We studied the relations between the mucociliary beat frequency (MF) measured photometrically on the depleted frog palate and the rheological properties of sputum collected in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. MF was lower (p less than 0.001) with sputa (11.3 +/- 3.3 Hz) than with frog mucus (16.9 +/- 3.3 Hz) used as controls. The relative transport rate (Tr) of sputa was closely correlated (r = 0.81, p less than 0.001) to the relative MF. Significant correlations were observed between MF on the one hand and viscosity (r = -0.68, p less than 0.01), elastic modulus (r = -0.70, p less than 0.01) and spinability (r = +0.49, p less than 0.05) on the other. These results suggest that abnormalities in the rheological properties of bronchial secretions may impair the mucociliary transport rate by first decreasing the ciliary beat frequency.  相似文献

The effect of varying the inspired air humidity on a rheological property (spinability) and transport capacity of airway mucus has been analyzed in 10 mongrel dogs. Tracheal mucus was collected in anesthetized dogs inspiring through an endotracheal tube the air of a climate chamber maintained at constant temperature (T degrees:20 degrees C). In one test, the dogs inspired air at an absolute humidity (AH) of 9 g water/m3 air directly through the endotracheal tube. In the other test, the dogs inspired through an artificial nose connected to the endotracheal tube giving a AH of 30 g water/m3 air. Tracheal mucus was collected at the external distal end of the endotracheal tube. The spinability (Sp) or thread-forming properties of mucus was measured. The relative mucociliary transport rate (TR) of mucus was analyzed on a frog palate epithelium preparation. The transport rate was significantly (p less than 0.01) lower (range: 0.59-0.80) when the AH of the inspired air was low in comparison to that obtained with high AH (range: 0.70-1.13). The variations in mucus Sp due to changing AH were positively and significantly correlated (r = 0.80, p less than 0.01) with the corresponding variations in TR. These results suggest that lowering the AH of air induces a decrease in the transport capacity which appears to be dependent on the change of spinability that occurs in the mucus.  相似文献

The relationship between mucus rheologic variables and in vitro ciliary transport was investigated in mucus samples collected from the upper airways of 30 Wistar rats. In vitro mucus transportability was determined by means of the frog palate preparation. Rheologic evaluation was done by measuring the rigidity modulus (log G*, representing the vectorial sum of viscosity and elasticity) and the loss tangent (tan delta, i.e. the ratio between viscosity and elasticity) at 1 and 100 radian/s using a magnetic microrheometer. The correlation between the rheologic variables and in vitro mucus transportability was made by stepwise multiple linear regression analysis, with frog palate transport rate considered as the dependent variable. A significant relationship was obtained between the rheologic parameters (log G* and tan delta) measured at 1 radian/s and the frog palate transport ratio. The relative speed of mucus samples was related to rheology according to the following relationship: rat/frog speed ratio = 1.666-0.434 log G*-0.331 tan delta, for G* and delta determined at 1 radian/s (multiple r = 0.666, p < 0.001). Transport rates predicted from the above formula gave a satisfactory fit to those observed in a second set of 30 rats. The present results indicate that the overall mucus impedance, as well as the ratio between viscosity and elasticity, are important in determining the efficiency of clearance. In addition, it was shown that measurements performed by applying relatively low frequency deformations are preferable for predicting ciliary transport.  相似文献

Respiratory mucus and mucosa possess highly hydrophilic structures which are difficult to preserve using standard fixative methods. The close interaction between cilia and mucus can be observed after instantaneously interrupting the ciliary movement using ultra rapid and cryosubstitution fixation methods. Mucus possess several rheological properties such as pseudoplasticity, elastothixotropy, spinability and adhesiveness. Rheological properties of mucus may control, per se, the ciliary beating frequency. By measuring the mucociliary frequency on the excised mucus-depleted frog palate of native mucus and xanthan gum using a simulant of mucus, we observed that beyond an optimal value of viscosity (close to 12 Pa.s) the mucociliary frequency and transport rate decrease in parallel. Other rheological factors such as adhesion and spinability of mucus can also be implicated in the regulation of the mucociliary transport rate.  相似文献

