By using 2,5-pyridinedicarboxylate and sebacate as rigid and flexible mixed carboxylate linkers, five new 3D lanthanide complexes, [Ln(seb)0.5(2,5-pydc)(H2O)] (Ln = Eu (1), Nd (2), Sm (3), Pr (4) and Tb (5), H2pydc = 2,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid, H2seb = sebacate acid) with macroporous structures, have been synthesized. Complexes 1-5 were characterized by elemental analysis, ICP spectrometer and IR spectroscopy. In particular, the structures of 1-3 were further determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Structural analyses reveal that complexes 1-3 have intricate 3D frameworks, which are constructed by 2,5-pyridinedicarboxylate and sebacate ligands. In addition, the thermogravimetric analysis of 1-3 and photoluminescent properties of 1 and 5 are also discussed in detail.  相似文献

Synthesis, characterization and magnetic properties of new lanthanide-radical complexes, [LnIII(hfac)3(IM2imH)] (Ln = Gd, Tb; IM2imH = 2-(2-pyridyl)-4,5-dihydro-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1H-imidazolyl-1-oxy), are described. The molecular structure of the [Tb(hfac)3(IM2imH)] has been determined by the X-ray diffraction. The magnetic susceptibility data for [Gd(hfac)3(IM2imH)] show that the Gd-IM2imH magnetic interaction is antiferromagnetic with an exchange coupling constant J = −2.59 cm−1 in contrast to the ferromagnetic interaction in most of Gd(III) complexes containing paramagnetic center, which will be examined in connection with planarity of the IM2imH chelate.  相似文献

Five new lanthanide complexes Ln(HL)3(H2O)5 · 3H2O (H2L = 5-carboxy-1-carboxymethyl-2-oxidopyridinium, Ln = La (1), Sm (2), Eu (3),Tb (4), Dy (5)) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, FT-IR spectra and X-ray single crystal diffraction. All crystals are isostructural and crystallize in the triclinic space group . The metal center is nine-coordinated completely by two phenol O atoms, two chelating carboxylic O atoms from three HL ligands and five water molecules with a distorted tri-capped trigonal prismatic geometry. Photoluminescence studies revealed that complexes 2-4 exhibit strong fluorescent emission bands in the solid state at room temperature. The transition intensity varies in the order of Tb3+ > Dy3+ > Eu3+ > Sm3+.  相似文献

A series of pyrazolone lanthanide complexes: Ln(PMPP)3 · 2H2O · C2H5OH (Ln = Nd (1), Sm (2), Gd (3), Dy (4); PMPP = 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-propionyl-5-pyrazolone) have been synthesized by the hydrothermal method with the starting ligand PMPP-SAH (1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-(salicylidene hydrazone)-propionyl-5-pyrazolone) changed into PMPP during the formation process of complexes. All the complexes were structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. The fluorescence of these four complexes 1-4 in solid state and DMF solution was investigated via F-4500 spectrophotometer and all of them indicate a fluorescent behavior at room temperature.  相似文献

Three new rare-earth coordination polymers, [La2(PDC)2(NO3)2(H2O)3] (1) and [Dy(PDC)(ox)0.5(H2O)2] · H2O (2), and [Sm(PDC)(ox)0.5(H2O)2] · H2O (3) (H2PDC = pyridine-3,4-dicarboxylic acid, ox = oxalic acid), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TGA, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Of the three compounds, La-O-La and Dy(Sm)-O-C-O-Dy(Sm) chains are cross-linked by PDC ligands into interesting two-dimensional framework structures. They represent, to the best of our knowledge, the first examples of rare-earth complexes in the {M/PDC} (M = metal) system.  相似文献

One-dimensional lanthanide-ferrocenesuccinate polymeric complexes [M(η2-FcCOC2H4COO)(μ22-FcCOC2H4COO)2(H2O)2]n (Fc = (η5-C5H4)Fe(η5-C5H4), M = Pr, 1; Ce, 2; La, 3) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The three polymers are isomorphous, in which each Ln(III) ion is 10-coordinated and connects with two water molecules and eight oxygen atoms from ferrocenesuccinate units in two kinds of coordination modes: bidentate-chelating mode and tridentate-bridging mode. The variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility in the temperature range 5-300 K for 1 and 2 shows that both of them display weak antiferromagnetic interaction. In addition, the redox and fluorescent properties have been investigated. The redox properties are different from the previous results of transition metal compounds containing ferrocenyl systems. Compared with sodium ferrocenesuccinate, polymers 1 and 3, the fluorescent intensities of 2 are markedly enhanced in the solid state.  相似文献

