Numerous studies have focused on occupational and indoor environments because people spend more than 90% of their time in them. Nevertheless, air is the main source of bacteria in indoors, and outdoor exposure is also crucial. Worldwide studies have indicated that bacterial concentrations vary among different types of outdoor environments, with considerable seasonal variations as well. Conducting comprehensive monitoring of atmospheric aerosol concentrations is very important not only for environmental management but also for the assessment of the health impacts of air pollution. To our knowledge, this is the first study to present outdoor and seasonal changes of bioaerosol data regarding an urban area of Poland. This study aimed to characterize culturable bacteria populations present in outdoor air in Gliwice, Upper Silesia Region, Poland, over the course of four seasons (spring, summer, autumn and winter) through quantification and identification procedures. In this study, the samples of bioaerosol were collected using a six-stage Andersen cascade impactor (with aerodynamic cut-off diameters of 7.0, 4.7, 3.3, 2.1, 1.1 and 0.65 μm). Results showed that the concentration of airborne bacteria ranged from 4 CFU m?3, measured on one winter day, to a maximum equal to 669 CFU m?3 on a spring day. The average size of culturable bacterial aerosol over the study period was 199 CFU m?3. The maximal seasonally averaged concentration was found in the spring season and reached 306 CFU m?3, and the minimal seasonally averaged concentration was found in the winter 49 CFU m?3. The most prevalent bacteria found outdoors were gram-positive rods that form endospores. Statistically, the most important meteorological factors related to the viability of airborne bacteria were temperature and UV radiation. These results may contribute to the promotion and implementation of preventative public health programmes and the formulation of recommendations aimed at providing healthier outdoor environments.  相似文献

The concentration and distribution characteristics of airborne fungi were investigated in indoor and outdoor air of two metro stations (Imam Khomeini and Sadeghiyeh stations) in Tehran subway. Samples were taken from indoor air at each station from platform and ticket office area also from adjacent outdoor air of each station. Indoor sampling was conducted for two types of trains, old and new. The concentration of airborne fungi ranged from 21 CFU/m3 at the outdoor air of Imam Khomeini station to 1,402 CFU/m3 in the air samples collected from the platform of this station. Results showed that airborne fungi concentrations at indoor air were higher than the outdoor air (p < 0.05), and fungal levels significantly correlated with the number of passengers (p < 0.05; r = 0.68) and RH % (p < 0.05; r = 0.43). Sixteen genera of fungi were isolated in all sampled environments. The predominant genera identified in indoor and outdoor air were Penicillium spp. (34.88 % of total airborne fungi) and Alternaria spp. (29.33 % of total airborne fungi), respectively. The results of this study showed that the indoor air quality in subway is worse than the outdoor air.  相似文献

A comprehensive survey of airborne fungi has been lacking for the Sydney region. This study determined the diversity and abundance of outdoor airborne fungal concentrations in urban Sydney. Monthly air samples were taken from 11 sites in central Sydney, and culturable fungi identified and quantified. The genus Cladosporium was the most frequently isolated fungal genus, with a frequency of 78 % and a mean density of 335 CFU m?3. The next most frequently encountered genus was Alternaria, occurring in 53 % of samples with a mean of 124 CFU m?3. Other frequently identified fungi, in decreasing occurrence, were as follows: Penicillium, Fusarium, Epicoccum, Phoma, Acremonium and Aureobasidium. Additionally, seasonal and spatial trends of airborne fungi were assessed, with increases in total culturable fungal concentrations experienced in the summer months. The correspondence between a range of key environmental variables and the phenology of airborne fungal propagules was also examined, with temperature, wind speed and proximal greenspace having the largest influence on fungal propagule density. If the greenspace was comprised of grass, stronger associations with fungal behaviour were observed.  相似文献

