Three new polyoxometalate compounds based on the lacunary Keggin anion [α-GeW11O39]8? and the rare earth cations (Ln = NdIII, EuIII, TbIII), [(CH3)4N]2.5H7.5[Eu(GeW11O39)(H2O)2]2 · 4.5H2O (1), [(CH3)4N]2H8[Tb(GeW11O39)(H2O)2]2 · 2.5H2O (2) and [Nd0.5(H2O)2]H0.5[Nd2(GeW11O39)(DMSO)2(H2O)8] · 5.5H2O (3), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, inductively coupled plasmas (ICP) analysis, IR spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The solid-state structures of compounds 1 and 2 consist of one-dimensional linear wires built of [α-GeW11O39]8? anions connected by Eu3+/Tb3+ cations, while in compound 3, the introduction of the organic molecules DMSO (DMSO = dimethyl sulphoxide) leads to a double-parallel chainlike structure constructed by two linear wires {[Nd(1)(GeW11O39)(DMSO)(H2O)2]5?}n linked by Nd3+ coordination cation. Furthermore, the luminescent property of compound 1 and the thermal stability of compound 3 were also studied.  相似文献

LnIII[Ru2(CO3)4] · 8H2O (Ln = Gd, Nd, Ho, Yb) is formed from the reaction of LnIII and [Ru2(CO3)4]3? in water. These LnIII materials have a 3D network structure composed of linked chains and μn-CO3 linkages to both Ru and LnIII sites, and are best described as LnIII(OH2)4[Ru2(CO3)4]1/2[Ru2(CO3)4(OH2)2]1/2 · 3H2O. Complete characterization of the GdIII species is presented, as the other LnIII are isostructural and exhibit large spin–orbit coupling leading to complex magnetic behavior. Magnetic ordering is not observed above 2 K.  相似文献

Two novel heteropolytungstates, [Ni(2,2′-bpy)3]1.5{PW10.79V1.21O40(VO)0.5[Ni(2,2′-bpy)2L]} · 0.5H2O (1) (2,2′-bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, L = 0.5H2O + 0.5OH?) and K[PW12O40[Ni(1,10-phen)2(OH)]2] · 2H2O (2) (1,10-phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by IR, XPS, and X-ray diffraction analyses. The polyoxoanion of 1 is a mono-capped α-Keggin cluster which supports a metal coordination fragment [Ni(2,2′-bpy)2L]1.5+, while the structure of 2 exhibits a 1D chain constructed from pseudo-Keggin cluster bi-supported transition metal complexes linked by K+ ions. Studies of magnetic properties indicated the presence of paramagnetic behaviours for compounds 1 and 2.  相似文献

The solid state structures of [Ni(1)2][NO3]2 · 2MeOH · 2H2O, [Fe(1)2][ClO4]2 · 2MeOH · 0.5H2O, [Ru(1)2][PF6]2 and [Ru(1)2][PF6][NO3] (1 = 4′-(4-pyridyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine) are presented and the structural variation observed for the {M(1)2}2+ unit is discussed. Protonation of the pendant pyridine group in [Ru(1)2]2+ leads to the formation of a hydrogen-bonded, one-dimensional polymer [{Ru(1)(H1)}n]3n+ exemplifed by the solid-state structure of [{Ru(1)(H1)}{Fe(NCS)6} · 1.25H2O]n.  相似文献

γ-Type octamolybdates of the formulae, Na4[Mo8O26(alaO)2] · 18H2O (I), Na4[Mo8O26(glyglyO)2] · 15H2O (II) and Na4[Mo8O26(glyglyO)2] · 12H2O (III) have been prepared from sodium molybdate in aqueous solution by adding dl-alanine or glycylglycine. Their crystal structures have been determined by X-ray structure analysis. dl-alanine and glycylglycine coordinate molybdenum atom in γ-octamolybdate [Mo8O26]4− anions via monodentate carboxylate-oxygen atom. The prepared octamolybdates were screened for the possible antiproliferative activity on a panel of five tumor cell lines and on a normal cell line. All tested compounds showed a differential cell-growth inhibition in a dose-dependent manner selectively on hepatocellular carcinoma cell line (HepG2) and breast cancer cell line (MCF-7).  相似文献

