Chlorophyll (Chl) a fluorescence parameters and rapid light curves of soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merrill] were measured by pulse amplitude modulation fluorometry. Measurements were taken during different stages of soybean growth under field conditions with 20% enhancement in ultraviolet-B (UV-B) radiation. Results showed that supplemental UV-B radiation decreased Chl contents by 5.5% (P=0.048), 8.7% (P=0.046), and 10.5% (P=0.005) in seedling, in branching-flowering, and in pod-setting stages, respectively. In the branching-flowering and pod-setting stages, maximum quantum yield of photosystem (PS) II photochemistry (Fv/Fm) decreased by 6.1% (P=0.001) and 3.0% (P=0.009), respectively. Supplemental UV-B radiation significantly decreased the effective quantum yield (Y). The photosynthetic capacity at light saturation (Pm) also decreased in both the seedling and branching-flowering stages by 28.9% (P=0.007) and 15.5% (P=0.041), respectively. However, Y and Pm showed no significant difference in the trefoil and pod-setting stages with and without the UV treatment. The light saturation parameter (E k) decreased by 21.1% (P=0.000) and 23.2% (P=0.029) in the trefoil and seedling stages, respectively. Moreover, the initial slope (α) decreased by 21.1% (P=0.001) in the branching-flowering stage. Nonphotochemical quenching (NPQ) in the seedling stage and photochemical quenching coefficient (qp) in the branching-flowering stage decreased significantly under UV-B treatments. The results of the present study suggest that supplemental UV-B radiation adversely affected Chl content and electron transport activity in PSII and consequently decreased the photosynthetic efficiency of soybean plants.  相似文献

研究了外源甜菜碱对盐胁迫下枸杞扦插苗叶片光合功能的影响。结果表明,外源甜菜碱能使盐胁迫下的枸杞叶片叶绿素荧光动力学参数Fo、Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm、Fm/Fo和Fv/Fo增高,使光合色素叶绿素a(Chla)、叶绿素b(Chlb)和类胡萝卜素(Car)含量明显增加,叶绿素a与b的比值(Chla/Chlb)升高,类胡萝卜素与叶绿素的比值(Car/Chl)降低,说明外源甜菜碱有利于植物对光能的捕获、吸收、传递和转换,提高叶片的光合活性,降低盐胁迫对植物的抑制作用。  相似文献

选用"ML7113"小麦幼苗为材料,分别采用He-Ne激光(5mW·mm-2)和增强UV-B(10.8 kJ/m-2·d-1)辐射以及两者的复合辐照进行处理,利用PAM-2100便携式叶绿素荧光仪测定小麦幼苗在不同处理天数(5、6、7、8)下叶绿素荧光特性的变化。结果表明:增强UV-B辐射后,随着处理时间的延长,小麦幼苗的Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm、qP、ФPSⅡ、叶绿素含量的值均逐渐下降,qN值均逐渐升高,从而不断减弱小麦幼苗的叶绿体荧光特性;而低剂量的He-Ne激光辐照后能够在一定程度上修复经UV-B辐射后对小麦幼苗叶绿素荧光所造成的损伤。  相似文献

The effects of enhanced UV-B radiation on growth and photosynthetic activities were investigated in fronds of the aquatic fern Azolla microphylla Kaulf. The fronds were exposed to UV-B radiation intermittently once in 3 d during 12 d. Biomass and relative growth rate of UV-B treated Azolla plants and the heterocyst frequency of the UV-B treated symbiont decreased resulting in an increase in doubling time over the control. The doubling time was 3.08 d for control and 3.35 d for UV-B irradiated plants. Chl and carotenoid contents per unit fresh mass and photosystem 2 (PS2) activity also decreased under UV-B treatment. Measurements of photosynthetic activity in terms of fluorescence kinetics and PS2 mediated O2 evolution showed that the aquatic fern Azolla is sensitive to UV-B damage.  相似文献