The more the mold species isolated on a culture medium, the more the sampling environment is represented accurately. According to the sampling purpose, it is crucial to use the best culture medium for mold. However, no study is available regarding the comparison of dichloran rose bengal chloramphenicol (DRBC) and Sabouraud dextrose agar with cycloheximide and chloramphenicol (SDA-CHX-CHL) culture media in terms of their application for airborne sampling, isolation, and identification of fungi. Airborne mold samples were impacted onto both DRBC and SDA-CHX-CHL, simultaneously using single-stage Andersen sampler. The limit of detection (LOD) value for airborne mold count was 7 CFU m?3 (1 colony growth on the Petri dish). The total mold counts (TMC) ranged between <7 and 504 CFU m?3 (med 56 CFU m?3) and <7 and 1218 CFU m?3 (med 259 CFU m?3), collected on SDA-CHX-CHL and DRBC, respectively. Significantly higher TMC were observed on DRBC than on SDA regardless of the sampling environment (i.e, indoor or outdoor) (p < 0.05). Among the most predominant mold genera, observation frequencies of Penicillium spp. and Aspergillus spp. on both culture media were found to be more than 70%. Observation frequencies of Cladosporium spp., Alternaria spp., and yeast were found to be higher in samples collected on DRBC than those on SDA-CHX-CHL. Finally, DRBC was found to be superior to SDA in terms of both number of colonies and number of genera isolated from the air.  相似文献

This work presents the results of the study of airborne bacteria in a kindergarten in Gliwice, Upper Silesia, Poland. In this study, the samples of bioaerosols were collected using six-stage Andersen cascade impactor (with aerodynamic cutoff diameters 7.0, 4.7, 3.3, 2.1, 1.1, and 0.65 μm). The level of culturable bacterial aerosols indoors was about 3000 CFU m?3—six to eight times higher than outdoors. In the classrooms, respirable bacterial particles, <4.7 µm, contributed up to 85 % of the total number of culturable bacteria, increasing the possible adverse health effects due to their inhalation. The identification of the bacterial species showing the dominance of gram-positive cocci in the indoor environment and non-sporing gram-positive rods in the outdoor air indicates that most of the bacteria present in the studied kindergarten are human origin. Using the obtained data, the nursery school exposure dose (NSED) of bioaerosols was estimated for the children and personnel of this kindergarten (nursery school). The highest value of NSED was obtained for younger children (930 CFU kg?1) compared to older children (about 600 CFU kg?1) and to the kindergarten staff (about 300 CFU kg?1). This result suggests the elevated risk of adverse health effects in younger children exposed to the bioaerosols in the kindergarten, including infections.  相似文献

Avocados (Persea americana Mill.) are economically and nutritionally valuable despite their susceptibility to several fungal diseases. This study was conducted in an agroecosystem of avocado trees in México. The air samples were collected every week by gravimetric methods at a height of 2 m from the ground level. Fungal colonies were isolated and transferred onto PDA and identified using morphological methods. During air sampling, different meteorological variables were measured. The symptoms of avocado diseases were determined by visual observations. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study on aeromycological characterization in an avocado agroecosystem. Thirty-two airborne fungal genera were identified; Fusarium (97.2 %) and Colletotrichum (94.4 %) were the most common fungal pathogens present in the atmosphere of avocado. In addition, seven genera of important phytopathogenic fungi of other crops (Alternaria, Capnodium, Pestalotia, Stemphylium, Rhizopus, Curvularia, and Phyllachora) were isolated. The maximum concentration of total fungi was observed in June (358 CFU m?3) and the minimum in September (83 CFU m?3). The total fungal concentrations were significantly negatively correlated with the temperature. The symptoms of five diseases of avocado, viz. anthracnose, scab, spot, canker trunk, and vascular wilt, were identified in the area study. It was observed that the symptoms of all the above-mentioned diseases were present in June; and in the same month, the fungal concentrations were highest.  相似文献

Although the number of studies of pollen concentrations inside and outside buildings is increasing, little is known about the efficiency of penetration of pollen from outdoor to indoor air, and further. We studied indoor and outdoor pollen concentrations in the town of Lappeenranta and in the municipality of Rautjärvi in SE Finland from May 3–23, 2004, i.e. throughout the Betula pollen season, and assessed the risk of exposure to pollen grains. Pollen concentrations were measured inside and outside a block of flats, a detached house, and the regional central hospital, using rotorod-type samplers; in the town of Joutseno data were compared with Burkard counts. Outdoor concentrations of Betula pollen grains ranged between low and abundant (0–855 grains m?3). The corresponding indoor concentrations near the main front doors varied from low to moderate (0–17 grains m?3) in the central hospital and were low (<10 grains m?3) in both residential buildings. Indoor concentrations further from the main front door were low (<10 grains m?3) at all study sites. The concentrations of Betula pollen decreased substantially from outdoors to indoors, and further toward the centre of the building, probably indicating relatively poor penetrating properties of the pollen grains and/or the short-lived presence of pollen grains in indoor air. The concentrations of Betula pollen inside the buildings during the peak flowering period were mostly at a level barely inducing reactions even in the most sensitive persons.  相似文献

