We have recently demonstrated that the Arg-X-Lys/Arg-Arg sequence is a signal for precursor cleavage catalyzed by furin, a mammalian homologue of the yeast precursor-processing endoprotease Kex2, within the constitutive secretory pathway. In this study, we further examined sequence requirements for the constitutive precursor cleavage by expression of various prorenin mutants with amino acid substitutions around the native Lys-Arg cleavage site in Chinese hamster ovary cells. The results delineate the following sequence rules that govern the constitutive precursor cleavage. (a) A basic residue (Lys or Arg) at the 4th (position -4) or 6th (position -6) residue upstream of the cleavage site besides basic residues at positions -1 and -2 is necessary. (b) At position -2, a Lys residue is more preferable than Arg. (c) At position -4, an Arg residue is more preferable than Lys. (d) At position 1, a hydrophobic aliphatic amino acid is not suitable.  相似文献

Many peptide hormones and neuropeptides are produced from larger, inactive precursors through endoproteolysis at sites usually marked by paired basic residues (primarily Lys-Arg and Arg-Arg), or occasionally by a monobasic residue (primarily Arg). Based upon data concerning processing of prorenin and its mutants around the native Lys-Arg cleavage site expressed in mouse pituitary AtT-20 cells, we present the following sequence rules that govern mono-arginyl cleavages: (a) a basic residue at the fourth (position -4) or the sixth (position -6) residue upstream of the cleavage site is required, (b) at position -4, Arg is more favorable than Lys, and (c) at position 1, a hydrophobic aliphatic residue is not suitable. These rules are compatible with those proposed by comparison of precursor sequences around mono-arginyl cleavage sites. We also provide evidence that precursor cleavages at mono-arginyl and dibasic sites can be catalyzed by the same Kex2-like processing endoprotease, PC1/PC3.  相似文献

Many peptide hormones are produced from larger precursors by endoproteolysis at pairs of basic amino acids (e.g. Lys-Arg and Arg-Arg) within the regulated secretory pathway in endocrine cells. However, many other secretory and membrane proteins appear to be produced from precursors through cleavage at multiple, rather than paired, basic residues within the constitutive secretory pathway in non-endocrine cells. By surveying various precursors processed constitutively, we noticed that most of them have the consensus sequence, Arg-X-Lys/Arg-Arg (RXK/RR), at the cleavage site. When expressed in endocrine and non-endocrine cells, a precursor with the RXKR sequence was cleaved in both types of cells, whereas that with the Lys-Arg pair was cleaved only in the endocrine cells. When the RXKR precursor was coexpressed with furin and PC3, both of which are mammalian homologues of the yeast precursor-processing endoprotease Kex2, in non-endocrine cells, enhancement of the precursor cleavage by furin but not by PC3 was observed. By contrast, when the Lys-Arg precursor was coexpressed with the two mammalian proteases in endocrine cells with no endogenous processing activity at dibasic sites, it was cleaved only by PC3. These results indicate that the basic pair and the RXK/RR sequence are the signals for precursor cleavages catalyzed by PC3 within the regulated secretory pathway and by furin within the constitutive pathway, respectively.  相似文献

It is well known that precursor cleavage at paired basic amino acids (e.g., Lys-Arg, Arg-Arg) within the regulated secretory pathway is one of the key steps to produce bioactive peptides. On the other hand, we have recently shown that precursors with an Arg residue at the fourth residue upstream of the cleavage site besides the basic pair, i.e. with the Arg-X-Lys/Arg-Arg (RXK/RR) motif, are cleaved within the constitutive secretory pathway. To discriminate between the precursor cleavage at RXK/RR sites within the constitutive pathway and that at dibasic sites within the regulated pathway, we examined the effects of drugs affecting the secretory process, intracellular Ca2+ depletion, and a protease inhibitor on these cleavages. Chloroquine (a weak base), depletion of intracellular Ca2+ by A23187 (a Ca2+ ionophore), and the Pittsburgh-type mutant of alpha 1-protease inhibitor differentially affected these two cleavages. Brefeldin A, which impedes protein transport from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi complex, inhibited both cleavages. Colchicine (an anti-microtubular drug) had no discernible effect on either cleavage. These observations support the notion that the precursor cleavages at dibasic and RXK/RR sites occur in different subcellular compartments, and are catalyzed by different processing endoproteases.  相似文献

