The preparation, crystal structure and variable temperature-magnetic investigation of three 2-(2′-pyridyl)imidazole-containing chromium(III) complexes of formula PPh4[Cr(pyim)(C2O4)2]·H2O (1), AsPh4[Cr(pyim)(C2O4)2]·H2O (2) and [Cr2(pyim)2(C2O4)2(OH2)2]·2pyim · 6H2O (3) [pyim = 2-(2′-pyridyl)imidazole, , and ] are reported herein. The isomorphous compounds are made up of discrete [Cr(pyim)(C2O4)2] anions, cations [X = P (1) and As (2)] and uncoordinated water molecules. The chromium environment in 1 and 2 is distorted octahedral with Cr-N and Cr-O bond distances varying in the ranges 2.040(3)-2.101(3) and 1.941(3)-1.959(3) Å, respectively. The angle subtended by the chromium(III) ion by the two didentate oxalate ligands cover the range 82.49(12)-82.95(12)°, values which are somewhat greater than those concerning the chelating pyim molecule [77.94(13) (1) and 78.50(13)° (2)]. Complex 3 contains discrete centrosymmetric [Cr2(pyim)2(C2O4)2(OH)2] neutral units where the two chromium(III) ions are joined by a di-μ-hydroxo bridge, the oxalate and pyim groups acting as peripheral didentate ligands. Uncoordinated water and pyim molecules are also present in 3 and they contribute to the stabilization of its structure by extensive hydrogen bonding and π-π type interactions. The values of the intramolecular chromium-chromium separation and angle at the hydroxo bridge in 3 are 2.9908(12) Å and 99.60(16)°, respectively. Magnetic susceptibility measurements of 1-3 in the temperature range 1.9-300 K show the occurrence of weak inter- (1 and 2) and intramolecular (3) antiferromagnetic couplings. The magnetic properties of 3 have been interpreted in terms of a temperature-dependent exchange integral, small changes of the angle at the hydroxo bridge upon cooling being most likely responsible for this peculiar magnetic behavior.  相似文献

Two synthetic procedures have been employed that allow access to the new tetranuclear cluster [Fe4O2(O2CMe)6(N3)2(phen)2] (1), where phen is 1,10-phenanthroline. Complex 1 · 3MeCN displays an unusual structural asymmetry (observed for the second time) in its [Fe4O2]8+ core that can be considered as a hybrid of the bent (butterfly) and planar dispositions of four metal ions seen previously in such compounds with transition metals. Complex 1 has been characterized by variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility studies, and by IR and variable-temperature 57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopies. Magnetochemical data reveal a diamagnetic ground state (S=0) with antiferromagnetic body-body and body-wingtip interactions between the iron(III) ions of the butterfly core (Jbb=−11 cm−1, Jwb=−70 cm−1). Magnetochemical and Mössbauer studies on 1 show that its structural asymmetry has practically no influence on these properties compared with the more symmetric types.  相似文献

The synthesis, crystal structure and magnetic properties of manganese(III) binuclear complexes [MnIII2(L-3Н)2(CH3ОH)4]·2CH3ОH (1) and [MnIII2(L-3Н)2(Py)4]·2Py (2) (L = 3-[(1E)-N-hydroxyethanimidoyl]-4-methyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid) are reported. The ligand contains two distinct donor compartments formed by the pyrazolate-N and the oxime or the carboxylic groups. The complexes were characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, revealing that both 1 and 2 consist of dinuclear units in which the two metal ions are linked by double pyrazolate bridges with a planar {Mn2N4} core. Cryomagnetic measurements show antiferromagnetic interaction with g = 1.99, J = −3.6 cm−1, Θ = −2.02 K for 1 and g = 2.00, J = −3.7 cm−1, Θ = 1.43 K for 2.  相似文献

