Effects of N-formyl chemotactic peptides on the Ca2+ influx and efflux were investigated in guinea-pig peritoneal macrophages using an isotope tracer. fMet-Leu-Phe did not enhance the influx of 45Ca2+ into macrophages, whereas it stimulated the efflux of 45Ca2+ from macrophages at concentrations ranging from 10?10 M to 10?7 M. fMet-Met-Met and fMet-Leu also stimulated the 45Ca2+ efflux, albeit at much higher concentrations, while there was no stimulation with fMet. The mitochondrial inhibitors, oligomycin and NaN3, did not modify the 45Ca2+ efflux induced by the chemoattractants, yet they did induce the release of 45Ca2+ from the mitochondria. On the other hand, higher concentrations of the calmodulin antagonists, chlorpromazine and trifluoperazine, induced the release of 45Ca2+ from the NaN3-insensitive Ca2+ store site and mimicked the enhancement of the 45Ca2+ efflux by N-formyl chemotactic peptides. Thus, N-formyl chemotactic peptides appear to increase the levels of intracellular free Ca2+ in guinea-pig peritoneal macrophages, probably by inducing the release of Ca2+ from the NaN3-insensitive Ca2+ store site.  相似文献

In electrically non-excitable cells, one major source of Ca2+ influx is through the store-operated (or Ca2+ release-activated Ca2+) channel by which the process of emptying the intracellular Ca2+ stores results in the activation of Ca2+ channels in the plasma membrane. Using both whole-cell patch-clamp and Ca2+ imaging technique, we describe the electrophysiology mechanism underlying formyl-peptide receptor like 1 (FPRL1) linked to intracellular Ca2+ mobilization. The FPRL1 agonists induced Ca2+ release from the endoplasmic reticulum and subsequently evoked ICRAC-like currents displaying fast inactivation in K562 erythroleukemia cells which expresses FPRL1, but had almost no effect in K562 cells treated with FPRL1 RNA-interference and HEK293 cells which showed no FPRL1 expression. The currents were impaired after either complete store depletion by the sarco/endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase inhibitor thapsigargin, or after inhibition of PLC by U73122. Our results present the first evidence that FPRL1 is a potent mediator in the activation of CRAC channels.  相似文献

Activation of protein kinase C has been shown to reduce the Ca2+ responses of a variety of cell types. In most cases, the reduction is due to inhibition of Ca2+ influx, but acceleration of Ca2+ efflux and inhibition of Ca2+ store depletion by protein kinase C activation have also been described. For adherent RBL-2H3 mucosal mast cells, results from whole-cell patch clamp experiments suggest that protein kinase C activation reduces Ca2+ influx, while experiments with intact, fura-2-loaded cells suggest that Ca2+ influx is not affected. Here we present single-cell data from Ca2+ imaging experiments with adherent RBL-2H3 cells, showing that antigen-stimulated Ca2+ responses of phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA)-treated cells are more transient than those of control cells. PMA also reduced the response to antigen in the absence of extracellular Ca2+, indicating that depletion of intracellular Ca2+ stores is inhibited. If PMA was added after stores had been depleted by thapsigargin, a small decrease in [Ca2+]i was observed, consistent with a slight inhibition of Ca2+ influx. However, the major effect of PMA on the antigen-stimulated Ca2+ response is to inhibit depletion of intracellular Ca2+ stores. We also show that inhibition of protein kinase C did not enhance the Ca2+ response to antigen, suggesting that inhibition of the Ca2+ response by activation of protein kinase C does not contribute to the physiological response to antigen. Antibody to galactocerebroside (anti- GalC) has been shown to evoke a Ca2+ response in cultured glioma U- 87 MG cells. The rise in [Ca2+]i was due to release of Ca2+ from the intracellular stores and influx through the plasma membrane. The rise in [Ca2+]i was markedly inhibited by neomycin sulphate and phorbol dibutyrate suggesting the involvement of phosphoinositides in Ca2+ mobilization. The Ca2+ response induced by anti- GalC was rapidly desensitized and repeated addition of anti- GalC did not elevate the [Ca2+]i. Heterologous desensitization was observed with bradykinin and adenosine triphosphate. The intracellular Ca2+ store mobilized by anti- GalC appears to be the IPin3 sensitive pool of endoplasmic reticulum. The influx of Ca2+ is mediated by a channel. The Ca2+ influx was also prevented by pretreatment of cells with neomycin sulphate or phorbol dibutyrate. We propose that galactocerebroside may be associated with phospholipase C or other proteins linked to the phosphoinositide pathway of transmembrane signalling and anti- GalC activates the breakdown of phosphoinositides and thus mobilizes Ca2+ in U-87 MG cells.  相似文献