The diversity and abundance of culturable bacteria in Kongsfjorden water (15 stations) and sediments (12 stations) were studied. Viable numbers ranged between 105–106 CFU l?1 in water and 102–104 CFU g?1 in the sediments. A total of 291 and 43 bacterial isolates were retrieved from the water (KJF) and sediments (FS), respectively. Based on 16S rRNA gene sequence similarities, the KJF and FS isolates were grouped into 49 and 23 phylotypes, respectively. The KJF and FS phylotypes represented three phyla namely, Actinobacteria, Bacteroidetes, and Proteobacteria. At the genus level, Flavobacterium and Shewanella and at the species level, Pseudoaltermonas arctica and Colwellia psychrerythraea were dominant in the water and sediments, respectively. Most phylotypes were psychrotolerant with upper growth temperature limit of 25–37 °C and tolerated 0.3–2.5 M NaCl and pH values of 5.0–11.0. Majority of the phylotypes produced one or more of the extracellular hydrolytic enzymes amylase, lipase, caseinase, urease, gelatinase, and DNase at 4 and 18 °C, while none were chitinolytic. Few of the FS phylotypes exhibited extracellular activity only at 4 or 18 °C. Nine FS and 21 KJF isolates were pigmented. The predominant cellular fatty acids were unsaturated, branched, and modified fatty acids, which are unique to cold-adapted bacteria.  相似文献

Limited data are currently available on the concentrations of airborne bacteria, fungi, and endotoxins in indoor environments. The levels of aerial bacteria and fungi were measured at several microenvironments within a well-ventilated residential apartment in Singapore including the living room, kitchen, bedroom, toilet, and at a workplace environment by sampling indoor air onto culture medium plates using the 6-stage Andersen sampler. Total microbial counts were determined by collecting the air samples in water with the Andersen sampler, staining the resultant extracts with a fluorescent dye, acridine orange, and counting the microbes using a fluorescent microscope. The levels of airborne endotoxins were also determined by sampling the airborne microorganisms onto 0.4?μm polycarbonate membrane filter using the MiniVol sampler at 5?l/min for 20?h with a PM2.5 cut-off device. The aerial bacterial and fungal concentrations were found to be in the ranges of 117–2,873?CFU/m3 and 160–1,897?CFU/m3, respectively. The total microbial levels ranged from 49,000 to 218,000?microbes/m3. The predominant fungi occurring in the apartment were Aspergillus and Penicillium while the predominant bacterial strains appeared to be Staphylococcus and Micrococcus. The average indoor endotoxin level was detectable in the range of 6–39?EU/m3. The amount of ventilation and the types of human activities carried out in the indoor environment appeared to be important factors affecting the level of these airborne biological contaminants.  相似文献

Bacteria associated with plankton are of importance in marine bioinvasions and the implementation of ship’s ballast water treatment technologies. In this study, epibiotic and endobiotic bacteria associated with zooplankton, including barnacle nauplii, veliger larvae, and adults of the copepod Oithona sp., were characterized and quantified. Barnacle nauplius and veliger larva harbored ~4.4 × 10cells ind?1 whereas Oithona sp. had 8.8 × 10cells ind?1. Computation of bacterial contribution based on biovolume indicated that despite being the smallest zooplankton tested, veliger larvae harbored the highest number of bacteria, while barnacle nauplii, the largest of the zooplankton, tested in terms of volume contributed the least. Pulverization of zooplankton led to an increase in bacterial numbers; for example, Vibrio cholerae, which was initially 3.5 × 103, increased to 5.4 × 10CFU g?1; Escherichia coli increased from 5.0 × 102 to 1.3 × 10CFU g?1; and Streptococcus faecalis increased from 2.1 × 102 to 2.5 × 10CFU g?1, respectively. Pulverized zooplankton was aged in the dark to assess the contribution of bacteria from decaying debris. Aging of pulverized zooplankton led to emergence of Chromobacterium violaceum, which is an opportunistic pathogen in animals and humans.  相似文献

