p1,p4-Diadenosine 5'-tetraphosphate (Ap4A) has been implicated as a modulator of blood vessel tone. We have recently demonstrated that the infusion of Ap4A into swine induces vasodilation (Hilderman et al., Am. J. Hypertension 10 (1997) 94A) and that Ap4A induces the release of nitric oxide (NO) from bovine aortic endothelial cells (BAEC) (Hilderman and Christensen, FEBS Lett. 427 (1998) 320-324). However, the interaction of Ap4A with endothelial cells is incompletely understood. Therefore, we determined the characteristics of [3H]-Ap4A binding to BAEC in normal and ATP-depleted cells. These binding studies demonstrate that the interaction of Ap4A with BAEC involves two distinct steps: an ATP independent step and a second ATP dependent step leading to internalization of Ap4A. The initial interaction of Ap4A with BAEC is not affected by either EGTA or iodoacetate; however, both agents block the second step. These data suggest that calcium ions and sulfhydryl groups are required for Ap4A internalization but not for an initial binding event.  相似文献

The transport of glucose and α-methyl glucoside into the fat body of the silkworm, Bombyx mori L., has been studied. Glucose is transported into the tissue by a mechanism similar to facilitated diffusion and α-methyl glucoside by a diffusion process. The uptake of these sugars is neither energy dependent nor coupled to a phosphotransferase system.  相似文献

Since the opportunistic pathogen Pneumocystis carinii grows only slowly in vitro, the mechanism of glucose uptake was investigated to better understand how the organism transports nutrients. Using the non-metabolizable analogue 2-deoxyglucose, two uptake systems were detected with Q(10) values of 2.12 and 2.09, respectively. One had a high affinity (K(m)=67.5 microM) and the other a low affinity (K(m)=5.99 mM) for 2-deoxyglucose uptake. Glucose or deoxyglucose phosphate products from transported radiolabeled substrates were not detected during the incubation times used in this study. Both systems were inhibited by mannose, galactose, fructose, galactosamine, glucosamine, and glucose but not by allose, 5-thioglucose, xylose, glucose 6-phosphate and glucuronic acid. Salicylhydroxamate, KCN, iodoacetate, and 2,4-dinitrophenol inhibited the high-affinity transporter, suggesting it required ATP. Ouabain, monensin, carbonyl cyanide m-chlorophenylhydrazone, and N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide also inhibited deoxyglucose uptake, as did the replacement of Na(+) in the incubation medium with choline, indicating requirements for Na(+) and H(+). The high-affinity system was also inhibited by the protein synthesis inhibitors cycloheximide and chloramphenicol. In contrast, the low-affinity system transported deoxyglucose by facilitated diffusion mechanisms. Unlike the human erythrocyte glucose transporter GLUT1, the P. carinii transporters recognized fructose and galactose and were relatively insensitive to cytochalasin B, suggesting that the P. carinii glucose transporters may be good drug targets.  相似文献

An electrochemical proton gradient exists across the plasma membrane and the mitochondrial membrane of the bloodstream form ofTrypanosoma brucei. The membrane potential across the plasma membrane and the regulation of the internal pH depend on the temperature.Leishmania donovani regulates its internal pH and maintains a constant electrochemical proton gradient across its plasma membrane under all conditions examined. The mitochondrion of theT. brucei bloodstream form is energized, even though the reactions taking place in it do not result in net ATP synthesis and the Kreb's cycle and the respiratory chain are absent. Glucose is transported across the plasma membrane ofT. brucei by a facilitated diffusion carrier, that can transport a wider range of substrates than its mammalian counterparts. Pyruvate exits the cell via a facilitated diffusion transporter as well. Conflicting evidence exists for the mechanism of glucose transport inL. donovani; biochemical evidence suggests proton/glucose symport, while facilitated diffusion is indicated by physiological data.  相似文献