Store-operated Ca2+ entry (SOCE) is a universal mechanism to increase intracellular Ca2+ concentrations in non-excitable cells. It is initiated by the depletion of ER Ca2+ stores, activation of stromal interaction molecule (STIM) 1 and gating of the Ca2+ release activated Ca2+ (CRAC) channel ORAI1 in the plasma membrane. We identified a minimal activation domain in the cytoplasmic region of STIM1 (CCb9) which activated Ca2+ influx and CRAC currents (ICRAC) in the absence of store depletion similar to but more potently than the entire C terminus of STIM1. A STIM1 fragment (CCb7) that is longer by 31 amino acids than CCb9 at its C terminal end showed reduced ability to constitutively activate ICRAC consistent with our observation that CCb9 but not CCb7 efficiently colocalized with and bound to ORAI1. Intracellular application of a 31 amino acid peptide contained in CCb7 but not CCb9 inhibited constitutive and store-dependent CRAC channel activation. In summary, these findings suggest that CCb9 represents a minimal ORAI1 activation domain within STIM1 that is masked by an adjacent 31 amino acid peptide preventing efficient CRAC channel activation in cells with replete Ca2+ stores.  相似文献

Abstract: A large body of evidence suggests that disturbances of Ca2+ homeostasis may be a causative factor in the neurotoxicity induced by excitatory amino acids (EAAs). The route or routes by which an increase in intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca2+]i) is mediated in vivo are presently not clarified. This may partly reflect the complexity of intact nervous tissue in combination with the relative unspecific action of the available “calcium antagonists,” e.g., blockers of voltage-sensitive calcium channels. By using primary cultures of cortical neurons as a model system, it has been found that all EAAs stimulate increases in [Ca2+]i but via different mechanisms. By using the drug dantrolene, it has been shown that 2-amino-3-(3-hydroxy-5-methylisoxazol-4-yl)propionate (AMPA) apparently exclusively stimulates Ca2+ influx through agonist-operated calcium channels and voltage-operated calcium channels. Increased [Ca2+]i due to exposure to kainate (KA) is for the major part caused by influx, as in the case of AMPA, but a small part of the increase in [Ca2+]i may be attributed to a release of Ca2+ from intracellular stores. Quisqualate (QA) stimulates Ca2+ release from an intracellular store that is independent of Ca2+ influx; presumably this store is activated by inositol phosphates. The increase in [Ca2+]i due to exposure to glutamate or N-methyl-d -aspartate (NMDA) may be compartmentalized into three components, one of which is related to influx and the other two to Ca2+ release from internal stores. Only one of the latter stores is dependent on Ca2+ influx with regard to release of Ca2+, whereas the other is activated by some other second messengers or, alternatively, directly coupled to the receptor. In muscles dantrolene is known to inhibit Ca2+ release from the sarcoplasmic reticulum, and also in neurons dantrolene inhibits an equivalent release from one or more hitherto unidentified internal Ca2+ pool(s). By using this drug it has been possible to show to what extent these Ca2+ stores are involved in the toxicity observed subsequent to exposure to the EAAs. It turned out that dantrolene, even under conditions allowing Ca2+ influx, inhibited toxicity induced by QA, NMDA, and glutamate, whereas that induced by AMPA or KA was unaffected. In combination with the findings that dantrolene inhibited release from the intracellular stores activated by QA, NMDA, and glutamate, it may be concluded that Ca2+ influx per se is not the primary event causing toxicity following exposure to these EAAs in these neurons. However, it may certainly be involved in the cases of toxicity induced by AMPA and KA. Finally, it should be pointed out that this model only serves as a much simplified working hypothesis and that the situation in vivo is much more complex.  相似文献