采用棚内盆栽方法, 设置pH值5.6 (对照)、4.0、3.0和2.0的模拟酸雨胁迫试验, 探讨其对白簕幼苗叶片MDA含量、保护酶活性、叶绿素含量、气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明, 随着模拟酸雨pH值的降低, MDA含量呈先降低后升高的趋势; SOD活性逐渐降低, POD活性逐渐升高, APX活性呈先升高后降低的变化。叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量均比对照高, 在pH 4.0时达最大值。气孔限制值(Ls)、PSII实际光化学量子产量(ΦPSII)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)均随pH值的降低而下降, 净光速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)、PSII最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSII的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、非光化学淬灭系数(qN)呈先升高后降低趋势, 且也都在pH 4.0时达最大值。由此推测, pH 4.0的酸雨处理有利于白簕幼苗的生长, 表明白簕幼苗可能喜欢生活在微酸环境中, 但是随着酸度加强, 反而起到抑制作用。  相似文献

研究了水分胁迫对牛心朴子叶片光合色素及叶绿素荧光动力学参数的影响。结果表明,在长期的水分胁迫中,牛心朴子叶片的叶绿素a(Chl a)、叶绿素b(Chl b)和类胡萝卜素(Car)含量没有下降或下降不明显。直到处理末期才显著下降;叶片叶绿素荧光动力学参数Fo、Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm变化不大,在处理末期各处理Fo降低,轻度、重度水分胁迫的Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm升高。说明K期水分胁迫后牛心朴子的光合功能受到影响,但牛心朴子仍表现出较强的适应干旱的能力。  相似文献

对小麦自然黄化突变体及其突变亲本(西农1718)的叶绿素含量、光合速率及叶绿素荧光动力学参数进行比较分析.结果显示:(1)突变体金黄株、绿黄株、黄绿株的叶绿素含量均显著低于突变亲本,总叶绿素含量分别为突变亲本的17%、24%和58%,表明该突变体为叶绿素缺乏突变体;3个突变体叶绿素a与叶绿素b的比值(Chl a/Chl b)均小于突变亲本,而且突变体叶绿素含量越低,Chl a/Chl b比值越小,说明该突变体Chl a下降幅度大于Chl b.(2)金黄株净光合速率在孕穗期、开花期仅为突变亲本的5.7%、2.4%;绿黄株净光合速率显著低于突变亲本,为突变亲本的57.7%、43.3%;而叶绿素含量仅为突变亲本一半的黄绿株,其净光合速率接近突变亲本,表明该黄化突变体叶绿素含量在一定范围内单位叶绿素含量的光合效率较高.(3)突变体Fo均显著低于突变亲本;金黄株、绿黄株的Fm,Fv,qP,qN显著低于突变亲本;金黄株Fv/Fm比值(0.671)显著低于突变亲本.研究表明,叶绿素含量在一定范围内减少,未引起突变体叶绿素荧光动力学参数(Fo除外)显著改变,而当叶绿素含量较大程度减少时,这些荧光参数会急剧降低.  相似文献

以"丹麦旺盛菠菜"为材料,通过UV-B和CaCl2复合处理,测定光合色素含量、Hill反应活力、叶绿素荧光、MDA含量和抗氧化酶活性等参数,探讨了CaCl2对UV-B辐射下菠菜叶片电子传递链和光合膜酶保护系统的影响。结果表明,UV-B处理下,光合色素含量、chl/car、类囊体膜上PSII潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)、非光化学淬灭系数(qN)、PSII光量子产量(ΦPSⅡ)、原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm),以及Hill反应活力等降低,chla/chlb和MDA含量升高;喷洒CaCl2可不同程度缓解UV-B的伤害。不同处理下,POD、SOD和CAT活性的变化呈现补偿效应。UV-B强度与菠菜叶片PSII功能受损程度呈正相关,CaCl2则主要通过提高chlb含量、类囊体膜上的光量子产量和POD活性,以缓解伤害。重度UV-B辐射下,CaCl2使chlb含量显著提高可能是导致PSII捕光效率提高的重要因素。  相似文献

