The intracellular distribution of bergenin and related compounds was examined in mesophyll cell protoplasts ofSaxifraga stolonifera. Vacuoles ofS. stolonifera leaves contained 46% to 55% of the bergenin and related compounds. It was also noted that 50% of the gallic acid was located in chloroplasts. From the results obtained it was concluded that bergenin and norbergenin were primarily localized in the vacuoles, but gallic acid was distributed equally in vacuoles and chloroplasts.  相似文献

Nine furostanol glycosides, namely caucasicosides E-M, were isolated from the MeOH extract of the leaves of Helleborus caucasicus, along with 11 known compounds including nine furostanol glycosides, a bufadienolide and an ecdysteroid. Their structures were established by the extensive use of 1D and 2D NMR experiments along with ESIMSn analyses. The steroidal composition of leaves of H. caucasicus shows as particular feature the occurrence of steroidal compounds belonging to the 5β series, unusual for Helleborus species, and in particular, caucasicosides F-H are based on a 5β-polyhydroxylated steroidal aglycon never reported before.  相似文献

A trinorguaian-type sesquiterpenoid named kanalpin and two acylated flavonol glycosides named erzurumin and ilicanin have been isolated from Pimpinella cappadocica Boiss. & Bal., together with three known sesquiterpenoids and six known flavonoid glycosides. The structures of these compounds were determined by extensive spectroscopic (UV, IR, EI–MS, APCI–MS, HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR) analyses. Antioxidant capacity of isolated secondary metabolites containing extracts of P. cappadocica was evaluated.  相似文献

Four new minor spirostanol glycosides (1–4) were isolated from the dried roots and rhizomes of Helleborus thibetanus. Structures of the compounds were established by means of a combination of 1D and 2D NMR experiments, together with HRESIMS and IR measurements as well as the results of acid hydrolysis. A new compound, pheglycoside A (1), along with four known aromatic glycosides (2-5) and three known lignan glycosides (68) were isolated from Streblus ilicifolius (Vidal) Corner. The structure of compound 1 was determined by spectral analyses, including HRESIMS, 1D, and 2D NMR (COSY, HSQC, and HMBC) experiments. The absolute configuration of compound 1 was determined using the CD spectrum and experiment data. From the present investigation, all these compounds were isolated for the first time from S. ilicifolius. It is interesting that phenylpropanoid glycoside and aromatic glycosides are reported for the first time in the genus Streblus. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was summarized.  相似文献

The present phytochemical investigation on Damnacanthus officinarum Huang led to the isolation of a new anthraquinone glycoside named digiferruginol-11-O-β-gentiobioside, along with six known compounds, including anthraquinone glycosides, iridoid glycoside and etc. In the study, compounds (2–7) were isolated for the first time from D. officinarum Huang and Damnacanthus genus. The found of compounds (1–4, 6 and 7) indicate a close relationship between D. officinarum Huang and Morinda officinalis, which may be as chemotaxonomic markers for the tribe Morindeae  相似文献

Chemical investigation of Paris polyphylla smith var. yunnanensis afforded two new polyhydroxylated steroidal glycosides, named Parisyunnanosides K and L (12), together with nine known ones. The chemical structures of the new compounds were elucidated by 1D, 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS techniques, together with chemical methods. Parisyunnanosides K and L (12) are rare C27 steroidal glycosides with two double bonds located at C-5, 6 and C-25, 26 of the aglycone, respectively. The cytotoxic activities of the isolated compounds were evaluated against Caco-2 cells by CCK-8 assay. Among them, compounds 511 exhibited potent cytotoxic activity with IC50 values ranging from 1.10 to 14.14 μM compared with the positive control oxaliplatin (1.38 μM).  相似文献

Withanolide D, 7β-acetoxy-withanolide D and two new withanolide glycosides, named dunawithanines A and B, were isolated from Dunalia australis. From physical data and chemical transformations, the structures of the new compounds were determined as (20R,22R-O(3)-[2′,3′-di-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-3β,20-dihydroxy-1α-acetoxy-witha-5,24-dienolide and the corresponding O(3)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1′ → x)-β-D- glucopyranosyl] compound, representing the first withanolide glycosides found in the plant kingdom.  相似文献