Three new Mn(II) complexes [Mn(HnicO)2(H2O)2] (1), [Mn2(HnicO)2SO4(H2O)2]n (2), and [NaMn(HnicO)3]n (3) (H2nicO = 2-hydroxynicotinic acid) have been synthesized and determined by X-ray diffraction. For complex 1, the mononuclear units with two bidentate HnicO ions and two water molecules are assembled into a 3D architecture via hydrogen bonding and π-π interactions. For 2, Mn(II) ions are connected by μ3-HnicO and bridging ligands, producing a 2D (6,3) coordination network. For 3, binuclear Na(I)-Mn(II) units with three carbonyl oxygen bridges are interlinked by carboxylate groups, resulting in a 3D 6-connected coordination network with distorted α-Po topology. The magnetic properties of 2 are discussed.  相似文献

We report the synthesis, characterisation, and photophysical and electrochemical properties of a series of luminescent cyclometallated iridium(III) bipyridine-aldehyde complexes [Ir(N-C)2(bpy-CHO)](PF6) (HN-C=2-phenylpyridine, Hppy (1); 2-(4-methylphenyl)pyridine, Hmppy (2); 1-phenylpyrazole, Hppz (3); 3-methyl-1-phenylpyrazole, Hmppz (4); 7,8-benzoquinoline, Hbzq (5); 2-phenylquinoline, Hpq (6); bpy-CHO=4-formyl-4-methyl-2,2-bipyridine). The X-ray crystal structures of complexes 1 and 4 have been determined. On the basis of the photophysical data, the emission of these complexes is assigned to an excited state of predominantly triplet metal-to-ligand charge-transfer (3MLCT) (dπ(Ir) → (bpy-CHO)) character. For complex 6, the excited state is also mixed with substantial (3IL) () (pq) character. The protein bovine serum albumin has been labelled with these complexes to produce luminescent bioconjugates. The photophysical properties of the luminescent conjugates have also been investigated.  相似文献

Two novel tetranuclear compounds with an unprecedented mode of a hydrogenphosphato bridge, [Cu4(dpyam)443-HPO4)2(μ-X)2]2+ (in which dpyam = di-2-pyridylamine and X = Cl (1), Br (2)) have been synthesised and characterised structurally and magnetically. The Cu(II) ions in the structures each display a square-pyramidal geometry, with two tridentate hydrogenphosphato groups bridging four copper atoms in a μ43 coordination mode which is rarely found in hydrogenphosphate metal compounds. Each (different) pair of Cu(II) ions is additionally bridged by halide ions, with relatively long Cu-X distances (2.551(3)-2.604(3) Å for 1 and 2.707(1)-2.766(2) Å for 2) and subsequently also a small Cu-X-Cu angle (65.7(1)° and 65.1(1)° for 1 and 61.6(1)° and 62.4(1) for 2) and a large Cu-X-Cu angle (95.5(1)° and 96.5(1)° for 1 and 91.1(1)° and 92.6(1)° for 2). Cu?Cu distances in the tetranuclear units varies from 2.802(3) to 5.232(3) Å for 1 and from 2.834(1) to5.233(1) Å in 2. The lattice structures are stabilised by extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The magnetic susceptibility measurements down to 5 K revealed a weak ferromagnetic interaction between the outer pairs of Cu(II) ions which vary from 22 to 46 cm−1 in 1 and 12 to 33 cm−1 in 2 and a moderately strong antiferromagnetic interaction between the inner Cu(II) ions of −79 cm−1 in 1 and −83 cm−1 in 2, via the Cu-O-P-O-Cu pathway.  相似文献