The reactions of pyridine-2,6-dicarboxamide with europium(III) and terbium(III) triflates led to the formation of mononuclear complexes of formula [Ln(pcam)3](CF3SO3)3 (Ln = Eu 1, Tb 2; pcam stands for pyridine-2,6-dicarboxamide). From single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, the complexes were found to be isomorphous and isostructural. The [Ln(pcam)3]3+ cations and triflate counterions are connected by intermolecular hydrogen bonds, resulting in a 3D network structure. Both the europium(III) and terbium(III) complexes exhibit efficient ligand sensitized luminescence in the visible region with lifetimes of 1.9 ms and 2.2 ms, respectively, in the solid state.  相似文献

The crystallization of 2,3-dihydro-thieno[3,4-b][1,4] dioxine-5,7-dicarboxylic acid (H2tddc) with divalent transitional metal (Co, Ni, Zn, Cd) or with tervalent lanthanide metal (Sm) and with mixed ligand 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bipy) or 1,10-phenanthroline (1,10-phen) formed six new complexes: [Co(C8H4O6S) · 3H2O] (1), [Co(C8H4O6)(1,10-phen)(H2O)] · H2O (2), [Ni(C8H4O6S)(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)] · 3H2O (3) [Sm(C8H4O6S)(NO3)(H2O)4] · 2H2O (4), [Zn(C8H4O6S)(H2O)3] (5), and [Cd2(C8H4O6S)2(4,4′-bipy)2] (6). The structures of these six crystals have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, which revealed that complexes 1, 4, 5 are all one-dimensional chain structures and they self-assemble into three-dimensional super-molecules via the hydrogen bond interactions and π-π stacking interactions, 2 is also a one-dimensional chain structure but still self-assembles into one-dimensional double-chains, the complex 3 has two-dimensional undulating parallelogram grid structure extended along the bc-plane, the crystal of 6 is a 3D threefold interpenetration topology framework with 46638 nodes. The photoluminescent properties of the H2tddc ligand and the six compounds have been measured in the solid state at room temperature. Free ligand has no luminescence, while its complexes 1, 4, and 6 all exhibit intense photoluminescence which implies that these complexes may be excellent candidates for potential photoactive materials.  相似文献

A series of luminescent lanthanide complexes with a new tripodal ligand featuring salicylamide arms, 2,2′,2″‐nitrilotris(2‐furfurylaminoformylphenoxy)triethylamine (L), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and molar conductivity measurements. Photophysical properties of the complexes were studied by means of UV–vis absorption and steady‐state luminescence spectroscopy. Excited‐state luminescence lifetimes and quantum yield of the complexes were determined. Luminescence studies demonstrated that the tripodal ligand featuring salicylamide arms exhibits a good antennae effect with respect to the Tb(III) and Dy(III) ion due to efficient intersystem crossing and ligand to metal energy transfer. From a more general perspective, this work offers interesting perspectives for the development of efficient luminescent stains and enlarges the arsenal for developing novel luminescent lanthanide complexes of salicylamide derivatives. Two novel lanthanide(III) two-dimensional (2D) coordination polymers [Ln2(PDC)2(OH)2(H2O)2] · H2O (Ln = Eu (1) and Tb (2), H2PDC = pyridine-3,4-dicarboxylic acid) have been prepared under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TGA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1 and 2 crystallize in the triclinic system, space group , they are isostructural and exhibit the same two-dimensional topological network constructed by PDC-connected Ln-O-Ln double chains. Photoluminescence properties of the compounds 1 and 2 have been investigated in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Two tetranuclear copper(II) complexes with long rigid Schiff-base ligands [Cu4(bmsbd)2]·2DMF [H2bmsbd = N,N′-bis-(3-methoxy-salicylidene)benzene-1,4-diamine] (1) and [Cu4(besbd)2]·DMF·5H2O [H2besbd = N,N′-bis-(3-methoxy-salicylidene)benzene-1,4-diamine] (2) have been synthesised and characterized. Single X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that both complexes exhibit interesting [2 × 2] molecular grid-like configuration assembled by four organic ligands in a head-to-tail mode to bind four copper(II) ions. Magnetic property investigations reveal weak antiferromagnetic interaction viaσ-bond pathway of long rigid Schiff-base ligand between the neighboring copper(II) ions in both complexes.  相似文献