Two new dammarane saponins, 2α,3β,12β-trihydroxydammar-20(22),24-diene-3-O-[β-d-glucopyranoxyl(1→2)-β-d-6″-O-acetylglucopyranoside (1, namely damulin C) and 2α,3β,12β-trihydroxydammar-20(21),24-diene-3-O-[β-d-glucopyranoxyl(1→2)-β-d-6″-O-acetylglucopyranoside (2, namely damulin D), were isolated from the ethanol extract of Gynostemma pentaphyllum, which had been heat processed by steaming at 125 °C. The NMR spectroscopic data of the novel saponins were completely assigned by using a combination of 2D NMR experiments including 1H–1H COSY, HSQC, and HMBC. Their cytotoxic activities of human liver adenocarcinoma HepG2 cells were evaluated in vitro. They showed cytotoxicities against HepG2 cell line with IC50 of 40 ± 0.7 and 38 ± 0.5 μg/ml, respectively.  相似文献

Two tetracyanometalate building blocks, [Fe(5,5′-dmbipy)(CN)4]? (2) and [Fe(4,4′-dmbipy)(CN)4]? (3) (5,5′-dmbipy = 5,5′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine; 4,4′-dmbipy = 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine), and two cyano-bridged heterobimetallic complexes, [Cu2(bpca)2(H2O)2Fe2(5,5′-dmbipy)2(CN)8] · 2[Cu(bpca)Fe(5,5′-dmbipy)(CN)4] · 4H2O (4) and [Cu(bpca)Fe(4,4′-dmbipy)(CN)4]n (5) (bpca = bis(2-pyridylcarbonyl)amidate), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Complex 4 contains two dinuclear and one tetranuclear heterobimetallic clusters in an asymmetric unit whereas the structure of complex 5 features a one-dimensional heterobimetallic zigzag chain. The Cu(II) ion is penta-coordinated in the form of a distorted square-based pyramid. Magnetic studies show ferromagnetic coupling between Cu(II) and Fe(III) ions with g = 2.28, J1 = 2.64 cm?1, J2 = 5.40 cm?1 and TIP = ?2.36 × 10?3 for complex 4, and g = 2.17, J = 4.82 cm?1 and zJ = 0.029 cm?1 for complex 5.  相似文献

The precursors bis[N-(alkyl)benzimidazoliumylmethyl]durene halide (1a: alkyl = C2H5, halide = Br?; 1b: alkyl = n-C4H9, halide = Cl?; durene = 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene) and their two new NHC silver(I) complexes [Durene(CH2BimyEtAgBr)2] (2a) and [Durene(CH2BimynBuAgCl)2] (2b) (Bimy = benzimidazol-2-ylidene) have been prepared and characterized. In the crystal structures of 2a and 2b the aromatic π–π stacking interactions are observed.  相似文献

Dinuclear [{M(phen)2}2V4O12] · C6H12O · H2O (M = CoII 1, MnII 2, NiII 3 and CuII 4) and [{Cu(phen)2}2V4O12] · 3.5H2O 5 has been prepared by biphasic and hydrothermal syntheses, respectively. All five structures exhibit the {V4O12}4? cluster in a chair-like configuration, covalently bonded to two [M(phen)2]2+ fragments, producing a super-exchange magnetic phenomenon. The magnetic study of complexes 15 shows that they are very weak antiferromagnetically coupled systems, with J values of ?0.14, 2; ?0.64, 3 and ?0.23, 4 cm?1. Complexes 1 to 3 correspond to isostructural compounds in which the cyclovanadate group acts as a bidentate bridged ligand. In the copper complexes (4 and 5) the {V4O12}4? anion presents the novel monodentate bridging mode, and therefore a more significant distortion from the chair-like configuration. The mentioned complexes, together with that reported in the literature, permit to conclude that it is quite common for a single molecular species to exist in more than one crystalline arrangement. A detailed analysis of the structures of 14 shows that the crystal symmetry cannot be strictly centrosymmetric, due to the presence of the cyclohexanol molecule with a single –OH group in the lattice.  相似文献

A new dihydrochalcone, 2‘,4‘-dihydroxy-3‘-methoxy-3,4-methylenedioxy-8-hydroxymethylene dihydrochalcone 1 and two new steroidal saponins, (25S)-ruscogenin-1-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  2)-β-d-glucopyranoside 2, (25S)-ruscogenin-3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  4)-β-d-glucopyranoside 3, together with three known steroidal saponins (25S)-ruscogenin-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside 4, (25S)-ruscogenin-1-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  2)-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1  3)]-α-l-arabinopyranoside 5 and (25R)-26-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-furost-5-ene-1β,3β,22α,26-tetrol-1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  2)-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1  3)]-α-l-arabinopyranoside 6 were isolated from the aerial parts of Sansevieria cylindrica. The structures of the new compounds were established by UV, IR, EI-MS, HR-ESI–MS as well as 1D (1H,13C and DEPT-135) and 2D (HSQC, HMBC and TOCSY) NMR spectral analysis. The isolated compounds 1-6 were assayed for in vitro cytotoxicities against the three human tumor cell lines HT116, MCF7 and HepG2. Compound 1 showed a moderate cytotoxicity against MCF7. Compounds 2, 3 and 6 exhibited moderate cytotoxicities against the three used cell lines and compound 5 showed marked cytotoxicities against all used cell lines.  相似文献

