three phosphorylation sites (Ser(55), Ser(66), and Ser(472)) and NFM has 22 (Ser(512), Ser(546), Ser(554), Ser(560), Thr(627), Ser(629), Ser(634), Ser(639), Thr(646), Ser(649), Ser(654), Ser(664), Ser(669), Thr(676), Ser(679), Ser(684), Ser(694), Ser(726), Ser(750), Ser(756), Ser(770), and Ser(846)) and two tentative sites (Ser(659)/Thr(661) and Thr(840)). Ser(66) was previously not known to be phosphorylated in NFL of other species, while two sites (Ser(55) and Ser(472)) are consistent with the phosphorylations observed in other mammalian NFLs. The three sites, Ser(55), Ser(66), Ser(472), are heterogeneously phosphorylated. Phosphorylation in bovine NFM occurs mainly in the Lys-Ser-Pro (KSP) region, but the Val-Ser-Pro and Ser-Glu-Lys motifs are also phosphorylated. Most of the phosphorylation sites are in accordance with those previously identified in other mammalian NFMs. In bovine NFM, 16 out of the 22 sites are always phosphorylated (Ser(512), Thr(627), Ser(629), Ser(634), Ser(639), Thr(646), Ser(649), Ser(654), Ser(664), Ser(669), Thr(676), Ser(679), Ser(684), Ser(694), Ser(726), and Ser(750)), all of which are contained in the KSP region, and six are sometimes phosphorylated (Ser(546), Ser(554), Ser(560), Ser(756), Ser(770), and Ser(846)). The NFPs have other modifications, including deamidation, oxidation, and N-terminal acetylation. Pyroglutamic acid formation also occurs.  相似文献

The essential oils of two Alpinia species, ie. A. hainanensis and A. katsumadai, from Hainan Island, China were analyzed by using GC-MS. The major constituents in the leaf oil of A. hainanensis were ocimene (27.4%), beta-pinene (10.1%), 9-octadecenoic acid (6.5%), n-hexadecanoic acid (5.8%), 9,12-octadecadienoic acid (5.4%), and terpinen (4.3%). The oil constituents obtained from the flowers of A. hainanensis were ocimene (39.8%), beta-pinene (17.7%), terpinene (5.5%), p-menth-1-en-ol (4.9%), caryophyllene (4.9%), and phellandrene (4.4%). In A. katsumadai, the major constituents in the leaf oil were p-menth-1-en-ol (22.0%), terpinen (19.0%), 4-carene (9.1%), 1,8-cineole (8.3%), and camphor (5.6%). The major constituents in the flower oil were p-menth-1-en-ol (21.3%), 1,8-cineole (20.2%), terpinen (12.6%), phellandrene (7.0%), 4-carene (6.4%), and beta-pinene (5.2%).  相似文献

The collection of DNA from 239 Moscow residents and 62 St. Petersburg residents has been investigated by means of a biochip for genotyping haplogroup markers of the Y chromosome, including M130 (C), M145 (DE), P257 (G), M69 (II), U179 (I), M304 (J), M185 (L), M231 (N), M175 (O), P224 (R), L146 (R1a), and M343 (R1b). The distribution of haplogroup frequency in populations native to Moscow and St. Petersburg has been obtained. Three subsamples that vary in the duration of residence (one, two, or three generations) were compared. The increase in J, G, and R1b frequencies may be related to immigration from the Caucasus and other regions.  相似文献

Analysis of the essential oil of the liverwort Radula perrottetii afforded two novel viscidane diterpenes, viscida-3,9,14-triene (1), viscida-3,11(18),14-triene (2), four bisabolane sesquiterpenes, bisabola-2,6,11-triene (3), bisabola-1,3,5,7(14),11-pentaene (4), bisabola-1,3,5,7,11-pentaene (5), 6,7-epoxybisabola-2,11-diene (6), and 1-methoxy-4-(2-methylpropenyl)benzene (7) as new natural products. In addition, the known compounds bisabola-1,3,5,7(14),10-pentaene (8), ar-tenuifolene (9), alpha-helmiscapene (10), and beta-helmiscapene (11) were also isolated. Isolation was carried out by preparative gas chromatography, and the structures were established by extensive NMR analysis. This is the first finding of viscidane diterpenes in liverworts. Compounds 8, 9 and the rarely encountered eudesmane sesquiterpene hydrocarbons 10 and 11 are reported for the first time from R. perrottetii.  相似文献

