Major depressive disorder(MDD) is a prevalent psychiatric disease that involves malfunctions of different cell types in the brain.Accumulating studies started to reveal that microglia, the primary resident immune cells, play an important role in the development and progression of depression. Microglia respond to stress-triggered neuroinflammation, and through the release of proinflammatory cytokines and their metabolic products, microglia may modulate the function of neurons and astrocytes to regulate depression. In this review, we focused on the role of microglia in the etiology of depression. We discussed the dynamic states of microglia; the correlative and causal evidence of microglial abnormalities in depression; possible mechanisms of how microglia sense depression-related stress and modulate depression state; and how antidepressive therapies affect microglia. Understanding the role of microglia in depression may shed light on developing new treatment strategies to fight against this devastating mental illness.  相似文献

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and major depressive disorder (MDD) are frequently co-morbid, and dysfunctional frontal-striatal circuits have been implicated in both disorders. Neurobiological distinctions between OCD and MDD are insufficiently clear, and comparative neuroimaging studies are extremely scarce. OCD and MDD may be characterized by cognitive rigidity at the phenotype level, and frontal-striatal brain circuits constitute the neural substrate of intact cognitive flexibility. In the present study, 18 non-medicated MDD-free patients with OCD, 19 non-medicated OCD-free patients with MDD, and 29 matched healthy controls underwent functional magnetic resonance imaging during performance of a self-paced letter/digit task switching paradigm. Results showed that both patient groups responded slower relative to controls during repeat events, but only in OCD patients slowing was associated with decreased error rates. During switching, patients with OCD showed increased activation of the putamen, anterior cingulate and insula, whereas MDD patients recruited inferior parietal cortex and precuneus to a lesser extent. Patients with OCD and MDD commonly failed to reveal anterior prefrontal cortex activation during switching. This study shows subtle behavioral abnormalities on a measure of cognitive flexibility in MDD and OCD, associated with differential frontal-striatal brain dysfunction in both disorders. These findings may add to the development of biological markers that more precisely characterize frequently co-morbid neuropsychiatric disorders such as OCD and MDD.  相似文献

Background and Purpose

Major depressive disorder (MDD) is characterized by recurrent depressive episodes and one of the treatment choices is antidepressants. Patients with MDD are at greater risk of developing major metabolic diseases that may in turn lead to stroke. Moreover, both depressive symptoms and taking antidepressant medications are associated with higher risk of stroke. However, whether and how clinical depression increases stroke risk remains an unanswered question. Our aim was to provide answers to this question.

Methods

A matched cohort study of 5015 subjects (1003 MDD patients and 4012 control subjects) was conducted using a nationwide database. Subjects were followed to a maximum of 9 years to determine rates of newly-developed strokes, and controls and MDD groups with different levels of antidepressant refractoriness were compared to determine the temporal relation between stroke and three major metabolic comorbidities (i.e., diabetes mellitus, hypertension and hyperlipidemia). The levels of depressive symptoms and the antidepressant medications before stroke onset were investigated.

Results

Patients with MDD had significantly higher rates of stroke (4.3% vs. 2.8%, p<0.05) during the follow-up. Mediation regression analyses revealed that the occurrence of stroke in the MDD subjects was significantly mediated by the development of major metabolic diseases. Greater severity of depression, but not greater use of antidepressants, preceded the occurrence of stroke.

Conclusions

A clinical diagnosis of major depression leads to stroke indirectly through more intense depressive symptoms and the development of major comorbidities.  相似文献

Senile plaques of Alzheimer's brain are characterized by activated microglia and immunoreactivity for the peptide chromogranin A. We have investigated the mechanisms by which chromogranin A activates microglia, producing modulators of neuronal survival. Primary cultures of rat brain-derived microglia display a reactive phenotype within 24 h of exposure to 10 nM chromogranin A, culminating in microglial death via apoptotic mechanisms mediated by interleukin-1beta converting enzyme. The signalling cascade initiated by chromogranin A triggers nitric oxide production followed by enhanced microglial glutamate release, inhibition of which prevents microglial death. The plasma membrane carrier inhibitor aminoadipate and the type II/III metabotropic glutamate receptor antagonist (RS)-alpha-methyl-4-sulphonophenylglycine are equally protective. A significant amount of the released glutamate occurs from bafilomycin-sensitive stores, suggesting a vesicular mode of release. Inhibition of this component of release affords significant microglial protection. Conditioned medium from activated microglia kills cerebellar granule cells by inducing caspase-3-dependent neuronal apoptosis. Brain-derived neurotrophic factor is partially neuroprotective, as are ionotropic glutamate receptor antagonists, and, when combined with boiling of conditioned medium, full protection is achieved; nitric oxide synthase inhibitors are ineffective.  相似文献