Two new oleanane-type triterpene glycosides, 3˗O˗β˗D˗glucopyranosyl˗28˗O˗[β˗D˗glucopyranosyl˗(1→2)˗β˗D˗xylopyranosyl˗(1→6)˗β˗D˗glucopyranosyl]medicagenic acid (1) and 3˗O˗β˗D˗glucopyranosyl˗28˗O˗[β˗D˗glucopyranosyl˗(1→6)˗β˗D˗glucopyranosyl˗(1→2)˗ β˗D˗xylopyranosyl]oleanolic acid (2), named capitatosides A and B respectively, were isolated from the butanol extract of Paronychia capitata (L.) Lam., along with seven known compounds. The structures of the isolated compounds were established by spectroscopic methods, mainly HRMS, 1D and 2D NMR (1H, 13C, COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY) techniques, whereas those of the known compounds were identified by spectral comparison with reported literature data.  相似文献

The sun hebes are a small clade of New Zealand Veronica formerly classified as Heliohebe. The water-soluble compounds of Veronica pentasepala, Veronica raoulii and Veronica hulkeana were studied and 30 compounds including 15 iridoid glucosides, 12 phenylethanoid glycosides, the acetophenone glucoside pungenin, the mannitol ester hebitol II and mannitol were isolated. Of these, five were previously unknown in the literature: dihydroverminoside and 3,3′,4,4′-tetrahydroxy-α-truxillic acid 6-O-catalpyl diester, named heliosepaloside, as well as three phenylethanoid glycoside esters heliosides D, E and F, all derivatives of aragoside. The esters of cinnamic acid derivatives with iridoid and phenylethanoid glycosides and an unusually high concentration of verminoside were found to be the most distinctive chemotaxonomic characters of the sun hebes. The chemical profiles of the species were compared and used to assess the phylogenetic relationships in the group.  相似文献

A new bibenzyl, heterophyllic acid (1), and three new phenolic glycosides, heterophylloside A–C (24), along with two known phenolic glycosides oldhamioside (5) and 6′-O-vanilloylisotachioside (6) were isolated from Pterospermum heterophyllum. Two new norlignan glycosides, molinerioside D (5) and molinerioside E (9), were isolated from the methanol extract of fresh leaves of Molineria latifolia. Their structures were determined using spectroscopic evidence, such as 1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS studies. The structure of molinerioside D (5) was determined to be a norlignan glycoside with a C6-C5-C6 skeleton, while the structure of molinerioside E (9) was determined to be a glucosyl-fused norlignan derivative. In addition to the new compounds, twenty known compounds were found in the extract of M. latifolia fresh leaves.  相似文献

There is some controversy concerning the presence of steryl glycosides and acylated steryl glycosides in eucaryotic algae. These two classes of sterol compounds were investigated in species belonging to the three major groups of eucaryotic algae: green algae (Ulva gigantea, Cladophora rupestris), brown algae (Fucus vesiculosus, Ascophyllum nodosum), and red algae (Rhodymenia palmata, Porphyridium sp.). All these algae contain both steryl glycosides and acylated steryl glycosides. The sterol components of these compounds vary according to the alga but they are always the same as the free sterols of the alga in question. The most common sugar moiety is glucose. In the acylated steryl glycosides, the fatty acid is mainly palmitic acid. The percentage of these compounds (as a percentage of the total sterol content) is often low.  相似文献

Four new phenylpropanoid glycosides, clausenaglycosides A–D (1–4), along with fourteen known compounds (5–18) were isolated from the leaves and twigs of Clausena dunniana var. robusta. The structures of the isolated compounds were determined by a combination of 1D and 2D NMR, MS, and CD spectroscopic data. The NF-κB inhibitory activity was evaluated in HeLa cells. Using various chromatographic separation techniques, ten flavonoid glycosides, including six new compounds namely barringosides A?F (16), were isolated from a methanol extract of the Barringtonia acutangula leaves. The structure elucidation was confirmed by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D and 2D NMR, and HR ESI MS. Their inhibitory effects on LPS-induced NO production in RAW264.7 cells were also evaluated. Among the isolated compounds, quercetin 3-O-β-d-(6-p-hydroxybenzoyl)galactopyranoside (9) showed significant effect with an IC50 of 20.00 ± 1.68 µM. This is the first report of these flavonoid glycosides from Barringtonia genus and their inhibition on LPS-induced NO production in RAW264.7 cells was reported here for the first time.  相似文献
