Du fait de l’histoire géologique des Mascareignes et des trajectoires cycloniques dans le sud-ouest de l’océan Indien, l’affinité de la faune odonatologique de la Réunion est essentiellement mauricienne. L’étude de la distribution des Odonates en fonction des différents écosystèmes aquatiques de l’île montre que: 1. Les espèces indigènes ayant une vaste répartition géographique se rencontrent essentiellement dans les écosystèmes ouverts de basse et moyenne altitude (de 0 à 800 m d’altitude). Ces écosystèmes peuvent héberger jusqu’à 13 espèces et possèdent les plus fortes densités odonatologiques. 2. La faune odonatologique de la Réunion se distingue de celle des autres îles de la sous-région malgache par la présence de deux espèces continentales cantonnées à des altitudes supérieures à 1000 m. 3. Les espèces endémiques fréquentent surtout les écosystèmes forestiers. Ces écosystèmes ne présentent au plus que cinq espèces de la faune odonatologique de l’île. En définitive, il apparaît donc que la spéciation des Odonates à la Réunion ne se fait pas dans les écosystèmes diversifiés comportant des espèces à large répartition géographique, mais dans un ensemble d’écosystèmes marginaux à faible diversité odonatologique.  相似文献

Résumé L'AGCD gère 60% de l'aide publique belge au développement. Celle-ci consiste essentiellement en l'envoi de personnel belge qualifié ou d'experts, en l'apport d'équipement et de matériel, en le financement d'études ou en la formation de cadres locaux. En pratique l'AGCD travaille soit en responsabilité directe soit en collaboration avec des institutions spécialisées, universités, centres de recherche, organisations non gouvernementales ou internationales. De plus l'AGCD dispose de moyens d'intervention de type financier tels que le Fonds des Prêts à des Etats Etrangers et le Fonds de la Coopération au Développement.
Summary The Belgian Administration for Development Cooperation (AGCD) is responsible for 60% of the Belgian public cooperation with Developing Countries. In addition to the standard means of cooperation like training, fellowships, Belgian experts, feasibility studies, donation of equipment and materials, etc., AGCD has been recently given two new instruments of cooperation, namely: the Fund for Loan to Foreign Countries and the Fund for Development Cooperation. Thanks to these new instruments AGCD is now in a position to assist by offering concessional loans, by participating in the equity of state-owned companies and by granting credit lines to national development banks. In the field of anaerobic digestion AGCD is presently undertaking two main projects: one in Burundi with the University of Louvain-la Neuve and another in Indonesia with the University of Ghent. It also co-finances punctual initiatives of non-governmental organisations and is finalizing the negotiations for the Belgian contribution to the World Bank Energy System Management Assistance Programme (better known as the ESMAP). Furthermore, Belgium is preparing a cooperation programme jointly with the World Bank to promote the biomethanation of organic domestic refuse.

Resumen La Administración General de Cooperación para el Desarrollo es responsable del 60% de la cooperación belga con países en desarrollo. Además de los sistemas tradicionales de cooperación tales como ayudas para formación, becas, profesionales belgas, proyectos, donación de equipo y materiales, etc. se ha dotado recientemente a la AGCD con dos nuevos instrumentos de cooperación, más concretamente: la Fundación de Crédito a países Extranjeros y la Fundación para la Cooperación al Desarrollo. Gracias a estos nuevos instrumentos la AGCD puede ahora ofrecer asistencia mediante la concesión de prestamos, participando en la gestión de empresas públicas y asegurando lineas de crédito para los bancos nacionales de desarrollo. En el area de la digestión anaerobia la AGCD tiene dos proyectos en curso: uno en Burundi en colaboración con la Universidad de Louvain-la-Neuve y otro en Indonesia con la Universidad de Ghent. La AGCD también co-financia iniciativas puntuales de organizaciones extra gubernamentales y esta en vías de finalizar las negociaciones para determinar la contribución belga al programa del Banco Mundial de asistencia para la gestión de recursos energéticos (conocido como ESMAP). Belgica esta además preparando un programa de cooperación con el Banco Mundial para promover la biometanación de desechos orgánicos domésticos.