Mucus transport by two-phase gas-liquid flow mechanism was investigated with in vitro flow models under asymmetric periodic airflow conditions with nine different liquid solutions with rheological properties similar to human sputum. The flow model was made with 1.0-cm-ID glass tube and positioned either vertically or horizontally. With a constant supply of the test liquids into the model tube (0.5 ml/min), the liquid layer transport speed (LLTS) as well as the mean liquid layer thickness at steady-state condition (hs) was measured in conjunction with various airflow patterns of different expiratory and inspiratory flow rate, breathing frequency (f), and tidal volume (VT). The flow patterns were maintained within the range of normal breathing. In the horizontal tube model, LLTS ranged from 1.14 +/- 0.02 to 3.39 +/- 0.04 cm/min at the peak expiratory flow rate (VEp) of 30-60 l/min. The inspiratory flow rate, as well as f and VT did not affect LLTS. However, LLTS increased with increasing VEp, and at the same VEp LLTS was higher with viscoelastic than with viscous liquid. In the vertical tube model, the upward transport of mucus could not be achieved at VEp lower than 30 l/min particularly with low viscosity and low elasticity fluid. However, at high values of VEp, LLTS was comparable to that in the horizontal tube model with viscoelastic fluid, whereas LLTS of viscous liquid showed 26-40% lower than that in the horizontal tube model. The value of hs was 5-20% of the tube diameter at VEp of 30-60 l/min in both models. These results indicate that effective mucus clearance can be achieved by two-phase gas-liquid flow mechanism in patients with excessive bronchial secretions with biased tidal breathing favoring the expiratory flow and that the clearance can be further promoted by changing rheological properties of mucus.  相似文献

The transepithelial potential difference (PD) value represents an integral of ion fluxes across the epithelium, and relates to the regulation of airway fluid. We studied six healthy two day old husky puppies for their tracheal mucus rheology and bioelectric properties, since this data in newborns are still unknown. PD (-mV, epithelium vs. subcutaneous space) was measured using the agar bridge technique in two locations - lower trachea and subglottic region. For the rheological analysis, the magnetic microrheometer was employed; data are presented as mechanical impedance log G* and loss tangent tan delta (1 rad/s). The mucus collection rate (mg/min) and the solid content (%) were determined by gravimetry. Mucociliary clearability, normalized to frog mucus, (MCFP) was determined directly by the frog palate method; a cough clearability index (CCI) was computed from simulated cough machine data obtained with mucus-like gels. The mucus collection rates and PD values were considerably lower than those observed in adult dogs; the mechanical impedance values were also reduced in comparison with adult data. The PD profile within the trachea (-13.9 +/- 1.2 mV lower trachea vs. -18.4 +/- 1.4 mV subglottical, i.e. more negative subglottically), however, is similar to that observed in adult dogs. Intratracheal profiles in mucus collection rate and mucus rheology were also comparable between puppies and adult dogs. The low collection rates in puppies, particularly in lower trachea, could indicate either reduced mucus volume or slower clearance. PD and collection rate correlated very strongly (r = 0.82, p = 0.0003). PD also correlated negatively with log G* (r = 0.73, p = 0.003) and positively with tan delta (r = 0.58, p = 0.03). MCFP and % solids correlated positively (r = 0.84, p = 0.0012), in contradistinction to the usual relationship, perhaps due to the presence of non-glycoprotein components that do not contribute to crosslink formation. The apparent maturation of airway bioelectric properties, mucus collection rate and mucus viscoelasticity are all consistent with the maturation of mucociliary clearance, which has previously been reported.  相似文献

To better understand the frog palate model of mucociliary transport, we measured the transport rate of mucus (MTR) from the leopard frog, Rana pipiens, and from the bullfrog, R. catesbeiana, recorded the stability of the MTR over a period of hours and days and over the course of 1 yr, and measured the viscoelasticity, percent solid composition, and spinnability (filance) of mucus from both species. Bullfrog mucus was less rigid than leopard frog mucus (log G* at 1 rad/s 2.09 vs. 2.61; P less than 0.01) and had a higher viscosity-to-elasticity ratio (tan delta at 1 rad/s 0.36 vs. 0.26; P less than 0.05). It also had a lower solids content (8.71 vs. 13.72%; P = 0.02), and there was a trend to lower spinnability for bullfrog mucus (filance 26.7 vs. 33.5 mm). These data suggest that bullfrog mucus has viscoelastic properties similar to normal mammalian respiratory mucus and leopard frog mucus has viscoelasticity similar to sputum samples. MTR was significantly slower in the winter than in the summer months (17 vs. 30 mm/min; P less than 0.0001). Although the leopard frog palate could be used for at least 7 consecutive days without exhaustion, bullfrog palates could be used for only 5 days. Palates of either species could generally be tested for 6 h/day without a significant decrease in MTR. These data clarify some of the sources of variability in the use of this system and suggest methods of standardization.  相似文献

