The precursors bis[N-(alkyl)benzimidazoliumylmethyl]durene halide (1a: alkyl = C2H5, halide = Br?; 1b: alkyl = n-C4H9, halide = Cl?; durene = 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene) and their two new NHC silver(I) complexes [Durene(CH2BimyEtAgBr)2] (2a) and [Durene(CH2BimynBuAgCl)2] (2b) (Bimy = benzimidazol-2-ylidene) have been prepared and characterized. In the crystal structures of 2a and 2b the aromatic π–π stacking interactions are observed.  相似文献

Two tetracyanometalate building blocks, [Fe(5,5′-dmbipy)(CN)4]? (2) and [Fe(4,4′-dmbipy)(CN)4]? (3) (5,5′-dmbipy = 5,5′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine; 4,4′-dmbipy = 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine), and two cyano-bridged heterobimetallic complexes, [Cu2(bpca)2(H2O)2Fe2(5,5′-dmbipy)2(CN)8] · 2[Cu(bpca)Fe(5,5′-dmbipy)(CN)4] · 4H2O (4) and [Cu(bpca)Fe(4,4′-dmbipy)(CN)4]n (5) (bpca = bis(2-pyridylcarbonyl)amidate), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Complex 4 contains two dinuclear and one tetranuclear heterobimetallic clusters in an asymmetric unit whereas the structure of complex 5 features a one-dimensional heterobimetallic zigzag chain. The Cu(II) ion is penta-coordinated in the form of a distorted square-based pyramid. Magnetic studies show ferromagnetic coupling between Cu(II) and Fe(III) ions with g = 2.28, J1 = 2.64 cm?1, J2 = 5.40 cm?1 and TIP = ?2.36 × 10?3 for complex 4, and g = 2.17, J = 4.82 cm?1 and zJ = 0.029 cm?1 for complex 5.  相似文献

A series of acetato complexes of molybdenum(V), based on the singly metal–metal bonded {Mo2O4}2+ structural fragment, has been prepared. A dinuclear (PyH)3[Mo2O4Cl4(OOCCH3)] · CH3CN (1) (PyH+ = pyridinium cation, C5H5NH+) was obtained upon the reaction of (PyH)5[MoOCl4(H2O)]3Cl2 with the equimolar solution of pyridine and acetic acid in acetonitrile at ambient conditions. The acetato ligand in 1 is coordinated to a pair of molybdenum atoms in a synsyn bidentate bridging manner. (PyH)n[MoOBr4]n afforded in an analogous synthetic procedure a tetranuclear cluster, [Mo4O8(OOCCH3)3(OH)Py4] · 1/2CH 3CN · 1/2H2O (3), with a novel core which may be envisioned as the acetate- and hydroxide-assisted assembly of {Mo2O4}2+ building blocks. Its structure is presented in terms of known tetranuclear clusters which are also composed of two {Mo2O4}2+ units. The acetato ligands in 3 adopted apart from bidentate bridging binding modes also a monodentate one. Partial substitution of chlorido ligands in (PyH)3[Mo2O4Cl4(OOCCH3)] · CH3CN (1) with pyridine resulted in a neutral [Mo2O4Cl(OOCCH3)Py3] · PriOH · Py (2) which retained the original acetate coordination. The title compounds were fully characterized by X-ray diffraction studies and infrared vibrational spectroscopy.  相似文献

A series of cationic trispyrazolylmethane complexes of the general form [TmRM(CH3CN)3]2+ (Tm = tris(pyrazolyl)methane, 1, R = 3,5-Me2, M = Fe(II); 2, R = 3-Ph, M = Fe(II); 3, R = 3,5-Me2, M = Co(II); 4, R = 3-Ph, M = Co(II)) with ‘piano-stool’ structures was prepared by the reaction of the N3tripodal ligands (TmR)with [(CH3CN)6M](BF4)2 in a 1:1 stoichiometric ratio. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that all four complexes with BF4 counter anions are paramagnetic, high-spin systems in the solid state with μeff at high temperatures of 5.2 (1, S = 2), 5.4 (2, S = 2), 4.9 (3, S = 3/2) and 4.6 (4, S = 3/2) BM, respectively. Comparisons of bond lengths from the metal centre to the TmR nitrogen donors, and from the metal centre to the acetonitrile nitrogen donors indicate that the neutral tripodal ligands appear to be more weakly coordinated to the metal centre than are the acetonitrile ligands. Reactions of these tripodal complexes with bidentate phosphine ligands, such as 1,2-diphosphinoethane or 1,2-bis(diallylphosphino)ethane leads to displacement of the tripodal ligand, or to the formation of more thermally stable bis-ligand complexes M(TmR)2 (R = 3,5-dimethyl).  相似文献

