辣椒种子的超干研究   总被引:10,自引:1,他引:9  
辣椒种子含水量(MC)降至5%以下,能显著提高抗老化劣变的能力。在同等老化处理(50C15d)后,对照种子(MC=7.5%)发芽势已大幅度下降,而超干种子(MC=4.1%~1.4%)的发芽势与未老化种子相同。超干种子脱氢酶活性明显高于同等老化条件下的对照种子,而丙二醛的含量则显著低于对照种子。电导率测定结果表明,超干种子细胞膜系统的完整性良好。  相似文献

杜仲种子含水量降至3.5%以下,其耐藏力增强。经50℃10天人工加速老化后,表现出较强的抗老化能力。室温贮藏2年后,与5℃、-20℃条件贮藏种子相比,发芽率、根长及活力指数等均无显著性差异。超干种子比对照种子(含水量7.5%,室温贮藏)电导率降低45%;脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的积累减少;对脱氢酶活性的保持能力比常规种子增强。超干种子幼苗的吸氧量高于对照种子。经过氧化物酶同工酶谱分析,超干种  相似文献

采用两相法分离种子质膜,研究超干处理对种子质膜ATP酶活力及膜流动性的影响。结果表明。白菜(Brassica pekinensis(Lour.)Rupr)。榆树(Ulmus pumilaL)种子经超干处理后,在人工老化和自然老化条件下,与在-20℃条件下贮藏的种子比较,超干贮藏种子质膜ATP酶活力和微粘度无显著变化,过干贮藏种子的效应虽有所下降,但仍比高含水量室温贮藏的对照种子为好。此结果与超干种子具较高活力水平完全一致。说明超干贮藏种子保持了质膜的生理功能。因此提高了种子的耐藏性。高效液相色谱分析结果显示超干种子中还原糖/非还原糖的比值低于高含水量种子,积累的蔗糖,水苏糖含量与超干种子的耐干力有关。玉米(Zea maysL.)种子中不含水苏糖,这可能是玉米种子较其他种子耐干力下降的原因之一。  相似文献

1年的监测结果显示:芥兰种子开放贮藏时的生活力和活力下降最快,超干种子(含水量为4.91%、3.25%和2.84%)具有良好的耐藏性,其种子发芽率和简化活力指数增大,抗老化能力、超氧物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性增强,膜进性降低,以2.84%含水量的芥兰种子贮藏效果为最好。  相似文献

Plant isoamylase-type starch-debranching enzymes (ISAs) hydrolyze α-1,6-linkages in α-1,4/α-1,6-linked polyglucans. Two ISAs, designated PvISA1/2 and PvISA3, were purified from developing seeds of kidney bean by ammonium sulfate fractionation and several column chromatographic procedures. The enzymes displayed different substrate specificities for polyglucans: PvISA1/2 showed broad chain-length specificities, whereas PvISA3 liberated specific chains with a DP of 2 to 4.  相似文献

An increase in ultraviolet(UV)B radiation on the earth's surface is a feature of current global climate changes.It hasbeen reported that alternative oxidase(AOX)may have a protective role against oxidative stress induced by environmentalstresses,such as UV-B.To better understand the characteristic tolerance of plants to UV-B radiation,the effects ofenhanced UV-B radiation on the activity and expression of AOX in red kidney bean(Phaseolus vulgaris)leaves wereinvestigated in the present study.The results show that the total respiration rate and AOX activity in red kidney bean leavesincreased significantly during treatment with enhanced UV-B.However,cytochrome oxidase(COX)activity did not changesignificantly.The H_2O_2 content was also markedly increased and reached a maximum of 4.45 mmol.L~(-1)·g~(-1)DW(dry weight)at 24 h of UV-B treatment,before dropping rapidly.Both alternative pathway content and alternative pathway activity wereincreased in the presence of exogenous H_2O_2.Immunoblotting analysis with anti-AOX monoclonal antibody revealed thatexpression of the AOX protein increased in red kidney bean leaves under enhanced UV-B radiation,reaching a peak at 72h.In addition,AOX expression in red kidney bean leaves was induced by exogenous H_2O_2.These data indicate that theincrease in AOX activity in red kidney bean leaves under enhanced UV-B radiation was mainly due to H_2O_2-induced AOXexpression.  相似文献