The reaction of trans(N)-[Co(d-pen)2] (pen = penicillaminate) with HgCl2 or HgBr2 in the molar ratios of 1:1 gave the sulfur-bridged heterodinuclear complex, [HgX(OH2){Co(d-pen)2}] (X = Cl (1a) or Br (1b)). A similar reaction in the ratio of 2:1 produced the trinuclear complex, [Hg{Co(d-pen)2}2] (1c). The enantiomers of 1a and 1c, [HgCl(OH2){Co(l-pen)2}] (1a′) and [Hg{Co(l-pen)2}2] (1c′), were also obtained by using trans(N)-[Co(l-pen)2] instead of trans(N)-[Co(d-pen)2]. Further, the reaction of cis · cis · cis-[Co(d-pen)(l-pen)] with HgCl2 in the molar ratio of 1:1 resulted in the formation of [HgCl(OH2){Co(d-pen)(l-pen)}] (2a). During the formations of the above six complexes, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1a′, 1c′, and 2a, the octahedral Co(III) units retain their configurations. On the other hand, the reaction of cis · cis · cis-[Co(d-pen)(l-pen)] with HgCl2 in the molar ratio of 2:1 gave not [Hg{Co(d-pen)(l-pen}2] but [Hg{Co(d-pen)2}{Co(l-pen)2}] (2c), accompanied by the ligand-exchange on the terminal Co(III) units. The X-ray crystal structural analyses show that the central Hg(II) atom in 1c takes a considerably distorted tetrahedral geometry, whereas that in 2c is of an ideal tetrahedron. The interconversion between the complexes is also examined. The electronic absorption, CD, and NMR spectral behavior of the complexes is discussed in relation to the crystal structures of 1c and 2c.  相似文献

Two compounds H[Mn(cyclam)(pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate)2] · H2O (1) and [MnIII(cyclam)Cl2]ClO4 (2) (where cyclam=1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with a=11.4328(11), b=14.4275(14), c=8.5782(9) Å, , Z=2, R=0.0453. Complex 1 is octahedral in which [Mn(cyclam)]3+ unit occupies the basal plane having two pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate anions in the axial positions. Molecular packing of the crystal is dominated by string of molecules along the b-axis. The strings are held together by extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonds involving N-H ? O, N-H ? N and O-H ? O which impart it an infinite 1D chain. Complex 2 on the other hand crystallizes in the space group P212121 (No. 19) of the orthorhombic system. Mn(III) ions occupy the center of a distorted octahedron and two chloride ions occupy the axial positions. The packing diagram of 2 reveals that the complex is percholrate-bridged hydrogen bonded 1D chain along a-axis. Cyclic voltammogram of complex 1 shows a reduction wave at −0.25 V coupled to an oxidation wave at −0.05 V versus SCE in aqueous solution. The complex 2 is characterized by an irreversible reduction wave at −0.11 V versus SCE and is identical to that observed for [MnIII(cyclam)Cl2]Cl · 5H2O. The magnetic measurements in the temperature range 1.9-300 K have been carried out for complex 1 which exhibits a very weak ferromagnetic interaction at low temperature. Complex 2 shows room temperature magnetic moment value of 4.92 BM consistent with the high spin d4 electronic configuration.  相似文献