We report the synthesis and magnetic properties of three hexametallic Mn clusters: [Mn6O2(Et-sao)6(O2C-Naphth)2(EtOH)4(H2O)2] (1) (HO2C-Naphth = 1-naphthoic acid, Et-saoH2 = 2-hydroxyphenylpropanone oxime), [Mn6O2(Et-sao)6(O2C-Anthra)2(EtOH)4(H2O)2] · 0.66EtOH · 0.33H2O (HO2C-Anthra = anthracene-9-carboxylic acid) (2 · 0.66EtOH · 0.33H2O) and [Mn6O2(Et-sao)6(O2CPhCCH)2(EtOH)4(H2O)2] · 1.7EtOH · 0.3H2O (HO2CPhC  CH = 4-ethynylbenzoic acid) (3 · 1.7EtOH · 0.3H2O). Clusters 13 exhibit ferromagnetic exchange between all six MnIII centres resulting in S = 12 ground spin states. Ac magnetic susceptibility and single crystal micro-SQUID measurements on 13 confirm SMM behaviour with barriers to magnetisation reversal of 60.12 (1), 60.10 (2) and 66.79 (3) K.  相似文献

A series of acetato complexes of molybdenum(V), based on the singly metal–metal bonded {Mo2O4}2+ structural fragment, has been prepared. A dinuclear (PyH)3[Mo2O4Cl4(OOCCH3)] · CH3CN (1) (PyH+ = pyridinium cation, C5H5NH+) was obtained upon the reaction of (PyH)5[MoOCl4(H2O)]3Cl2 with the equimolar solution of pyridine and acetic acid in acetonitrile at ambient conditions. The acetato ligand in 1 is coordinated to a pair of molybdenum atoms in a synsyn bidentate bridging manner. (PyH)n[MoOBr4]n afforded in an analogous synthetic procedure a tetranuclear cluster, [Mo4O8(OOCCH3)3(OH)Py4] · 1/2CH 3CN · 1/2H2O (3), with a novel core which may be envisioned as the acetate- and hydroxide-assisted assembly of {Mo2O4}2+ building blocks. Its structure is presented in terms of known tetranuclear clusters which are also composed of two {Mo2O4}2+ units. The acetato ligands in 3 adopted apart from bidentate bridging binding modes also a monodentate one. Partial substitution of chlorido ligands in (PyH)3[Mo2O4Cl4(OOCCH3)] · CH3CN (1) with pyridine resulted in a neutral [Mo2O4Cl(OOCCH3)Py3] · PriOH · Py (2) which retained the original acetate coordination. The title compounds were fully characterized by X-ray diffraction studies and infrared vibrational spectroscopy.  相似文献

Three new oleanane-type saponins, leptocarposide B-D (13), were isolated from the whole plant of Ludwigia leptocarpa (Nutt.) Hara, together with ten known compounds 4–13.The structures of these compounds were determined by interpretation of their spectral data, mainly HR-TOFESIMS, 1D-NMR (1H, 13C) and 2D-NMR (1H–1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY), and by comparison with the literature data. The structures of the new compounds were established as 28-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1  4)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  2)-[α-l-arabinopyranosyl-(1  3)]-4-O-(3′-hydroxybutanoyloxy-3-hydroxybutanoyloxy)-β-d-fucopyranosyl zanhic acid (1); 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-28-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1  4)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  2)-4-O-(3′-hydroxybutanoyloxy-3-hydroxybutanoyloxy)-β-d-fucopyranosyl medicagenic acid (2); 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1  4)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-28-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1  4)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  2)-[α-l- arabinopyranosyl-(1  3)]-4-O-(3′-hydroxybutanoyloxy-3-hydroxybutanoyloxy)-β-d-fucopyranosyl zanhic acid (3).  相似文献