Four new heterobimetallic coordination polymers, namely, {[Cu(aeoe)M(H2O)3 · 2H2O]2}n (M = Mn(II) (1), Co(II) (2), Ni(II) (3)) and [Cu(aeoe)Ni(H2O)3]2 (4) (H4aeoe = N′-(2-aminoterephthalic acid)-N′′-(ethylenediamine)oxamidato) have been synthesized and characterized structurally. Complexes 1-3 are allomerism and feature 1-D ladder-like chain structure constructed from neutral tetranuclear complex units through the syn-anti carboxylate bridges, whereas complex 4 is a cyclic neutral tetranuclear complex unit. Hydrothermal reactions of Gd(III) nitrate with N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylenephosphono-1,4-diaminobutane, (H2O3PCH2)2N–(CH2)4–N(CH2PO3H2)2 (H8L), afforded a novel Gd(III) phosphonate, namely, Gd[(O3PCH2)(HO3PCH2)N(H)(CH2)4N(H)(CH2PO3H)2] · 2H2O, [Gd(H5L)] · 2H2O. Its structure was established by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. In this compound, the Gd(III) ion is coordinated by eight phoshonate oxygen atoms from five different phosphonate groups, which belong to five different phosphonic ligands. Each Gd atom is connected with its neighboring Gd atoms by two phosphonate oxygens, forming a gadolinium phosphonate slab along the a-axis. Such slabs are bridged by tetraphosphonate H5L anions, resulting in a 〈0 1 1〉 layer with the butane groups toward the interlayer space. These layers are further interlinked by strong hydrogen bonds formed by uncoordinated phosphonate oxygens into a 3D supermolecular structure. Luminescent studies indicate that this compound exhibits a broad blue fluorescent emission band at 441 nm.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure of two new complexes (Zn and Mn) containing tetrazolyl ligands are described. In situ [2+3] cycloaddition reactions of fipronil, (fipronil = (±)-5-amino-1-[2,6-dichloro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-4-[(trifluoromethyl)sulfinyl]-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonitrile) with sodium azide in the presence of ZnCl2 or MnCl2 as a Lewis acid (Demko-Sharpless tetrazole synthesis method) under hydrothermal (solvothermal) reaction conditions gave [Zn(L)2](H2O)2] · H2O, 1 and [Mn(L)2](H2O)2] · H2O, 2, (HL = (±)-5-amino-1-[2,6-dichloro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-4-[(trifluoromethyl)sulfinyl]-1H-pyrazole-3-tetrazole). The central metals in both complexes are six coordinated, which connected by two water molecules, two nitrogen atoms from different tetrazolyl groups and two nitrogen atoms from pyrazolyl rings respectively. Photoluminescence studies reveal that both title complexes exhibit strong blue fluorescent emissions at λmax = 383 nm for 1 and 411 nm for 2 respectively in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

In this paper, we report the synthesis and the characterization of a novel series of lanthanide (III) complexes with two potentially hexadentate ligands.The ligands contain a rigid phenanthroline moiety and two flexible hydrazonic arms with different donor atom sets (NNN′N′OO and NNN′N′N″N″, respectively for H2L1 (2,9-diformylphenanthroline)bis(benzoyl)hydrazone and H2L2 (2,9-diformylphenanthroline)bis(2-pyridyl)hydrazone).Both nitrate and acetate complexes of H2L1 with La, Eu, Gd, and Tb were prepared and fully characterized, and the X-ray crystal structure of the complex [Eu(HL1)(CH3 COO)2] · 5H2O is presented.The stability constants of the equilibria Ln3+ + H2L1 = [Ln(H2L1)]3+ and Ln3+ + (L1)2− = [Ln(L1)]+ (Ln = La(III), Eu(III), Gd(III), and Tb(III)) are determined by UV spectrophotometric titrations in DMSO at t = 25 °C. The nitrate complexes of H2L2 with La, Eu, Gd and Tb were also synthesized, and the X-ray crystal structures of [La(H2L2)(NO3)2(H2O)](NO3), [Eu(H2L2)(NO3)2](NO3) and [Tb(H2 L2)(NO3)2](NO3) are discussed.  相似文献