The preparation, crystal structures and magnetic properties of three copper(II) compounds of formulae [Cu2(dmphen)2(dca)4] (1), [Cu(dmphen)(dca)(NO3)]n (2) and [Cu(4,4-dmbpy)(H2O)(dca)2] (3) (dmphen=2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline, dca=dicyanamide and 4,4-dmbpy=4,4-dimethyl-2,2-bipyridine) are reported. The structure of 1 consists of discrete copper(II) dinuclear units with double end-to-end dca bridges whereas that of 2 is made up of neutral uniform copper(II) chains with a single symmetrical end-to-end dca bridge. Each copper atom in 1 and 2 is in a distorted square pyramidal environment: two (1) or one (2) nitrile-nitrogen atoms from bridging dca groups, one of the nitrogen atoms of the dmphen molecule (1 and 2) and either one nitrile-nitrogen from a terminal dca ligand (1) or a nitrate-oxygen atom (2) build the equatorial plane whereas the second nitrogen atom of the heterocyclic dmphen fills the axial position (1 and 2). The copper-copper separations through double (1) and single (2) end-to-end dca bridges are 7.1337(7) (1) and 7.6617(7) (2). Compound 3 is a mononuclear copper(II) complex whose structure contains two neutral and crystallographically independent [Cu(4,4-dmbpy)(H2O)(dca)2] molecules which are packed in two different layer arrangements running parallel to the bc-plane and alternating along the a-axis. The copper atoms in both molecules have slightly distorted square pyramidal surroundings with the two nitrogen atoms of the 4,4-dmbpy ligand and two dca nitrile-nitrogen atoms in the basal plane and a water oxygen in the apical position. A semi co-ordinated dca nitrile-nitrogen from a neighbour unit [2.952(6) Å for Cu(2)-N] is in trans position to the apical water molecule in one of the two molecules, this feature representing part of the difference in supramolecular connections in the alternating layers referred to above. Magnetic susceptibility measurements for 1-3 in the temperature range 1.9-290 K reveal the occurrence of weak antiferromagnetic interactions through double [J=−3.3 cm−1 (1), ] and single [J=−0.57 cm−1 (2), ] dca bridges and across intermolecular contacts [θ=−0.07 K (3)].  相似文献

Using a racemic mixture of the tridentate ligand, (((2-pyridyl)ethylamine)methyl)phenolate ion (L) and , NCS, (NC)2N, OAc as coligands, complexes having the formula [Ni(L)(N3)] (1), [Ni(L)(NCS)]2 (2), [Ni2(L)2(OAc)(N(CN)2)]n (3) were prepared and structurally characterized. In 1, Ni(II) has a square planar geometry and phenolate oxygen is involved in dipolar ?Nδ+ interaction with electrophilic central nitrogen atom of coordinated azide ion. Complex 2 is dimeric in nature and nickel(II) is penta-coordinated. Compounds 1 and 2 exist as centrosymmetric dimers made up of a pair of R and S enantiomers of L. In 3, an acetate and phenoxo bridged dinickel complex is present which is further linked to a zig-zag coordination polymer by the dicyanamide ion. In a given chain of 3, both L have same enantiomeric form and either RR or SS dimers are repeated along the chain. The magnetic properties are described.  相似文献

The macrocyclic symmetrical and a series of unsymmetrical binuclear copper(II) complexes have been synthesized by using mononuclear complex [CuL] [3,3′-((1E,7E)-3,6-dioxa-2,7-diazaocta-1,7-diene-1,8-diyl)bis(3-formyl-5-methyl-2-diolato)copper(II)]. Another compartment of the [CuL] have been condensed with various diamines like 1,2-bis(aminooxy)ethane (L1), 1,2-diamino ethane(L2a), 1,3-diamino propane(L2b), 1,4-diamino butane(L2c), 1,2-diamino benzene(L2d), 1,8-diamino naphthalene(L2e) and characterized by elemental, spectroscopic, and X-ray crystallographic methods. The influence of the coordination geometry and the ring size of the binucleating ligands on the electronic, redox, magnetic, catecholase activity, DNA binding and cleavage properties have been studied. The molecular structures of the symmetrical binuclear complex [Cu2L1(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (1) and unsymmetrical binuclear complex [Cu2L2b(ClO4)(H2O)]ClO4 (2b) were determined by X-ray crystallography. Both of them were discrete binuclear species in which each Cu(II) ions are in distorted square pyramid. The Cu?Cu distances vary from 3.0308 (2b) to 3.0361 Å (1). Electrochemical studies evidenced that two quasi-reversible one electron-transfer reduction waves −0.91 to −1.01 V, −1.26 to −1.55 V) for binuclear complexes are obtained in the cathodic region. Cryomagnetic investigation of the binuclear complexes reveals a weak antiferromagnetic spin exchange interaction between the Cu(II) ions within the complexes (−2J = 104.4-127.5 cm−1). The initial rate (Vin) for the oxidation of 3,5-di-tert-butylcatechol to o-quinone by the binuclear Cu(II)complexes are in the range 3.6 × 10−5 to 7.3 × 10−5 Ms−1. The binuclear Cu(II) complexes are avid binders to calf thymus DNA. The complexes display significant oxidative cleavage of circular plasmid pBR322 DNA in the presence of mercaptoethanol using the singlet oxygen as a reactive species. The aromatic diamine condensed macrocyclic ligands of copper(II) complexes display better DNA interaction and significant chemical nuclease activity than the aliphatic diamine condensed macrocyclic Cu(II) complexes.  相似文献

