采用GARP生态位模型预测分析了刺桐姬小蜂Quadrastichus erythrinaeKim在中国的潜在地理分布,并参照国际上有害生物危险性定量分析方法,对刺桐姬小蜂在中国的危险性作出综合评价。结果表明:中国东南部大部分地区都是该虫的适生区。在福建、广东、海南地区风险值为2.0585,存在高度危险性;在其他东南部省区存在中度危险性。据此提出了针对性的风险管理措施。  相似文献

ObjectiveTo compare central retinal venous pressure (CRVP) among eyes with and without optic disc hemorrhage (ODH) in bilateral normal-tension glaucoma (NTG) patients and NTG eyes without an episode of ODH.MethodsIn this prospective study, 22 bilateral NTG patients showing a unilateral ODH and 29 bilateral NTG patients without an episode of ODH were included. Eyes were categorized into group A (n = 22, eyes with ODH), group B (n = 22, fellow eyes without ODH), and group C (n = 29, NTG eyes without an episode of ODH). A contact lens ophthalmodynamometer was used to measure CRVP and central retinal arterial pressure (CRAP).ResultsIntraocular pressure (IOP) measured on the day of contact lens ophthalmodynamometry showed no difference among groups. However, the mean baseline IOP in group A was significantly lower than that in group C (P = .008). The CRVP in group A (29.1 ± 10.8 mmHg) was significantly lower than that in group C (40.1 ± 8.8 mmHg, P = .001), but similar to that in group B (30.5 ± 8.7 mmHg, P = .409). A similar relationship was noted for CRAP. No significant eye-associated variable for ODH was found in group A and B by conditional logistic regression analysis (all P > 0.05). However, multivariate logistic regression analysis in groups A and C revealed that low mean baseline IOP (odds ratio [OR] = 0.69, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.49-0.98, P = 0.043) and low CRVP (OR = 0.88, 95% CI 0.80-0.95, P = 0.003) were associated with ODH.ConclusionsCRVP was lower in NTG eyes with ODH than in eyes without an episode of ODH, but similar to that of fellow eyes without ODH. These imply less likelihood of association between increased central retinal venous resistance and ODH.  相似文献

The key role of bacterial peptidoglycan has been defined for their survival in an infected organism, and the classification for persistent mechanisms of pathogens has been given. The group of bacterial secreted protease providing microbial resistance to defense factors of the organism has been described. Host colonizing resistance has been presented as a physiological regulatory system controlling bacterial penetration into an organism. The initial impact of computer assisted preventive screening in general practice consultations has been monitored. The technology has not been found stressful by patients, and the power of the consultation to alleviate low arousal has been increased by computer use. No appreciable increase in the durations of consultation was detected, despite an average computer initiated input of two minutes eight seconds. The computer has successfully prompted preventive screening and health education with a sixfold increase in the number of potentially relevant procedures being mentioned. The actual information presented by the computer has been shown to be crucial, with the terminal''s mere presence an ineffective reminder. The computer terminal was used in 65% of the consultations for which it was available, which, if sustained, represents an effective screening programme for attending patients.  相似文献

The spiracular structure characterized with a system of snarling dense outgrowths, has been studied in order to elucidate their reinterpreted role in respiration. The tracheal anatomy has undergone modifications to subserve a secondary function of reducing the metabolic heat in the thorax—a region of relatively high metabolic activity. Tracheation is so arranged as to enable this insect to lead successfully an amphibious existence. The rate of its oxygen consumption and its capacity to remain under water with an air bubble which functions as an efficient physical gill with temperature as an important limiting factor has been studied. Attempts have been made to analyse the anatomy of the respiratory system with reference to the insect's behaviour in its environment.  相似文献

Trehalose is a disaccharide important in foods, serving as a glucose source in many and also as an additive in the food preparation. Because of its peculiar physico-chemical properties it plays an important role as preservative in drying and deep-freezing treatments. A new biosensor for trehalose determination has been realized by means of a flow system, based on a reactor in which the trehalase enzyme catalyses its hydrolysis into two alpha,d-glucose molecules, and a GOD (glucose oxidase) amperometric biosensor is employed for the glucose determination. The optimum operative conditions have been laid out and a particular attention has been paid to the immobilization procedure of the two enzymes. The electrode used is of the SPE (screen-printed electrode) type and has been activated with the Prussian Blue (PB) and then assembled using GOD immobilized with Nafion. The reactor has been prepared with the trehalase enzyme chemically immobilized on an Immunodyne ABC membrane. As demonstration of its utility, the biosensor has been tested on a real sample of Boletus edulis mushroom.  相似文献

Sugar recognition in an aqueous system has been achieved using a boronic acid-diol interaction. Combination with an intramolecular amino group has enabled us to read out the binding process as a change in the fluorescence intensity. The novel interaction has been extended to dynamic sugar sensing utilizing an allosteric effect, molecular imprinting, and control of molecular assemblies.  相似文献

A macroscopic dielectric model has been used to set up the electrostatic equation for the protein-solvent system. A numerical method of solution has been applied, enabling calculation of the electric potential outside a protein due to the charges within the protein. The glycolytic enzyme phosphoglycerate mutase, which is an α/β protein binding negatively charged substrates, has been studied. Modelling the helix dipoles with positive and negative charges shows that the α-helical structure could stabilize negatively charged substrates in the active site cleft of an enzyme with an energy of a few kT.  相似文献