Plasma viscosity (PV), apparent whole blood viscosity (WBV), relative blood viscosity (RV) and erythrocyte deformability (filterability) (EDF) were determined in 13 New Zealand White (NZW) rabbits with alloxan induced-diabetes (AID) and 8 normal NZW rabbits, matched for age, sex and weight. AID rabbits were divided into two groups depending on the duration of hyperglycemia (long-term, greater than 6.0 months (n = 7), and short-term, less than or equal to 3.0 months of hyperglycemia, n = 6). Comparing long-term AID rabbits to normal animals, we found significant increases in WBV (P less than 0.001, 0.005 for high and low rates of shear, respectively), and a marked reduction in EDF (P less than 0.001). There was no significant difference in PV between long-term AID and normal rabbits. Conversely, PV was significantly increased in rabbits with short-term diabetes (P less than 0.01) while there was a concurrent significant increase in WBV measured at high and low rates of shear (P less than 0.001, 0.001, respectively). No difference was detected in EDF between normal and short-term AID rabbits. Furthermore, in long-term AID rabbits there was a strongly positive correlation between RV and reduced erythrocyte deformability (r = 0.94, P = 0.006) while WBV strongly correlated with PV (r = 0.92, P = 0.004) in the short-term AID subgroup. We conclude from these data: (1) elevated blood viscosity in long term AID rabbits is associated with reduced erythrocyte filterability; and (2) elevated WBV in short-term AID rabbits is associated with increased PV.  相似文献

The relationships between mucus rheology, depth of mucus layer and clearance by simulated cough were examined in a study employing a model plexiglass trachea lined with gels formed from locust bean gum crosslinked with sodium tetraborate. The viscoelastic properties of the mucus simulants were determined by magnetic rheometry at 100 rad/s and expressed as mechanical impedance (dynamic stress/strain ratio) and loss tangent. Cough was simulated by opening a solenoid valve connecting the model trachea to a pressurized tank, using an upstream flow-constrictive element to shape the flow profile to approximate the pattern seen in a normal adult. Mucus clearance was quantitated by observing the movement of contrasting marker particles placed in the mucus layer. The median particle displacement was defined as the clearance index, Cl. For any initial depth of mucus, Cl increased with driving pressure in the tank, and for a given driving pressure, Cl increased linearly with increasing mucus depth. For a given driving pressure and depth, Cl decreased with increasing mechanical impedance of the mucus. At constant mechanical impedance, Cl increased with increasing loss tangent, in other words, cough clearance was impeded more by elasticity than viscosity. Mucus clearance was associated with transient wave formation in the lining layer. Thus dependence on viscoelasticity is consistent with observations that airflow-mucus interaction and wave formation are impeded by elasticity. The clearance vs. loss tangent relationship for cough is opposite to that found for ciliary clearance (Biorheology 1980, 17, 249), suggesting a natural balance in viscosity and elasticity for mucus to be cleared by both mechanisms.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Viscoelastic properties of bronchorrhoea sputum in bronchial asthmatics   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Dynamic viscoelastic properties of 13 bronchorrhoea sputum samples from asthmatics with bronchorrhoea, defined as the production of watery sputum of 100 ml or more per day during asthmatic attacks, were examined and then compared with 7 saliva and 12 mucoid sputum samples obtained from patients during remission. Dynamic viscosity (eta') and elasticity (G') of bronchorrhoea sputum increased rapidly with time up to 2 hours after collection and slowly thereafter, whereas eta' and G' of saliva and mucoid sputum remained unchanged up to 6 hours after collection. Then, eta' and G' of saliva, bronchorrhoea and mucoid sputum samples were measured between 2 to 4 hours after expectoration. Bronchorrhoea sputum samples showed significantly larger values at frequencies of both 0.1 and 1.0 rad/sec than did saliva samples and also significantly smaller values than did mucoid sputum samples. Thus, bronchorrhoea sputum differed in dynamic viscoelastic properties from saliva, indicating that it does not result from hypersalivation. Based on data of viscoelastic changes with time, it can be assumed that the viscoelasticity of bronchorrhoea sputum in the airways is considerably less than the optimal range reported previously for mucociliary velocity, suggesting the possibility of impaired mucociliary transport.  相似文献