[18F]NS14490, a new potential radiotracer for neuroimaging of α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (α7 nAChRs), was synthesized and evaluated in vitro and in vivo. Radioligand binding studies using [3H]methyllycaconitine and NS14490 as competitor showed a good target affinity (Ki,α7 = 2.5 nM) and a high selectivity towards other nAChRs. Radiosynthesis of [18F]NS14490 was performed by two different labelling procedures: a two-step synthesis using a prosthetic group, which led to 7% labelling yield, and the convenient direct nucleophilic substitution of the corresponding tosylate precursor, which resulted in 70% labelling yield. After optimisation of the isolation, purification and formulation process, biodistribution studies were performed in CD-1 mice. The brain uptake of [18F]NS14490 was comparably low (0.16% ID g?1 wet weight at 5 min p.i.). The radiotracer showed a high metabolic stability in plasma and brain. Also, the target specificity was proven by pre-administration of a highly affine α7 ligand providing a rationale basis for further in vivo evaluation.  相似文献

Three new compounds formulated (ClO4)2[Fe(pq)3] (1), (BF4)2[Fe(pq)3] · EtOH (2) and {(ClO4)[MnCr(C2O4)3][Fe(pq)2(H2O)2]} (3), where pq is 2,2′-pyridylquinoline, have been synthesised and characterised. Despite the different crystal packing exhibited by 1 and 2, the cationic species [Fe(pq)3]2+ are structurally quite similar. At 293 K, the Fe–N bond lengths are characteristic of the iron(II) in the high-spin state. In contrast to 1, 2 undergoes a continuous spin transition. Indeed, at 95 K its structure experiences a noticeable change in the Fe–N bonds and angles, i.e. the Fe–N bonds shorten by 0.194 Å on the average. The magnetic behaviour confirms that 1 is fully high-spin in the 4–300 K temperature range while 2 shows a spin transition centred at T1/2 = 150 K. The corresponding enthalpy, entropy and interaction parameter are ΔH = 7.49 kJ mol?1, ΔS = 50 J K?1 mol?1and Γ = 1.35 kJ mol?1. Compound 3 has been obtained as a microcrystalline powder. The magnetic properties of 3 point at the occurrence of ferromagnetic coupling below 100 K and the onset of a ferromagnetic ordering below 10 K (Weiss constant equal to 6.8 K). The Mössbauer spectra of 3 show the occurrence of a magnetic order at T ? 4.2 K.  相似文献

1-[2-(4-Methoxyphenyl)phenyl]piperazine (4) is a potent serotonin 5-HT7 receptor antagonist (Ki = 2.6 nM) with a low binding affinity for the 5-HT1A receptor (Ki = 476 nM). As a potential positron emission tomography (PET) radiotracer for the 5-HT7 receptor, [11C]4 was synthesized at high radiochemical yield and specific activity, by O-[11C]methylation of 2′-(piperazin-1-yl)-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-ol (6) with [11C]methyl iodide. Autoradiography revealed that [11C]4 showed in vitro specific binding with 5-HT7 in the rat brain regions, such as the thalamus which is a region with high 5-HT7 expression. Metabolite analysis indicated that intact [11C]4 in the brain exceeded 90% of the radioactive components at 15 min after the radiotracer injection, although two radiolabeled metabolites were found in the rat plasma. The PET study of rats showed moderated uptake of [11C]4 in the brain (1.2 SUV), but no significant regional difference in radioactivity in the brain. Pretreatment with 5-HT7-selective antagonist SB269970 (3) did not decrease the uptake of [11C]4 in the rat brain. Further studies are warranted that focus on the development of PET ligand candidates with higher binding affinity for 5-HT7 and higher in vivo stability in brain than 4.  相似文献

A facile and efficient way for the synthesis of cholestane and furostan saponin analogues was established and adopted for the first time. Following this strategy, starting from diosgenin, three novel cholestane saponin analogues: (22S,25R)-3β,22,26-trihydroxy-cholest-5-ene-16-one 22-O-[O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  2)-β-d-glucopyranoside] 11, (25R)-3β,16β,26-trihydroxy-cholest-5-ene-22-one 16-O-[O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  2)-α-d-glucopyranoside] 14 and (25R)-3β,16β,26-trihydroxy-cholest-5-ene-22-one 16-O-[O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  2)-β-d-glucopyranoside] 17, three novel furostan saponin analogues: (22S,25R)-furost-5-ene-3β,22,26-triol 22-O-(α-d-glucopyranoside) 23, (22R,25R)-furost-5-ene-3β,22,26-triol 22-O-(α-d-glucopyranoside) 24 and (22S,25R)-furost-5-ene-3β,22,26-triol 22-O-[O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  2)-α-d-glucopyranoside] 26, were synthesized ultimately. The structures of all the synthesized analogues were confirmed by spectroscopic methods. The S-chirality at C-22 of cholestane was confirmed by Mosher's method. The absolute configuration at C-22 of furostan saponin analogues was distinguished by conformational analysis combined with the NMR spectroscopy. The cytotoxicities of the synthetic analogues toward four types of tumor cells were shown also.  相似文献