Regulatory peptides are synthesized as part of larger precursors that are subsequently processed into the active substances. After cleavage of the signal peptide, further proteolytic processing occurs predominantly at basic amino acid residues. Rules have been proposed in order to predict which putative proteolytic processing sites are actually used, but these rules have been established for vertebrate peptide precursors and it is unclear whether they are also valid for insects. The aim of this paper is to establish the validity of these rules to predict proteolytic cleavage sites at basic amino acids in insect neuropeptide precursors. Rules describing the cleavage of mono- and dibasic potential processing sites in insect neuropeptide precursors are summarized below. Lys-Arg pairs not followed by an aliphatic or basic amino acid residue are virtually always cleaved in insect regulatory peptide precursors, but cleavages of Lys-Arg pairs followed by either an aliphatic or a basic amino acid residue are ambiguous, as is processing at Arg-Arg pairs. Processing at Arg-Lys pairs has so far not been demonstrated in insects and processing at Lys-Lys pairs appears very rare. Processing at single Arg residues occurs only when there is a basic amino acid residue in position -4, -6, or -8, usually an Arg, but Lys or His residues work also. Although the current number of such sites is too limited to draw definitive conclusions, it seems plausible that cleavage at these sites is inhibited by the presence of aliphatic residues in the +1 position. However, cleavage at single Arg residues is ambiguous. When several potential cleavage sites overlap the one most easily cleaved appears to be processed. It cannot be excluded that some of the rules formulated here will prove less than universal, as only a limited number of cleavage sites have so far been identified. It is likely that, as in vertebrates, ambiguous processing sites exist to allow differential cleavage of the same precursor by different convertases and it seems possible that the precursors of allatostatins and PBAN are differentially cleaved in different cell types. Many small peptide hormones are synthesized as larger precursors in which the mature hormone sequence is flanked by pairs of basic amino acids. These precursors often undergo extensive post-translational modifications; a critical step in this process is proteolytic excision of the hormone at the paired basic residues. To determine the role of paired basic amino acids as recognition signals for cleavage by processing enzymes, we investigated the heterologous expression of prosomatostatin (the pro-somatotropin release inhibiting factor (pro-SRIF). Pro-SRIF is one of the simplest peptide hormone precursors, possessing a single copy of the 14-residue SRIF peptide at its carboxyl terminus preceded by the least common pair of basic amino acids, Arg-Lys. Employing site-directed mutagenesis, we altered the paired basic cleavage site to the more common Arg-Arg and Lys-Arg residues. The native and mutated precursors were expressed in rat pituitary GH3 cells and mouse 3T3 cells using a retroviral vector. Alteration of the paired basic residues had no effect on the specificity of proteolytic cleavage as both the native and mutant precursors were processed with 70 to 80% efficiency in GH3 cells. Surprisingly, when the mutant pro-SRIFs were expressed in 3T3 cells, which do not process the native precursor, the Arg-Arg and Lys-Arg precursors were processed with 16 and 20% efficiency, respectively. The role of an acidic compartment in mediating pro-SRIF cleavage was also investigated using low concentrations of the lysosomotrophic drug Chloroquine. Twenty-five microM Chlorquine completely inhibited pro-SRIF cleavage and intracellular storage; the unprocessed precursor was secreted into the medium. We conclude that (i) exposure to an acidic compartment is required for pro-SRIF maturation, and (ii) the conformation of the processing site, rather than the composition of the basic amino acids, defines cleavage specificity by prohormone processing enzymes.  相似文献

We investigated the amino acid sequence requirements for intracellular cleavage of the Rous sarcoma virus glycoprotein precursor by introducing mutations into the region encoding the cleavage recognition site (Arg-Arg-Lys-Arg). In addition to mutants G1 (Arg-Arg-Glu-Arg) and Dr1 (deletion of all four codons) that we have reported on previously (L. G. Perez and E. Hunter, J. Virol. 61:1609-1614, 1987), we constructed two additional mutants, AR1 (Arg-Arg-Arg-Arg), in which the highly conserved lysine is replaced by an arginine, and S19 (Ser-Arg-Glu-Arg), in which no dibasic pairs remain. The results of these studies demonstrate that when the cleavage sequence is deleted (Dr1) or modified to contain unpaired basic residues (S19), intracellular cleavage of the glycoprotein precursor is completely blocked. This demonstrates that the cellular endopeptidase responsible for cleavage has a stringent requirement for the presence of a pair of basic residues (Arg-Arg or Lys-Arg). Furthermore, it implies that the cleavage enzyme is not trypsinlike, since it is unable to recognize arginine residues that are sensitive to trypsin action. Substitution of the mutated genes into a replication-competent avian retrovirus genome showed that cleavage of the glycoprotein precursor was not required for incorporation into virions but was necessary for infectivity. Treatment of BH-RCAN-S19-transfected turkey cells with low levels of trypsin resulted in the release of infectious virus, demonstrating that exogenous cleavage could generate a biologically active glycoprotein molecule.  相似文献

