The morphogenesis of the pituitary gland and the chronological appearance of adenohypophyseal cells were investigated for the first time in the Somalian cave fish Phreatichthys andruzzii by immunocytochemistry. The adult adenohypophysis contained: a rostral pars distalis, with prolactin (PRL) cells arranged in follicles and adrenocorticotropic (ACTH) cells, a proximal pars distalis with somatotropic (GH), β‐thyrotropic (TSH), β‐gonadotropic type I (FSH) and type II (LH) cells and a pars intermedia with α‐somatolactin (SL), α‐melanotropic (MSH) and β‐endorphin (END) cells. All regions were deeply penetrated by neurohypophyseal branches. At hatching (24 h post‐fertilization) the pituitary was an oval cell mass, close to the ventral margin of diencephalon. The first immunoreactive cells appeared as follows: PRL at 0·5 days after hatching (dah), GH and SL at 1·5 dah, END at 2 dah, TSH, ACTH and MSH at 2·5 dah, FSH at 28 dah and LH at 90 dah. The neurohypophysis appeared at 5 dah and branched extensively inside the adenohypophysis at 130 dah, but there was no boundary between rostral pars distalis and proximal pars distalis at this stage. The potential indices of prolactin and growth hormone production increased until 28 and 60 dah, respectively. The potential index of growth hormone production correlated positively with total length. Activity of PRL and GH cells, measured as ratio of cell area to nucleus area, was significantly higher in juveniles than in larvae.  相似文献

Summary Serum concentration of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in the juvenile female rat increases independently from that of luteinizing hormone (LH). The objective of this study was to determine whether this increase in serum FSH is accompanied by a proliferation of FSH-cells greater than the proliferation of LH-cells. Thus, we measured circulating FSH and LH in female rats on days 3, 10, 13, 17, and 20, calculated the percentages of adenohypophyseal cells that contained FSH or LH on days 3, 10, and 20, and determined whether cells containing only FSH existed on day 10. Serum FSH concentrations on days 10 and 13 were significantly greater than those on days 3, 17, or 20. No differences existed in serum LH concentrations. Cells containing FSH or LH were distributed throughout the entire adenohypophyses of 3, 10, and 20-day-old females. Clusters of these cells were observed in the ventral regions of adenohypophyses of 3-day-old females. The percentages of adenohypophyseal cells containing FSH increased significantly from 9% in 3-day-old rats to 17% in 10-day-old rats and then decreased to 14% in 20-day-old animals. At all ages the percentages of adenohypophyseal cells containing FSH were similar to the percentages of cells containing LH. At 10 days of age, all cells containing FSH also contained LH and all cells containing LH also contained FSH. These data suggest that the increase in serum FSH in the juvenile female rat is associated with an increase in the percentage of adenohypophyseal cells containing FSH and that at this time all cells containing FSH also contain LH.  相似文献

The morphological characteristics and percentage of the cellular associations between gonadotrophs (LH- and FSH-secreting cells) and other cellular types were studied in pituitary pars distalis of adult male viscachas (Lagostomus maximus maximus) by double immunohistochemistry using specific antibodies to LH, FSH, PRL, GH, ACTH, TSH and S-100 protein (by folliculostellate cells; FSC), during long and short photoperiods. Bihormonal gonadotrophs were observed in ventro-medial and dorsal regions, interspersed between monohormonal gonadotrophs, and their number increased in short photoperiod. LH- and FSH-gonadotrophs were found around lactotrophs, enclosed by somatotrophs in the dorsal region, and associated with irregular corticotrophs. Gonadotrophs and thyrotrophs were associated along blood vessels and follicular structures. The cytoplasmic prolongations of FSC were in contact with both gonadotrophs. The percentage of LH–FSH, LH–ACTH, LH–FSC, FSH–LH, FSH–PRL, FSH–GH, FSH–ACTH, FSH–TSH and FSH–FSC associations decreased, whereas LH–PRL increased in short as compared to long photoperiod. The most abundant associations were LH–GH and LH–TSH during long photoperiod, but LH–GH and LH–PRL during short photoperiod. FSH–GH and FSH–PRL were the most numerous associations, and LH–FSC and FSH–FSC were the less abundant ones in both photoperiods. These results provide the morphological evidence for specific cellular associations between gonadotrophs and other cellular types of viscacha pituitary.  相似文献