In recent years it has become increasingly clear that alpha, omega-dinucleotides act as extracellular modulators of various biological processes. P1,P4-diadenosine 5'-tetraphosphate (Ap4A) is the best characterized alpha,omega-dinucleotides and acts as an extracellular signal molecule by inducing the release of nitric oxide (NO) from bovine aortic endothelial cells (BAEC) (R. H. Hilderman, and E. F. Christensen (1998) FEBS Lett. 407, 320-324). However, the characteristics of Ap4A binding to endothelial cells have not been determined. In this report we demonstrate that Ap4A binds to a heterogeneous population of receptors on BAEC. Competition ligand-binding studies using various adenosine dinucleotides, guanosine dinucleotides, adenosine/guanosine dinucleotides, and synthetic P2 purinoceptor agonists and antagonists demonstrate that Ap4A binds to a receptor on BAEC that has a high affinity for some of the adenosine dinucleotides. The apparent IC50 values for Ap4A, Ap2A, and Ap3A are between 12 and 15 microM, while the apparent IC50 values for Ap5A and Ap6A are greater than 500 microM. Evidence is also presented which suggests that this receptor can be classified as a putative P4 purinoceptor. Competition studies also demonstrate that Ap4A binds at a lower affinity to a second class of binding sites.  相似文献

The process of NO transfer into erythrocytes (RBCs) is of critical biological importance because it regulates the bioavailability and diffusional distance of endothelial-derived NO. It has been reported that the rate of NO reaction with oxyhemoglobin (Hb) within RBCs is nearly three orders of magnitude slower than that by equal amounts of free oxyhemoglobin. Consistent with early studies on oxygen uptake by RBCs, the process of extracellular diffusion was reported to explain this much lower NO uptake by RBC encapsulated Hb (Liu, X., Miller, M. J., Joshi, M. S., Sadowska-Krowicka, H., Clark, D. A., and Lancaster, J. R., Jr. (1998) J. Biol. Chem. 273, 18709-18713). However, it was subsequently proposed that the RBC membrane provides the main resistance to NO uptake rather than the process of extracellular diffusion (Vaughn, M. W., Huang, K. T., Kuo, L., and Liao, J. C. (2000) J. Biol. Chem. 275, 2342-2348). This conclusion was based on competition experiments that were assumed to be able to determine the rate constant of NO uptake by RBCs without extracellular diffusion limitation. To test the validity of this hypothesis, we theoretically analyzed competition experiments. Here, we show that competition experiments do not eliminate the extracellular diffusion limitation. Simulation of the competition data indicates that the main resistance to NO uptake by RBCs is caused by extracellular diffusion in the unstirred layer surrounding each RBC but not by the RBC membrane. This extracellular diffusion resistance is responsible for preventing interference of NO signaling in the endothelium without the need for special NO uptake by intracellular hemoglobin or a unique membrane resistance mechanism.  相似文献

Vesicular glutamate transporter is present in neuronal synaptic vesicles and endocrine synaptic-like microvesicles and is responsible for vesicular storage of L-glutamate. A brain-specific Na(+)-dependent inorganic phosphate transporter (BNPI) functions as a vesicular glutamate transporter in synaptic vesicles, and the expression of this BNPI defines the glutamatergic phenotype in the central nervous system (Bellocchio, E. E., Reimer, R. J., Fremeau, R. T., Jr., and Edwards, R. H. (2000) Science 289, 957-960; Takamori, S., Rhee, J. S., Rosenmund, C., and Jahn, R. (2000) Nature 407, 189-194). However, since not all glutamatergic neurons contain BNPI, an additional transporter(s) responsible for vesicular glutamate uptake has been postulated. Here we report that differentiation-associated Na(+)-dependent inorganic phosphate cotransporter (DNPI), an isoform of BNPI (Aihara, Y., Mashima, H., Onda, H., Hisano, S., Kasuya, H., Hori, T., Yamada, S., Tomura, H., Yamada, Y., Inoue, I., Kojima, I., and Takeda, J. (2000) J. Neurochem. 74, 2622-2625), also transports L-glutamate at the expense of an electrochemical gradient of protons established by the vacuolar proton pump when expressed in COS7 cells. Molecular, biological, and immunohistochemical studies have indicated that besides its presence in neuronal cells DNPI is preferentially expressed in mammalian pinealocytes, alphaTC6 cells, clonal pancreatic alpha cells, and alpha cells of Langerhans islets, these cells being proven to secrete L-glutamate through Ca(2+)-dependent regulated exocytosis followed by its vesicular storage. Pancreatic polypeptide-secreting F cells of Langerhans islets also expressed DNPI. These results constitute evidence that DNPI functions as another vesicular transporter in glutamatergic endocrine cells as well as in neurons.  相似文献