Calcium influx via the NMDA receptor has been proposed as a mechanism of hypoxia-induced neuronal injury. The present study tests the hypothesis that the increase of [Ca2+]i observed under hypoxic conditions is the result of an NMDA-mediated Ca2+ influx. Changes of [Ca2+]i, measured fluorometrically with Fura-2, were followed after activation of the NMDA receptor with NMDA and glutamate, in the presence of glycine, in cortical synaptosomes prepared from six normoxic and six hypoxic guinea pig fetuses. [Ca2+]i was significantly higher in hypoxic vs normoxic synaptosomes, at baseline and in the presence of glycine as well as following activation of the NMDA receptor. Increase in [Ca2+]i was not observed in a Ca2+ free medium and was significantly decreased by MK-801 and thapsigargin. These results demonstrate that hypoxia-induced modifications of the NMDA receptor ion-channel results in increased [Ca2+]i in hypoxic vs normoxic synaptosomes. This increased accumulation may be due to an initial influx of Ca2+ via the altered NMDA receptor with subsequent release of Ca2+ from intracellular stores. Increase in intracellular calcium may initiate several pathways of free radical generation including cyclooxygenase, lipoxygenase, xanthine oxidase and nitric oxide synthase, and lead to membrane lipid peroxidation resulting in neuronal cell damage.  相似文献

Physiological platelet activation and thrombus formation are essential to stop bleeding in case of vascular injury, whereas inadequate triggering of the same process in diseased vessels can lead to fatal thromboembolism and tissue ischemia of vital organs. A central step in platelet activation is agonist-induced elevation of the intracellular Ca2+ concentration. This happens on the one hand through the release of Ca2+ from intracellular stores and on the other hand through Ca2+ influx from the extracellular space. In platelets, the major Ca2+ influx pathway is the so-called store operated Ca2+ entry (SOCE), induced by store depletion. Studies in the last five years discovered the molecular background of platelet SOCE. Stromal interaction molecule 1 (STIM1) and Orai1, two so far unknown molecules, got in the focus of research. STIM1 was found to be the Ca2+ sensor in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) membrane, whereas Orai1 was identified as the major store operated Ca2+ (SOC) channel in the plasma membrane. These two molecules and their role in platelet function and thrombus formation are the topic of the present review with a special focus on apoptosis and apoptosis-like processes in platelet physiology.  相似文献

The action of two potent store operated Ca2+ entry (SOCE) inhibitors, ML-9 and GdCl3 on Ca2+ fluxes induced by the pro-inflammatory agonists FMLP, PAF, LTB4 as well as the receptor-independent stimulus thapsigargin has not been documented in human neutrophils. In this study, ML-9 enhanced both release and subsequent Ca2+ influx in response to agonists whereas it enhanced Ca2+ release by thapsigargin, but inhibited Ca2+ influx. In contrast, 1 μM GdCl3 completely inhibited Ca2+ influx in response to thapsigargin, but only partially blocked Ca2+ influx after agonist stimulation. These results strongly suggest a major role for receptor-operated Ca2+ influx in human neutrophils.  相似文献

Regulation of bi-directional communication between intracellular Ca2+ pools and surface Ca2+ channels remains incompletely characterized. We report Ca2+ release mediated by inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor (IP3R) and ryanodine receptor (RyR) pathways is diminished under actin cytoskeleton disruption in NG115-401L (401L) neuronal cells, yet despite truncated Ca2+ release, Ca2+ influx was not significantly altered in these experiments. However, disruption of cortical actin networks completely abolished IP3R induced Ca2+ release, whereas RyR-mediated Ca2+ release was preserved, albeit attenuated. Moreover, cortical actin disruption completely abolished IP3R and RyR linked Ca2+ influx even though Ca2+ pool sensitivities were different. These findings suggest discrete Ca2+ store/Ca2+ channel coupling mechanisms in the IP3R and RyR pathways as revealed by the differential sensitivity to actin perturbation.  相似文献