The syntheses and X-ray crystal structures of the Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, and Er nitrate complexes of the pentadentate ligand 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis acetic acid hydrazone, or H2dapaah, are reported. The complexes can be divided into 3 groups depending on the number of water molecules per metal ion. The Ln · 4H2O complexes with Eu, Gd and Dy are isomorphous, with the Ln ion being 10 coordinate. The Ln · 6H2O group includes Ho and Er, where the cation is 9 coordinate. The final complex Gd · 5H2O is 10 coordinate like the Eu, Gd and Dy complexes, but the additional water molecule has stabilized an ordered crystal. The bond valence sum method has been used to analyze the bonding in the complexes and has suggested that bond valence equalization in three dimensions may be an important concept.  相似文献

Solid complexes of lanthanide nitrates with an novel unsymmetrical tripodal ligand, butyl‐N,N‐bis[(2′‐benzylaminofomyl)phenoxyl)ethyl]‐amine ( L ) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra and molar conductivity measurements. At the same time, the luminescent properties of the Sm(III), Eu(III), Tb(III) and Dy(III) nitrate complexes in solid state were also investigated. A dimeric copper complex of the unsubstituted pyridoxal thiosemicarbazone (H(2)L), [[Cu(HL)(OH(2))](2)]Cl(2).2H(2)O, previously tested on Friend murine cell lines has been recently resynthesized to evaluate its behavior on different murine and human leukemic cell lines and has been compared, in vitro and in vivo, with its monomeric counterpart [Cu(H(2)L)(OH(2))Cl]Cl. On TS/A murine adenocarcinoma cell line in vitro, both compounds significantly inhibit cell proliferation at micromolar concentrations, although the dimeric compound is more active. Despite this cytotoxicity they lack in vivo activity on TLX5 lymphoma. The unsubstituted dimeric [[Cu(HL)(OH(2))](2)]Cl(2).2H(2)O induces apoptosis on CEM and U937 human cell lines, with IC(50) concentrations of 1.2 x 10(-5) and 6.7 x 10(-6) M, respectively, but it is inactive on K562. Moreover, it alters significantly the cell cycle of U937 and CEM lines and decreases the telomerase activity of U937. To verify if other dimeric copper complexes show relevant biological activity new complexes with N-substituted pyridoxal thiosemicarbazones have been synthesized and characterized using spectroscopic techniques. Three of them, namely [Cu(Me(2)-HL)Cl](2).6H(2)O (Me(2)-H(2)L=pyridoxal N1,N1-dimethylthiosemicarbazone) (1), [Cu(MeMe-HL)Cl](2)Cl(2).4H(2)O (MeMe-HL=pyridoxal N1,N2-dimethylthiosemicarbazone) (2), [Cu(Et-H(2)L)Cl](2)Cl(2).2H(2)O (Et-H(2)L=pyridoxal N1-ethylthiosemicarbazone) (3), were also characterized by X-ray diffractometry. These complexes are dimeric and all three present a square pyramidal coordinative geometry with the ligand showing an SNO tridentate behavior. Their biological activities have been tested in vitro on U937, CEM and K562 cell lines to ascertain their effectiveness in comparison to the corresponding unsubstituted complex [[Cu(HL)(OH(2))](2)]Cl(2).2H(2)O. Compound 1 shows weak proliferation inhibition on all three cell lines, but it does not induce apoptosis and it does not inhibit telomerase activity, compound 2 is not effective at low concentration and is toxic at higher doses; compound 3 inhibits CEM cell growth better than complex 1 but it does not exert any other biological effect.  相似文献

As part of a long-term study of the substitution reactions of piano-stool type cyclopentadienylmetal carbonyl complexes, several new methylcyclopentadienylmolybdenum compounds have been prepared and characterized by methods including IR spectroscopy, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and X-ray crystallography. The complexes reported here include [{Cp′Mo(CO)3}2I]BPh4, cis-Cp′Mo(CO)2(PPh3)I and [Cp′Mo(CO)3(CH3CN)]BF4 (Cp′ = η5-C5H4CH3). In addition to their syntheses, comparisons are made between their IR spectroscopic and X-ray crystal structure data and those of similar complexes.  相似文献