The preparation and variable temperature-magnetic investigation of three squarate-containing complexes of formula [Fe2(OH)2(C4O4)2(H2O)4]·2H2O (1) [Cr2(OH)2(C4O4)2(H2O)4]·2H2O (2) and [Co(C4O4)(H2O)4]n (3) [H2C4O4 = 3.4-dihydroxycyclobutene-1,2-dione (squaric acid)] together with the crystal structures of 1 and 3 are reported. Complex 1 contains discrete centrosymmetric [Fe2(OH)2(C4O4)2(H2O)4] diiron(II) units where the iron pairs are joined by a di-μ-hydroxo bridge and two squarate ligands acting as bridging groups through adjacent oxygen atoms. Two coordinated water molecules in cis position complete the octahedral environment at each iron atom in 1. The iron-iron distance with the dinuclear unit is 3.0722(6) Å and the angle at the hydroxo bridge is 99.99(7)°, values which compare well with the corresponding ones in the isostructural compound 2 (2.998 Å and 99.47°) whose structure was reported previously. The crystal structure of 3 contains neutral chains of squarato-O1,O3-bridged cobalt(II) ions where four coordinated water molecules complete the six-coordination at each cobalt atom. The cobalt-cobalt separation across the squarate bridge is 8.0595(4) Å. A relatively important intramolecular antiferromagnetic coupling occurs in 1 whereas it is very weak in 2, the exchange pathway being the same [J = −14.4 (1) and −0.07 cm−1 (2), the spin Hamiltonian being defined as ]. A weak intrachain antiferromagnetic interaction between the high-spin cobalt(II) ions occurs in 3 (J = −0.30 cm−1). The magnitude and nature of these magnetic interactions are discussed in the light of their respective structures and they are compared with those reported for related systems.  相似文献

Using an anionic precursor [(Tp)FeIII(CN)3] (1) as a building block, two cyano-bridged centrosymmetric heterotrinuclear complexes, (2) and (3) (en = ethylenediamine), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. In each complex, [TpFe(CN)3] acts as a monodentate ligand toward a central [Mn(C2H5OH)4]2+ or [Ni(en)2]2+ core through one of its three cyanide groups, the other two cyanides remaining terminal. The intramolecular Fe-Mn and Fe-Ni distances are 5.2354(4) and 5.0669(11) Å, respectively. The magnetic properties of complexes 2 and 3 have been investigated in the temperature range of 2.0-300 K. A weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the Mn(II) and Fe(III) ions has been found in complex 2. The magnetic data of 2 can be fitted with the isotropic Hamiltonian: where J and J′ are the intramolecular exchange coupling parameters between adjacent and peripheral spin carriers, respectively. This leads to values of J = −1.37 cm−1 and g = 2.05. The same fitting method is applied to complex 3 to give values of J = 1.2 cm−1 and g = 2.25, showing that there is a ferromagnetic interaction between the Fe(III) and Ni(II) ions.  相似文献

