Three (1,2,4) and one known (3) triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the bark of Albizia procera. The saponins were characterized as 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->6)-2-acetamido-2-deoxy-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] echinocystic acid (1), 3-O-[alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-fucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-2-acetamido-2-deoxy-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] echinocystic acid (2) and 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->6)-2-acetamido-2-deoxy-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] acacic acid lactone (4). Their structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR experiments, FABMS as well as chemical means. Saponins 1 and 3 exhibited cytotoxicity against HEPG2 cell line with IC50 9.13 microg/ml and 10 microg/ml, respectively.  相似文献

The structures of four new diastereoisomeric triterpenoidal saponins Julibroside J5, J8, J12 and J13 (1-4) isolated from Albizia julibrissin Durazz. (Leguminosae) have been determined on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic analysis and chemical degradation. Julibroside, J8 and J13 showed marked cytotoxic activities against Bel-7402 cancer cell line at 100 microg/mL.  相似文献

Three new triterpenoid saponins, julibroside J(29) (1), julibroside J(30) (2), and julibroside J(31) (3), were isolated from the stem bark of Albizia julibrissin Durazz. (Leguminosae) by using chromatographic method. Their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. Compounds 1, 2, and 3 displayed significant anti-tumor activities in vitro against PC-3M-1E8, HeLa, and MDA-MB-435 cancer cell lines at 10microM assayed by SRB and MTT methods.  相似文献

Nine oleanane saponins including three new and six known were isolated from the seeds of Sesbania vesicaria. The new saponins were established as 3-O-[α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  3)]-β-d-glucuronopyranosyl-3β,29-dihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid, 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-28-O-β-d-glucopyransoyl-3β-hydroxy-olean-12-en-23-al-28-oate, and 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-28-O-β-d-glucopyransoyl-3β,23-dihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oate. All isolated saponins were assayed for their DNA topoisomerase I inhibition ability and cytotoxicity against A549 human lung adenocarcinoma epithelial cells with no positive activity detected (IC50 > 312 μM and GI50 > 25 μM, respectively).  相似文献

Seven oleanane-type saponins were isolated from the leaves and stems of Oreopanax guatemalensis, together with ten known saponins of lupane and oleanane types. The new saponins were respectively characterized as 3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl echinocystic acid 28-O-[alpha- L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester, 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl 3beta-hydroxy olean-11,13(18)-dien-28-oic acid 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta- D-glucopyranosyl]ester, 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]3beta-hydroxy olean-11,13(18)-dien-28-oic acid 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester, 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl]3beta, 23 dihydroxy olean-18-en-28-oic acid 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-6-O-acetyl glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]ester, 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] hederagenin 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2 )-]beta-D-glucopyranosyl]ester, 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl]hederagenin 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-]beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester and 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] hederagenin 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-[alpha-L-arabinofuranosyl-(1-->2)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester. Four new triterpenoid saponins were isolated and identified from the aerial parts of Fagonia cretica. They were characterized as 3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] hederagenin 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester, 3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] oleanolic acid 28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester, 3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] 27-hydroxy oleanolic acid 28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester and 3beta-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] olean-12-en-27-al-28-oic acid 28-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester. The structures of the saponins were assigned by spectral analyses (FABMS, 1H, 13C NMR, 1H-1H COSY, TOCSY, HMQC and HMBC spectra) and NOE experiments. To the best of our knowledge the genin 3beta hydroxy olean-12-en-27-al-28-oic acid is new.  相似文献

As part of our search for new bioactive saponins from Cameroonian medicinal plants, two new oleanane‐type saponins, named gummiferaosides D and E ( 1 and 2 ), along with one known saponin, julibroside J8 ( 3 ), were isolated from the roots of Albizia gummifera. Their structures were established on the basis of extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR (1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, DEPT, COSY, TOCSY, NOESY, HSQC, HSQC‐TOCSY, and HMBC) and HR‐ESI‐MS studies, and by chemical evidence. The apoptotic effect of saponins 1  –  3 was evaluated on the A431 human epidermoid cancer cell. Flow cytometric analyses showed that saponins 1  –  3 induced apoptosis of human epidermoid cancer cell (A431) in a dose‐dependent manner.  相似文献

Three cycloartane-type triterpene glycosides were isolated from Astragalus wiedemannianus together with eight known secondary metabolites namely cycloastragenol, cycloascauloside B, astragaloside IV, astragaloside VIII, brachyoside B, astragaloside II, astrachrysoside A, and astrasieversianin X. The structures were established mainly by a combination of 1D and 2D-NMR techniques as 3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-25-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-20(R),24(S)-epoxy-3β,6α,16β,25-tetrahydroxycycloartane, 3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl]-6-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-24-O-α-(4’-O-acetoxy)-L-arabinopyranosyl-16-O-acetoxy-3β,6α,16β,24(S),25-pentahydroxycycloartane, 3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1  2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl]-6-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-24-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-16-O-acetoxy-3β,6α,16β,24(S),25-pentahydroxycycloartane. To the best of our knowledge, the presence of an arabinose moiety on the acyclic side chain of cycloartanes is reported for the first time.  相似文献

Two novel triterpenoid saponins belonging to a modified hopane group, spergulin A [3-O-(beta-D-xylopyranosyl 4-sulphate)-spergulagenin A] (1) and spergulin B [3-O-[alpha-rhamnopyranosyl (1-->2)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl]-spergulatriol] (4) were isolated from the aerial part of Mollugo spergula along with spergulacin (2) and spergulacin A (3). The structures were determined primarily by NMR spectroscopy. The assignment of NMR signals was performed by means of 1H-1H COSY, NOESY, ROESY, TOCSY, HMQC and HMBC experiments.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the under-ground parts of Hydrocotyle bonariensis led to the isolation of five oleanane-type triterpenoid saponins, 3-O-{β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1 → 3)]-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl}-21-O-(2-methylbutyroyl)-22-O-acetyl-R(1)-barrigenol, 3-O-{β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1 → 3)]-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl}-21-O-(2-methylbutyroyl)-28-O-acetyl-R(1)-barrigenol, 3-O-{β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1 → 3)]-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl}-21-O-acetyl-R(1)-barrigenol, 3-O-{β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1 → 3)]-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl}-R(1)-barrigenol, and 3-O-{β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-[α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1 → 3)]-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl}-22-O-(2-methylbutyroyl)-A(1)-barrigenol, together with the known saniculoside-R1. Their structures were established by 2D NMR techniques and mass spectrometry. Six compounds were evaluated against two human colon cancer cell lines, HCT 116 and HT-29. Two compounds showed weak cytotoxicity with IC(50) 24.1 and 24.0, 83.0 and 83.6 μM against HT-29 and HCT 116, respectively.  相似文献

The saponins investigated were: oleanolic acid 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----4)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-xylopyranos ide, oleanolic acid 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1----6)-[beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----4)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D- xylopyranosyl(1----3)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-xylopyranos ide, oleanolic acid 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----4)- alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1----3)-alpha-L- rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-xylopyranoside and oleanolic acid 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1----3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1---3)-alpha-L- rhamnopyranosyl(1----2)-beta-D-xylopyranoside, respectively.