Analysis of the evolutionary conservation and change of the Y human specific Hae III 2.4 kb repeated sequence were studied between man and anthropoïd species after restriction with EcoRI endonuclease. In chimpanzee, blocks of these repeats are absent, the remaining copies being interspersed with other sequences. A close similarity of the restriction patterns of these sequences is found between gorilla and man.  相似文献

Effects of gibberellic acid and kinetic on α-amylase production during the germination of barley. - The action of gibberellic acid and kinetin, alone or combined at different concentrations, has been studied on α-amylase production in whole barley seedlings and in embryoless endosperms in course of the six first days of development in the dark. The classic activation of α-amylase synthesis by gibberellic acid has been confirmed both in whole seeds and in embryoless endosperms. Kinetin inhibits α-amylase synthesis after the third day of germination but has no effect on isolated endosperms. When gibberellic acid and kinetin are given simultaneously gibberellic acid stimulated during the three first days just as it does alone, kinetin inhibits after the third day also as it was alone so that the two regulators act, without interactions, at different stages in the time. These effects of kinetin are be independent. A critical examination of the techniques used in the literature in the stud of amylase is made.  相似文献

Osteochondritis, or Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease (LCP), is a necrosis of the proximal femoral epiphysis. This vascular accident entails on the complex phenomenon of growth of the child's hip and can result in deformations or even a strict destruction of the proximal femoral epiphysis. The aim of this article is to show the interest of the bone scintigraphy (BS) in precocious diagnosis and follow-up of LCP disease. In this aim, we introduced a clinical case of LCP disease where BS allowed a precocious diagnosis and a strigent monitoring. Discussion of case includes a systematic review of literature.  相似文献

Since a few years, the study of prehistoric Uruguay and of its symbolical expression, rockart, has become a new subject of interest. Important programs of prospection, researches, protection and valorization of sites have been conducted, especially in the north of the country and contribute to the knowledge of an archeological heritage of an exceptional quality and a great density, that was until now unknown. Thanks to the international scientific cooperation and exchange program “ECOS-Sud”, the Department of Prehistory of the natural history national Museum of France (Paris) and the department of archeology of the Faculty of Human Sciences and Education of the Republic University in Uruguay (Montevideo), an important scientific and technical partnership have been set up. It reinforces and diversifies the existent links between our institutions and more generally between France and numerous countries of South America.  相似文献

Résumé Les cellules du mésentéron des ouvrières, des reines et des mâles de Formica polyctena F. possèdent un certain nombre de particularités cytologiques dont l'évolution a été suivie au cours du développement post-embryonnaire et du cycle annuel.A l'apex des cellules de régénération les microvillosités se différencient avant l'élimination des cellules caduques larvaires ou nymphales. A partir de la nymphose une activité sécrétoire apocrine se manifeste dans la partie dorsale de l'épithélium du mésentéron, l'ensemble des cellules assurant par ailleurs la fonction absorbante de l'organe. Il existe deux sortes d'inclusions cytoplasmiques, des polysaccharides et des concrétions minérales. Les polysaccharides sont surtout abondants chez les larves et les nymphes: le glycogène, polysaccharide de réserve, est utilisé au cours de l'histogénèse; des mucopolysaccharides acides, d'origine golgienne, représentent une sécrétion muqueuse. Les sphérocristaux sont constitués de strates concentriques de phosphates et chlorures de calcium et d'une matrice de mucopolysaccharides. La cristallisation des éléments minéraux s'effectue, à partir de la nymphose seulement, dans les citernes ergastoplasmiques. Cette accumulation d'ions pourrait être en relation avec le régime alimentaire de l'insecte ou représenter une voie d'excrétion.
Histophysiological studies on the postembryonic development and the annual cycle of Formica II. Histochemical and ultrastructural characteristics of the midgut of F. polyctena
Summary The midgut cells of workers, queens and males of the ant Formica polyctena show cytological characteristics which were studied in the course of postembryonic development and annual cycle. The microvilli of the regenerating cells appear before the elimination of the regressing larval and pupal cells. At the time of pupation, an active phase of apocrine secretion begins in the dorsal part of the midgut epithelium, while the absorptive function is carried out by all cells of the organ.Two types of cytoplasmic inclusions coexist: polysaccharides and mineral concretions. The polysaccharides are particulary abundant in larvae and pupae. Glycogen is metabolized during histogenesis; acid mucopolysaccharides, elaborated in the Golgi apparatus, represent a mucous secretion. The spherites are composed of concentric strata of calcium phosphate and chloride and a matrix of mucopolysaccharides. These minerals form in the ergastoplasmic cisternae of pupal cells only. Their accumulation could be related to the insect's diet, or it could reflect a process of excretion.