The structures of new compounds containing Zn(II) ions and bpp (1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane) ligands have been determined. The coordinating halides (Br or Cl) produce one-dimensional compounds 6 and 7, and intra- and inter-chain CH?X (X = Br or I) interactions play roles for building crystal structures with the flexible bpp ligands. The non-coordinating anions do not produce hydroxyl bridged zinc cations or polymeric compounds, and produce only a monomeric complex 4 containing four bpp ligands and two water ligands. Previously reported polymeric compounds 1 and 2 containing hydroxyl-bridged zinc cations [Zn2OH] were found to carry out the catalytic transesterification of a range of esters with methanol at room temperature under the mild conditions, whereas the rest of compounds did not catalyze the transesterification reactions at all. In addition, the catalysts 1 and 2 have shown even better catalytic activity than zinc salts Zn(NO3)2 and Zn(OTf)2.  相似文献

The reaction between the dirhenium(III,III) anion, [Re2Cl8]2−, and the secondary phosphine, PCy2H, yields a mixture of products as a result of disproportionation, namely, a dirhenium(II,III) chloride-phosphine complex 1,3,6-Re2Cl5(PCy2H)3 (1) and a dirhenium(IV) face-sharing bioctahedral compound with bridging phosphido groups, [Bu4N][Re2(μ-PCy2)3Cl6] (2). The diphenylphosphine analogue of 2, [Bu4N][Re2(μ-PPh2)3Cl6] (3) has been similarly prepared from the reaction of [Re2Cl8]2− with PPh2H. An interesting dirhenium(III,III) complex, [Bu4N]2[Re2(μ-PPh2)2(PPh2H)2Cl6] (4) having both neutral terminal phosphines and anionic phosphido bridges, has also been isolated as an intermediate in the latter system. Crystal structures of 1-4 have been determined by X-ray crystallography. The compounds were also characterized by cyclic voltammetry, IR and 31P NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Two novel ion-pair complexes, [RBzIQl]+[Ni(mnt)2] (mnt2− = maleonitriledithiolate, [RBzIQl]+ = 4-R-benzylisoquinolinium; R = H (1), Cl (2)) have been characterized structurally and magnetically. The anions and [BzIQl]+ cations of 1 form 1D column of alternating between cations and anions via π?π stacking interaction between Ni(mnt)2 plane and isoquinoline ring, and the Ni(mnt)2 anions between adjacent columns exist C?N, C?N, and N?N interaction. The anions and cations of 2 stack into well-segregated columns in the solid state; and the Ni(III) ions form a 1D zigzag chain in a Ni(mnt)2 column through intermolecular Ni?S, S?S, Ni?Ni or π?π interactions. The chain is uniform in 2 with the Ni?Ni distances of 3.784 Å. Magnetic susceptibility measurements for these complexes in the temperature range 1.8-300 K show that 1 exhibits antiferromagnetic coupling behavior, and 2 exhibits unusual magnetic phase transitions around 45 K. The overall magnetic behavior for 2 indicates the presence of antiferromagnetic interaction in the high-temperature phase (HT) and spin gap in the low-temperature phase (LT).  相似文献

The preparation and magnetic properties of three copper(II) compounds of formulae [Cu2(bpcam)2(H2O)2(C2O4)] (1), [Cu2(bpcam)2(H2O)4(C4O4)] · 10 H2O (2) and Cu2(bpcam)2(C5O5)(H2O)3 (3) [bpcam = bis(2-pyrimidyl)amidate, and are reported. The structures of two of them (1 and 2) have been solved by single crystal X-ray diffraction and consists of centrosymmetric discrete copper(II) dinuclear units bridged by bis-bidentate oxalate (1) and bis-monodentate squarate (2), with the bpcam group acting as a terminal tridentate ligand. Each copper atom in 1 exhibits a distorted elongated octahedral coordination geometry. Three bpcam nitrogen atoms and one oxalate oxygen define the basal plane while the other oxalate oxygen and a water molecule take up the axial positions. Each copper atom in 2 is in an elongated octahedral surrounding with three bpcam nitrogen atoms and one squarate oxygen in the equatorial plane and two water molecules in the axial positions. The intramolecular copper-copper separations are 5.677(1) (1) and 7.819(53) Å (2). Magnetic susceptibility measurements for 1-3 in the temperature range 1.9-290 K show the occurrence of weak ferromagnetic interactions through oxalato (J = +0.75 cm−1) and squarato (J = +1.26 cm−1), the Hamiltonian being defined by . These values are analyzed and discussed in the light of the available magneto-structural data for analogous systems. The quasi-Curie law observed in 3 (θ = −1.15 K) contrasts with the significant antiferromagnetic interaction through bis-chelating croconate in other structurally characterized croconate-bridged copper(II) complexes and rules out the presence of bridging croconate in this compound.  相似文献

