Eight flavonoids were isolated from the leaves of Salix alba. One, apigenin 7-O-(4-p-coumarylglucoside), is a new natural compound; another, terniflorin, the 6-isomer, is an artefact. The following sterols were found in the roots, stems, leaves, unripe and ripe fruits of Solanum dulcamara: cholesterol, sitosterol, stigmasterol, campesterol, brassicasterol, isofucosterol and 24-methylenecholesterol. The most abundant components are cholesterol, sitosterol and stigmasterol (77–84%). In all parts of the plant the sterols are present in the free form and as esters, glycosides and acylated glycosides. The total sterol content and the content of combined forms were determined photometrically. In the leaves 58% of the sterols were found in the form of glycoside (26%), acylated glycoside (29%) and ester (2%). In the roots only 25% of the sterol were found in combined form. In the other organs the ratio of free and combined sterols was intermediate. In all cases, the ester fraction was the least.  相似文献

The investigation of three Leucanthemum species afforded, in addition to known compounds, two new C17-acetylenes, a new isovalerate, two phenolic acetylenes, a C12-isobutylamide and a new farnesol derivative. Chrysanthemum ferulaceum contains deacetyllaurenobiolide (spiciformin) which is identical with a lactone from Inula britannica previously assumed to be a cis, cis-germacranolide.  相似文献

用光合膜片增溶和SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,从固氮蓝藻Anabaena sp.7120分离到7条色素带。迁移率较慢的五条叶绿素蛋白复合体带,具有相同的吸收光谱和室温荧光光谱特性。它们的红区最大吸收峰在676nm;蓝区最大吸收峰在438nm。它们的室温荧光发射最高峰在672—673nm;在710,732和740nm都有小峰。这些是CPⅠ叶绿素所特有的。我们认为这5条带都是属于光系统Ⅰ的叶绿素蛋白复合体。另一条迁移率稍快的叶绿素蛋白复合体带为CPⅡ。它的红区最大吸收峰在672nm;蓝区最大吸收峰在436nm。与CPⅠ带相比,两个峰均向短波端偏移。它们的室温荧光发射最高峰在675nm,没有CPⅠ所特有的小峰。这些性质说明此带和CPⅠ带不同,而是和光系统Ⅱ反应中心相关的一个复合体。迁移率最快的带是游离色素带。  相似文献

A new saponin, rivularinin, has been isolated from the ethanolic extract of Anemone rivularis (Ranunculaceae). The saponin was shown to be [α-l-arabinofuranosyl(1→2)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl (1→4)-β-d-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-β-d-glucuronopyranosyl(1→3)]-3β-hydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid.  相似文献

Muellitol has been isolated from the leaves of Evodiella muelleri and the structure established as 1,3,5-tri-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)cyclohexane-r-1-t-2-c-3-t-4-c-5-t-6-hexol. Chemical and spectroscopic examination of the compound and its derivatives showed it to be conformationally similar to scyllitol. Localization of protochlorophyll(ide) (Pchlide) forms and chlorophyllide (Chlide) transformation process were studied by using comparative analyses of de-convoluted 77 K fluorescence spectra of barley etioplast stroma and different membrane fractions obtained by sucrose gradient centrifugation. Non-photoactive 633 nm Pchlide form was mainly located in the envelope-prothylakoid membrane mixture while the photoactive 657 nm Pchlide was dominant pigment in the prolamellar body membrane and in the soluble etioplast fraction (stroma). When these fractions were exposed to a saturating flash, conversion of photoactive Pchlide into 697 nm Chlide was preferential in the prolamellar body and in the stroma, while the 676 nm Chlide was dominant pigment form in the envelope-prothylakoid fraction. These spectral characteristics are considered to reflect molecular composition and organization of the pigment-protein complexes specific for each etioplast compartment.  相似文献

S-2:3-O-[α-l-arabinopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-l-arabinopyranosyl]-hederagenin; S-3:3-O-[α-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-l-arabino-pyranosyl ]-hederagenin; S-4:3-O- [α-l-arabinopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→ 2)-α-l-arabinopyranosyl]-hederagenin; S-5:3-O- [α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-l-arabinopyranosyl ]-hederagenin. Of these, S-2 and S-4 are new substances.  相似文献