Adenohypophysial cell types in the pituitary of adult sea lampreys, Petromyzon marinus, was localized by means of immunocytochemical and lectin cytochemical techniques. At least four types of adenohypophysial hormone cells are present in the pituitary of adult sea lampreys. The first type of cell is ACTH-like and occupies most parts of the rostral pars distalis (RPD), but a few scattered ACTH-like cells are also present in the proximal pars distalis (PPD). The second type of cell is MSH-like and occupies the whole pars intermedia. The third type of cell is GH/PRL-like and occupies the dorsal half of the PPD. These GH/PRL-like cells were initially detected by heterologous immunocytochemistry using antibodies to salmon GH, salmon PRL and blue shark GH, after hydrated autoclave pretreatment of sections. Later, by use of an antiserum raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the partial sequence of lamprey GH/PRL, the same cells as those containing GH/PRL-like immunoreactivity were stained positively. Similarity of the topographic distributions between lamprey GH/PRL-like cells and gnathostome fish GH cells in the pituitary suggests that GH/PRL-like cells in the lamprey may be GH cells. The last type of cell is GTH-like and occupies the ventral half of the PPD. Although GTH has not yet been isolated from the lamprey pituitary, our immunocytochemical data suggest that GTH-like material in the sea lamprey pituitary is more closely related to mammalian-like LH, rather than to FSH or TSH. These four types of adenohypophysial cells occupy most parts of the lamprey adenohypophysis and indeed there is little room for TSH or PRL cells. Thus, the present study further suggests that GH and LH-like GTH are ancestral forms of GH/PRL/SL family and glycoprotein hormones, respectively.  相似文献

These investigations tested the hypothesis that secretion of prolactin (PRL), LH, and FSH in vitro is influenced by the substratum on which adult or fetal adenohypophyseal cells are cultured. Adenohypophyses were removed from adult male Golden Syrian hamsters and from fetal hamsters on day 16 of gestation. The glands were dissociated and cultured in a 1:1 mixture of Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium (DMEM) and Ham's F-12 medium containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS), 25 mM Hepes, and antibiotics. The cells were cultured on three substrata: glass, laminin, and the reconstituted basement membrane of the Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) tumor (Matrigel). Medium was collected and replaced every 48 h for 14-22 days. Concentrations of PRL, LH, and FSH in medium were measured by RIA. The substratum influenced hormone secretion. PRL concentrations were elevated in cultures of adult cells on Matrigel in each of four experiments. Adenohypophyseal cells on Matrigel maintained a rounded shape longer than cells on glass or laminin. In studies using fetal adenohypophyseal cells, PRL concentrations were elevated significantly in medium from cultures on Matrigel at and after 2 days as were concentrations of LH and FSH after 6 days. Additional experiments showed that the higher PRL concentrations in medium surrounding adult cells plated on Matrigel were not due to the release of soluble factors from Matrigel, differential cell attachment on Matrigel, the differential presence of adenohypophyseal fibroblasts, nor differential rates of cell proliferation. The results show that Matrigel maintains the secretion of PRL from adult adenohypophyseal cells in vitro more effectively than glass or laminin substrata and support the hypothesis that cell-matrix interactions mediate the observed differences. The results also show that in long-term cultures (14-22 days), fetal adenohypophyseal cells secrete significantly more PRL, LH, and FSH on Matrigel than they secrete when cultured on glass or laminin. Thus, Matrigel influences the function and possibly the maturation of adenohypophyseal cells in vitro. Furthermore, although laminin is the most abundant component in Matrigel, the effects of Matrigel on lactotrophs and gonadotrophs in vitro are probably not attributable solely to its laminin content.  相似文献