Globozoospermia is a severe form of teratozoospermia characterized by round-headed sperms with absence or presence of a rudimentary acrosome. The objective of this study is to analyze sperm from six patients with globozoospermia syndrome and report the results of 11 intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) attempts. The investigation of these issues was carried out by studying the sperm aneuploidy rate by fluorescent in situ hybridization (sperm-FISH) for chromosomes X, Yand 18. The rate of DNA fragmentation was studied by using the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labelling (TUNEL) technique and a detailed ultrastructural morphology study of the sperm using transmission electron microscopy. Eleven ICSI attempts were performed in patients with low fertilization rate, (9.37%) and pregnancy did not occur. This study confirmed the variability of sperm phenotypes observed in this syndrome and the low fertilization rates after IVF-ICSI regardless of the phenotype.  相似文献

The effect of growth temperature on the evolution of kinetic parameters and yields was determined for Candida lipolytica cultures with ntetradecane as substrate, in a temperature range of 18°C to 30°C, which is below the critical growth temperature in order to work only in the activation zone of these parameters.In such a culture limited by substrate transfer, growth rate depends on biological rates, related to microorganisms characteristics, and diffusional rates, related to mass transfer. The effect of temperature thus depends on the limiting step. The activation energy, calculated from exponential growth rate determinations is .When the activation energy is calculated from the maximal rate of cell production (determined at the growth curve's inflexion point), it's found to be E X=71,200 J/mole in the 18°C–24°C range, and E X=28,000 J/mole in the 24°C–30°C range. The latter one is characteristic of a diffusion-limited process. Above 24°C, growth is controlled by substrate-transfer, as physiological potentialities are preferentially increased with temperature than diffusional ones: 24°C is thus the transition temperature T t from physiological to diffusional limitation.The apparent yield is almost constant, over the 18°C to 30°C temperature range, although maintenance coefficients are very dependent on temperature. The activation energies related to maintenance coefficients for alkane and oxygen respectively are and .The m s/mO 2 ratio is about 3 (g/g), whereas that, for a strict oxidation reaction of n-tetradecane ought to be 3.47 (g/g). A satisfactory correlation, relating maintenance coefficients to the maximal growth rate of yeast, is given.

2275 samples have been collected with the Continuous Plankton Recorder of Hardy at a standard depth of 10 meteres in the English Channel and the Bay of Biscay between 1958–1965. Biological as well as statistical analyses have been carried out to provide data on annual fluctuations of 34 species of copepods and phytoplankton. Methods of analysis of variance and the correlation coefficient analysis were used for this purpose. The results are presented in the form of triangular matrices showing the annual fluctuations of species in the different areas considered and the relationship between different species in each area. These methods allowed us to define separate groups of species that could be called annual communities.

The optical luminescence dating (OSL) method has been applied to loess deposits associated with a “Late” Aurignacian industry already dated by 14C. Both dating results are in good agreement. This study demonstrates that lithic industries with some aurignacian tools are still present few thousand years before the Last Maximum Glacial in the Romanian Danube Plain.  相似文献