Microglia integrate within the neural tissue with a distinct ramified morphology through which they scan the surrounding neuronal network. Here, we used a digital tool for the quantitative morphometric characterization of fine cortical microglial structures in mice, and the changes they undergo with aging and in Alzheimer's‐like disease. We show that, compared with microglia in young mice, microglia in old mice are less ramified and possess fewer branches and fine processes along with a slightly increased proinflammatory cytokine expression. A similar microglial pathology appeared 6–12 months earlier in mouse models of Alzheimer's disease (AD), along with a significant increase in brain parenchyma lacking coverage by microglial processes. We further demonstrate that microglia near amyloid plaques acquire unique activated phenotypes with impaired process complexity. We thus show that along with a chronic proinflammatory reaction in the brain, aging causes a significant reduction in the capacity of microglia to scan their environment. This type of pathology is markedly accelerated in mouse models of AD, resulting in a severe microglial process deficiency, and possibly contributing to enhanced cognitive decline.  相似文献

Microglia-driven inflammatory responses have both neuroprotective and neurotoxic effects in the CNS. The excessive and chronic activation of microglia, however, may shift the balance towards neurotoxic effects. In this regard, proteins secreted from activated microglia likely play a key role in the neurotoxic effects. To characterize secreted proteins of activated microglia, conditioned media obtained from BV-2 mouse microglia cells were analyzed by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis or liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry. Among many proteins identified in the secretome of activated microglia, an aspartic endoprotease cathepsin D has been found to mediate microglial neurotoxicity based on the following results: (i) the expression of cathepsin D protein was markedly increased in lipopolysaccharide/interferon-γ-stimulated microglia compared with resting microglia as determined by western blot analysis of conditioned media; (ii) knockdown of cathepsin D expression in microglia using short hairpin RNA diminished the neurotoxicity in the coculture of microglia and neuroblastoma cells and (iii) recombinant procathepsin D protein exerted cytotoxic effects toward cultured neurons. In conclusion, cathepsin D appears to play a central role in the microglial neurotoxicity, and could be a potential biomarker or drug target for the diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases that are associated with excessive microglial activation and subsequent neurotoxic inflammation.  相似文献

The regional heterogeneity of neuronal phenotypes is a well-known phenomenon. Whether or not glia derived from different brain regions are phenotypically and functionally distinct is less clear. Here, we show that microglia, the resident immune cells of the brain, display region-specific responses for activating agents including glutamate (GLU), lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP). Primary microglial cultures were prepared from brainstem (Brs), cortex (Ctx), hippocampus (Hip), striatum (Str) and thalamus (Thl) of 1-day-old rats and were shown to upregulate the release of nitric oxide (NO) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in a region- and activator-specific manner. With respect to ATP specifically, ATP-induced changes in microglial tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) release, GLU uptake and purinergic receptor expression were also regionally different. When co-cultured with hypoxia (Hyp)-injured neurons, ATP-stimulated microglia from different regions induced different levels of neurotoxicity. These region-specific responses could be altered by pre-conditioning the microglia in a different neurochemical milieu, with taurine (TAU) being one of the key molecules involved. Together, our results demonstrate that microglia display a regional heterogeneity when activated, and this heterogeneity likely arises from differences in the environment surrounding the microglia. These findings present an additional mechanism that may help to explain the regional selectiveness of various brain pathologies.  相似文献