We examined the effect of tricyclic antidepressants on intracellular Ca2+ signalling in cultured cells of neuronal and glial origin. High concentrations of amitriptyline and desipramine increased the intracellular Ca2+ in PC-12 and U-87 MG cells. In PC-12 cells amitriptyline induced a biphasic rise in intracellular Ca2+. A rapid and transient increase due to release of Ca2+ from intracellular pools was followed by sustained elevation of [Ca2+]i due to influx from the extracellular medium. Desipramine evoked the Ca2+ release from intracellular pools but the influx of Ca2+ was not elicited. In U-87 MG cells both the drugs induced Ca2+ release from intracellular pools, however amitriptyline also induced a transient influx of Ca2+. To delineate the mechanisms involved in mobilization of Ca2+ by the drugs pharmacological agents that inhibit IP3 formation in cells and Ca2+ channel blockers were used and changes in [Ca2+]i and membrane potential were monitored. The results show that both the drugs release Ca2+ from IP3 sensitive pools by activation of phospholipase C and amitriptyline in addition activates a non specific cation channel in the plasma membrane of cells. Paradoxically at relatively lower concentrations (< 50 M) amitriptyline and desipramine inhibited the Ca2+ signal induced by adenosine triphosphate in both the cell types. Our data demonstrate that tricyclic antidepressants at different doses may have inhibitory or stimulatory effects on cellular Ca2+ signalling.  相似文献

In addition to its well established function in activating Ca2+ release from the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) through ryanodine receptors (RyR), the second messenger cyclic ADP-ribose (cADPR) also accelerates the activity of SERCA pumps, which sequester Ca2+ into the ER. Here, we demonstrate a potential physiological role for cADPR in modulating cellular Ca2+ signals via changes in ER Ca2+ store content, by imaging Ca2+ liberation through inositol trisphosphate receptors (IP3R) in Xenopus oocytes, which lack RyR. Oocytes were injected with the non-metabolizable analog 3-deaza-cADPR, and cytosolic [Ca2+] was transiently elevated by applying voltage-clamp pulses to induce Ca2+ influx through expressed plasmalemmal nicotinic channels. We observed a subsequent potentiation of global Ca2+ signals evoked by strong photorelease of IP3, and increased numbers of local Ca2+ puffs evoked by weaker photorelease. These effects were not evident with cADPR alone or following cytosolic Ca2+ elevation alone, indicating that they did not arise through direct actions of cADPR or Ca2+ on the IP3R, but likely resulted from enhanced ER store filling. Moreover, the appearance of a new population of puffs with longer latencies, prolonged durations, and attenuated amplitudes suggests that luminal ER Ca2+ may modulate IP3R function, in addition to simply determining the size of the available store and the electrochemical driving force for release.  相似文献

In this study, we showed that cross-linking CD3 molecules on the T cell surface resulted in Ca2+ release from the intracellular stores followed by a sustained Ca2+ influx. Inhibition of release with TMB-8 did not block the influx. However, inhibition of phospholipase C activity suppressed both Ca2+ release and influx. Once activated, the influx pathway remained open in the absence of further hydrolysis of PIP2. Thapsigargin, a microsomal Ca2+ -ATPase inhibitor, stimulated Ca2+ entry into the cells by a mechanism other than emptying Ca2+ stores. In addition, Ca2+ entry into the Ca2+ -depleted cells was stimulated by low basal level of cytosolic Ca2+, not by the emptying of intracellular Ca2+ stores. Both the Ca2+ release and influx were dependent on high and low concentrations of extracellular Ca2+. At low concentrations, Mn2+ entered the cell through the Ca2+ influx pathway and quenched the sustained phase of fluorescence; whereas, at higher Mn2+ concentration both the transient and the sustained phases of fluorescence were quenched. Moreover, Ca2+ release was inhibited by low concentrations of Ni2+, La3+, and EGTA, while Ca2+ influx was inhibited by high concentrations. Thus, in T cells Ca2+ influx occurs independently of IP3-dependent Ca2+ release. However, some other PIP2 hydrolysis-dependent event was involved in prolonged activation of Ca2+ influx. Extracellular Ca2+ influenced Ca2+ release and influx through the action of two plasma membrane Ca2+ entry pathways with different pharmacological and biochemical properties.  相似文献