The effect of ultraviolet B radiation (UV-B) on cellular ultrastructure, chlorophyll (Chl), carotenoids, and total phenolics of Acrostichum danaeifolium gametophytes was analyzed. The control group of spores was germinated under standard conditions, while the test group of spores was germinated with additional UV-B for 30 min every day for 34 d. The cell characteristics were preserved in gametophytes irradiated with UV-B, but the number of starch grains increased in the chloroplasts and the more developed grana organization in contrast to the chloroplasts of the control group. Chl a content decreased, while Chl b content increased in the gametophytes cultivated with UV-B for 34 d. Contents of lutein and zeaxanthin decreased and trans-β-carotene concentration was enhanced in the gametophytes irradiated with UV-B. The content of total phenolic compounds increased in the gametophytes cultivated with UV-B. Therefore our data suggest that the gametophytes of A. danaeifolium, a fern endemic to the mangrove biome, were sensitive to enhancement of UV-B radiation at the beginning of their development and they exhibited alterations in their ultrastructure, pigment contents, and protective mechanisms of the photosynthetic apparatus, when exposed to this radiation.  相似文献

用便携式调制叶绿素荧光仪和光合仪研究了强光下草莓叶片荧光参数及表观量子效率的变化.结果表明,Fm、Fv/Fm、PSⅡ无活性反应中心数量和QA的还原速率在强光下降低,在暗恢复时升高;而PSⅡ反应中心非还原性QB的比例在强光下增加,在暗恢复时降低.上述荧光参数的变化幅度均以强光胁迫或暗恢复的前10 min最大.强光下ΦPSII、ETR和qP先升高后降低,但qN先大幅度降低,然后小幅回升.强光处理4 h后,丰香和宝交早生的表观量子效率(AQY)分别降低了20.9%和37.5%;qE(能量依赖的非光化学猝灭)为NPQ(非光化学猝灭)的最主要成分.强光胁迫下丰香的Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm、ΦPSII、ETR和AQY的变化幅度均明显比宝交早生小.DTT处理后,草莓叶片的Fm和Fv/Fm明显降低,Fo显著升高.可以认为,依赖叶黄素循环和类囊体膜质子梯度两种非辐射能量耗散在草莓叶片防御光损伤方面起着重要作用,丰香的光合机构比宝交早生更耐强光.  相似文献

以红砂(Reaumuria soongorica)2年生幼苗为材料,研究不同土壤水分处理下其叶绿素荧光参数、叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性等光合生理指标的变化特征。取得如下结果。(1)与对照组(CK)相比,中度胁迫(MS)和重度胁迫(SS)处理下红砂叶绿素含量分别降低了15.3%和25.7%,叶绿素(a/b)含量分别增加了7.4%和36.9%。表明胁迫处理导致色素含量和捕光色素复合体II含量下降,减少了其对光能的捕获,降低了光合机构遭受破坏的风险。(2)随着胁迫的加剧,初始荧光(Fo)呈升高趋势,而最大荧光(Fm)、PSII潜在光化学效率(Fv/Fo)和PSII最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)呈明显降低趋势。说明胁迫使PSII结构与功能受到一定程度的损伤和破坏。(3)在胁迫处理下,抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛含量也发生了一定程度的变化,反映出红砂对胁迫环境有较强的耐受性。  相似文献

Etiolated pea (Pisum sativum [L.] cv Progress 9) and barley (Hordeum vulgare [L.] cv Boone) seedlings greened under either low (40 microeinsteins per square meter per second) or high (550 microeinsteins per square meter per second) intensity light were analyzed for chlorophyll (Chl) content and the levels of mRNA and protein for the major light-harvesting chlorophyll (Chl)-protein of photosystem II (LHC-II). Low intensity plants accumulated Chl more rapidly than high intensity plants. Both single radial immunodiffusion analysis and mild sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis green gels showed that low intensity plants also accumulated LHC-II protein more rapidly than high intensity plants, following a kinetic pattern similar to the total Chl data. In contrast, LHC-II mRNA levels appeared to be independent of LHC-II protein levels although pea and barley LHC-II mRNA exhibited different light intensity responses. The absence of coordination between LHC-II mRNA and protein levels suggested that the biosynthesis of LHC-II in greening seedlings is not limited by mRNA. A correlation (better than the 0.01 significance level) between LHC-II protein accumulation and Chl accumulation was found for both pea and barley. The accumulation of LHC-II protein was not linked to the development of photosynthetic electron transport. These results and the similar effect of light intensity on Chl content and LHC-II protein levels suggested that the availability of Chl may limit LHC-II protein accumulation in greening seedlings.  相似文献