Microglial activation induced by neurodegeneration: a proteomic analysis   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Neuroinflammation mediated by microglial activation appears to play an essential role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson disease; however, the mechanisms by which microglia are activated are not fully understood. Thus, we first evaluated the effects of two parkinsonian toxicants, manganese ethylene bisdithiocarbamate (Mn-EBDC) and 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridine (MPP+), on microglial activation as well as associated dopaminergic (DAergic) neurotoxicity in primary cell culture systems. The results demonstrated that, when rat primary mesencephalic neuron-enriched or neuron-microglia mixed cultures were treated with Mn-EBDC at 2-8 microm or MPP+ at 0.25-5 microm, respectively, for 7 days, both toxicants were capable of inducing DAergic neurodegeneration as well as activating microglia via a mechanism secondary to DAergic neurodegeneration. Furthermore activated microglia subsequently enhanced DAergic neurotoxicity induced by Mn-EBDC or MPP+. Detailed scrutiny of neuron-microglia interactions identified a fraction of the conditioned media derived from a DAergic cell line treated with Mn-EBDC or MPP+ that potently activated microglia. To further define potential mediators leading to microglial activation secondary to neurodegeneration, we utilized a quantitative proteomic technique termed SILAC (for stable isotope labeling by amino acids in cell culture) to compare the protein profiles of MPP+-treated cellular fraction that mediated microglial activation as compared with controls. The search revealed numerous novel proteins that are potentially important in neurodegeneration-mediated microglial activation, a process believed to be critical in Parkinson disease progression.  相似文献

Malignant gliomas are primary brain tumors characterized by morphological and genetic complexities, as well as diffuse infiltration into normal brain parenchyma. Within gliomas, microglia/macrophages represent the largest tumor-infiltrating cell population, contributing by at least one-third to the total tumor mass. Bi-directional interactions between glioma cells and microglia may therefore play an important role on tumor growth and biology. In the present study, we have characterized the influence of glioma-soluble factors on microglial function, comparing the effects of media harvested under basal conditions with those of media obtained after inducing a pro-inflammatory activation state in glioma cells. We found that microglial cells undergo a different pattern of activation depending on the stimulus; in the presence of activated glioma-derived factors, i.e. a condition mimicking the late stage of pathology, microglia presents as a mixture of polarization phenotypes (M1 and M2a/b), with up-regulation of iNOS (inducible nitric oxide synthase), ARG (arginase) and IL (interleukine)-10. At variance, microglia exposed to basal glioma-derived factors, i.e. a condition resembling the early stage of pathology, shows a more specific pattern of activation, with increased M2b polarization status and up-regulation of IL-10 only. As far as viability and cell proliferation are concerned, both LI-CM [LPS (lipopolysaccharide)–IFNγ (interferon γ) conditioned media] and C-CM (control-conditioned media) induce similar effects on microglial morphology. Finally, in human glioma tissue obtained from surgical resection of patients with IV grade glioblastoma, we detected a significant amount of CD68 positive cells, which is a marker of macrophage/microglial phagocytic activity, suggesting that in vitro findings presented here might have a relevance in the human pathology as well.  相似文献

Microglial motility was studied in living mammalian brain tissue using infrared gradient contrast microscopy in combination with video contrast enhancement and time lapse video recording. The infrared gradient contrast allows the visualization of living cells up to a depth of 60 μm in brain slices, in regions where cell bodies remain largely uninjured by the tissue preparation and are visible in their natural environment. In contrast to other techniques, including confocal microscopy, this procedure does not require any staining or labeling of cell membranes and thus guarantees the investigation of tissue which has not been altered, apart from during preparation. Microglial cells are activated and increase in number in the facial nucleus following peripheral axotomy. Thus we established the preparation of longitudinal rat brainstem slices containing the axotomized facial nucleus as a source of activated microglial cells. During prolonged video time lapse recordings, two different types of microglial cell motility could be observed. Microglial cells which had accumulated at the surface of the slice remained stationary but showed activity of the cell soma, developing pseudopods of different shape and size which undulated and which were used for phagocytosis of cell debris. Microglial phagocytosis of bacteria could be documented for the first time in situ. In contrast, ameboid microglia which did not display pseudopods but showed migratory capacity, could be observed exclusively in the depth of the tissue. Some of these cells maintained a close contact to neurons and appeared to move along their dendrites, a finding that may be relevant to the role of microglia in “synaptic stripping”, the displacement of synapses following axotomy. This approach provides a valuable opportunity to investigate the interactions between activated microglial cells and the surrounding cellular and extracellular structures in the absence of staining or labeling, thus opening a wide field for the analysis of the cellular mechanisms involved in numerous pathologies of the CNS.  相似文献