We have previously cloned rat MRP3 as an inducible transporter in the liver (Hirohashi, T., Suzuki, H., Ito, K., Ogawa, K., Kume, K., Shimizu, T., and Sugiyama, Y. (1998) Mol. Pharmacol. 53, 1068-1075). In the present study, the function of rat MRP3 was investigated using membrane vesicles isolated from LLC-PK1 and HeLa cell population transfected with corresponding cDNA. The ATP-dependent uptake of both 17beta estradiol 17-beta-D-glucuronide ([3H]E217betaG) and glucuronide of [14C] 6-hydroxy-5, 7-dimethyl-2-methylamino-4-(3-pyridylmethyl) benzothiazole (E3040), but not that of [3H]leukotriene C4 and [3H]2, 4-dinitrophenyl-S-glutathione, was markedly stimulated by MRP3 transfection in both cell lines. The Km and Vmax values for the uptake of [3H]E217betaG were 67 +/- 14 microM and 415 +/- 73 pmol/min/mg of protein, respectively, for MRP3-expressing membrane vesicles and 3.0 +/- 0.7 microM and 3.4 +/- 0.4 pmol/min/mg of protein, respectively, for the endogenous transporter expressed on HeLa cells. [3H]E217betaG had also a similar Km value for MRP3 when LLC-PK1 cells were used as the host. All glucuronide conjugates examined (E3040 glucuronide, 4-methylumbelliferone glucuronide, and naphthyl glucuronide) and methotrexate inhibited MRP3-mediated [3H]E217betaG transport in LLC-PK1 cells. Moreover, [3H]methotrexate was transported via MRP3. The inhibitory effect of estrone sulfate, [3H]2,4-dinitrophenyl-S-glutathione, and [3H]leukotriene C4 was moderate or minimal, whereas N-acetyl-2,4-dinitrophenylcysteine had no effect on the uptake of [3H]E217betaG. The uptake of [3H]E217betaG was enhanced by E3040 sulfate and 4-methylumbelliferone sulfate. Thus we were able to demonstrate that several kinds of organic anions are transported via MRP3, although the substrate specificity of MRP3 differs from that of MRP1 and cMOAT/MRP2 in that glutathione conjugates are poor substrates for MRP3.  相似文献

ABCG2 transports sulfated conjugates of steroids and xenobiotics   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11
The mechanism for the cellular extrusion of sulfated conjugates is still unknown. In the present study, we investigated whether human wild type ABCG2 transports estrone 3-sulfate (E1S) using membrane vesicles from cDNA-transfected mouse lymphoma cell line (P388 cells). The uptake of [3H]E1S into ABCG2-expressing membrane vesicles was stimulated by ATP, and the Km value for [3H]E1S was determined to be 16.6 microm. The ABCG2-mediated transport of [3H]E1S was potently inhibited by SN-38 and many sulfate conjugates but not by glucuronide and glutathione conjugates or other anionic compounds. Other sulfate conjugates such as [3H]dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAS) and [35S]4-methylumbelliferone sulfate (Km = 12.9 microm) and [35S]6-hydroxy-5,7-dimethyl-2-methylamino-4-(3-pyridylmethyl)benzothiazole (E3040) sulfate (Km = 26.9 microm) were also transported by ABCG2. Although [3H]methotrexate, [3H]17beta-estradiol-17beta-D-glucuronide, [3H]2,4-dinitrophenyl-S-glutathione, and [14C]4-methylumbelliferone glucuronide were transported by ABCG2, this took place to a much lesser extent compared with [3H]E1S. It was suggested that ABCG2 preferentially transports sulfate conjugates and that E1S and DHEAS are the potential physiological substrates for this transporter.  相似文献

We have previously demonstrated that P(1),P(4)-diadenosine 5'-tetraphosphate (Ap(4)A) interacts with high-affinity and low-affinity binding sites on the bovine aortic endothelial cell (BAEC) surface. In this report we demonstrate that Ap(4)A interaction with the lower affinity site modulates l-arginine (l-Arg) and l-citrulline (l-Cit) uptake by BAEC. Competition uptake studies demonstrate that l-Arg and l-Cit uptake occurs through a common transporter system that is sensitive to Ap(4)A. Evidence is also presented that is consistent with Ap(4)A modulating l-Arg uptake by increasing the affinity of l-Arg for the transporter.  相似文献