Erythrocyte cation transport, plasma prorenin and renin and sexual hormones were sequentially evaluated in 12 normal volunteers over the menstrual cycle. Na-K cotransport and Na-Li countertransport raised in 6 out of 12 subjects in synchronization with the ovulatory phase. When the maximal % variation (ovulatory phase) versus baseline (follicular phase) of the Na-K cotransport was plotted versus the maximal % increment of oestrogens. A direct, highly significant inverse correlation was observed (r = 0.904, p less than 0.001). Moreover, a highly significant inverse correlation between plasma prorenin and intraerythrocyte Na (r = -0.857, p less than 0.001) in the follicular phase was found. Our data suggest that erythrocyte cation transport can be influenced by sexual hormones in human.  相似文献

The administration of a single dose of furosemide, ethacrynic acid and polythiazide to healthy individuals under conditions of maximum water diuresis produces a significant increase in renal magnesium excretion. Elevated Mg excretion displayed a direct correlation to renal sodium excretion after furosemide (r=0.689, p less than 0.001), ethacrynic acid (r=0.869, p less than 0.001) and polythiazide (r=0.586, p less than 0.01). The slopes of the various regression lines did not differe significantly from each other or from the slope of the regression line characterizing this correlation for mannitol (r= 0.603, p less than 0.01). A significant linear correlation was likewise found between the excretion of Mg and total osmotically active substances after furosemide (r=0.783, p less than 0.001), ethacrynic acid (r=0.88, p less than 0.001) and polythiazide (r=0.646, p less than 0.01). The regression lines of the given correlations did not differ significantlyfrom each other, but their slopes were significantly higher than that of the regression line for the correlation after mannitol (r=0.454, p less than 0.01). The findings indicate that tubular Mg transport is influenced both by a decrease in tubular Na resorption in the diluting segment (polythiazide) and by an effect on Na resorption in the parts of the nephron proximal to the diluting segment of the nephron (furosemide, ethacrynic acid).  相似文献

Background

Prior microrheologic assessments of selected, microlitre plugs of cystic fibrosis (CF) sputum suggest no intrinsic rheologic abnormality. However, such analyses may not be representative of CF sputum as a whole. We therefore reassessed this question using whole sputum macrorheology. Additionally, we wished to further explore the relationships between sputum rheology, inflammation and infection.

Methods

Dynamic oscillatory macrorheometry was performed on whole expectorated sputum from stable adults with CF (n = 18) and COPD (n = 12) and induced sputum from normal controls (n = 7). Concomitant sputum inflammatory mediator levels were measured in CF and COPD samples. Sputum collected from CF subjects (n = 6) at commencement and completion of intravenous antibiotic therapy for an infective exacerbation was also assessed.

Results

CF sputum neutrophil elastase activity (NE) was significantly related to degree of sputum purulence (p = 0.049) and correlated significantly with measures of sputum viscoelasticity (r = 0.696, p = 0.008 for storage modulus G'' at 9 Hz). There were significant differences in viscoelasticity between subject groups when samples were compared irrespective of appearance/degree of sputum purulence. However, the macrorheology of mucoid CF sputum did not differ from normal sputum (eg median (range) G'' at 9 Hz 2.25 (0.79, 3.26) vs 2.04 (1.4,4.6) Pa, p = 1). In contrast, mucoid COPD samples demonstrated significantly greater viscoelasticity (G'' at 9 Hz 4.5 (2.4, 23) Pa) than sputum from both CF (p = 0.048) & normal subjects (p = 0.009). Antibiotic therapy during exacerbations was associated with significant reductions in CF sputum viscoelasticity, with mean (SD) G'' at 9 Hz decreasing from 28.5 (11.5) Pa at commencement to 6.4 (4.6) Pa on day 7 (p = 0.01).

