对苏铁(Cycas revoluta)的化学成分进行研究,采用多种色谱技术(硅胶、氧化铝和Sephadex LH-20等)从苏铁茎的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到16个化合物,其结构由HR-ESI-MS、1H和13CNMR等波谱学方法鉴定为5,6-去氢柳杉酚(1)、cunningine A (2)、6-羟基-5,6-去氢柳杉酚(3)、6α-羟基-7-氧代弥罗松酚(4)、ligballinol (5)、xanthoxyol (6)、callislignan A (7)、(2R,3R)-bis[(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) methyl]-1,4-diacetate (8)、开环异落叶松脂醇(9)、二氢山柰酚(10)、4'-甲基木犀草素(11)、5-methoxypinosylvin (12)、N-benzoylphenyl alaninol(13)、(E,4R)-4-hydroxy-4,5,5-trimethyl-3-(3-oxobut-1-enyl) cyclohex-2-enone (14)、3-hydroxy-5α,6α-epoxy-β-io-none (15)和acuminantin (16)。以上化合物均为首次从苏铁属植物中分离得到,其中化合物13和16为首次以天然产物报道。本研究还首次发现了苏铁属植物中含有松香烷型二萜类(1~4)和芪类(12)化合物。化合物11具有中等的体外α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。  相似文献

本文研究兖州卷柏Selaginella involvens Spring.的化学成分及体外抗菌活性.运用反复色谱层析进行纯化分离得到7个化合物,经波谱解析结合理化鉴定确定化合物结构为:正十六烷酸(1),正十八烷酸(2),β-谷甾醇(3),豆甾醇(4),穗花杉双黄酮(5),β-D-glucopyranoside,(3β)-cholest-5-en-3yl(6),β-香树脂醇(7).化合物1~7均首次从该植物中分离得到,6和7首次从该属植物中分离得到.此外研究了化合物5、6和7的体外抗菌活性.化合物5、6和7可能为兖州卷柏抗肺炎病菌的主要物质基础.  相似文献

本文对三种毒菌的化学成分进行了研究。从光盖伞(Psilocybe spp)分离鉴定了4个化合物,经波谱分析鉴定为:(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-十八烷酸酯(1)、β-胡萝卜苷(2)、(22E,24R)-5α,6α-环氧麦角甾-8,22-二烯-3β,7α-二醇(3)、色氨酸(4);从假褐云斑鹅膏(Amanita pseudoporphyria)分离鉴定了4个化合物:(22E,24R)-3β-羟基-5α,8α-过氧化麦角甾-6,22-二烯(5)、(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(6)、1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(2S,3R,4E,8E,2′R)-2-N-(2′-羟基棕榈酰)-9-甲基-4,8-脱氢鞘氨醇(7)、1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(2S,3R,4E,8E,2′R)-2-N-(2′-羟基十八烷酰)-9-甲基-4,8-脱氢鞘氨醇(8);大青褶伞(Chlorophyllum molybdites)发酵菌丝体分离鉴定了4个化合物:5、6、(22E,24R)-5α,6α-环氧麦角甾-8(14),22-二烯-3β,7α-二醇(9)、(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-醇(10)。除化合物9外其它化合物均为首次从以上相应毒菌中分离得到。  相似文献

Nine compounds were isolated from Elsholtzia blanda (Benth.) Benth. Their structures were identified with spectral and chemical methods as follows: 5,6-dihydro-6-styry-2-pyrone (1), friedelin (2), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxystyrene (3), 5,2′-dimethoxy-6,7-methylene dioxyflavanone (4), 5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-6-O-[α- L -rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-β- D -fucopyranosyl] flavone glycoside (5), 5,5′-dihydroxy-7-acetoxyl-6,8,3″,3″-tetramethylpyran (3′,4′) flavone (6), 5,5′-dihydroxy-7-(α-methyl) butyroxyl-6,8,3″,3″-tetramethylpyran (3′,4′) flavone (7), 5,5′-dihydroxy-6,7-methylenedioxy-8,3″,3″-trimethylpyran (3′,4′) flavone (8), glucosyringic acid (9). Among them, 6, 7 and 8 are new compounds, named as sifanghaoine Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ, respectively.  相似文献

Two new compounds, 24(E)-ethylidenecycloartanone (1) and 24(E)-ethylidenecycloartan-3alpha-ol (2) were isolated from the rhizomes of Polygonum bistorta, together with seven known compounds viz., cycloartane-3,24-dione (3), 24-methylenecycloartanone (4), gamma-sitosterol (5), beta-sitosterol (6), beta-sitosterone (7), friedelin (8) and 3beta-friedelinol (9). All the cycloartane type triterpenoids, compounds 7 and 8 are reported for the first time from this plant. A combination of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and MS were mainly used to elucidate the structures of the new compounds 1 and 2.  相似文献