A cDNA clone encoding the human motilin precursor was isolated from an intestinal library using synthetic oligonucleotide probes. The predicted amino acid sequence indicates that the motilin precursor consists of 115 amino acids and includes a 25-residue N-terminal signal peptide followed by the 22-amino-acid motilin sequence and a long, 68-residue C-terminal peptide. The amino acid sequence of human motilin predicted from the cDNA sequence is identical to its porcine counterpart, which has been determined by protein sequencing. Proteolytic processing of promotilin to motilin occurs at the sequence, Lys-Lys, this being the first reported instance of processing occurring at a pair of Lys residues. In other precursors it occurs at Lys-Arg, Arg-Arg, Arg, or very rarely Lys.  相似文献

Mitochondrial processing peptidase (MPP) specifically cleaves off the N-terminal presequence of the mitochondrial protein precursor. Previous studies demonstrated that Arg at position -2 from the cleavage site, which is found among many precursors, plays a critical role in recognition by MPP. We analyzed the structural elements of bovine cytochrome P450 side-chain cleavage enzyme precursor [pre-P450(SCC)], which has Ala at position -2, for recognition by MPP. Replacement of Ala position -2 of pre-P450(SCC) with Arg resulted in an increase in the cleavage rate. Replacement with Gly caused a reduction in the cleavage rate and the appearance of an additional cleavage site downstream of the authentic site. A pre-P450(SCC) mutant with Met at position -2 retained cleavage efficiency equal to that of the wild type. These results indicate that -2 Ala of pre-P450(SCC) is recognized by MPP as a determinant for precise cleavage, and that the amino acid at -2 is required to have a straight methylene chain for interaction with the S(2) site. The preference for distal basic residues, a hydrophobic residue at +1, and hydroxyl residues at +2 and +3, was almost the same as those of the precursors with Arg at -2, indicating that the recognition mechanism of pre-P450(SCC) by MPP is essentially the same as that of the precursors with Arg at position -2.  相似文献

Most peptide hormones and neurotransmitters are synthesized as larger precursor proteins, which are post-translationally processed to mature bioactive products. An early event in prohormone maturation is endoproteolytic cleavage, occurring usually at pairs of basic amino acids (e.g. Lys-Arg). Since many of the characteristics of a prohormone endoprotease are unknown, distinguishing these enzymes from other cellular proteases in vitro has been difficult. In this report, the substrate specificity of a model prohormone processing system, the insulinoma cell line Rin m5F, was characterized in vivo to establish a set of criteria by which putative proinsulin endoproteases may be assessed. To determine the role of composition of the paired basic amino acid site in directing cleavage, a series of mutant prohormones containing altered cleavage sites was constructed and expressed in Rin m5F cells. Proopiomelanocortin (POMC) was used as a substrate since this prohormone was previously shown to be processed by these cells. To control for positional effects, all four permutations of lysine and arginine (Lys-Arg, Arg-Arg, Arg-Lys, and Lys-Lys) were introduced at both the efficiently processed cleavage site separating the ACTH and beta-lipotropin (beta-LPH) domains of POMC and at the inefficiently processed site in the beta-endorphin sequence near the COOH-terminus of the precursor. His-Arg and Met-Arg sites were also introduced at the ACTH/beta-LPH junction to assess the requirement for paired lysines and arginines. Identification of POMC-derived peptides demonstrated efficient processing of Lys-Arg and inefficient processing of Lys-Lys and Arg-Lys sites at both positions in the prohormone. The Arg-Arg sequence, however, was processed in a position-dependent manner, being efficiently cleaved between ACTH and beta-LPH but only about 50% processed within beta-endorphin. His-Arg was not cleaved in Rin m5F cells, although surprisingly Met-Arg was partially processed. These results indicate a strict preference of the insulinoma prohormone endoprotease(s) for paired basic amino acids ending in arginine, but that processing efficiency of some sequences may be modulated by location within the precursor molecule.  相似文献