High environmental salt elicits an increase in cytosolic Ca2+ ([Ca2+]cyt) in plants, which is generated by extracellular Ca2+ influx and Ca2+ release from intracellular stores, such as vacuole and endoplasmic reticulum. This study aimed to determine the physiological mechanisms underlying Ca2+ release from vacuoles and its role in ionic homeostasis in Populus euphratica. In vivo Ca2+ imaging showed that NaCl treatment induced a rapid elevation in [Ca2+]cyt, which was accompanied by a subsequent release of vacuolar Ca2+. In cell cultures, NaCl-altered intracellular Ca2+ mobilization was abolished by antagonists of inositol (1, 4, 5) trisphosphate (IP3) and cyclic adenosine diphosphate ribose (cADPR) signaling pathways, but not by slow vacuolar (SV) channel blockers. Furthermore, the NaCl-induced vacuolar Ca2+ release was dependent on extracellular ATP, extracellular Ca2+ influx, H2O2, and NO. In vitro Ca2+ flux recordings confirmed that IP3, cADPR, and Ca2+ induced substantial Ca2+ efflux from intact vacuoles, but this vacuolar Ca2+ flux did not directly respond to ATP, H2O2, or NO. Moreover, the IP3/cADPR-mediated vacuolar Ca2+ release enhanced the expression of salt-responsive genes that regulated a wide range of cellular processes required for ion homeostasis, including cytosolic K+ maintenance, Na+ and Cl exclusion across the plasma membrane, and Na+/H+ and Cl/H+ exchanges across the vacuolar membrane.  相似文献

Caffeine-induced Ca2+ transients (CICTs) in rabbit nodose ganglion neurons (NGNs) are produced by two distinct mechanisms: release from intracellular stores via ryanodine receptors and Ca2+ influx across the plasma membrane, due to activation of an unknown receptor. In isolated rat NGNs, we used single-cell microfluorimetry to measure changes in intracellular Ca2+ and to test whether TRPV1 receptors underlie the Ca2+ influx pathway. Caffeine (10 mM) evoked CICTs in all NGNs tested (n = 47) averaging 365 ± 32 nM. CICTs were partially dependent upon a Ca2+ influx pathway that ranged between 33% and 98% of the total Ca2+ transient. Application of two selective TRPV1 antagonists significantly attenuated CICTs. The peak average amplitudes of CICTs in Ca2+-free Locke solution and Ca2+-free Locke solution with IRTX or with BCTC were not significantly different from one another (n = 5 and 7, respectively). These observations suggest that caffeine can induce Ca2+ influx by activating TRPV1 channels.  相似文献

Nonadrenergic inhibitory and excitatory junction potentials (IJP and EJP) in the intestinal smooth muscle cells are of a complex transmitter and ion nature. The IJP consist of two components; the initial, fast, component is of a purinergic nature. Low-conductance Ca2+-dependent potassium channels (SK(Ca)) are involved in generation of the initial component of IJP because this component can be specifically and reversibly blocked by apamin. Probably, local Ca2+ release from the InsP3-sensitive store can be a link between the P2Y receptors and activation of the SK(Ca) channels because inhibition of the activity of phospholipase C (PLC) decreases IJP. The second, slow, component of IJP is nitric oxide-dependent. Such a component of IJP develops due to activation of high-conductance Ca2+-dependent potassium channels (BK(Ca)) because this component can be blocked by TEA and charybdotoxin. The release of Ca2+ from the ryanodine-sensitive store is responsible for activation of the BK(Ca) channels and generation of the second component of IJP. Thus, it appears that Ca2+ released from one of the intracellular stores can activate only a certain type of the Ca2+-dependent K+ channels involved in the generation of IJP.  相似文献