Yakupa is a traditional non-alcoholic cassava beverage produced by Brazilian Amerindians. In this work the microbial dynamics and metabolites involved in yakupa fermentation were investigated by PCR-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis and chromatography analysis, respectively. The lactic acid bacteria (LAB) population was higher than yeast in the beginning of fermentation (5 log CFU mL?1 and 3 log CFU mL?1, respectively) and after 36 h both population increased reaching 7 log CFU mL?1, remaining constant until 60 h. Culture dependent and independent methods in combination identified the bacteria Lactobacillus fermentum, L. plantarum, Weissela cibaria and W. confusa, and yeasts Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Pichia kudriavzevii. Maltose (41.2 g L?1), ethanol (6.5 g L?1) and lactic acid (7.8 g L?1) were the most abundant compounds identified by high performance liquid chromatography. Aldehydes, acids, alcohols and esters were identified by gas chromatography flame ionization detection. By the metabolites and PCA analysis we may assign the beverage’s flavor to the microbial metabolism. Heterolactic LAB and S. cerevisiae dominated the yakupa fermentation, being responsible for the organoleptic characteristics of the final product. This is the first time that the microbial dynamics and physicochemical parameters were investigated in the yakupa beverage and it may contribute to the future selection of starter cultures to perform yakupa fermentations.  相似文献

The emission of the airborne bacteria and fungi from an indoor wastewater treatment station adopting an integrated oxidation ditch with a vertical circle was investigated. Microbial samples were collected by the six-stage viable Andersen cascade impactor, and the samples were collected in triplicate in each sampling site per season. Culture-based method was applied to determine the concentrations of the airborne bacteria and fungi, while the cloning/sequencing method was used to characterize the genetic structure and community diversity of airborne bacteria. The highest concentrations of airborne bacteria (4155 ± 550 CFU/m3) and fungi (883 ± 150 CFU/m3) were obtained in June (summer). The lowest concentration of bacteria (1458 ± 434 CFU/m3) was determined in January (winter), and the lowest concentration of fungi (169 ± 40 CFU/m3) was found in March (spring), respectively. The particle size distribution analysis showed that most culturable bacteria obtained in all the sampling sites were in the particle size range of 1.1–4.7 µm. Most culturable fungi had particle sizes in the range 1.1–3.3 µm. Microbial population analysis showed that Bacillus sp., Acinetobacter sp., and Lysinibacillus were the main groups obtained in S1. Enterobacter was the dominant group in sampling site S2. Both the concentrations and particle size distribution of the bioaerosols in the enclosed space presented a seasonal and site-related variation. Concentration and richness of microorganisms in bioaerosols in June were higher than in September and January. The particle size distribution varied between the sampling sites, and proportion of large particles was higher in S2 than in S1 because of the settlement of large particles. Pathogenic species, such as Acinetobacter lwoffii, Staphylococcus saprophyticus, and Enterobacter sp., were isolated from the bioaerosols, which could pose serious latent danger to sewage workers’ health.  相似文献

Proteus mirabilis is an opportunistic pathogen that can cause urinary tract infection in human beings. The accurate and rapid identification and quantification of P. mirabilis is necessary for early treatment. In this study, a pair of specific primers according to the conserved ureR sequence of P. mirabilis was designed and novel systems which consisted of a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and a real-time PCR to identify and quantify P. mirabilis were developed. For the qualitative identification by ordinary PCR, a 225-bp DNA product was amplified from P. mirabilis and separated on an agarose gel. The corresponding DNA product is present in three P. mirabilis strains isolated from different geographical locations, but is absent in 20 strains representing 18 different species, including the ureR homolog contained Providencia stuartii and Escherichia coli strains, the other common pathogens Klebsiella sp., Edwarsiella sp., Vibrio sp., Enterobacter sp., and Escherichia sp., and other environmental bacteria Pseudomonas sp. and Acinetobacter sp. Proteus mirabilis at concentrations higher than 1.0?×?103 CFU ml?1 was detectable by ordinary PCR; P. mirabilis at concentrations higher than 10 CFU ml?1 was quantified by real-time PCR. The specific, sensitive and time-efficient PCR methods were demonstrated to be applicable to rapid identification and quantification of P. mirabilis.  相似文献