Recent reports indicate that luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) releases prolactin (PRL) under some circumstances. We examined the chronic effects of LHRH, growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), and corticotrophin-releasing hormone (CRH) on the release of PRL, luteinizing hormone (LH), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) by pituitary allografts in hypophysectomized, orchidectomized hamsters. Entire pituitary glands removed from 7-week-old-male Golden Syrian hamsters were placed under the renal capsule of hypophysectomized, orchidectomized 12-week-old hamsters. Beginning 6 days postgrafting, hamsters were injected subcutaneously twice daily with 1 microgram LHRH, 4 micrograms GHRH, or 4 micrograms CRH in 100 microliter of vehicle for 16 days. Six hosts from each of the four groups were decapitated on Day 17, 16 hr after the last injection. Prolactin, LH, and FSH were measured in serum collected from the trunk blood. Treatment with LHRH significantly elevated serum PRL levels above those measured in the other three groups, which were all similar to one another. Serum LH levels in hosts treated with vehicle were elevated above those measured in the other three groups. Serum FSH levels in hosts treated with LHRH were greater than FSH levels in any of the other three groups. These results indicate that chronic treatment with LHRH can stimulate PRL and FSH release by ectopic pituitary cells in the hamster.  相似文献

Transplantation of the anterior pituitary to an ectopic site leads to stimulation of PRL secretion and suppression of the release of other adenohypophyseal hormones. We have previously reported that precursors and blockers of catecholamine synthesis can affect PRL release from the ectopic pituitary. In the present study we have measured the effects of L-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (DOPA), DL-threo-dihydroxyphenylserine (DOPS), alpha-methyl-para-tyrosine (alpha-mpt) and diethyldithiocarbamate (ddc) on plasma growth hormone (GH) and thyrotropin (TSH) levels in hypophysectomized rats with pituitary transplants under the renal capsule. In these animals, peripheral plasma GH levels were elevated by a precursor (DOPA) and reduced by a blocker (alpha-mpt) of catecholamine synthesis. Plasma TSH levels were increased by a precursor (DOPS) and reduced by a blocker (ddc) of norepinephrine synthesis. We suspect that GH and TSH present in the circulation of pituitary-grafted animals were derived, in part, from the ectopic pituitary tissue and suggest that the small but detectable secretion of hormones other than PRL in this animal model is under the control of endogenous catecholamines.  相似文献

Carboxyl ester lipase (CEL) is an enzyme that hydrolyzes a wide variety of lipid substrates, including ceramides, which are known to show inhibitory regulation of pituitary hormone secretion in experimental models. Because no studies on CEL expression in human pituitary and pituitary adenomas have been reported in the literature, we investigated CEL expression in 10 normal pituitary glands and 86 well-characterized pituitary adenomas [12 FSH/LH cell, 17 α-subunit/null cell, 6 TSH cell, 21 ACTH cell, 11 prolactin (PRL) cell, and 19 GH cell adenomas] using IHC, immunoelectron microscopy, Western blotting, and quantitative RT-PCR. In normal adenohypophysis, CEL was localized in GH, ACTH, and TSH cells. In adenomas, it was mainly found in functioning GH, ACTH, and TSH tumors, whereas its expression was poor in the corresponding silent adenomas and was lacking in FSH/LH cell, null cell, and PRL cell adenomas. Ultrastructurally, CEL was localized in secretory granules close to their membranes. This is the first study demonstrating CEL expression in normal human pituitary glands and in functioning GH, ACTH, and TSH adenomas. Considering that CEL hydrolyzes ceramides, inactivating their inhibitory function on pituitary hormone secretion, our findings suggest a possible role of CEL in the regulation of hormone secretion in both normal and adenomatous pituitary cells. Four-day-old pituitary monolayer cultures were incubated with various hypothalamic releasing hormones. Rat hypothalamic extract stimulated the release of LH, FSH, and PRL by these cultures in a dose-related fashion. Synthetic LH-RH stimulated the release of LH and FSH but not of PRL. Synthetic TRH increased the release of PRL but had no effect on LH or FSH. At 10(-8) M, somatostatin did not affect any of the three adenohypophyseal hormones. Incubation with DBcAMP or theophylline also stimulated PRL release without any detectable effect on LH and FSH release. These data suggest the involvement of cyclic AMP--adenylate cyclase system in the mechanism of PRL release, but their involvement in gonadotropin release requires further studies.  相似文献