Three series of homologous dendritic amphiphiles—RCONHC(CH2CH2COOH)3, 1(n); ROCONHC(CH2CH2COOH)3, 2(n); RNHCONHC(CH2CH2COOH)3, 3(n), where R = n-CnH2n+1 and n = 13–22 carbon atoms—were assayed for their potential to serve as antimicrobial components in a topical vaginal formulation. Comparing epithelial cytotoxicities to the ability of these homologues to inhibit HIV, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and Candida albicans provided a measure of their prophylactic/therapeutic potential. Measurements of the ability to inhibit Lactobacillus plantarum, a beneficial bacterium in the vagina, and critical micelle concentrations (CMCs), an indicator of the potential detergency of these amphiphiles, provided additional assessments of safety. Several amphiphiles from each homologous series had modest anti-HIV activity (EC50 = 110–130 μM). Amphiphile 2(18) had the best anti-Neisseria activity (MIC = 65 μM), while 1(19) and 1(21) had MICs against C. albicans of 16 and 7.7 μM, respectively. Two measures of safety showed promise as all compounds had relatively low cytotoxic activity (EC50 = 210–940 μM) against epithelial cells and low activity against L. plantarum, 1(n), 2(n), and 3(n) had MICs ? 490, 1300, and 940 μM, respectively. CMCs measured in aqueous triethanolamine and in aqueous potassium hydroxide showed linear dependences on chain length. As expected, the longest chain in each series had the lowest CMC—in triethanolamine: 1(21), 1500 μM; 2(22), 320 μM; 3(22), 340 μM, and in potassium hydroxide: 1(21), 130 μM; 3(22), 40 μM. The CMC in triethanolamine adjusted to pH 7.4 was 400 μM for 1(21) and 3900 μM for 3(16). The promising antifungal activity, low activity against L. plantarum, relatively high CMCs, and modest epithelial cytotoxicity in addition to their anti-Neisseria properties warrant further design studies with dendritic amphiphiles to improve their safety indices to produce suitable candidates for antimicrobial vaginal products.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the roots of Vernonia guineensis (Asteraceae) afforded a new stigmastane derivative, vernoguinoside A (1) and the known vernoguinoside (2), stigmasterol 3-O-β-d-glucoside (3) and sitosterol 3-O-β-d-glucoside (4). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. Antimicrobial activities of 13 and CH2Cl2–MeOH (1:1) extract were evaluated against three bacteria species (Salmonella typhi, Staphylococcus aureus and Shigella flexneri) and three yeasts species (Candida albicans, Candida parapsilosis and Cryptococcus neoformans). Compounds 1 and 2 exhibited both antibacterial and antifungal activities that varied between the microbial species (MIC = 7.81–125 μg/mL) while S. flexneri and C. albicans were sensitive to all the tested compounds.  相似文献

Three new compounds formulated (ClO4)2[Fe(pq)3] (1), (BF4)2[Fe(pq)3] · EtOH (2) and {(ClO4)[MnCr(C2O4)3][Fe(pq)2(H2O)2]} (3), where pq is 2,2′-pyridylquinoline, have been synthesised and characterised. Despite the different crystal packing exhibited by 1 and 2, the cationic species [Fe(pq)3]2+ are structurally quite similar. At 293 K, the Fe–N bond lengths are characteristic of the iron(II) in the high-spin state. In contrast to 1, 2 undergoes a continuous spin transition. Indeed, at 95 K its structure experiences a noticeable change in the Fe–N bonds and angles, i.e. the Fe–N bonds shorten by 0.194 Å on the average. The magnetic behaviour confirms that 1 is fully high-spin in the 4–300 K temperature range while 2 shows a spin transition centred at T1/2 = 150 K. The corresponding enthalpy, entropy and interaction parameter are ΔH = 7.49 kJ mol?1, ΔS = 50 J K?1 mol?1and Γ = 1.35 kJ mol?1. Compound 3 has been obtained as a microcrystalline powder. The magnetic properties of 3 point at the occurrence of ferromagnetic coupling below 100 K and the onset of a ferromagnetic ordering below 10 K (Weiss constant equal to 6.8 K). The Mössbauer spectra of 3 show the occurrence of a magnetic order at T ? 4.2 K.  相似文献