Previously, we reported the purification and characterization of a myofibril-bound serine proteinase (MBP) from carp muscle (Osatomi K, Sasai H, Cao M-J, Hara K, Ishihara T. Comp Biochem Physiol 1997;116B:159–66). In the present study, the N-terminal amino acid sequence of the enzyme was determined, which showed high identity with those of other trypsin-like serine proteases. The cleavage specificity of MBP for dibasic and monobasic residues was investigated using various fluorogenic substrates and peptides. Analyses of the cleaved peptide products showed that the enzyme hydrolyzed peptides both at monobasic and dibasic amino acid residues. Monobasic amino acid residues were hydrolyzed at the carboxyl side; dibasic residues were cleaved either at the carboxyl side of the pair or between the two basic residues and the enzyme showed a cleavage preference for the Arg-Arg pair. Unexpectedly, MBP hydrolyzed lysyl-bradykinin and methionyl–lysyl–bradykinin at the carboxyl side of Gly fairly specifically and efficiently displaying a unique cleavage. Because MBP also degraded protein substrates such as casein and myofibrillar proteins, the substrate specificity of MBP appeared not to be strictly specific.  相似文献

Selective processing of proalbumin determined by site-specific mutagenesis   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Rat proalbumin is cleaved at the dibasic pair Arg-Arg and converted into a mature form with Glu at the NH2 terminus. In the present study site-directed mutagenesis of the albumin cDNA was designed to generate proalbumin variants in which Glu1 was substituted with various amino acid residues. The expression plasmids constructed were transfected into COS-1 cells, and the intracellular processing of proalbumins expressed was examined by labeling experiments. Substitution of Glu1----Ser allowed the expressed proalbumin to be processed as observed for the wild-type precursor. However, replacement of Glu1 with a hydrophobic residue (Val, Leu or Ile) resulted in no processing of proalbumin, despite retaining the same cleavage signal Arg-Arg as above. The results indicate that the residue at position 1 adjacent to the dibasic pair is also important for recognition by the proalbumin-processing enzyme.  相似文献

The fusion (F) protein precursor of virulent Newcastle disease virus (NDV) strains has two pairs of basic amino acids at the cleavage site, and its intracellular cleavage activation occurs in a variety of cells; therefore, the viruses cause systemic infections in poultry. To explore the protease responsible for the cleavage in the natural host, we examined detailed substrate specificity of the enzyme in chick embryo fibroblasts (CEF) using a panel of the F protein mutants at the cleavage site expressed by vaccinia virus vectors, and compared the specificity with those of mammalian subtilisin-like proteases such as furin, PC6 and PACE4 which are candidates for F protein processing enzymes. It was demonstrated in CEF cells that Arg residues at the -4, -2 and -1 positions upstream of the cleavage site were essential, and that at the -5 position was required for maximal cleavage. Phe at the +1 position was also important for efficient cleavage. On the other hand, furin and PC6 expressed by vaccinia virus vectors showed cleavage specificities against the F protein mutants consistent with that shown by the processing enzyme of CEF cells, but PACE4 hardly cleaved the F proteins including the wild type. These results indicate that the proteolytic processing enzymes of poultry for virulent NDV F proteins could be furin and/or PC6 but not PACE4. The significance of individual contribution of the three amino acids at the -5, -2 and +1 positions to cleavability was discussed in relation to the evolution of virulent and avirulent NDV strains.  相似文献