Microglia are dispersed throughout the central nervous system. Under physiological circumstances they display a 'ramified' resting phenotype. In different neuropathologies microglia reversibly transform into the activated form, an amoeboid phagocyte with a broad spectrum of immune effector functions. In this study, a coculture of porcine microglia and the pig renal epithelial cell line LLC-PK1 was used to investigate microglial cell biology. The morphology of the cocultures was elucidated as well as the functionality of the microglia cells by proliferation, superoxide and phagocytosis assays. Our results demonstrate that direct intercellular contact between the two cell types was necessary for microglia to acquire a ramified morphology. Moreover, the conditioned medium of the renal cells promoted proliferation of microglia, inhibited giant cell formation and stimulated microglia to retain their capability to generate superoxide and to perform phagocytosis. In conclusion, we have constructed a cell culture system showing differentiation of microglia in vitro and keeping them in optimal conditions.  相似文献

We investigated the effects of the administration of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) post-traumatic brain injury (TBI) on reducing neuroinflammation. TBI was induced by cortical contusion injury in Sprague Dawley rats. Either DHA (16 mg/kg in dimethyl sulfoxide) or vehicle dimethyl sulfoxide (1 ml/kg) was administered intraperitonially at 5 min after TBI, followed by a daily dose for 3 to 21 days. TBI triggered activation of microglia or macrophages, detected by an increase of Iba1 positively stained microglia or macrophages in peri-lesion cortical tissues at 3, 7, and 21 days post-TBI. The inflammatory response was further characterized by expression of the proinflammatory marker CD16/32 and the anti-inflammatory marker CD206 in Iba1+ microglia or macrophages. DHA-treated brains showed significantly fewer CD16/32+ microglia or macrophages, but an increased CD206+ phagocytic microglial or macrophage population. Additionally, DHA treatment revealed a shift in microglial or macrophage morphology from the activated, amoeboid-like state into the more permissive, surveillant state. Furthermore, activated Iba1+ microglial or macrophages were associated with neurons expressing the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress marker CHOP at 3 days post-TBI, and the administration of DHA post-TBI concurrently reduced ER stress and the associated activation of Iba1+ microglial or macrophages. There was a decrease in nuclear translocation of activated nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells protein at 3 days in DHA-treated tissue and reduced neuronal degeneration in DHA-treated brains at 3, 7, and 21 days after TBI. In summary, our study demonstrated that TBI mediated inflammatory responses are associated with increased neuronal ER stress and subsequent activation of microglia or macrophages. DHA administration reduced neuronal ER stress and subsequent association with microglial or macrophage polarization after TBI, demonstrating its therapeutic potential to ameliorate TBI-induced cellular pathology.  相似文献

Microglia are a subset of tissue-macrophages that are ubiquitously distributed throughout the entire CNS. In health, they remain largely dormant until activated by a pathological stimulus. The availability of more sensitive detection techniques has allowed the early measurement of the cell responses of microglia in areas with few signs of active pathology. Subtle neuronal injury can induce microglial activation in retrograde and anterograde projection areas remote from the primary lesion focus. There is also evidence that in cases of long-standing abnormal neuronal activity, such as in patients after limb amputation with chronic pain and phantom sensations, glial activation may occur transsynaptically in the thalamus. Such neuronally driven glial responses may be related to the emergence central sensitisation in chronic pain states or plasticity phenomena in the cerebral cortex. It is suggested, that such persistent low-level microglial activation is not adequately described by the traditional concept of phagocyte-mediated tissue damage that largely evolved from studies of acute brain lesion models or acute human brain pathology. Due to the presence of signal molecules that can act on neurons and microglia alike, the communication between neurons and microglia is likely to be bi-directional. Persistent subtle microglial activity may modulate basal synaptic transmission and thus neuronal functioning either directly or through the interaction with astrocytes. The activation of microglia leads to the emergence of microstructural as well as functional compartments in which neurokines, interleukins and other signalling molecules introduce a qualitatively different, more open mode of cell-cell communication that is normally absent from the healthy adult brain. This 'neo-compartmentalisation', however, occurs along predictable neuronal pathways within which these glial changes are themselves under the modulatory influence of neurons or other glial cells and are subject to the evolving state of the pathology. Depending on the disease state, yet relatively independent of the specific disease cause, fluctuations in the modulatory influence by non-neuronal cells may form the cellular basis for the variability of brain plasticity phenomena, i.e. the plasticity of plasticity.  相似文献