Summary Persistent estrus and diestrus was produced in rats by the administration of estrone for either 5 days or 30 days, respectively, immediately after birth. Female rats without any treatment were used for control. After these rats grew up, the anterior pituitaries were examined by electron microscopy. The identification criteria for two types of gonadotrophs, FSH-and LH-cells, proposed by Barnes were adopted. In the persistent estrous rats, FSH-gonadotrophs were almost normal, but LH-gonadotrophs were filled with an abundance of secretory granules which were probably suppressed in discharge. On the other hand, in the persistent diestrous rats, FSH-cells were few in number and strongly atrophic, containing a few secretory granules, while LH-cells were almost normal or rather slightly activated. These electron microscopic findings well coincide with the results of light microscopy of ovaries, which suggested that in the persistent estrous rats FSH secretion might be almost normal but the secretion of LH might be inhibited, while in the persistent diestrous rats FSH secretion might be almost totally abolished but LH might be moderately secreted. From these findings, identification of FSH-and LH-gonadotrophs in the anterior pituitary of the rat well coincides with that proposed by Barnes in mice.  相似文献

When primary culture of rat pituitary cells were incubated with 1 nM activin-A for more than 24 hrs, activin-A significantly increased intracellular content of FSH without affecting the control of LH. Pretreatment of the cells with activin-A also enhanced LHRH-induced FSH release without affecting LH release. Furthermore, pretreatment of the cells with activin-A significantly reduced both GRF-mediated GH release and TRH-mediated PRL release. However, activin-A did not affect the response of ACTH and TSH to their releasing hormones. These results indicate that, in addition to the known action on gonadotrophs, activin-A also modifies the function of somatotrophs and lactotrophs.  相似文献

The role of extracellular Ca2+ in pituitary hormone release was studied in primary cultures of rat anterior pituitary cells. The basal levels of luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), thyrotropin (TSH), and adrenocorticotropin (ACTH) secretion were independent of extracellular Ca2+ concentration ([Ca2+]e). In contrast, the basal levels of growth hormone (GH) and prolactin (PRL) release showed dose-dependent increases with elevation of [Ca2+]e, and were abolished by Ca2+-channel antagonists. Under Ca2+-deficient conditions, BaCl2 mimicked the effects of calcium on PRL and GH release but with a marked increase in potency, and also increased basal LH and FSH release in a dose-dependent manner. In the presence of normal [Ca2+]e, depolarization with K+ maximally increased cytosolic [Ca2+] ([Ca2+]i) from 100 to 185 nM and elevated LH, FSH, TSH, ACTH, PRL, and GH release by 7-, 5-, 4-, 3-, 2-, and 1.5-fold, respectively. These effects of KCl were abolished in Ca2+-deficient medium or in the presence of the Ca2+-channel antagonist, Co2+, and were diminished by the dihydropyridine Ca2+-channel antagonist, nifedipine. The Ca2+-channel agonist BK 8644 (100 nM) enhanced the hormone-releasing actions of 25 mM KCl upon PRL, LH, FSH, GH, TSH, and ACTH by 2.3-, 2.0-, 1.8-, 1.7-, 1.6-, and 1.4-fold, respectively. The dose- and voltage-dependent actions of BK 8644 were specific for individual cell types; BK 8644 enhanced GH, PRL, TSH, LH, and ACTH secretion in the absence of any depolarizing stimulus, with ED50 values of 8, 10, 150, 200, and 400 nM, respectively. However, in the presence of 50 mM KCl, the ED50 values for BK 8644 were 1.5, 2, 3, 5, and 7 nM for GH, PRL, ACTH, TSH, and LH, respectively. [3H]BK 8644 bound specifically to pituitary membranes with Kd values of 0.8 nM and concentrations of about 900 channels per cell. These observations provide evidence for the presence and participation of voltage-sensitive calcium channels in the secretion of all five populations of anterior pituitary cells.  相似文献