在盆载条件下,研究UV-B辐射(280-320nm)增强对3个不同类型水稻品种(组合)的生长发育及其产量构成的影响。结果表明,UV-B辐射增强明显抑制水稻生长,使株高变矮、分蘖数减少、叶面积和干物质量下降,但其抑制程度依品种、水稻所处的生长阶段的不同而不同;株高在苗期下降幅度最大,为9.4%-12.2%,干物质量在分蘖期下降幅度最大,地下部和地上部干物质量分别下降45.3%-59.8%、54.9%-59.0%,增强的UV-B辐射使水稻主茎不同叶位的出叶时间延迟,生育期延长,汕优63、南川、IR65600-85的抽穗时间分别比对照延迟2d、3d和7d,成熟期分别推迟3d、4d和9d,UV-B辐射增强明显降低水稻叶片的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量,叶片叶绿素a荧光诱导动力学参数Fv、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo下降,与对照相比,汕优6.3、南川、IR65600-85叶片的净光合速率分别下降了11.9%、12.8%、29.7%,UV-B辐射增强使水稻每株有效穗、每穗总粒数、结实率、千粒重下降,最终导致水稻籽粒产量下降25.2%-31.1%。  相似文献

以当年生盆栽金花茶实生苗为材料,研究不同程度的强光胁迫(25%、50%和100%自然光强,以8%自然光强为对照)对其生长、生物量、叶片光合色素含量、叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:在不同程度的强光胁迫下,金花茶幼苗的生长均受到抑制,随着胁迫程度的增强,金花茶叶片颜色由深绿变为浅绿、黄绿色,叶片灼伤愈来愈严重;植株抽稍时间推迟,抽稍后长出的新叶长势较差;幼苗死亡率越来越高。幼苗根生物量、茎生物量、叶生物量和总生物量均随胁迫程度的升高而显著降低,强光胁迫对叶生物量的影响最大,根生物量次之,对茎生物量的影响最小。随着胁迫程度的增强,叶片叶绿素总量(Chl)、叶绿素a(Chla)、叶绿素b(Chlb)含量均显著降低,Chla/Chlb和Car/Chl显著升高。叶绿素荧光参数FoFmFvFv/FmFv/Fo均随胁迫程度的升高降低,强光胁迫使PSⅡ受到了伤害,光合作用原初反应过程受抑制,光合电子传递受到影响,从而抑制植株的正常生长。  相似文献

利用不同剂量的137Cs-γ射线对毛竹(Phyllostachys heterocycla ‘Pubescens’)种子进行辐射, 测定实生苗叶片中的光合色素含量和叶绿素荧光参数等指标, 探讨辐射对毛竹幼苗生长的影响, 为筛选有利的突变单株奠定良好基础。结果表明:30或60 Gy的137Cs-γ射线辐射后, 毛竹幼苗的光合色素含量以及最大荧光强度(Fm)、可变荧光强度(Fv)、PSII最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSII的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、PSII实际光化学效率(Yield)和表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)等荧光参数值均高于90 Gy辐射处理, 说明较低剂量辐射后PSII反应中心的能量捕获效率高, 且具有较强的光合能力; 而90 Gy的137Cs-γ射线辐射对毛竹的影响则与之相反。不同处理剂量之间叶片光能耗散程度以及表观光合电子传递速率-光合有效辐射(ETR-PAR)响应曲线的分析结果也进一步证实了以上结论。  相似文献

为了减轻UV-B辐射对植物叶片的伤害, 本研究以离体红芸豆叶片为实验材料, 通过外源施加NaHSO3的方法探讨了UV-B辐射下NaHSO3 对离体红芸豆叶片的保护作用。结果表明:与未处理对照相比较, 用0.5 mmol.L-1 NaHSO3处理的离体红芸豆叶片表面褐色斑减少、边缘蜷曲及萎蔫程度降低;且能延缓叶片中叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量的降低;使类黄酮含量升高; 叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性升高, 过氧化氢(H2O2)含量降低。进一步研究发现NaHSO3处理能明显延缓PSⅡ原初光能转换效率的降低;增强PSⅡ的电子传递能力, 减少叶绿体内有害自由基的产生, 减缓叶绿体内光合机构遭受破坏的程度。以上结果表明NaHSO3可能通过提高POD和APX的活性、降低自由基产生及保护光合色素等来实现UV-B胁迫下对红芸豆叶片的保护作用。  相似文献