Five clerodane diterpenoids have been isolated from the aerial parts of Pulicaria wightiana along with 3'5,6-trihydroxy-3,4',7-trimethoxyflavone and 2-methyl-5-hydroxy-chroman-4-one. The structures and stereochemistry of the compounds were established from spectral (mainly 1D and 2D NMR) studies. The last two compounds were not reported earlier from this plant. 从肯尼亚安波塞利产的隔囊蚁巢伞(Termitomyces schimperi)子实体中分离得到8个已知化合物,通过波谱方法鉴定它们的结构为(22E,24R)-麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(1),(3β,5α,9α-三羟基麦角甾-7,22-二烯-6-酮(2),5α,8α-过氧-(22E,24R)-麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(3),麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(4),D-阿拉伯糖醇(5),D-半乳糖醇(6),脑苷脂B(7)和脑苷脂D(8)。所有化合物均首次从该真菌中分离得到。  相似文献

紫萁贯众为紫萁科(Osmundaceae)紫萁属植物紫萁(Osmunda japonica Thunb.)带叶柄残基的根茎.本文采用溶剂法及各种色谱方法从紫萁贯众乙酸乙酯部位分离得到6个化合物,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析,分别鉴定为1,7,9,11-四羟基-3-甲基-5,6-二氢-萘骈蒽醌(1),(E)-3,4-二羟基苯亚甲基丙酮(2),原儿茶酸(3),β-谷甾醇(4),β-胡萝卜苷(5)和二十六烷酸(6).化合物1为首次从植物界中得到,化合物2、3和6均为首次从紫萁属植物中分离得到.  相似文献

One new compound, namely eupatorin A (1), was isolated from the methanolic extract of Guangdong Tu Niu Xi, the dried roots of Eupatorium chinense (Compositae). Its structure was determined to be (threo) 3 O acetyl 1 (4 hydroxy 3 methoxyphenyl) 2 \[4 (3 hydroxy 1 (E) propenyl) 2, 6 dimethoxyphenoxy\]propyl β D gluco pyranoside on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis. In addition, ten known compounds, including (threo) 3 hydroxy 1 (4 hydroxy 3 methoxyphenyl) 2 \[4 (3 hydroxy 1 (E) propenyl) 2, 6 dimethoxyphenoxy\]propyl β D glucopyranoside (2), ardisiacrispin A (3), ardisiacrispin B (4), euparone (5), 3 (2, 3 dihydroxy isopentyl) 4 hydroxy acetophenone (6), 12,13 dihydroxy euparin (7), gymnastone (8), N (2′ hydroxy tetracosanosyl) 2 amino 1, 3, 4 trihydroxy octadec 8 (E) ene (9), stigmasterol (10) and stigmasterol 3 O β D glucopyranoside (11) were also obtained. This was the first time that compounds 2-4 were reported from Compositae family, while 5-8 were isolated from the genus Eupatorium.  相似文献

有些种子植物如莎草科、十字花科、灯心草科、藜科、石竹科等20余科,以往曾被认为不能或不易形成丛枝菌根(郭秀珍等,1989;刘润进等,2000).随着对菌根的深入研究,曾被认为是不易与菌根菌组合的湿地生植物、寄生性植物、或一年生植物都被发现是可以形成内生菌根的(Trappe等,1992).此外,Allen等(1989)研究证实,Salsola kali,Atriplex roseum等生长于沙漠、海滨的藜科植物,进行接种处理后,也能形成丛枝菌根.我们在西双版纳调查热带雨林植物的丛枝菌根状况时,偶然发现刺苋(Amaranthus spinosus Linn.)的根系受到了丛枝菌根真菌的侵染,因此,对苋科植物作了扩大采样调查.本文主要报道从热带采集的5属6种苋科植物的根受丛枝菌根真菌感染形成丛枝菌根(arbuscular mycorrhiza,AM)和这些植物根际士壤中的丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)的状况.  相似文献

广东土牛膝为菊科泽兰属植物华泽兰(Eupatorium chinense)的干燥根。从其甲醇提取物中共分离得到11个化合物,其中eupatorinA(1)为一新化合物,经波谱学方法鉴定为(threo)-3-O-acetyl-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4-(3-hydroxy-1-(E)-propenyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy]propyl-β-D-glucopy-ranoside。已知化合物分别鉴定为(threo)-3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4-(3-hydroxy-1-(E)-propenyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenox-y]-propyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),ardisiacrispinA(3),ardisiac-rispinB(4),euparone(5),3-(2,3-dihydroxy-isopen-tyl)-4-hydroxyacetophenone(6),12,13-di-hydroxy-euparin(7),gymnastone(8),N-(2′-hydroxy-tetracosanosyl)-2-amino-1,3,4-trihydroxy-octa-dec-8-(E)-ene(9),stigmasterol(10)和stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11)。化合物2-4为首次从菊科植物,5-8为首次从泽兰属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

The methanol extract of the dried ripe fruits of Alpinia rafflesiana was investigated for its DPPH free radical scavenger constituents. 2',3',4',6'-Tetrahydroxychalcone (7), which has never been isolated from natural sources was found to be most active as a DPPH free radical scavenger with the IC50 value of 55 microM. Other known compounds isolated from this species include 5,6-dehydrokawain (1), flavokawin B (2). 1,7-diphenyl-5-hydroxy-6-hepten-3-one (3), (-)-pinocembrin (4), cardamonin (5) and (-)-pinostrobin (6). The DPPH free radical scavenger compounds were detected using TLC autographic analysis. The percentage inhibition of DPPH free radical scavenging activity was measured on isolates (5-7) using colorimetric analysis.  相似文献