One-pot reaction of cobalt(II) nitrate hexahydrate Co(NO3)2 · 6H2O with H2salpn (N,N′-bis(salicylidene)-1,3-diaminopropane) in presence of a large excess of sodium azide (NaN3) gives the new Co(III) compound {Na[CoIII(μ-salpn)(μ1,1-N3)2]}n (1), which was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal structure shows polymeric 1D complex generated by the hexadentate Schiff base salpn2− and two crystallographically different azide ligands. The two nitrogen atoms of the salpn ligand are bonded to the cobalt(III) ion while each phenoxo oxygen atom is bonded to the same Co(III) ion and to two equivalent sodium ions. Each azide ligand acts with the end-on bridging coordination mode between Co(III) and Na(I) ions. The Co(III) ion adopts a distorted octahedral geometry arising from two oxygen and two nitrogen atoms of the salpn ligand and from two nitrogen atoms of the two crystallographically different azide ligands in trans positions. Such [Co(salpn)(N3)2] entities are connected each other by sodium ions through four oxygen atoms of two equivalent Schiff base ligands and two nitrogen atom of the two different azide ligands to generate the 1D structure of 1.  相似文献

Four related ruthenium(III) complexes, with the formula mer-[RuCl3(dmso)(N−N)] (dmso = dimethyl sulfoxide; N−N = 2,2′-bipyridine (1), 1,10-phenantroline (2), dipyrido[3,2-f:2′,3′-h]quinoxaline (3) and dipyrido[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine (4)), have been reported. Complexes 3 and 4 are newly synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The hydrolysis process of 1-4 has been studied by UV-vis measurement, and it has been found that the extension of the N−N ligands can increase the stability of the complexes. The binding of these complexes with DNA has been investigated by plasmid cleavage assay, competitive binding with ethidium bromide (EB), DNA melting experiments and viscosity measurements. The DNA binding affinity is increased with the extension of the planar area of the N−N ligands, and complex 4 shows an intercalative mode of interaction with DNA. The in vitro anticancer activities of these compounds are moderate on the five human cancer cell lines screened.  相似文献

The S-bridged trinuclear complexes composed of heavy d6 metal ions, [RhIII{M(aet)3}2]3+ (M=IrIII(1), RhIII(2); aet = 2-aminoethanethiolate), have been prepared by the reactions of fac(S)-[M(aet)3] with RhCl3 · 3H2O. The complexes were separated into meso (1a, 2a) and rac (1b, 2b) isomers by SP-Sephadex C-25 column chromatography. 1b and 2b were optically resolved by the column chromatographic method and characterized by CD spectroscopy. Crystal structures of 1a, 1b and 2a were determined by X-ray diffraction, and it was found that they consist of linear-type trinuclear structures. The central Rh(III) ion in the present complexes has d6 electronic configuration with the non-degenerated A-type cubic field term, and showed long Rh?M distances, acute S-M-S angles and obtuse Rh-S-M angles. These are in contrast with the complexes having the degenerated T-type cubic field term such as [M{M(aet)3}2]n+ (M=VIII, MoIV and ReIII, M=IrIII, RhIII, n=3 or 4). All the isomers have been comparatively characterized and discussed in solid state and the solution for spectrochemical and electrochemical properties.  相似文献