Carboxypeptidases may play important role(s) in prohormone processing in normal and neoplastic adenohypophyseal cells of the pituitary. We have recently demonstrated carboxypeptidase E (CPE) and carboxypeptidase Z (CPZ) in the majority of adenohypophyseal cells with carboxypeptidase D (CPD) immunoreactivity largely confined to adrenocorticotrophs. This study evaluated the expression patterns of CPE, CPD, and CPZ immunoreactivity in 48 pituitary adenomas. Our immunohistochemistry demonstrated extensive intracytoplasmic immunoreactivity for CPE, CPD, and CPZ in adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH)-producing adrenocorticotroph cells, prolactin-producing lactotroph cells, and growth hormone (GH)-producing somatotroph cell adenomas, all of which require carboxypeptide processing of prohormones to produce active endocrine hormones. In contrast to the restricted expression in the normal adenohypophysis, CPD appeared to be widespread in the majority of adenomas, suggesting that CPD levels are increased in adenomas. In luteinizing hormone/follicle-stimulating hormone (LH/FSH)-producing gonadotroph adenomas, which do not require carboxypeptidases to produce gonadotropins, only CPZ immunostaining was demonstrated. In null-cell adenomas, CPE immunoreactivity was detected in the majority of tumors, but CPD and CPZ were identified only in a minority of cases. CPE in these cells may process other peptides critical for pituitary cell function, such as chromogranin A or B. These findings suggest that CPs participate in the functioning of pituitary adenomas.  相似文献

The rhinoceros is an endangered species related to the horse family. Little is known of its reproductive endocrinology. The objectives of this study were to partially purify rhinoceros pituitary hormones, determine which assays could be used for their assessment, and to ascertain whether rhinoceros LH possesses the intrinsic FSH activity of equine LH. A single pituitary each from a White (1.3 g) and a Black (1.2 g) Rhinoceros was homogenized and extracted (pH 9.5), then subjected to pH and salt fractionation, and ion-exchange chromatography (DEAE and Sephadex SP-C50) to yield partially purified fractions of LH, FSH, growth hormone (GH), and prolactin (PRL). LH was readily measured by a rat Leydig cell assay (0.1-1% x equine LH) and an RIA using a monoclonal antibody to bovine LH (6-11% x equine LH). FSH activity detected in the LH by either an FSH RIA or a calf testis radioreceptor assay (RRA) was extremely low. No FSH activity could be detected in the White Rhinoceros pituitary "FSH" fraction, but was readily detected in the Black Rhinoceros fraction (RIA: 0.2% x equine FSH: RRA: 0.8% x equine FSH). The presence of GH and PRL was determined by SDS-PAGE and Western blots. Results showed a single immunoreactive GH band and multiple immunoreactive PRL bands. Adsorption with Concanavalin A-Sepharose indicated that some of the PRL bands are glycosylated.  相似文献

The influence of dexamethasone treatment on the basal values of corticosterone, GH, prolactin (PRL), LH and FSH, as well as on the adenohypophyseal hormone response to chronic stress was studied in female rats. Dexamethasone acetate (25 micrograms/100 b.w.), given by gavage twice daily for 10 days, decreased the resting plasma levels of corticosterone, GH, LH and PRL, whereas the FSH titers remained normal. The secretion of ACTH (evaluated indirectly through corticosterone concentrations) and of GH appeared to be most sensitive to the suppressive effect of dexamethasone. The same hormonal response pattern was induced by 8 h of daily immobilization for 10 days, except that ACTH release was enhanced and the plasma LH titers dropped more drastically. Dexamethasone administration in combination with restraint did not alter the characteristic hormonal profile of chronic stress, despite the fact that ACTH secretion was completely blocked. These data suggest that the inhibition of PRL, LH and GH secretion following severe, chronic stress is not causally related to the sustained elevation of plasma ACTH.  相似文献

Polypteriform fish constitutes the most primitive living descendent of the ancient bony fish. In polypteriform fish, only proopiomelanocortin (POMC) has been identified so far in the adenohypophysis, which is surprising in view of their evolutionary importance. In the present study, distribution of immunoreactive adenohypophysial hormones was examined in juvenile individuals of Polypterus endlicheri. Antisera to tetrapod and fish adenohypophysial hormones were used as immunostaining probes. Adrenocorticotropin (ACTH)-like cells were detected by antisera to salmon POMC N-terminal peptide, porcine ACTH and mammalian alpha-melanotropin (MSH), and were distributed in the rostral pars distalis in close proximity to the hypophysial duct. MSH-like cells were found in the pars intermedia, and were stained by anti-salmon N-Ac-beta-endorphin II as well as anti-mammalian alpha-MSH and anti-salmon POMC-N terminal peptide. Prolactin (PRL)-like cells were detected only after application of anti-sturgeon PRL, and were distributed in the rostral pars distalis, where PRL-positive material was found in columnar mucinous cells lining the diverticuli of the hypophysial duct. Growth hormone (GH)-like cells were stained with antisera to sturgeon GH, human GH, salmon GH and blue shark GH, and were distributed in the proximal pars distalis. Somatolactin (SL)-like cells were stained with anti-salmon SL, and were distributed in the pars intermedia. Two types of glycoprotein hormone-positive cells were detected in the proximal pars distalis. Although both types of cells were stained with several antisera to glycoprotein hormones, such as sturgeon LHbeta and salmon LHbeta, it was difficult to know which types of cells produce LH, FSH, or TSH. Thus, the present study revealed seven types of adenohypophysial hormone-like cells in the Polypterus pituitary gland, which may provide the morphological basis for better understanding on evolution of the pituitary gland and the adenohypophysial hormones in vertebrates.  相似文献