The susceptibility of probiotics to low pH and high temperature has limited their use as nutraceuticals. In this study, enhanced protection of probiotics via microencapsulation was achieved. Lactobacillus plantarum LAB12 were immobilised within polymeric matrix comprised of alginate (Alg) with supplementation of cellulose derivatives (methylcellulose (MC), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (NaCMC) or hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC)). L. plantarum LAB12 encapsulated in Alg-HPMC(1.0) and Alg-MC(1.0) elicited improved survivability (91%) in simulated gastric conditions and facilitated maximal release (~100%) in simulated intestinal condition. Alg-HPMC(1.0) and Alg-MC(1.0) significantly reduced (P < 0.05) the viability loss of LAB12 (viability loss <7%) when compared to Alg alone (viability loss <13%) under extreme temperatures (75 and 90 °C). Four-week storage of encapsulated LAB12 at 4 °C yielded viable counts >7 log CFU g?1. Alg-MC and Alg-HPMC improved the survival of LAB12 against simulated gastric condition (9.24 and 9.55 log CFU g?1, respectively), temperature up to 90 °C (9.54 and 9.86 log CFU g?1, respectively) and 4-week of storage at 4 °C (8.61 and 9.23 log CFU g?1, respectively) with sustained release of probiotic in intestinal condition (>9 log CFU g?1). These findings strongly suggest the potential of cellulose derivatives supplemented Alg bead as protective micro-transport for probiotic strains. They can be safely incorporated into new functional food or nutraceutical products.  相似文献

The Middle East Dust storms have greatly affected the south and west parts of Iran during the last decade. The main purpose of this study was to examine and compare culturable airborne bacteria concentration in particulate matter (PM) during normal, semi-dust, and dust event days in different places and seasons in Ahvaz from November 2011 to May 2012. Sampling was performed every 6 days and on dust event days at different sampling stations. The overall mean concentrations of PM10, PM2.5, and PM1 for the entire study period were 598.92, 114.8, and 34.5 μg/m3, respectively. The PM concentrations during the dust event days were much higher than normal and semi-dust event days. The highest mean PM concentrations were observed in March 2011. The low PM2.5/PM10 ratios indicate that these PM are mostly originating from natural sources such as dust storms. The overall mean concentration of total bacteria during the study period was 620.6 CFU/m3. The greatest bacterial concentrations were observed during dust event days and at areas with high traffic and more human activities compared with normal days and greener areas. The percentage of gram-positive bacteria was significantly higher than that during the study period (89 vs 11 %). During this study, 26 genera of culturable bacteria were identified from all the sampling stations. The most dominant genera in all sampling stations were Streptomyces, Bacillus, Kocuria, Corynebacterium, and Paenibacillus. The results also showed that there were positive correlations between PM and bacterial concentrations during the study period (p < 0.05).  相似文献

Five isocaloric (430 kcal 100 g?1), isonitrogenous (40% CP) experimental diets were formulated with different concentrations of Bacillus licheniformis fb11 probionts (isolated from the gut of Chitala chitala) viz. Control (without probionts), 5 × 104 CFU g?1 (D1), 5 × 105 CFU g?1 (D2), 5 × 106 CFU g?1 (D3), 5 × 107 CFU g?1 (D4), 5 × 108 CFU g?1 (D5) to evaluate its efficiency in C. chitala juvenile. The best growth performance, feed utilisation, specific α-amylase, total protease and lipase activity were observed with the diet D3 (P < 0.05). The lowest Presumptive Pseudomonas Count, Motile Aeromonad Count, Total Coliform Count was observed for D3 (P < 0.05) on 90th day of trial. Two uppermost values were achieved in case of crude protein for D3 and D2 (P > 0.05). The highest lipid content (12.12 ± 0.4 g 100 g?1) was found for D5 (P < 0.05). The highest gross energy (18.75 ± 0.21 MJ 100 g?1) of carcass was recorded for D3. Thus B. licheniformis fb11 at the concentration 5 × 106 CFU g?1 as probiotic supplement promoted growth, digestion in C. chitala juvenile significantly by modulating intestinal microflora.  相似文献