本研究在不同磷肥施用量处理下,对NR、品芸1号、品芸2号3个小白芸豆品种子粒的氨基酸含量及组分测定、分析,探索磷肥对芸豆氨基酸及组分的调控效应。结果表明,不同磷肥用量处理均可提高芸豆氨基酸含量,对芸豆中人体必需氨基酸组分的影响因不同品种而异。品芸2号和NR总氨基酸及其各组分含量在50kg/hm^2纯磷肥用量条件下最高;品芸1号氨基酸积累在25kg/hm^2纯磷肥用量条件下最有效。  相似文献

比较了菠菜和菜豆在光下或暗中接触不同浓度NO_2时的反应。菠菜的抗性强于菜豆,是由于它既能忍受NO_2~-的大量积累,又有代谢NO_2~-的较强能力。菠菜在光照下,高浓度NO_2熏气所产生的伤害不是由于NO_2~-的积累,而是与NH_3的大量积累有关。NH_3的积累:一方面由于NiR活性不受熏气影响,另一方面由于GS/GOGAT活性受到阻抑所致。  相似文献

以半蔓生型奶花芸豆(Y09)和直立型奶花芸豆(Y06)为材料,通过SDS-PAGE分析研究了开花后种子形成过程中贮藏蛋白(SP)的积累规律.结果表明:2个芸豆品种开花后种子形成过程中,子叶、胚蛋白积累变化趋势基本一致,但其变化幅度存在显著差异,其中,在开花后20d内,半蔓生型芸豆Y09的籽粒蛋白积累量大于直立型芸豆Y06,但在开花后25~40d,Y06籽粒蛋白积累量显著高于Y09;两芸豆品种的子叶和胚均含有丰富的贮藏蛋白(SP)(14.4~97.4kD),其中子叶的41.0、43.9、39.4kD3种蛋白含量较高,约占子叶总蛋白含量(光密度)50%以上,而胚蛋白亚基分布相对均匀;两品种的子叶、胚中蛋白亚基差异较小,只有个别亚基存在差异.  相似文献

The digestibility of proteins in red kidney bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) was examined by in vitro pepsin assay. A 20-kDa polypeptide that remained highly stable after heat processing was identified as a basic subunit of legumin. The results of a monobromobimane (mBBr) labeling test implied that this protein contained rigid intramolecular disulfide bonds, which might contribute to pepsin resistance.  相似文献

通过差别筛选HgCl2胁迫下的菜豆叶片cDNA库,分离出7组不同的cDNA克隆(Phaseolusvulgarisstress-relatedprotein,PvSR1~7)。cDNA序列和同源性分析结果表明:PvSR1编码富含脯氨酸细胞壁蛋白(PRP),PvSR2和PvSR7编码新的HgCl2胁迫相关蛋白,PvSR3编码脱水蛋白(dehydrin),PvSR4编码病原相关(PR)蛋白,PvSB5编码polyubiqui-tin,PvSR6编码DuaJ-like蛋白。HgCl2胁迫可强烈地请导PvSR2和PR蛋白基因的表达,并能提高PRP,、dehydrinlike和polyubiq-uitin基因的转录水平。这些蛋白质共同作用可能对维持细胞的正常代谢和抵抗重金属胁迫方面有重要作用。  相似文献

应用灰色理论对8份芸豆种质资源的6个主要经济性状进行分析,评价创新种质的综合表现及各主要性状的相互关系,为芸豆新品种选育提供科学依据.创新种质资源中以2245产量最高,关联分析结果表明单株荚数、百粒重和单株粒数是影响产量的主要因子.  相似文献