Conclusion

The macrorheologic properties of whole, mucoid CF sputum are not different from normal, confirming the results of prior microrheologic studies. Instead, CF sputum viscoelasticity is related to secondary infection, decreases with intravenous antibiotic therapy and correlates with inflammation. In contrast, COPD sputum demonstrates inherently greater viscoelasticity, providing a novel target for potential therapeutic interventions.  相似文献

Nasal mucociliary clearance was measured in both healthy subjects and patients with chronic sinusitis using saccharin granule technique. Nasal mucociliary transit time (ST) was significantly slower in the patients with chronic sinusitis compared with that in controls (p less than 0.005). Nasal mucus collected from each nasal cavity was used for in vitro bullfrog palate clearance studies and compared to the in vivo nasal ST. Mucociliary clearance rate (MTR) on frog palate was 12.5 +/- 2.5 mm/min in the mucus from control subjects, 6.1 +/- 1.5 mm/min in the mucus from the patients. The difference was statistically significant (p less than 0.005). The MTR on frog palate in the patients whose nasal ST was within normal range was significantly slower than that in controls (p less than 0.005), but not significantly different from that in the patients whose nasal ST was over the normal range. These results suggest that the nasal mucous properties which decreased the mucociliary clearance on frog palate did not contribute to the mucociliary clearance of the patients who had a normal one. No significant correlation existed between MTR on frog palate and nasal ST in both control and chronic sinusitis. In chronic sinusitis patients, decelerated nasal ST was recovered significantly by normal saline nebulization compared with the value before the nebulization (p less than 0.01). None of the significant change of ST was observed in control before and after the nebulization.  相似文献

Using the principles of reaction kinetics, we constructed a model for the handling of immune complexes and the pathogenesis of SLE immune complex disease. The model incorporates rate constants for complement- and Fc-mediated clearance, parameters for autoantibody, complement and immune complex levels, and scores for clinical disease activity. The model assumes that complement fixation by immune complexes is a prerequisite for complement-mediated clearance and that disease activity results from immune complex deposition. To test the relationships derived, data from 32 lupus patients were analyzed and the predictions were compared with actual findings. The model predicts a low correlation coefficient between disease activity and immune complex levels (found, r = 0.25, p greater than 0.1). The model also predicts a poor correlation between disease activity and impaired Fc-mediated clearance in patients with normal complement levels (found, r = 0.10, p greater than 0.1), but a high correlation coefficient between disease activity and impaired Fc-mediated clearance in patients with hypocomplementemia (found, r = 0.61, p less than 0.001). In patients with normal complement levels, the model predicts a good correlation between anti-DNA antibody and immune complex levels (found, r = 0.71, p less than 0.001), whereas hypocomplementemic patients should have a good correlation between anti-DNA to CH50 ratios and immune complex levels (found, r = 0.73, p less than 0.001). The model predicts that disease activity should correlate better with the product of the anti-DNA to CH50 ratio and the rate constant for Fc-mediated clearance than with any single parameter (found, r = 0.85, p less than 0.0001). These significant correlations, which were predicted by the model, suggest that complement-mediated mechanisms are the first line of host defense against immune complex-induced injury, that the efficiency of complement opsonization plays a central role, and that both abnormal complement- and Fc-receptor function leads to active renal disease in SLE.  相似文献

A movement pattern known as hyperactivation has been observed among sperm recovered from the periovulatory oviduct of several species. In culture medium, hyperactivated sperm swim in a pattern that is far less progressive than that of freshly ejaculated sperm. In the oviduct, sperm encounter highly viscoelastic substances, such as mucus and the cumulus matrix. We have previously reported that hyperactivated hamster sperm become more progressive in vitro when the viscosity of medium is increased. In the present study, we tested the effect of increasing the viscosity and viscoelasticity of the medium on the swimming progressiveness of mouse sperm. Caudal epididymal sperm were incubated in a medium that produced hyperactivated motility in 60 min. Swimming velocities of sperm incubated for 60 min were compared with those of fresh sperm after addition of one of the following to culture medium: solutions of 1.8% methylcellulose (high viscosity), 1.8% long chain polyacrylamide (high viscoelasticity), or culture medium alone (low viscosity). In culture medium, hyperactivated sperm had significantly lower mean straight-line velocities than fresh sperm (p = 0.004); this difference disappeared in methylcellulose (p = 0.085) and was reversed in polyacrylamide (p = 0.004). This and other velocity measurements indicated that hyperactivated mouse sperm penetrate viscoelastic media more efficiently than fresh sperm and therefore may be more efficient at penetrating oviductal mucus and cumulus matrix in vivo.  相似文献