Colonization of sorghum and wheat after seed inoculation with Gluconacetobacter diazotrophicus strains PAL 5 and UAP 5541/pRGS561 (containing the marker gene gusA) was studied by colony counting and microscopic observation of plant tissues. Inoculum levels as low as 102 CFU per seed were enough for root colonization and further spreading in aerial tissues. Rhizoplane colonization was around 7 log CFU g?1 (fresh weight). G. diazotrophicus was found inside sorghum and wheat roots with populations higher than 5 log CFU g?1 (fresh weight). Stem colonization remained stable for 30 days post inoculation with endophyte concentrations from 4 to 5 log CFU g?1 (fresh weight) (in both plants). Population in leaves decreased continuously being undetectable after 17 days post inoculation.  相似文献

Autochthonous production of potamoplankton has recently attracted greater interest as it was incorporated into expanded river concepts such as the flow pulse concept or the riverine productivity model (RPM). This review assembles data on primary production from the River Danube to evaluate the importance of productivity in large rivers. Results indicate positive net production in the middle reach of the river and in impoundments. These sections are characterised by favourable conditions for algal growth. Reduction in flow, reduced concentrations of suspended solids and improved under-water light result in significant increase in plankton biomass. Maximum chlorophyll concentrations were below 20 mg m?3 in 2007 but concentrations up to 130 mg m?3 have been recorded in the past. Since nutrients are not limiting, as in most large rivers, net primary production is largely controlled by availability of photosynthetic active radiation under water, chlorophyll-a, water depth and discharge. Hourly carbon uptake rates of 3–130 mg C m?3 h?1 observed in the Danube are well within the range of 0–790 mg C m?3 h?1 for large rivers of the world. Autochthonous autotrophic production must be regarded as an important feature of large rivers supporting the RPM concept.  相似文献

Indoor microbial exposure has been related to adverse pulmonary health effects. Exposure assessment is not standardized, and various factors may affect the measured exposure. The aim of this study was to investigate the seasonal variation of selected microbial exposures and their associations with temperature, relative humidity, and air exchange rates in Danish homes. Airborne inhalable dust was sampled in five Danish homes throughout the four seasons of 1 year (indoors, n = 127; outdoors, n = 37). Measurements included culturable fungi and bacteria, endotoxin, N-acetyl-beta-d-glucosaminidase, total inflammatory potential, particles (0.75 to 15 μm), temperature, relative humidity, and air exchange rates. Significant seasonal variation was found for all indoor microbial exposures, excluding endotoxin. Indoor fungi peaked in summer (median, 235 CFU/m3) and were lowest in winter (median, 26 CFU/m3). Indoor bacteria peaked in spring (median, 2,165 CFU/m3) and were lowest in summer (median, 240 CFU/m3). Concentrations of fungi were predominately higher outdoors than indoors, whereas bacteria, endotoxin, and inhalable dust concentrations were highest indoors. Bacteria and endotoxin correlated with the mass of inhalable dust and number of particles. Temperature and air exchange rates were positively associated with fungi and N-acetyl-beta-d-glucosaminidase and negatively with bacteria and the total inflammatory potential. Although temperature, relative humidity, and air exchange rates were significantly associated with several indoor microbial exposures, they could not fully explain the observed seasonal variations when tested in a mixed statistical model. In conclusion, the season significantly affects indoor microbial exposures, which are influenced by temperature, relative humidity, and air exchange rates.  相似文献

Enterococcus faecalis B3A-B3B produces the bacteriocin B3A-B3B with activity against Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Clostridium perfringens, but apparently not against fungi or Gram-negative bacteria, except for Salmonella Newport. B3A-B3B enterocin has two different nucleotides but similar amino acid composition to the class IIb MR10A-MR10B enterocin. B3A-B3B consists of two peptides of predicted molecular mass of 5176.31 Da (B3A) and 5182.21 Da (B3B). Importantly, B3A-B3B impeded biofilm formation of the foodborne pathogen L. monocytogenes 162 grown on stainless steel. The antimicrobial treatment of stainless steel with nisin (1 or 16 mg ml?1) decreased the cell numbers by about 2 log CFU ml?1, thereby impeding the biofilm formation by L. monocytogenes 162 or its nisin-resistant derivative strain L. monocytogenes 162R. Furthermore, the combination of nisin and B3A-B3B enterocin reduced the MIC required to inhibit this pathogen grown in planktonic or biofilm cultures.  相似文献