The inducible glucose transport system of the yeast, Kluyveromyces lactis, was studied using the nonmetabolizeable glucose analogue, 6-deoxyglucose. The free sugar analogue is transported into glucose-grown cells via a facilitated diffusion system as determined by the nonconcentrative uptake of the sugar analogue, by the failure of energy inhibitors to reduce the rate of transport and by exchange diffusion across the membrane. Free 6-deoxyglucose is also transported into succinate-grown cells passively. Induction experiments revealed that 6-deoxyglucose serves as a gratuitous inducer for the glucose transport system in this yeast.  相似文献

PC12 pheochromocytoma cells take up 3,4-dihydroxyphenylethylamine (dopamine) and norepinephrine by a Na+-dependent, cocaine-sensitive system. The kinetics suggest that the same transporter functions for both substrates. Xylamine, a nitrogen mustard that blocks catecholamine uptake into neurons, irreversibly inhibited norepinephrine uptake into PC12 (IC50 = 15 microM). Pretreatment with 10 microM xylamine did not inhibit norepinephrine transport if 10 microM cocaine or 100 microM norepinephrine was also present during the pretreatment period or if Na+ was absent. These results indicate that xylamine must interact with the norepinephrine transporter to inhibit norepinephrine uptake. PC12 accumulated [3H]xylamine; this uptake had Na+-dependent and Na+-independent components. The Na+-dependent uptake was saturable (Km = 13 microM), and it was inhibited by cocaine (IC50 = 0.6 microM), desipramine (IC50 less than 1 nM), and norepinephrine (IC50 = 1 microM). Several proteins became prominently labeled when intact PC12 cells were incubated with [3H]xylamine; these proteins were enriched in a plasma membrane fraction and have molecular weights of 17,000, 24,000, 31,000, 33,000, 41,000, 42,000, 52,000, and 80,000. Other proteins were labeled less prominently. The labeling of all proteins was markedly decreased when the incubation with [3H]xylamine occurred in the presence of cocaine, desipramine, gramicidin D, or in a Na+-free buffer. These results indicate that xylamine must be transported into the cells for covalent binding to proteins to occur. [3H]Xylamine labeled essentially the same proteins when incubated with cell homogenates, but competition experiments with bretylium, desipramine, and cocaine failed to reveal which of the [3H]xylamine-labeled proteins is associated with the norepinephrine transporter.  相似文献

The present experiments used methylcholines to examine the stereoselectivity of choline transport into rat synaptosomes. R(+)-alpha-methylcholine and S(+)-beta-methylcholine were significantly better inhibitors of the high-affinity choline transport system than were their enantiomers. Although both enantiomers of alpha- and of beta-methylcholine inhibited [3H]choline transport, only R(+)-alpha-methylcholine and S(+)-beta-methylcholine could be transported by the high-affinity choline uptake mechanism. Therefore, we conclude that the chiral requirements for recognition of and for transport by the high-affinity transporter are clearly different. In addition to high-affinity choline transport, Na(+)-independent low-affinity transport was measured. This process transported R(+)-alpha-methylcholine, but not S(-)-alpha-methylcholine; however, it showed no stereoselectivity for the enantiomers of beta-methylcholine. Thus, high- and low-affinity choline transport mechanisms exhibit distinct differences in their substrate selectivities. We suggest that the stereoselective properties of choline transport might present a unique opportunity to study choline uptake and metabolism.  相似文献

Sorbose transport in Saccharomyces fragilis takes place both via an active sugar-H+ symport system and via facilitated diffusion. To establish whether the two modes of transport proceed via the same transporter or via two different carriers, the kinetic consequences of both models were investigated. The kinetic equations for initial transport were derived for three possible reaction sequences with respect to sugar and H+ binding to the symport carrier: random binding and obligatory ordered binding with either sugar or H+ binding first, yielding six sets of kinetic parameters. Analysis of experimental data of sorbose transport in S. fragilis showed the existence of separate carriers for active, sorbose-H+ symport and facilitated diffusion. Furthermore, it could be concluded that the symport carrier shows random binding of sugar and H+. In recent literature, a similar combination of active and passive sugar transport in Rhodotorula gracilis and Chlorella vulgaris was interpreted as two modes of action of the same carrier, viz., active symport via the protonated, and facilitated diffusion via the unprotonated carrier. Analysis of the experimental data according to the criteria presented in this paper showed, however, that this supposition is untenable and that two different carriers must also be involved in these micro-organisms.  相似文献