干旱胁迫导致葡萄砧木实生苗叶片光合能力下降.在正常供水和轻度干旱下,砧木的Pn 以3309C最高,其次是1103P,420A较低,各砧木的Gs和Tr差异不显著;中度干旱下,则以1103P的Pn最高,3309C最低;而严重干旱胁迫下,1103P的Pn比3309C高出124%,水分利用效率是3309C的1.95倍.干旱胁迫下,3种砧木的共同趋势是可变荧光 (Fo) 升高,最大荧光 (Fm)、实际光能转化效率 (ФPSⅡ)和可变荧光与最大荧光比 (Fv/Fm) 降低,但品种变幅不同.中度干旱使3309C的F o升高17.1%,Fv/Fm降低了8.5%,而1103P的Fo升高6.8%,Fv/Fm降低了5.8%;严重干旱则使3309C的Fo升高36.2%,Fv/Fm降低了20.1%,而1103P的Fo升高9.9%,Fv/Fm降低了10.2%.干旱胁迫对不同葡萄砧木光合和荧光参数的影响与其抗旱性密切相关,其中Fv/Fm和Pn的相关系数最大(r=0.9883).  相似文献

在中国科学院茂县生态站选择2年生青榨槭幼苗进行室外盆栽实验,以人工增强0.27 W·m-2(7.7kJ·m-2·d-1)的UV-B辐射剂量,研究模拟当地平流层臭氧削减1%时近地面太阳UV-B的增强对木本植物幼苗生理生态适应性的影响.处理0 d后,移除UV-B处理装置,就地测定气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数,并取样测定叶绿素及UV吸收物质含量.结果表明,增强UV-B辐射显著降低了青榨槭幼苗叶片最大净光合速率Pmax(对照为6.214,处理为4.42),显著增加叶片暗呼吸速率Rd(对照为0.413,处理为1.29)和光补偿点LCP(对照为21.629,处理为9.861),但对表观量子速率a(对照为0.021,处理为0.032)影响不明显;它降低青榨槭幼苗每日净光合速率和水分利用效率,以及原初光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和实际光化学量子产量(ΦPS∏).此外,增强UV-B辐射使叶片叶绿素a、b含量降低(对照为16.23,.39,处理为13.17,4.93),但对叶绿素b含量影响未达显著水平.增强UV-B处理降低了青榨槭幼苗UV吸收物质含量(对照为0.87,处理为0.79).光合指标、叶绿素荧光指标和叶绿素含量的变化有较好的一致性,表明增强UV-B对青榨槭幼苗的光合作用可能有一定的抑制作用.  相似文献

Changes in growth characteristics and photochemical activities inVigna unguiculata L. Walp seedlings maintained at constant temperature of 10, 20, 30 and 40 ‡C under control and ultraviolet-B enhanced radiation (UV-B) were investigated. UV-B retarded the shoot elongation and also leaf expansion to a great extent at 30 ‡C but produced only marginal changes at 20 and 40 ‡C. Similar response was also observed with respect to changes in leaf fresh and dry masses and total chlorophyll (Chl) content under these temperatures. At 10 ‡C the total Chl content was 3-fold higher under the treatment than under control conditions. In seedlings growing at 20 and 30 ‡C the overall photosynthetic electron transport (H2O -> methyl viologen) showed a significant enhancement during the 36-h UV-B treatment and thereafter a gradual reduction. Although a similar trend was found in photosystem 1 (PS1), the inhibition even after 60 h of UV-B treatment was not statistically significant. Photosystem 2 (PS2) activity was inhibited in seedlings treated for 60 h by UV-B at 20 and 30 ‡C. However, no inhibition was observed at 40 ‡C. No detectable photochemical activity was found in seedlings grown at 10 ‡C under either control or UV-B enhanced irradiation although the chloroplasts contained Chl.
