Three new coumarins, sesebrin(7-methoxy-5-[3-methylbut-2-enyloxy]-8-[3-methyl-2,3-epoxybutyl] coumarin), sesebrinol(7-methoxy-5-[3-methylbut-2-enyloxy]-8-[3-methyl-2,3-dihydroxybutyl] coumarin) and sibiricol (7-methoxy-5-hydroxy-8-[3-methylbut-2-enyl] coumarin) have been isolated from the roots of Seseli sibiricum, in addition to sitosterol and 7 known coumarins, isobergapten, bergapten, phellopterin, sibiricin, coumurrayin, osthenol and meranzin hydrate.  相似文献

A phytochemical analysis of the bark of the Malagasy Cedrelopsis rakotozafyi Cheek and Lescot (Rutaceae) yielded the novel 8-hydroxy-7-methoxy-6-(2R-hydroxy-3-methylbut-3-enoxy)-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one, and 7-hydroxy-6-(2R-hydroxy-3-methylbut-3-enoxy)-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one, 5,6,7-trimethoxy-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one, scoparone, scopoletin, lupeol and β-amyrin. The placement of Cedrelopsis within the Rutaceae is supported phytochemically by the typically Rutaceous coumarins isolated.  相似文献

Three new sulphate ester salts derived from known coumarin alcohols–one of them tertiary–have been obtained from roots of Seseli libanotis subsp. eu-libanotis. Their structures were established as (2′S)-rutaretin-1″-sulphate, (3′R)-lomatin-3′-sulphate and (3′R,4′R)-khellactone-3′-sulphate. They were together with their parent alcohols characterized by 13C NMR spectroscopy. It is the first report on coumarin sulphates in plants.  相似文献

The leaves of Mikania (Asteraceae) species are used in folk medicine as antispasmodic, antiulcerogenic and antirheumatic agents. Phytochemical screening of the crude hydroalcoholic 70% extract (CHE) of Mikania laevigata Shultz Bip. revealed coumarins, terpenes and organic acids. Antiulcerogenic activity of CHE was evaluated, employing different experimental models in rats, to discern the pharmacological mechanism of action. Both the antisecretory and the cytoprotection hypothesis were evaluated. The crude hydroalcoholic extract (1000 mg/kg body wt., vo) decreased the ulcerative lesion index produced by indomethacin, ethanol, stress and reserpine in rats by 85%, 93%, 82% and 50%, respectively. In the pyloric ligation model, a decrease of hydrogenionic concentration (53%) was observed, suggesting that the pharmacological mechanism has a relationship to antisecretory activity. The antisecretory mechanisms of CHE and the coumarin isolated from M. laevigata were confirmed by acid hypersecretion induced by histamine, pentagastrin and bethanechol. Duodenal administration of CHE (1000 mg/kg body wt.) and coumarin (100 mg/kg body wt.) inhibited only the gastric acid secretion produced by bethanecol. These results suggest that both CHE and coumarin may influence the secretion control mediated by the parasympathetic system.  相似文献

Fourteen daucane esters together with a known propiophenone 3,4-methylenedioxy-5-hydroxy-propiophenone, were isolated from Ferula communis subsp. communis. Except for the 6-(p-anisic acid) ester of jaeschkeanadiol all these esters are new. Structures were elucidated using spectral properties of the esters and their partial hydrolysis products. X-ray diffraction analysis of one of the compounds confirmed its structure including the stereochemical assignments made on the basis of spectral data.  相似文献
