[Pt(COD)Cl2] (1) reacts with PPh2(C6H4COOH) (2a,b,c), PPh2(C6H4COONa) (2d), PPh(C6H4COOH)2 (4b,c) and P(C6H4COOH)3 (6b,c) with formation of the corresponding complexes [Pt(L)2Cl2] (3a,b,c,d, 5b,c, 7b,c). Halide abstraction from 3a by Ag+ promotes coordination of the ortho-carboxylate function to platinum, yielding [ -2)}{PPh2(C6H4COOH-2)}Cl] (bd8) and [ovbar|{PPh2(C6H4COO-2)}2] (bd9). Reaction of 1 with CO and 2a or 2b gives [Pt(CO)(L)Cl2] (10a,b), wherea 1 and 2,3-bis(diphenylphosphino) maleic anhydride yields (bd12) and [Pt{Ph2PC(COOH)=C(COOMe)-PPh2}Cl2] (13). The 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectra are reported and discussed. The X-ray structural analysis of 3b showed the compound to be monoclinic, space group P21/n, Z=4, with a=1038.5(3), B=1792.6(4), C=2311.5(4) pm, β=91.6(2)° and Dcalc=1.353 g cm−3. The structure was solved from 4832 observed reflections with F0 > 4 σ(F0) and refined to a final R value of 0.0743. The Pt atom is surrounded by two Cl and two P atoms in a square planar arrangement.  相似文献

Neutral Ru(II) complexes with the formula trans-[Ru(trpy*)(L2)(pcyd)] have been prepared, where trpy* = 4,4′,4″-tri-tert-butyl-terpyridine, L2 = 2-pyrazinecarboxylato (pca), 2-pyridinecarboxylato (pic), acetylacetonato (acac) and pcyd = 3-chlorophenylcyanamido (3-Clpcyd), 2,3-dichlorophenylcyanamido (2,3-Cl2pcyd), 2,4,6-trichlorophenylcyanamido (2,4,6- Cl3pcyd), 2,3,4,5-tetrachlorophenylcyanamido (2,3,4,5-Cl4pcyd) and 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenylcyanamido (3,4,5-(OMe)3pcyd). Spectroelectrochemistry was performed on these Ru(II) complexes to obtain the visible absorption spectrum of the Ru(III)–cyanamide ligand-to-metal charge transfer chromophore. The Ru(III)–cyanamide metal–ligand coupling elements of these complexes were compared to other Ru(III)–cyanamide complexes.  相似文献

Eight new coumarin substituted silver(I) N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complexes were synthesized by the interaction of the corresponding imidazolium or benzimidazolium chlorides and Ag2O in dichloromethane at room temperature. Structures of these complexes were established on the basis of elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and mass spectroscopic techniques. The antimicrobial activities of carbene precursors and silver NHC complexes were tested against standard strains: Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and the fungi Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis. Results showed that all the compounds inhibited the growth of the all bacteria and fungi strains and some complexes performed good activities against different microorganisms. Among all the compounds, the most lipophilic complex bis[1-(4-methylene-6,8-dimethyl-2H-chromen-2-one)-3-(naphthalene-2-ylmethyl)benzimidazol-2-ylidene]silver(I) dichloro argentate (5e) was found out as the most active one.  相似文献

Complexes of FeCl2 with the known bis(3-methyl-2-thione-imidazolyl)methane (L1) and the new bis(3-tert-butyl-2-thione-imidazolyl)methane (L2) are reported. For both [L1FeCl2]n (3) and [L2FeCl2]n (4) X-ray crystallography reveals that 1D-polymeric chain structures are present in the solid state, with the two mercaptoimidazolyl units of L1 and L2 coordinating to different metal ions. Complexes 3 and 4 are further characterized by Mössbauer spectroscopy and SQUID magnetometry. NMR spectroscopy suggests that the complexes largely dissociate in polar solvents. X-ray structures of L2 and its precursor bis(imidazolium) salt are also reported.  相似文献