The domestic water-soluble aspirin (acelisin) has been used as an anti-ischemic brain protector. The total brain ischemia has been implemented in accordance with an original technique for 17 to 35 min. The doses of acelisin from 25 to 250 mg/kg have been tested during experiments. The infusion of solutions has been carried out before ischemia, 15 min before reperfusion and just after the beginning of reperfusion. The functional status and survival of rats have been evaluated during a week. The best result has been reached with 150 mg/kg acelisin injected 30 min before ischaemia. A positive effect was reported when acelisin was used in early postischaemic period.  相似文献

A thoracic suspensory jacket has been used in four patients with recurring ischial pressure sores to transfer the site of skin pressure from the insensate ischial area to the sensory area over the rib cage. This modality is not an alternative to surgery, but rather an adjunct to prevent an early recurrence after an ischial pressure sore has been repaired with a proper surgical procedure.  相似文献

1. The mitochondrial malate dehydrogenase from rat liver has been purified to a state of homogeneity as judged by starch-gel electrophoresis and the cytoplasmic isoenzyme has been obtained in a partically purified state. 2. Inhibition of the isoenzymes by sulphite has been studied. 3. In mitochondria loaded with sulphite, the catalytic activity of the (partially inhibited) internal malate dehydrogenase has been measured by addition of oxaloacetate to the suspension medium and observation of the consequent decrease in fluorescence of NADH. 4. Addition of mitochondrial malate dehydrogenase to suspensions of mitochondria loaded with sulphite resulted in an increase in the level of intramitochondrial enzymic activity as measured by the above technique. Addition of the cytoplasmic isoenzyme did not result in such an increase. 5. These results show that mitochondria in suspension are permeable to the mitochondrial malate dehydrogenase but not to the cytoplasmic isoenzyme. 6. This conclusion has been confirmed by direct measurement of a decrease of enzyme activity in solution and an increase inside the mitochondria after incubation of organelles in solutions containing mitochondrial malate dehydrogenase. No such effect was observed with the cytoplasmic isoenzyme. 7. Some features of the permeation process have been studied.  相似文献

Plasmid-mediated chloramphenicol resistance in Staphylococcus aureus has been shown to involve acetylation of chloramphenicol by an enzyme induced by growth in the presence of the antibiotic and certain analogues. Analysis of the kinetics of induction has been complicated by (i) the intrinsic inhibitory effects of chloramphenicol on induced enzyme synthesis and (ii) the rapid disappearance of inducer after synthesis of the acetylating enzyme. The compound related to d-threo chloramphenicol which lacks a C(3) hydroxyl substituent (3-deoxychloramphenicol) is a potent inducer of chloramphenicol acetyltransferase but is ineffective as an antibiotic and is not a substrate for the enzyme. The availability of such a "gratuitous" inducer has simplified an analysis of the kinetics of induction of chloramphenicol acetyltransferase. The enzyme from induced bacteria has been purified to homogeneity and has been compared with the analogous enzyme present in E. coli which harbors a resistance transfer factor with the chloramphenicol resistance determinant.  相似文献

An estimator of relative risk in a case control study has been proposed in terms of observed cell frequencies and the probability of disease. The bias of the usual estimator i.e odds ratio as compared to the new estimator has been workedout. The expression of Mean Square Error of proposed estimator has been derived in situations where probability of disease is exactly known and when it is estimated through an independent survey. It has been observed that there is a serious error using odds ratio as an estimate of relative risk when probability of disease is not negligible. In such situations the proposed estimator can be used with advantage.  相似文献

Frequency of variations of surface plasmon intensity at the input of a plasmonic amplifier is called modulation–frequency. High modulation–frequency behavior of a Schottky junction-based plasmonic amplifier has been in the focus of this paper. Both small signal and large signal conditions have been considered. In small signal condition, an analytical solution of the rate equations of the electrons and photons has been presented which its results are in accordance with the simulation results of a harmonic balance method. For an amplifier of 100 μm length, the small signal gain has been 14.62 dB from both methods. Large signal behavior has been described by IIP2 and IIP3 in a two tone test which has been implemented by the harmonic balance method. IIP2 and IIP3 of the plasmonic amplifier of this work at 1 GHz are –21.2 and –19.95 dBm, respectively, and their values increase with frequency.  相似文献

An analogue of the DNA-binding compound Hoechst 33258, in which the piperazine ring has been replaced by an imidazoline group, has been cocrystallized with the dodecanucleotide sequence d(CGCGAATTCGCG)2. The structure has been solved by X-ray diffraction analysis and has been refined to an R-factor of 19.7% at a resolution of 2.0 A. The ligand is found to bind in the minor groove, at the central four AATT base pairs of the B-DNA double helix, with the involvement of a number of van der Waals contacts and hydrogen bonds. There are significant differences in minor groove width for the two compounds, along much of the AATT region. In particular this structure shows a narrower groove at the 3' end of the binding site consistent with the narrower cross-section of the imidazole group compared with the piperazine ring of Hoechst 33258 and therefore a smaller perturbation in groove width. The higher binding affinity to DNA shown by this analogue compared with Hoechst 33258 itself, has been rationalised in terms of these differences.  相似文献