DBcAMP significantly increased the release of GH but not of LH, FSH, TSH, or PRL, except in the presence of hypothalamic extract when it augmented the release of LH, FSH, and GH, reversed the inhibition of PRL, but did not further influence TSH release. Theophylline increased release of GH and PRL while inducing increased tissue content of cAMP without consistently increasing the release of TSH, LH, or FSH. Hypothalamic extractor K+-stimulated hormone rel-ase was consistently and significantly potentiated by theophylline. Neither hypothalamic extract, increased [K+], or synthetic TRH and LRH were able to raise tissue content of cAMP while producing their expected effects on hormone release. Cholera enterotoxin produced a highly significant increase in tissue content of the cyclic nucleotide but increased the release of GH only, and not that of LH, FSH, TSH, or PRL. DBcAMP was able to lower the threshold concentration of K+ required to stimulate release of GH, LH, and FSH and also to augment K+-stimulated release to the higher levels induced by the hypothalamic releasing hormones. Fish pituitary plays a central role in the control of growth, development, reproduction and adaptation to the environment. Several types of hormone-secreting adenohypophyseal cells have been characterised and localised in diverse teleost species. The results suggest a similar distribution pattern among the species investigated. However, most studies deal with a single hormone or hormone family. Thus, we studied adjacent sections of the pituitary of Oreochromis niloticus, the tilapia, by conventional staining and immunohistochemistry with specific antisera directed against growth hormone (GH), prolactin (PRL), somatolactin (SL), thyrotropin (beta-TSH), follicle-stimulating hormone (beta-FSH), luteinising hormone (beta-LH), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH). The pituitary was characterised by a close interdigitating neighbourhood of neurohypophysis (PN) and adenohypophysis. PRL-immunoreactive and ACTH-immunoreactive cells were detected in the rostral pars distalis. GH-immunoreactive cells were present in the proximal pars distalis (PPD). A small region of the PPD contained beta-TSH-immunoreactive cells, and beta-LH-immunoreactive cells covered approximately the remaining parts. Centrally, beta-FSH-immunoreactive cells were detected in the vicinity of the GH-containing cells. Some of these cells also displayed beta-LH immunoreactivity. The pars intermedia was characterised by branches of the PN surrounded by SL-containing and alpha-MSH-immunoreactive cells. The ACTH and alpha-MSH antisera were observed to cross-react with the respective antigens. This cross-reactivity was abolished by pre-absorption. We present a complete map of the distinct localisation sites for the classical pituitary hormones, thereby providing a solid basis for future research on teleost pituitary.  相似文献

目的探讨垂体腺瘤(pituitary adenoma)的临床与病理特点。方法回顾性分析22例垂体腺瘤患者的临床资料。结果内分泌检查结果:22例垂体腺瘤患者中,催乳激素(PRL)值升高者8例;促性腺激素(GnH)水平改变者8例;生长激素(GH)升高者1例;出现Cushing综合症者2例;激素水平正常者3例。免疫组化结果:22例垂体腺瘤患者中8例PRL阳性;7例卵泡刺激素(FSH)/黄体生成素(LH)阳性;1例GH阳性;1例GH/PRL阳性;1例FSH/PRL阳性;无功能者4例。结论应用病理和内分泌功能分类相结合的方法,对垂体腺瘤进行分类,具有十分重要的实际应用价值。  相似文献