In this work, the synthesis, crystal structure, characterization, and enzyme inhibition effects of the novel a series of 2-aminopyridine liganded Pd(II) N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complexes were examined. These complexes of the Pd-based were synthesized from PEPPSI complexes and 2-aminopyridine. The novel complexes were characterized by using 13C NMR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis, and FTIR spectroscopy techniques. Also, crystal structures of the two compounds were recorded by using single-crystal X-ray diffraction assay. Also, these complexes were tested toward some metabolic enzymes like α-glycosidase, aldose reductase, butyrylcholinesterase, acetylcholinesterase enzymes, and carbonic anhydrase I, and II isoforms. The novel 2-aminopyridine liganded (NHC)PdI2(2-aminopyridine) complexes (1a-i) showed Ki values of in range of 5.78 ± 0.33–22.51 ± 8.59 nM against hCA I, 13.77 ± 2.21–30.81 ± 4.87 nM against hCA II, 0.44 ± 0.08–1.87 ± 0.11 nM against AChE and 3.25 ± 0.34–12.89 ± 4.77 nM against BChE. Additionally, we studied the inhibition effect of these derivatives on aldose reductase and α-glycosidase enzymes. For these compounds, compound 1d showed maximum inhibition effect against AR with a Ki value of 360.37 ± 55.82 nM. Finally, all compounds were tested for the inhibition of α-glycosidase enzyme, which recorded efficient inhibition profiles with Ki values in the range of 4.44 ± 0.65–12.67 ± 2.50 nM against α-glycosidase.  相似文献

The reactions of Cu(hfac)2 with different N-donor ligands such as 2-ethynylpyridine and imidazole give copper complexes Cu(hfac)2(ethynylpyridine) (1) and Cu(hfac)2(ImH)2 (2), respectively. The reaction of Cu(hfac)2 · (ethynylpyridine) (1) and ethynylpyridine with oxygen in tmeda (tmeda = N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine) in the presence of copper(I) chloride gives Cu(hfac)2(tmeda) (3). Finally, [Cu(hfac)2(H2O)]2(μ-TCNE) (4) was prepared by reaction of Cu2O on the free acid β-diketone in the presence of TCNE (TCNE = tetracyanoethylene) (ratio 1.5:1:1), under an atmosphere of oxygen-free Ar. The previously synthesized Cu(hfac)TCNE proceeded further reaction by disproportionation, yielding [Cu(hfac)2(H2O)]2(μ-TCNE). All new compounds have been structurally characterized and their thermal properties were examined by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).  相似文献

Ruthenium phosphine complexes with a CO ligand [Ru(tpy)(PR3)(CO)Cl]+ (tpy = 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine, R = Ph or p-tolyl), were prepared by introduction of CO gas to the corresponding dichloro complexes at room temperature. New carbonyl complexes were characterized by various methods including structural analyses. They were shown to release CO following the addition of several N-donors to form the corresponding substituted complexes. The kinetic data and structural results observed in this study indicated that the CO release reactions proceeded in an interchange mechanism. The molecular structures of [Ru(tpy)(PPh3)(CO)Cl]PF6, [Ru(tpy)(P(p-tolyl)3)(CO)Cl]PF6 and [Ru(tpy)(PPh3)(CH3CN)Cl]PF6 were determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The 1:1 condensation of 1,2-diaminopropane and 1-phenylbutane-1,3-dione at high dilution gives a mixture of two positional isomers of terdentate mono-condensed Schiff bases 6-amino-3-methyl-1-phenyl-4-aza-2-hepten-1-one (HAMPAH) and 6-amino-3,5-dimethyl-1-phenyl-4-aza-2-hexen-1-one (HADPAH). The mixture of the terdentate ligands has been used for further condensation with pyridine-2-carboxaldehyde or 2-acetylpyridine to obtain the unsymmetrical tetradentate Schiff base ligands. The tetradentate Schiff bases are then allowed to react with the methanol solution of copper(II) and nickel(II) perchlorate separately. The X-ray diffraction confirms the structures of two of the complexes and shows that the condensation site of the diamine with 1-phenylbutane-1,3-dione is the same.  相似文献

Polypyridyl chlororuthenium(II) complexes have been synthesized and characterized. The binding mode of the complexes to DNA has been evaluated from the combined results of electronic absorption spectroscopy and viscosity measurement study. The results suggest that complexes 1, 2 and 3 bind to DNA via classical intercalation, electrostatic interaction and partial intercalation mode, respectively. Complex 2 shows less affinity for DNA. Cleavage of pUC19 DNA by complexes has been checked using gel electrophoresis. The data disclose that complex 1 has the highest cleaving ability.  相似文献