Radiosynthesis and in vivo evaluation of [N-methyl-11C] 5-methyl-3-[4-(3-phenylallyl)-piperazin-1-ylmethyl]-3,3a,4,5-tetrahydroisoxazolo[4,3-c]quinoline (1), a potential PET tracer for alpha2-adrenergic receptors is described. Syntheses of nonradioactive standard 1 and corresponding desmethyl precursor 2 were achieved from 2-aminobenzaldehyde in 40% and 65% yields, respectively. Methylation using [11C]CH3I in presence of aqueous potassium hydroxide in DMSO afforded [11C]1 in 25% yield (EOS) with >99% chemical and radiochemical purities with a specific activity ranged from 3–4 Ci/μmol (n = 6). The total synthesis time was 30 min from EOB. PET studies in anesthetized baboon show that [11C]1 penetrates BBB and accumulates in alpha2A-AR enriched brain areas.  相似文献

Salts of the new complexes [PW11O39{Rh2(O2CR)2}]5−; R = Prn (1), CH2Cl (2), CH2OH (3), o-C6H4OH (4), p-C6H4OH (5), and [XW11O39{Rh2(p-O2CC6H4OH)2}]6−; X = Si (6), Ge (7) have been prepared in good yield and characterized by elemental analysis, multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, and structural crystallography of the cesium salts of anions 1 and 5 with chloride ions in axial positions of the dirhodium moiety. The incorporation of the dirhodium group into the Keggin structure significantly increases the hydrolytic kinetic stability of the polyoxotungstates at pH 7–8.5, a result that has implications for the use of such complexes for imaging and for phase determination in structural studies of large biomolecules. Based on NMR studies, the axial sites of the dirhodium moiety of the polytungstate anions are accessible to ligation by molecules such as cysteine, methionine, and isonicotinic acid.  相似文献

A series of nickel(II) and palladium(II) complexes containing one or two pentafluorophenyl ligands and the phosphino-amides o-Ph2PC6H4CONHR [R = iPr (a), Ph (b)] displaying different coordination modes have been synthesised. The chelating ability of these ligands and the influence of both coligands and the metal centre in their potential hemilabile behaviour have been explored. The crystal structure of (b) has been determined and reveals N–H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen bonding. Bis-pentafluorophenyl derivatives [M(C6F5)2(o-Ph2PC6H4CO-NHR)] [M = Ni; R = iPr (1a); R = Ph (1b); M = Pd; R = iPr (2a); R = Ph (2b)] in which (a) and (b) act as rigid P, O-chelating ligands were readily prepared from the labile precursors cis-[M(C6F5)2(PhCN)2]. X-ray structures of (1a), (1b) and (2a) have been established, allowing an interesting comparative structural discussion. Dinuclear [{Pd(C6F5)(tht)(μ-Cl)}2] reacted with (a) and (b) yielding the monopentafluorophenyl complexes [Pd(C6F5)Cl{PPh2(C6H4–CONH–R)}] (R = iPr (3a), Ph (3b)) that showed a P, O-chelating behaviour of the ligands, confirmed by the crystal structure determination of (3a). New cationic palladium(II) complexes in which (a) and (b) behave as P-monodentate ligands have been synthesised by reacting them with [{Pd(C6F5)(tht)(μ-Cl)}2], stoichiometric Ag(O3SCF3) and external chelating reagents such as cod [Pd(C6F5)(cod){PPh2(C6H4-CONH-R)}](O3SCF3)(R = iPr (4a), Ph (4b)) and 2,2-bipy [Pd(C6F5)(bipy){PPh2(C6H4-CONH-R)}](O3SCF3) (R = iPr (5a), Ph (5b)). When chloride abstraction in [{Pd(C6F5)(tht)(μ-Cl)}2] is promoted by means of a dithioanionic salt as dimethyl dithiophospate in the presence of (a) or (b), the corresponding neutral complexes [Pd(C6F5){S(S)P(OMe)2}{PPh2(C6H4-CONH-R)}] (R = iPr (6a), Ph (6b)) were obtained.  相似文献