The chemical composition of essential oil samples from needles of six species of five-needle pines (Pinus pumila, Pinus sibirica, Pinus parviflora, Pinus armandii, Pinus koraiensis, and Pinus cembra) and one natural interspecific hybrid Pinus sibirica × Pinus pumila has been studied by the chromato-mass spectrometry method. Essential oils have been prepared by simultaneous steam distillation-extraction. The analysis of the samples?? composition showed that the main constituents of the essential oils were the following mono- and sesquiterpenic compounds: ??-pinene (5?C63%), camphene (0.7?C3.6%), ??-pinene (0.7?C7%), ??-myrcene (0.5?C3.4%), 3-carene (0?C16%), limonene (0.6?C7.9%), ??-phellandrene (0.7?C5.3%), terpinolene (0.4?C6.7%), bornyl acetate (0.2?C12%), ??-terpenyl acetate (0?C4.6%), caryophyllene (0.4?C24%), humulene (0.1?C4%), germacrene D (0.1?C24%), bicyclogermacrene (0.1?C3.6%), ??-cadinene (0.9?C2.3%), ??-cadinene (2.2?C6.1%), germacrene D-4-ol (0?C6.8%), T-cadinol (0.7?C2.9%), and ??-cadinol (0.7?C6.0%).  相似文献

The study was aimed at determining sensitivity of shigellae to antibacterial preparations and their clinical effectiveness for correcting recommendations on the empirical therapy of acute Shigella infections (ASI). The sensitivity of 164 S. flexneri strains and 80 S. sonnei strains, isolated in 1996-2003 in the Sumy region, Ukraine, was determined with respect to 19 antibacterial preparations: ampicillin (Am), tetracycline (Te), rifampicin (Ri), chloramphenicol (Ca), streptomycin (St), fusidin (Fu), kanamycin (Kn), erythromycin (Er), carbenicillin (Cb), doxycycline (Do), gentamicin (Ge), ofloxacin (Of), cefazolin (Cf), ciprofloxacin (Cp). S. flexneri and S. sonnei were found to be highly sensitive to Am (100%), Te (100%), Cb (90% and 50% respectively), Do (90% and 35% respectively), Fu (100%), Er (100%), Ri (100%), Ca (71.8% and 45% respectively), St (81% and 40% respectively). Some isolated cultures were resistant to fluorochinolones. In addition, the clinical and laboratory analysis of the effectiveness of some preparations was carried out. A total of 202 patients, divided into 6 groups, received furazolidone, chloramphenicol, norfloxacin, phthalazole, polymyxin and the combination of several antibacterial preparations. High efficiency of norfloxacin in the treatment of ASI was confirmed. The use of other preparations and their combinations was found to produce only a slight effect.  相似文献

In this study, via a bioactivity-guided fractionation of MeOH extracts of the fruits of Piper nigrum, alkamide (5) and five previously-identified alkamides were isolated. Their structures were elucidated via spectroscopic analysis ((1)H, (13)C NMR and ESI-MS), as follows: retrofractamide A (1), pipercide (2), piperchabamide D (3), pellitorin (4), dehydroretrofractamide C (5) and dehydropipernonaline (6). The IC(50) values determined for the compounds were 24.5 (1), 3.7 (2), 13.5 (3), 40.5 (4), 60 (5) and 90 microM (6), according to the results of an ACAT enzyme assay system using rat liver microsomes. These compounds all inhibited cholesterol esterification in HepG2 cells.  相似文献

Nine compounds, aristolochic acid (1), aristolochic acid- Ⅱ (2), aristolochic acid- Ⅲ a (3), aristoloside (4), aristolactam-N-β-D-glucoside (5), aristolactam-β-D-glucoside (6), tuberosinone (7), tuberosinone N-β-D-glucoside (8) and 6-O-p-coumaroyl-D-glucopyranose (9), were isolated from methanol extracts of fresh roots of Aristolochia cinnabarina. 从红花绿绒蒿(Meconopsis punicea)植物地上部分中分离得到17个化合物,通过MS和NMR等方法将它们的结构分别鉴定为karachine(1)、valachine(2)、二氢血根碱(dihydrosanguinarine,3)、威尔士绿绒蒿定碱((?)-mecambridine,4)、原鸦片碱(protopine,5)、马齿苋酰胺E(oleracein E,6)、anhydroberberillic acid(7)、小糪碱(berberine,8)、阿苞碱(alborine,9)、木犀草素(luteolin,10)、小麦黄素(tricin,11)、二氢槲皮素(dihydroquerce-tin,12)、洋芹素(apigenin,13)、大风子素(hydnocarpin,14)、小麦黄素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(tricin 7-O-β-D-glucopyr-anoside,15)、对羟基桂皮酸(p-coumaric acid,16)和尿嘧啶(uracil,17)。其中,化合物1~3、7、15和17为首次从该属植物中分离得到;6、8、11和14为首次从该种植物中分离得到,采用二维NMR技术首次归属了化合物1和2的1H和13C NMR信号。  相似文献
