马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)是一种重要的粮菜兼用型作物,马铃薯传入我国后产生了许多变种、变型和适合当地种植的地方品种,尤其是块茎的皮色和肉色出现了红色、紫色、黑色品种。"黑美人"马铃薯是甘肃省特有的经航空育种技术培育的新型马铃薯品种,经分析测定"黑美人"马铃薯中花色素含量非常丰富,其富含的花青素还具有抗癌、抗衰老、美容和防止高血压等多种保健作用。因此,"黑美人"马铃薯中花色苷提取工艺的研究,对于花色苷的应用与开发具有重要的研究意义。本研究以甘肃"黑美人"马铃薯为原料,对其所含花色苷提取工艺条件(乙醇浓度,温度,pH,提取时间,料液比,提取次数等)进行优化。研究结果显示最佳提取工艺参数为:乙醇浓度80%,温度75℃,pH 1.0,时间1 h,料液比1:20,提取3次。在优化后的提取工艺条件下,"黑美人"马铃薯的花色苷提取率得到提高,花色苷含量可达到33.05 mg/100g。  相似文献

超级杂交稻父本93-11的基因组序列测定的完成,为进行作物遗传改良和不同作物之间的比较基因组学研究提供了又一重要序列资源.但是,该基因组序列中还存在很多缺口",为使93-11的基因组序列更加精确,同时提供一些缺口"填补策略和方法,本研究采用PCR扩增、回收克隆测序的方法对该基因组中一段长约160kb、含有6个缺口"的基因组序列进行了完善,并运用相关分子生物学和生物信息学软件进行了详细分析,结果表明:该6个缺口"中,存在1个缺口"估计错误,2个序列拼接错误;缺口"主要位于非编码区,位于编码区的只有1个,其改变了对本处基因的注释,使此基因由原来的9个外显子增加为11个;填补缺口"后,基因密度增加.  相似文献

The period from the end of World War II to the early 1960s has been characterized as the "golden years" of patient-oriented clinical research in the United States, a period catalyzed and fostered by advances in biology and medicine, changes in the organization and financing of research units, and strong moral and political convictions growing out of the war about the importance and possibilities of the scientific enterprise. This account of some of the salient themes, phenomena, and issues in clinical research during that era draws primarily on the proceedings of an oral history conference whose core participants were a number of emeritus physician-investigators who had played major roles in shaping patient-oriented research. The topics that they and the other conferees discussed included the factors that had led the emeritus physician-investigators into clinical research; the organizational attributes of the units where they had trained and worked, focusing particularly on Boston's Peter Bent Brigham Hospital; the vital role played by private and federal funding for research and training; and some of the changes in the nature of clinical research, research training, and their relationships to the care of the sick in the decades since the golden years.  相似文献

During the 1st International Meeting on "Stem Cell Applications in the Craniofacial Region" promoted in Naples (Italy), invited researchers presented theirwork and the most innovative methods regarding stem cells (SCs) and their application to the craniofacial region of the human body. In addition, some researchers showed their case-reports on craniofacial reconstruction using either osteo-distraction or reconstruction surgical methods. The aim of this biannual meeting is to stimulate discussion, improve knowledge and promote scientific collaboration among basic and clinical scientists in the main topics of SC use in therapy. Researchers' networks have been subject to active modeling and analysis. Earlier literature mostly focused on citation or co-authorship networks reconstructed from annotated scientific publication databases, which have several limitations. Recently, general-purpose web search engines have also been utilized to collect information about social networks. Here we reconstructed, using web search engines, a network representing the relatedness of researchers to their peers as well as to various research topics. Relatedness between researchers and research topics was characterized by visibility boost-increase of a researcher's visibility by focusing on a particular topic. It was observed that researchers who had high visibility boosts by the same research topic tended to be close to each other in their network. We calculated correlations between visibility boosts by research topics and researchers' interdisciplinarity at the individual level (diversity of topics related to the researcher) and at the social level (his/her centrality in the researchers' network). We found that visibility boosts by certain research topics were positively correlated with researchers' individual-level interdisciplinarity despite their negative correlations with the general popularity of researchers. It was also found that visibility boosts by network-related topics had positive correlations with researchers' social-level interdisciplinarity. Research topics' correlations with researchers' individual- and social-level interdisciplinarities were found to be nearly independent from each other. These findings suggest that the notion of "interdisciplinarity" of a researcher should be understood as a multi-dimensional concept that should be evaluated using multiple assessment means.  相似文献

The meeting "Membrane Proteins in Health and Disease" featured 6 sessions and 2 satellite meetings. At the opening session, Gunnar von Heijne delivered a plenary lecture entitled Insertion of Membrane Proteins into the Endoplasmic Reticulum. The following session topics were Membrane Protein Trafficking and Folding, Regulation of Membrane Proteins, Membrane Protein Structure, Membrane Proteins in Diverse Species, and Membrane Proteins and Diseases. The satellite meetings discussed bicarbonate transporters and Na+/H+ exchangers. Together the 21 lectures and 106 posters presented at the meeting spanned the full spectrum of current research into membrane protein structure and function.  相似文献

The 47th Annual Drosophila Research Conference or "Fly Meeting" took place at Houston, Texas, USA from March 29th- April 2nd, 2006, under the aegis of the Genetics Society of America. The Fly Meeting provides an excellent opportunity for fly researchers to present their work and to get a snapshot of recent developments and upcoming trends in their research field. The fruit fly, Drosophila melanogaster is a very versatile model to study growth, patterning, neural development, evolution, systemetics and various other facets of biomedical science. The topics presented in the meeting covered a very broad spectrum of fly research. In this commentary, I have focused mainly on the presentations related to two fields: 1) research in various fields that use the Drosophila eye as a model system, and 2) the community resources available to all fly researchers.  相似文献

The present studies were designed to evaluate the effects of substance or substances extracted from Escherichia coli on Herpes Simplex Virus. The "in vivo" assays show that bacterial extract introduced i.p. in mice simultaneously with HSV2 brought about 100% of survival, but the inoculation of crude extract after virus challenge brought about complete mortality of mice. "In vitro" assays show that the crude extract reduced significantly the numbers of PFU; better results were obtained when the crude extract was inoculated before the virus inoculation.  相似文献