Background

Due to a lack of evidence, there is no consistent age of onset to define early onset (EO) versus later onset (LO) major depressive disorder (MDD). Fractional anisotropy (FA), derived from diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), has been widely used to study neuropsychiatric disorders by providing information about the brain circuitry, abnormalities of which might facilitate the delineation of EO versus LO MDD.

Method

In this study, 61 pairs of untreated, non-elderly, first-episode MDD patients and healthy controls (HCs) aged 18–45 years old received DTI scans. The voxel-based analysis method (VBM), classification analysis, using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), and regression analyses were used to determine abnormal FA clusters and their correlations with age of onset and clinical symptoms.

Results

Classification analysis suggested in the best model that there were two subgroups of MDD patients, delineated by an age of onset of 30 years old, by which MDD patients could be divided into EO (18–29 years old) and LO (30–45 years old) groups. LO MDD was characterized by decreased FA, especially in the white matter (WM) of the fronto-occipital fasciculus and posterior limb of internal capsule, with a negative correlation with the severity of depressive symptoms; in marked contrast, EO MDD showed increased FA, especially in the WM of the corpus callosum, corticospinal midbrain and inferior fronto-occipital fasciculus, while FA of the WM near the midbrain had a positive correlation with the severity of depressive symptoms.

Conclusion

Specific abnormalities of the brain circuitry in EO vs. LO MDD were delineated by an age of onset of 30 years old, as demonstrated by distinct abnormal FA clusters with opposite correlations with clinical symptoms. This DTI study supported the evidence of an exact age for the delineation of MDD, which could have broad multidisciplinary importance.

The isoquinoline PK 11195 has been suggested as a marker of glial pathology in the lesioned brain. The aim of the present study is to clarify the precise cellular location of its binding site in the central nervous system. Here, we report that in the facial nucleus after facial nerve axotomy–a lesion causing a retrograde neuronal reaction without nerve cell death while keeping the blood–brain barrier intact–activated microglia are the predominant source of lesion-induced increases of PK 11195 binding. Likewise, increased PK 11195 binding is seen in the gracile nucleus after anterograde neuronal injury following sciatic nerve transection. The peak of PK 11195 binding, using the single isomer R-PK 11195, was observed 4 days after the peripheral nerve lesion, consistent with the well-known time course of microglial activation. Photoemulsion microautoradiography confirmed the restriction of PK 11195 binding to activated microglia. The increase of PK 11195 binding in the facial nucleus seen after selective cell death of facial motoneurons by retrograde suicide transport of toxic ricin, a lesion that is accompanied by the rapid transformation of microglia into phagocytes, was no higher than that seen following axotomy. This suggests that the full transformation of microglia into parenchymal phagocytes is not necessary to reach maximal levels of PK 11195 binding. PK 11195, therefore, is a well-suited marker to detect microglial activation in areas of subtle brain pathology, where neither a disturbance of the blood–brain barrier function nor the presence of macrophages and inflammatory cells indicate an on-going disease process.  相似文献

Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a leading contributor to the global burden of disease. However, the causal relationship of risk factors, such as genetic predisposition or experience of augmented stress, remain unknown. Numerous studies in humans and rodents have implicated brain‐derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in MDD pathology, as a genetic risk factor and a factor regulated by stress. Until now, the majority of preclinical studies have employed genetically modified mice as their model of choice. However, mice display a limited behavioural repertoire and lack expression of circulating BDNF, which is present in rats and humans. Therefore, heterozygous BDNF (BDNF+/?) rats were tested for affective behaviours and accompanying expression of key genes associated with affective disorders in the brain. We found that BDNF+/? rats, which have reduced BDNF levels in brain and plasma, displayed symptoms of anhedonia, a core symptom of MDD, and anxiety‐like behaviour, but no behavioural despair or cognitive impairments. This was accompanied by changes in the expression of genes that are implicated in modulation of the stress response and affective disorders. Hence, glucocorticoid receptor, neuregulin 1 and disrupted‐in‐schizophrenia 1 gene expression were upregulated in the prefrontal cortex of BDFN+/? rats, whereas FK506 binding protein 5 levels were decreased in the hippocampus. We conclude that a reduction in BDNF levels alters expression of genes associated with affective disorders, which may contribute to the development of depressive‐like symptoms.  相似文献

The human immunodeficiency virus type-1 (HIV-1) regulatory protein Tat is produced in the early phase of infection and is essential for virus replication. Together with other viral products, Tat has been implicated in the pathogenesis of HIV-1-associated dementia (HAD). As HIV-1 infection in the brain is very limited and macrophage/microglial cells are the only cellular type productively infected by the virus, it has been proposed that many of the viral neurotoxic effects are mediated by microglial products. We and others have shown that Tat affects the functional state of microglial cells, supporting the hypothesis that activated microglia play a role in the neuropathology associated with HIV-1 infection. This review describes the experimental evidence indicating that Tat stimulates microglia to synthesize potentially neurotoxic molecules, including proinflammatory cytokines and free radicals, and interferes with molecular mechanisms controlling cAMP levels, intracellular [Ca2+], and ion channel expression.  相似文献

Microglial cells closely interact with senile plaques in Alzheimer’s disease and acquire the morphological appearance of an activated phenotype. The significance of this microglial phenotype and the impact of microglia for disease progression have remained controversial. To uncover and characterize putative changes in the functionality of microglia during Alzheimer’s disease, we directly assessed microglial behavior in two mouse models of Alzheimer’s disease. Using in vivo two-photon microscopy and acute brain slice preparations, we found that important microglial functions - directed process motility and phagocytic activity - were strongly impaired in mice with Alzheimer’s disease-like pathology compared to age-matched non-transgenic animals. Notably, impairment of microglial function temporally and spatially correlated with Aβ plaque deposition, and phagocytic capacity of microglia could be restored by interventionally decreasing amyloid burden by Aβ vaccination. These data suggest that major microglial functions progressively decline in Alzheimer’s disease with the appearance of Aβ plaques, and that this functional impairment is reversible by lowering Aβ burden, e.g. by means of Aβ vaccination.  相似文献

Females are more susceptible than males to multiple sclerosis (MS). However, the underlying mechanism behind this gender difference is poorly understood. Because the presence of neuroantigen-primed T cells within the CNS is necessary for the development of MS, the present study was undertaken to investigate the activation of microglia by myelin basic protein (MBP)-primed T cells of male, female, and castrated male mice. Interestingly, MBP-primed T cells isolated from female and castrated male but not from male mice induced the expression of inducible nitric-oxide synthase (iNOS) and proinflammatory cytokines (interleukin-1beta (IL-1beta), IL-1alpha, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor-alpha) in microglia by cell-cell contact. Again there was no apparent defect in male microglia, because MBP-primed T cells isolated from female and castrated male but not male mice were capable of inducing the production of NO in male primary microglia. Inhibition of female T cell contact-mediated microglial expression of proinflammatory molecules by dominant-negative mutants of p65 and C/EBPbeta suggest that female MBP-primed T cells induce microglial expression of proinflammatory molecules through the activation of NF-kappaB and C/EBPbeta. Interestingly, MBP-primed T cells of male, female, and castrated male mice were able to induce microglial activation of NF-kappaB. However, MBP-primed T cells of female and castrated male but not male mice induced microglial activation of C/EBPbeta. These studies suggest that microglial activation of C/EBPbeta but not NF-kappaB by T cell:microglial contact is a gender-specific event and that male MBP-primed T cells are not capable of inducing microglial expression of proinflammatory molecules due to their inability to induce the activation of C/EBPbeta in microglia. This novel gender-sensitive activation of microglia by neuroantigen-primed T cell contact could be one of the mechanisms behind the female-loving nature of MS.  相似文献