A series of carotenoids with a 5,6-dihydro-5,6-dihydroxy-beta-end group, named ipomoeaxanthins A (1), B (2), C1 (3) and C2 (4) were isolated from the flesh of yellow sweet potato "Benimasari", Ipomoea batatas Lam. Toussaintine A (N-cinnamoyl-5,6-dehydro-4-hydroxyindolidin-2,7-dione), toussaintine B (N-cinnamoyl-5,6-dehydro-4,7-dihydroxyindolidin-2-one), toussaintine C (N-cinnamoyl-5,6-dehydro-4-hydroxyindolidin-7-one), toussaintine D (N-cinnamoyl-2-amino-4-hydroxy-7-oxo-2,3,8,9-tetrahydrobenzofuran) and toussaintine E (N-cinnamoyl-1-acetoxymethyl-2-amino-1-hydroxycyclox-5-en-4-one) were isolated as antibacterial and antifungal constituents of the leaves of Toussaintia orientalis Verdc. (Annonaceae) and their structures established from analysis of spectroscopic data. The compounds belong to a series of variously cyclized aminocinnamoyl tetraketide derivatives, showing the importance of rarely occurring Annonaceae species as sources of structurally diverse natural products.  相似文献

Fourteen compounds were isolated from the leaves of Pseudotaxus chienii (Cheng) Cheng which is uniquely indigenous to China, and their structures were identified mainly by spectrum analyses. Among them, 13 known compounds were determined as: 2-guaiacylpropane-1, 3-diol (1), vanillic acid (2), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy cinnamic acid (3). 3. 5-dimethoxy-phenol (4), taxicatin (5), 5-oxymaltol (6), quercetin-3-rhamnoside (7), (±)-catechin (8), ecdysterone (9), β-sitosterol (10), D-glucose (11), (±)-10-nonacosanol (12) and octacosanoic acid (13). All these compounds butβ-sitosterol were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 6 have never been reported in plant kingdom. Another compound was tentatively established as a new compound, named pseudotaxlactone (14).  相似文献

The dried rhizomes of Veratrum album were individually extracted with CHCl3, acetone, and NH4OH/benzene to test the toxic effects against the Colorado potato beetle, Leptinotarsa decemlineata, which is an important agricultural pest. Fifteen compounds in various amounts were isolated from the extracts using column and thin‐layer chromatography. The chemical structures of 14 compounds were characterized as octacosan‐1‐ol ( 1 ), β‐sitosterol ( 2 ), stearic acid ( 3 ), diosgenin ( 4 ), resveratrol ( 5 ), wittifuran X ( 6 ), oxyresveratrol ( 7 ), β‐sitosterol 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 8 ), diosgenin 3‐Oα‐L ‐rhamnopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐β‐D ‐glucopyronoside ( 9 ), oxyresveratrol 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 10 ), jervine ( 11 ), pseudojervine ( 13 ), 5,6‐dihydro‐1‐hydroxyjervine ( 14 ), and saccharose ( 15 ) using UV, IR, MS, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and 2D‐NMR spectroscopic methods. However, the chemical structure of 12 , an oligosaccharide, has not fully been elucidated. Compounds 4, 6, 9 , and 10 were isolated from V. album rhizomes for the first time in the current study. The toxic effects of three extracts (acetone, CHCl3, and NH4OH/benzene) and six metabolites, 2, 2 + 4, 5, 7, 8 , and 11 , were evaluated against the Colorado potato beetle. The assay revealed that all three extracts, and compounds 7, 8 , and 11 exhibited potent toxic effects against this pest. This is the first report on the evaluation of the toxic effects of the extracts and secondary metabolites of V. album rhizomes against L. decemlineata. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the extracts can be used as natural insecticides.  相似文献

Eight compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate- and n-butanol-soluble fractions of the ethanollc extract of the whole plant of Anoectochllus roxburghll(Wali.) Lindi. (Orchidaceee). On the basis of spectroscopic methods, the structures of these compounds were elucidated as quercetin-7-O-β-D-[6"-O-(trans-feruloyi)]- giucopyranosids (compound 1), 8-C-p-HydroxybenzyiquerceUn (compound 2), isorhamnetin-7-O-β-D- giucopyranoside (compound 3), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-giucopyranoside (compound 4), kaempferoi-3-O-β-D- giucopyranoside (compound 5), kaempferoi-7-O-β-D-giucopyranoside (compound 6), 5-hydroxy-3',4',7- trimethoxyfiavonoi-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (compound 7), and isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (compound 8). Of the compounds isoisted, compound 1 was a new flavonoid giucoside and exhibited strong scavenging activity against the 1,1-diphenyi-2-picryihydrazyi free radical, whereas the ethanolic extract showed weak activity. Compounds 2-8 were obtained from this family for the first time.  相似文献