The reaction of [Cu(CH3CN)4]BF4, 6-(4-methoxyl)phenyl-2,2′-bipyridine (designated as MeO-CNN), and/or tricyclohexylphosphine (PCy3) and diimine ligands derived from 4,4′-bipyridine gave four mono- and binuclear copper(I) complexes, [Cu(MeO-CNN)2]BF4 (1), [Cu2(MeO-CNN)2(PCy3)2(4,4′-bipy)](BF4)2 · 1.5CH2Cl2 (2) (bipy = bipyridine), [Cu2(MeO-CNN)2(PCy3)2(bpete)](BF4)2 · 4CH2Cl2 (3) (bpete = trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethene) and [Cu2(MeO-CNN)2(PCy3)2(4,4′-azpy)] (BF4)2 · 1.5CH2Cl2 (4) (azpy = azobispyridine). Crystallographic studies of complexes 1-4 show that each copper(I) center adopts a pseudo-tetrahedral coordination geometry. Complexes 2-4 consists of -Cu(MeO-CNN)(PCy3) units which are linked through 4,4′-bipy, bpete and 4,4′-azpy, respectively. The UV-Vis spectra of these four complexes all exhibit intense high-energy absorptions at λmax < 340 nm and broad visible bands in a range of 430-550 nm, ascribed to intraligand (IL π → π) transitions and metal-to-ligand charge-transfer (MLCT) transitions, respectively. The density functional theory calculation was used to interpret the absorption spectrum of 1, which further supports the assignment of MLCT character. The binuclear complexes 2 and 3 both display red solid-state emissions centred at 620 and 660 nm from metal-to-ligand charge-transfer excited state, respectively. Interestingly, the electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectral measurements confirm copper(I) complexes oxidized to corresponding copper(II)-halide product upon excitation at 355 nm in dichloromethane solution.  相似文献

Several new mononuclear and dinuclear ruthenium(II) complexes - incorporating 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine and acetylacetonate as ancillary ligands and phenylcyanamide derivative ligands - of the type [Ru(tpy)(acac)(L)] and [{Ru(tpy)(acac)}2(μ-L′)] (where tpy = 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine, acac = acetylacetonate, L = hmbpcyd = 4-(3-hydroxy-3-methylbutynyl)phenylcyanamide anion (2) and epcyd = 4-ethynylphenylcyanamide anion (3) and L′ = bcpda = bis(4-cyanamidophenyl)diacetylene dianion (4) and bcpea = 9,10-bis(4-cyanamidophenylethynyl)anthracene dianion (5)) were synthesized in a stepwise manner starting from [Ru(tpy)(acac)(Ipcyd)] (1), where Ipcyd = 4-iodophenylcyanamide anion. Tetraphenylarsonium salts of the phenylcyanamide derivative ligands were also prepared. The four complexes have been characterized by UV-Vis, IR, ES-MS, electrochemistry and 1H NMR. Mononuclear complexes 2 and 3 were further characterized by 13C NMR. The single crystal X-ray structure of 2 was determined, it crystallized with one molecule of water with empirical formula of C32H31N5O5Ru, in a monoclinic crystal system and space group of P21/n with a = 17.642(5) Å, b = 9.634(2) Å, c = 20.063(7) Å, β = 92.65(3)°, V = 3406(2) Å3 and Z = 4. The structure was refined to a final R factor of 0.040. The Ru(III/II) couple of 1-3 appeared around 0.34 V versus the saturated calomel electrode in dimethylformamide and at a slightly higher potential, around 0.36-0.37 V for 4 and 5. Spectroelectrochemical studies were also performed for 4 and 5, no intervalence transition was observed despite all attempts.  相似文献

Acenaphtheno[1,2-b]-1,4,8,9-tetraazatriphenylene (atatp) and its complexes [Ru(L)2atatp](ClO4)2 x nH2O (L = 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), n=2 (1); 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), n=2 (2); and 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline (dmp), n=1 (3)) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses and 1H NMR. The spectral and electrochemical properties of these complexes are also examined. Complexes 1 and 2 display bright luminescence in acetonitrile but very weak luminescence in water solution. However, complex 3 is not luminescent in either solvent. The interaction of the complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) has been studied by absorption, emission and viscosity measurements. The intrinsic binding constants of complexes 1 and 2 are 7.6 x 10(4) and 8.8 x 10(4) M(-1) respectively. The relatively low affinities of complexes 1 and 2 with DNA may arise from the atatp ligand, indicating that the size and shape of the intercalated ligand have a marked effect on the strength of interaction. Complexes 1 and 2 bind with CT-DNA in an intercalative mode but complex 3 in a non-intercalative one, showing that changing the ancillary ligand affects not only the binding magnitude, but also the binding mode of the interaction.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to synthesize and evaluate plasmid DNA interaction of new platinum(II) complexes with some 2-substituted benzimidazole derivatives as carrier ligands which may have potent anticancer activity and low toxicity. Twelve benzimidazole derivatives carrying indole, 2-/or 3-/or 4-methoxyphenyl, 4-methylphenyl, 3,4-dimethoxyphenyl, 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl, 4-methoxybenzyl, 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl, 3,4,5-trimethoxystyryl, 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzylthio or dimethylamino ethyl groups in their position 2 and twelve platinum(II) complexes with these carrier ligands were synthesized. The chemical structure of the platinum complexes have been characterized by their elemental analysis and FIR, 1H NMR and mass spectra and their 1H NMR and FIR spectra were interpreted by comparison with those of the ligands. The interaction of all the ligands and their complexes with plasmid DNA and their restriction endonuclease reactions by BamHI and HindIII enzymes were studied by agarose gel electrophoresis. It was determined that complex 1 [dichloro-di(2-(1H-indole-3-yl)benzimidazole)platinum(II)·2H2O] has stronger interaction than carboplatin and complex 10 [dichloro-di(2-(3,4,5-trimethoxystyryl)benzimidazole)platinum(II)·2H2O] has stronger interaction than both carboplatin and cisplatin with plasmid DNA.  相似文献