The 3C-like protease of the Chiba virus, a Norwalk-like virus, is one of the chymotrypsin-like proteases. To identify active-site amino acid residues in this protease, 37 charged amino acid residues and a putative nucleophile, Cys139, within the GDCG sequence were individually replaced with Ala in the 3BC precursor, followed by expression in Escherichia coli, where the active 3C-like protease would cleave 3BC into 3B (VPg) and 3C (protease). Among 38 Ala mutants, 7 mutants (R8A, H30A, K88A, R89A, D138A, C139A, and H157A) completely or nearly completely lost the proteolytic activity. Cys139 was replaceable only with Ser, suggesting that an SH or OH group in the less bulky side chain was required for the side chain of the residue at position 139. His30, Arg89, and Asp138 could not be replaced with any other amino acids. Although Arg8 was also not replaceable for the 3B/3C cleavage and the 3C/3D cleavage, the N-terminal truncated mutant devoid of Arg8 significantly cleaved 3CD into 3C and 3D (polymerase), indicating that Arg8 itself was not directly involved in the proteolytic cleavage. As for position 88, a positively charged residue was required because the Arg mutant showed significant activity. As deduced by the X-ray structure of the hepatitis A virus 3C protease, Arg8, Lys88, and Arg89 are far away from the active site, and the side chain of Asp138 is directed away from the active site. Therefore, these are not catalytic residues. On the other hand, all of the mutants of His157 in the S1 specificity pocket tended to retain very slight activity, suggesting a decreased level of substrate recognition. These results, together with a sequence alignment with the picornavirus 3C proteases, indicate that His30 and Cys139 are active-site residues, forming a catalytic dyad without a carboxylate directly participating in the proteolysis.  相似文献

Previous work demonstrated that human furin is a predominantly Golgi membrane-localized endoprotease that can efficiently process precursor proteins at paired basic residues (-Lys-Arg- or -Arg-Arg-) in transfected cells. Anion-exchange chromatography of culture supernatant from cells expressing a soluble truncated form of human furin resulted in a greatly enriched preparation of the endoprotease (approximately 70% pure as determined by protein staining). Enzymatic studies show that furin is a calcium-dependent (K0.5 = 200 microM) serine endoprotease which has greater than 50% of maximal activity between pH 6.0 and 8.5. The inhibitor sensitivity of furin suggests that it is similar to, yet distinct from, other calcium-dependent proteases. Evidence that furin may require a P4 Arg in fluorogenic peptide substrates suggested that this enzyme might cleave the protective antigen (PA) component of anthrax toxin at the sequence -Arg-Lys-Lys-Arg-. Indeed, PA was cleaved by purified furin at the proposed consensus site (-Arg-X-Lys/Arg-Arg decreases-) at a rate (8 mumol/min/mg total protein) 400-fold higher than that observed with synthetic peptides. In addition, the processing of mutant PA molecules with altered cleavage sites suggests that furin-catalyzed endoproteolysis minimally requires an -Arg-X-X-Arg- recognition sequence for efficient cleavage. Together, these results support the hypothesis that furin processes protein precursors containing this cleavage site motif in the exocytic pathway and in addition, raises the possibility that the enzyme also cleaves extracellular substrates, including PA.  相似文献

Escherichia coli outer-membrane endoprotease OmpT has suitable properties for processing fusion proteins to produce peptides and proteins. However, utilization of this protease for such production has been restricted due to its generally low cleavage efficiency at Arg (or Lys)-Xaa, where Xaa is a nonbasic N-terminal amino acid of a target polypeptide. The objective of this study was to generate a specific and efficient OmpT protease and to utilize it as a processing enzyme for producing various peptides and proteins by converting its substrate specificity. Since OmpT Asp(97) is proposed to interact with the P1' amino acid of its substrates, OmpT variants with variations at Asp(97) were constructed by replacing this amino acid with 19 natural amino acids to alter the cleavage specificity at Arg (P1)-Xaa (P1'). The variant OmpT that had a methionine at this position, but not the wild-type OmpT, efficiently cleaved a fusion protein containing the amino acid sequence -Arg-Arg-Arg-Ala-Arg downward arrow motilin, in which motilin is a model peptide with a phenylalanine at the N terminus. The OmpT variants with leucine and histidine at position 97 were useful in releasing human adrenocorticotropic hormone (1-24) (serine at the N terminus) and human calcitonin precursor (cysteine at the N terminus), respectively, from fusion proteins. Motilin was produced by this method and was purified up to 99.0% by two chromatographic steps; the yield was 160 mg/liter of culture. Our novel method in which the OmpT variants are used could be employed for production of various peptides and proteins.  相似文献