Two strains of Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis were indistinguishable by several nucleic acid-based techniques; however, the type strain DSMZ 10140 was glucose utilization positive, while RB 4825, an industrially employed strain, was unable to grow rapidly on glucose as the principal carbon source. This difference was attributed to the presence of a low-affinity facilitated-diffusion glucose transporter identified in DSMZ 10140 but lacking in RB 4825. Uptake of D-[U-(14)C]glucose in DSMZ 10140 was stimulated by monovalent cations (ammonium, sodium, potassium, and lithium) and inhibited by divalent cations (calcium and magnesium). When competitor carbohydrates were included in the uptake assays, stereospecific inhibition was exhibited, with greater competition by methyl-beta-glucoside than methyl-alpha-glucoside. Significant inhibition (>30%) was observed with phloretin, an inhibitor of facilitated diffusion of glucose, whereas there was no inhibition by sodium fluoride, iodoacetate, sodium arsenate, sodium azide, 2,4-dinitrophenol, monensin, or valinomycin, which typically reduce energy-driven transport. Based on kinetic analyses, the mean values for K(t) and V(max) were 14.8 +/- 3.4 mM D-glucose and 0.13 +/- 0.03 micromol glucose/min/mg cell protein, respectively. Glucose uptake by several glucose-utilizing commercial strains of B. animalis subsp. lactis was also inhibited by phloretin, indicating the presence of facilitated diffusion glucose transporters in those strains. Since DSMZ 10140 has been previously reported to lack a functional glucose phosphoenolpyruvate phosphotransferase system, the glucose transporter identified here is responsible for much of the organism's glucose uptake.  相似文献

Glucose-repressed cells of the yeast Pichia ohmeri IGC 2879 transported glucose by facilitated diffusion. Derepression led to the formation of a glucose/proton symport and the simultaneous reduction of the facilitated diffusion capacity by about 70%. Cycloheximide prevented this interconversion indicating its dependence on de novo protein synthesis (proteosynthetic interconversion). In buffer with 2% glucose the glucose/proton symport suffered irreversible inactivation while the facilitated diffusion system was simultaneously restored. This reverse interconversion process did not require de novo protein synthesis as indicated by its lack of sensitivity to cycloheximide (degradative interconversion). Thus the glucose/proton symport system appeared to consist of about 70% of the facilitated diffusion proteins turned silent through association with additional protein(s) the latter being sensitive to glucose-induced repression and glucose-induced inactivation.  相似文献

It is commonly believed thatthe activity of NO synthase (NOS) solely controls NO production fromits substrates, L-Arg and O2. The Michaelis-Menten constant(Km) of NOS forL-Arg is in the micromolarrange; cellular levels of L-Argare much higher. However, evidence strongly suggests that cellularsupply of L-Arg may becomelimiting and lead to reduced NO and increased superoxide anion(O2·) formation, promotingcardiovascular dysfunction. Uptake ofL-Arg into cells occursprimarily (~85%) through the actions of aNa+-independent, carrier-mediatedtransporter (system y+). We haveexamined the effects of NOS agonists (substance P, bradykinin, and ACh)and NO donors(S-nitroso-N-acetyl-penicillamine and dipropylenetriamine NONOate) on transport ofL-Arg into bovine aorticendothelial cells (BAEC). Our results demonstrate that NOS agonistsincrease y+ transporter activity.A rapidly acting NO donor initially increases L-Arg uptake; however, afterlonger exposure, L-Arg uptake is suppressed. Exposure of BAEC withoutL-Arg to substance P and aCa2+ ionophore (A-23187) increasedO2· formation, which was blockedwith concurrent presence ofL-Arg or the NOS antagonistN-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester. We conclude that factors including NO itself controly+ transport function and theproduction of NO and O2·.