The P2U purinergic agonist ATP (0.3 mM) elicited an increase in [Ca2+]i due to Ca2+ release from intracellular stores in transfected Chinese hamster ovary cells that express the bovine cardiac Na+/Ca2+ exchanger (CK1.4 cells). The following observations indicate that ATP-evoked Ca2+ release was accompanied by a Ca2+- dependent regulatory activation of Na+/Ca2+ exchange activity: Addition of extracellular Ca2+ (0.7 mM) 0–1 min after ATP evoked a dramatic rise in [Ca2+]i in Na+-free media (Li+ substitution) compared to Na+-containing media; no differences between Na+- and Li+-based media were observed with vector-transfected cells. In the presence of physiological concentrations of extracellular Na+ and Ca2+, the ATP-evoked rise in [Ca2+]i declined more rapidly in CK1.4 cells compared to control cells, but then attained a long-lived plateau of elevated [Ca2+]i which eventually came to exceed the declining [Ca2+]i values in control cells. ATP elicited a transient acceleration of exchange-mediated Ba2+ influx, consistent with regulatory activation of the Na+/Ca2+ exchanger. The acceleration of Ba2+ influx was not observed in vector-transfected control cells, or in CK1.4 cells in the absence of intracellular Na+ or when the Ca2+ content of the intracellular stores had been reduced by prior treatment with ionomycin. The protein kinase C activator phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate attenuated the exchange-mediated rise in [Ca2+]i under Na+-free conditions, but did not inhibit the ATP-evoked stimulation of Ba2+ influx. The effects of PMA are therefore not due to inhibition of exchange activity, but probably reflect the influence of protein kinase C on other Ca2+ homeostatic mechanisms. We conclude that exchange activity is accelerated during ATP-evoked Ca2+ release from intracellular stores through regulatory activation by increased [Ca2+]i. In the absence of extracellular Ca2+, the stimulation of exchange activity is short-lived and follows the time course of the [Ca2+]i transient; in the presence of extracellular Ca2+, we suggest that the exchanger remains activated for a longer period of time, thereby stabilizing and prolonging the plateau phase of store-dependent Ca2+ entry.  相似文献

Xenopus follicles are endowed with specific receptors for ATP, ACh, and AII, transmitters proposed as follicular modulators of gamete growth and maturation in several species. Here, we studied ion‐current responses elicited by stimulation of these receptors and their activation mechanisms using the voltage‐clamp technique. All agonists elicited Cl? currents that depended on coupling between oocyte and follicular cells and on an increase in intracellular Ca2+ concentration ([Ca2+]i), but they differed in their activation mechanisms and in the localization of the molecules involved. Both ATP and ACh generated fast Cl? (FCl) currents, while AII activated an oscillatory response; a robust Ca2+ influx linked specifically to FCl activation elicited an inward current (Iiw,Ca) which was carried mainly by Cl? ions, through channels with a sequence of permeability of SCN? > I? > Br? > Cl?. Like FCl, Iiw,Ca was not dependent on oocyte [Ca2+]i; instead both were eliminated by preventing [Ca2+]i increase in the follicular cells, and also by U73122 and 2‐APB, drugs that inhibit the phospolipase C (PLC) pathway. The results indicated that FCl and Iiw,Ca were produced by the expected, PLC‐stimulated Ca2+‐release and Ca2+‐influx, respectively, and by the opening of ICl(Ca) channels located in the follicular cells. Given their pharmacological characteristics and behavior in conditions of divalent cation deprivation, Ca2+‐influx appeared to be driven through store‐operated, calcium‐like channels. The AII response, which is also known to require PLC activation, did not activate Iiw,Ca and was strictly dependent on oocyte [Ca2+]i increase; thus, ATP and ACh receptors seem to be expressed in a population of follicular cells different from that expressing AII receptors, which were coupled to the oocyte through distinct gap‐junction channels. In fura-2-loaded human periodontal ligament (HPDL) cells, bradykinin induced a rapidly transient increase and subsequently sustained increase in cytosolic Ca2+ ([Ca2+]i). When external Ca2+ was chelated by EGTA, the transient peak of [Ca2+]i was reduced and the sustained level was abolished, implying the Ca2+ mobilization consists of intracellular Ca2+ release and Ca2+ influx. Thapsigargin, a specific Ca2+-ATPase inhibitor for inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (1,4,5-1P3)-sensitive Ca2+ pool, induced an increase in [Ca2+]i in the absence of external Ca2+. After depletion of the intracellular Ca2+ pool by thapsigargin, the increase in [Ca2+]i induced by bradykinin was obviously reduced. Bradykinin also stimulated formation of inositol polyphosphates including 1,4,5-IP3. These results suggest that bradykinin stimulates intracellular Ca2+ release from the 1,4,5-1P3-sensitive Ca2+ pool. Bradykinin stimulated prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) release in the presence of external Ca2+, but not in the absence of external Ca2+. Ca2+ ionophore A23187 and thapsigargin evoked the release of PGE2 in the presence of external Ca2+ despite no activation of bradykinin receptors. These results indicate that bradykinin induces Ca2+ mobilization via activation of phospholipase C and PGE2 release caused by the Ca2+ influx in HPDL cells.  相似文献