We postulated that as a hibernating species, frogs might have variable demands for nutrients at different seasons of the year and that this must be reflected in seasonal variations of physiologic processes related to nutrient transport and absorption. We examined the rate of mucus transport on the ciliated palate and the movement of nutrients across the intestinal lumen of leopard frogs, Rana pipiens. Mucus transport on the frog palate was strongly influenced by season, with maximal transport occurring in late June (Julian day 178, p = 0.0001; r = 0.58). This increased transport rate was associated with a summertime increase in mucus recoil (lower tangent delta) and a decrease in mucus hydration (increase in percent solids composition). Intestinal transport of leucine, lysine, and galactose did not appear to exhibit seasonal variability. These data suggest that different mechanisms may operate in determining seasonal variability in physiologic responses.  相似文献

A method was devised to measure the work of adhesion (WA) to a substrate of mucus, a viscoelastic gel, from the measured contact angle of glycerol on a mucus substrate and the known physical properties of a Teflon surface. Fifteen sputum samples from cystic fibrosis (CF) patients were compared with 25 mucus samples from canine tracheal pouches (CP), studied in the hydrated and partially dehydrated states. Apparent viscosity (eta A) and recoverable shear strain (SR) were measured by fluxgate magnetometry, and water content was inferred from vapor pressure osmometry. Na+, K+, and Ca2+ concentrations were measured with specific ion electrodes and Cl- with a chloridimeter. The Cl- concentration of the CP mucus was inversely proportional to its osmolality, and the Cl- concentration of the CP mucus was 102.5 +/- 1.6 meq/l compared with 55.6 +/- 2.5 meq/l for CF sputum. When CP mucus osmolality was increased from 316.0 +/- 5.5 to 430.0 +/- 7.5 mosmol/kg, WA increased from 25.1 +/- 1.8 to 31.1 +/- 1.2 ergs/cm2 and eta A increased from 391 +/- 55 to 622 +/- 121 P, respectively. CF sputum WA was 30.2 +/- 0.6 ergs/cm2, eta A was 1,110 +/- 316 P, and osmolality was 466.0 +/- 14.0 mosmol/kg. The increased WA and eta A of mucus in CF patients may thus be dependent on the hydration of mucus, which is related to the documented Cl- transport defect.  相似文献

We investigated the effects of sodium depletion and orthostasis on the plasma concentration and urinary excretion of vasopressin (AVP) in eight normal female subjects. After 4 days on a sodium controlled diet (130 mEq/day), the subjects were placed on a low sodium diet (30 mEq/day) for 3 days and 120 mg of furosemide was administered orally on the first day of the low sodium regimen. Sodium depletion in the present study reduced body weight by 1.6 kg and increased hematocrit by 3.5%. A significant (p less than 0.05) increase in plasma AVP and a significant (p less than 0.05) decrease in 24-h urinary excretion of AVP were observed during sodium depletion. One-hour ambulation significantly increased plasma AVP in both control and sodium depleted phases (p less than 0.01). The percent change in plasma AVP tended to correlate with that in mean blood pressure in the control phase (r = 0.69, 0.05 less than p less than 0.1), and significantly correlated in the sodium depleted phase (r = 0.86, p less than 0.01). The present results suggest that AVP may play an important role in the maintenance of blood pressure during orthostasis in the sodium depleted state.  相似文献

Total body bone mineral content (TBBM) is a highly discriminating determinant of bone mass. We correlated TBBM with pelvis bone mineral content (PBMC) and pelvis bone mineral density (PBMD) in 179 normal men, in order to observe whether the pelvis is an adequate region of bone mass evaluation. There was a good correlation between PBMC and TBBM (r = 927, p less than 0.001), and significant correlations between PBMD and TBBM (r = 818, p less than 0.001) and between PBMC and PBMD (r = 0.902, p less than 0.001). As the pelvis does not undergo the densitometric changes so often observed in the spine, we believe that the pelvis is appropriate as anatomic region for bone mass evaluation studies.  相似文献