Botulinum neurotoxin (NT) is synthesized by Clostridium botulinum as about a 150-kDa single-chain polypeptide. Posttranslational modification by bacterial or exogenous proteases yielded dichain structure which formed a disulfide loop connecting a 50-kDa light chain (Lc) and 100-kDa heavy chain (Hc). We determined amino acid sequences around cleavage sites in the loop region of botulinum NTs produced by type C strain Stockholm, type D strain CB16, and type F strain Oslo by analysis of the C-terminal sequence of Lc and the N-terminal sequence of Hc. Cleavage was found at one or two sites at Arg444/Ser445 and Lys449/Thr450 for type C, and Lys442/Asn443 and Arg445/Asp446 for type D, respectively. In culture fluid of mildly proteolytic strains of type C and D, therefore, NT exists as a mixture of at least three forms of nicked dichain molecules. The NT of type F proteolytic strain Oslo showed the Arg435 as a C-terminal residue of Lc and Ala440 as an N-terminal residue of Hc, indicating that the bacterial protease cuts twice (Arg435/Lys436 and Lys439/Ala440), with excision of four amino acid residues. The location of cleavage and number of amino acid residue excisions in the loop region could be explained by the degree of exposure of amino acid residues on the surface of the molecule, which was predicted as surface probability from the amino acid sequence. In addition, the observed correlation may also be adapted to the cleavage sites of the other botulinum toxin types, A, B, E, and G.  相似文献

Although cleavage of peptides at sites marked by paired basic amino acids is a common feature of prohormone processing, little is known about the properties of endoprotease(s) responsible for cleavage of the precursor. To examine the cleavage specificity of a processing endoprotease, we have altered the Lys-Arg cleavage site of human prorenin to Arg-Arg, Lys-Lys and Arg-Lys by site-directed mutagenesis, and expressed the native and mutated precursors in mouse pituitary AtT-20 cells which are known to process foreign prohormones, including prorenin, at paired basic sites during the regulated secretory process. All native and mutated human prorenins were sorted into the regulated secretory pathway. The mutated precursor with Arg-Arg instead of the Lys-Arg native pair was processed at about half the efficiency of the native one, while the Lys-Lys and Arg-Lys mutants were not processed. Rat prorenin, which naturally has a Lys-Lys pair, was not processed in the cells. In addition, mouse Ren2 prorenin, which has a Ser residue next to the Lys-Arg pair, but not mouse Ren1 prorenin, which has a Pro residue next to the pair, was processed. These results suggest that the Arg residue at the COOH side of the basic pair is essential for cleavage of prorenins by a processing enzyme during the regulated secretory process in AtT-20 cells, although the NH2-side Lys residue also plays a role. The results also demonstrate that the processing enzyme cannot cleave the Arg-Pro peptide bond.  相似文献

Abstract: Neuropeptides containing the C-terminal sequence Arg-Phe-NH2 are an important group of hormones mediating or modulating neuronal communication. Arg-Phe-NH2 peptides are abundant in evolutionary "old" nervous systems such as those of coelenterates, the lowest animal group having a nervous system. Here, we have cloned the precursor protein for the anthozoan neuropep-tide Antho-RFamide (2) from the sea pansy Renilla köllikeri. This precursor contains 36 copies of immature Antho-RFamide (Gln-Gly-Arg-Phe-Gly) and two additional putative neuropeptide sequences, which are regularly distributed over the precursor protein. Of the 36 Antho-RFamide sequences, 29 copies are separated by the five amino acid spacer sequence Arg-Glu/Gly-Asn/Ser/Asp-Glu/Lys-Glu. This implicates processing at single Arg and single Glu residues. Endoproteolytic cleavage at the C-terminal side of paired or single basic residues is a well known initial step in the maturation of precursor proteins. Cleavage at the C-terminal side of acidic residues, however, is unusual and must be catalyzed by a new type of processing enzyme. This processing enzyme is most likely to be an endoprotease, because the simplest way to generate Antho-RFamide is by endoproteolytic cleavage at the C-terminal side of Glu residues. The enzyme could also be an aminopeptidase, but in this case other proteases must be involved. As a possible alternative, one single "unspecific" aminopeptidase could cleave at Glu, Asp, Gly, Asn, Ser, and possibly also at other residues, and thus liberate all Antho-RFamide sequences. The processing of one precursor molecule probably yields 38 neuropeptides. Thus, the Antho-RFamide precursor from Renilla is one of the most productive precursor proteins known so far.  相似文献