Palladium(II) oxalato complexes with heterocyclic ligands have been prepared and characterized by spectroscopic and biological studies. The compounds are of the general formula Pd(ox)(L)n where ox = oxalato For n = 1, the ligand is isoxazole, 3,5-dimethylisoxazole, 2-methyl-benzoxazole, 2,5-dimethylbenzoxazole, and ethylenediamine, for n = 2, the ligand is N methylimidazole, N-ethylimidazole, N-propylimidazole, 3-amino, 5-methylisoxazole, and 5-amino 3,4 dimethylisoxazole. The Pd(ox)(L)2 soluble in water are monomeric square-planar; the Pd(ox)(L) that are little soluble in water are dimeric square-planar with the ligand bridging bidentate except to the chelate ethylenediamine. All the compounds exhibit a certain inhibitorial effect with the exception of the Pd(ox)(en) derivative.  相似文献

New phosphoramidite complexes of ruthenium chiral at the metal were synthesized, structurally characterized and their electrochemical and catalytic properties were studied. Reaction of the known chiral phosphoramidites (R = naphthyl, R′ = CH3, 1a; R = naphthyl, R′ = benzyl, 1b; R = octahydronaphthyl, R′ = benzyl, 1c) with CpRu(PPh3)2Cl afforded the title compounds CpRu(PPh3)(1a-c)(Cl) (2a-c) in 46-74% isolated yields. Fractional crystallization of 2b and 2c afforded the corresponding diastereopure complexes which are chiral both at the metal and at the ligand. The molecular structures of 2b and 2c were determined, revealing a pseudo octahedral coordination geometry about the ruthenium center. Electrochemical studies by cyclic voltammetry showed reversible electrochemical behavior of the metal complexes 2a-c. The new metal complexes are catalytically active in the Mukaiyama aldol reaction (24 h, room temperature, 31-53% yield), but almost no enantiomeric excesses for the products were obtained.  相似文献

Ruthenium(II) bis(2,2″-pyridyl) complexes with bridging ligands: 6,7-dichloro-2,3-di(2-pyridyl)quinoxaline; 2,3-di(2-pyridyl)-quinoxaline; 5-methyl-2,3-di(2-pyridyl) quinoxaline; 6,7-dibenzo-2,3-di(2-pyridyl)quinoxaline have been prepared. The electrochemical and spectroscopic properties of these complexes are reported. The resonance Raman spectroelectrochemical results indicate the presence of oxidation state sensitive marker bands in the resonance Raman spectra of the oxidized complexes. The spectroscopic data for the reduced complexes is similar for all four species. The resonance Raman data for the reduced species are dominated by 2,2″-bipyridyl vibrations.  相似文献

A series of new neutral arylnickel(II) phosphine complexes bearing non-symmetric bidentate chelate ligands, 3-aryliminomethyl-5-chloro-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, have been synthesized, and the structure of representative complexes (2b and 2d) has been confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis. These neutral arylnickel(II) phosphine complexes have been investigated as catalysts for ethylene oligomerization. Using methylaluminoxane (MAO) as a cocatalyst, these complexes display high ethylene oligomerization activities. A catalytic activity of up to 4.6 × 106 g mol−1 h−1 has been observed. The influence of Al/Ni molar ratio, reaction temperature, reaction period and pressure on catalytic activity was investigated.  相似文献

Two Salen-type ligands (H2L1, 4,4′-dichloro-2,2′-[(1,3-propylene)dioxybis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol and H2L2, 4,4′-dinitro-2,2′-[ethylenedioxybis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol) and their corresponding complexes ({[CoL1(MeOH)]2(OAc)2Co} · 2MeOH and [CuL2]2) have been synthesized and characterized by element analyses, 1H NMR, FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra, TG-DTA and single crystal X-ray crystallography. Crystallographic data suggests the octahedral geometry for Co(II) complex and square-pyramidal geometry for Cu(II) complex. Furthermore, the fluorescence behavior of Cu(II) complex in DMSO is discussed.  相似文献