We have isolated a cDNA from rat small intestine that encodes a novel Na+-independent neutral amino acid transporter with distinctive characteristics in substrate selectivity and transport property. The encoded protein, designated L-type amino acid transporter-2 (LAT-2), shows amino acid sequence similarity to the system L Na+-independent neutral amino acid transporter LAT-1 (Kanai, Y., Segawa, H., Miyamoto, K., Uchino, H., Takeda, E., and Endou, H. (1998) J. Biol. Chem. 273, 23629-23632) (50% identity) and the system y+L transporters y+LAT-1 (47%) and KIAA0245/y+LAT-2 (45%) (Torrents, D., Estevez, R., Pineda, M., Fernandez, E., Lloberas, J., Shi, Y.-B., Zorzano, A., and Palacin, M. (1998) J. Biol. Chem. 273, 32437-32445). LAT-2 is a nonglycosylated membrane protein. It requires 4F2 heavy chain, a type II membrane glycoprotein, for its functional expression in Xenopus oocytes. LAT-2-mediated transport is not dependent on Na+ or Cl- and is inhibited by a system L-specific inhibitor, 2-aminobicyclo-(2,2,1)-heptane-2-carboxylic acid (BCH), indicating that LAT-2 is a second isoform of the system L transporter. Compared with LAT-1, which prefers large neutral amino acids with branched or aromatic side chains, LAT-2 exhibits remarkably broad substrate selectivity. It transports all of the L-isomers of neutral alpha-amino acids. LAT-2 exhibits higher affinity (Km = 30-50 microM) to Tyr, Phe, Trp, Thr, Asn, Ile, Cys, Ser, Leu, Val, and Gln and relatively lower affinity (Km = 180-300 microM) to His, Ala, Met, and Gly. In addition, LAT-2 mediates facilitated diffusion of substrate amino acids, as distinct from LAT-1, which mediates amino acid exchange. LAT-2-mediated transport is increased by lowering the pH level, with peak activity at pH 6.25, because of the decrease in the Km value without changing the Vmax value. Because of these functional properties and a high level of expression of LAT-2 in the small intestine, kidney, placenta, and brain, it is suggested that the heterodimeric complex of LAT-2 and 4F2 heavy chain is involved in the trans-cellular transport of neutral amino acids in epithelia and blood-tissue barriers.  相似文献

In this study, the putative anion transporter 1 (ANTR1) from Arabidopsis thaliana was shown to be localized to the chloroplast thylakoid membrane by Western blotting with two different peptide-specific antibodies. ANTR1 is homologous to the type I of mammalian Na+-dependent inorganic phosphate (Pi) transporters. The function of ANTR1 as a Na+-dependent Pi transporter was demonstrated by heterologous expression and uptake of radioactive Pi into Escherichia coli cells. The expression of ANTR1 conferred increased growth rates to the transformed cells and stimulated Pi uptake in a pH- and Na+-dependent manner as compared with the control cells. Among various tested effectors, Pi was the preferred substrate. Although it competed with the uptake of Pi, glutamate was not transported by ANTR1 into E. coli. In relation to its function as a Pi transporter, several physiological roles for ANTR1 in the thylakoid membrane are proposed, such as export of Pi produced during nucleotide metabolism in the thylakoid lumen back to the chloroplast stroma and balance of the trans-thylakoid H+ electrochemical gradient storage.  相似文献

The glucose transporter of Trypanosoma brucei was reconstituted by incorporating Escherichia coli phospholipid liposomes into detergent-solubilised trypanosome membranes. Proteoliposome vesicles were formed by detergent dilution and used in glucose-uptake assays. The minima for functional reconstitution of the glucose transporter were established and used to probe the mechanism of glucose transport. The uptake pattern of radiolabelled glucose showed a counterflow transient at about 3 s, after which the sugar equilibrated across the proteoliposomal membrane. This observation is consistent with a facilitated transporter. There was a six-fold increase in the initial rate of glucose uptake compared to non-reconstituted or native membranes. In addition, the transporter exhibited stereospecificity to D-glucose but poorly transported L-glucose. Directionality, stereoselectivity or substrate specificity and cis-inhibition by phloridzin were therefore the main criteria for validation of glucose transport. The observed counterflow transient also provided further evidence for a facilitated glucose transporter within the trypanosome plasma membrane, and was the single most important criterion for this assertion. A stoichiometry of 0.78 mol of glucose per mol of transporter was estimated.  相似文献