Four mixed-ligand complexes, cis-Rh[(bipy)(HDPA)Cl2]Cl (1), cis-[Rh(phen)(HDPA)Cl2]Cl (2), cis-[Rh(bipy)(DPA)Cl2] (3), and cis-[Rh(phen)(DPA)Cl2] (4) (where bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenantroline, HDPA = 2,2′-dipyridylamine, and DPA = the deprotonated form of 2,2′-dipyridylamine) have been synthesized and characterized. In slightly acidic solution and at low temperature (77 K), both complexes 1 and 2 show a broad, symmetric and structureless red emission with microsecond lifetime identified as dd* phosphorescence. In slightly basic solution, the deprotonated complexes (3 and 4) exhibit a broad and asymmetric blue emission, showing no vibrational structure with a lifetime in the order of microseconds. Emission of complex 3 reveals a blue shift of 0.81 μm−1 compared to the emission of complex 1 and that of complex 4 shows a blue shift of 0.77 μm−1 with respect to complex 2. Electrochemical data have also been obtained for the four complexes in CH3CN. There are two reduction peaks observed for both complexes 1 and 2. Each peak is followed by a one-electron reduction at the metal, with an elimination of chloride during each reduction step, which is in consistent with the dd* phosphorescence assignment for the two complexes. For complexes 3 and 4, only a one-electron reduction process occurs at the metal with an elimination of chloride. Based on the luminescence and electrochemical data, the emission of complexes 3 and 4 are assigned as πd* phosphorescence. Results from density functional theory (DFT) calculations provide theoretical evidence in support of this πd* assignments.  相似文献

The synthesis and structures of isomeric lithium diamine-bis(phenolate) complexes are reported. Deprotonation of the ligands, H2O2NN′tBu [Me2NCH2CH2N(CH2ArOH)2, Ar = 3,5-C6H2-tBu2] and H2O2N2tBu [HOArCH2NMeCH2CH2NMeCH2ArOH, Ar = 3,5-C6H2-tBu2], in diethyl ether affords base-free lithium complexes Li2O2NN′tBu (1) and Li2O2N2tBu (2) upon solvent removal. The dioxane adduct of (1) exhibits a polymeric structure in the solid-state, whereas the dioxane adduct of (2) possesses a dimeric structure. The syntheses of K2O2NN′tBu (3), K2O2N2tBu (4), Zr(O2NN′tBu)Cl2 (5) and Y(O2NN′tBu)Cl(THF), (6), are also reported. The transition metal complexes were isolated in good yields via salt metathesis reactions using 1 or 3.  相似文献

Treatment of the tetradentate (NNNN) N-alkylaminopyrazole ligands 3,6-dimethyl-1,8-(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)-3,6-diazaoctane (ddad) and 1,4-bis[2-(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)ethyl]piperazine (bedp) with [PdCl2(CH3CN)2] in a 1:1 M/L ratio in acetonitrile produces [Pd2Cl4(L)] and [PdCl2(L)] (L = ddad and bedp). Treatment of the corresponding complex [PdCl2(L)] (L = ddad, bedp) in the presence of AgBF4 in CH2Cl2/methanol (2:1) or NaBF4 in acetonitrile gives [Pd(L)](BF4)2. The Pd(II) complexes have been characterised by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, IR and 1H and 13C{1H} NMR spectroscopies when possible. The X-ray structure of the complex [Pd(ddad)]Cl2 · 3H2O has been determined. The Pd(II) is coordinated to the ddad ligand by two nitrogen atoms of pyrazolyl groups and two nitrogen atoms of the amine groups, in a slightly distorted square-planar geometry.  相似文献

We report the synthesis and magnetic properties of three hexametallic Mn clusters: [Mn6O2(Et-sao)6(O2C-Naphth)2(EtOH)4(H2O)2] (1) (HO2C-Naphth = 1-naphthoic acid, Et-saoH2 = 2-hydroxyphenylpropanone oxime), [Mn6O2(Et-sao)6(O2C-Anthra)2(EtOH)4(H2O)2] · 0.66EtOH · 0.33H2O (HO2C-Anthra = anthracene-9-carboxylic acid) (2 · 0.66EtOH · 0.33H2O) and [Mn6O2(Et-sao)6(O2CPhCCH)2(EtOH)4(H2O)2] · 1.7EtOH · 0.3H2O (HO2CPhC  CH = 4-ethynylbenzoic acid) (3 · 1.7EtOH · 0.3H2O). Clusters 13 exhibit ferromagnetic exchange between all six MnIII centres resulting in S = 12 ground spin states. Ac magnetic susceptibility and single crystal micro-SQUID measurements on 13 confirm SMM behaviour with barriers to magnetisation reversal of 60.12 (1), 60.10 (2) and 66.79 (3) K.  相似文献

[RuCl3(NO)(P–P)], [P–P = R2P(CH2)nPR2 (n = 1–3) and R2P(CH2)POR2, PR2–CHCH–PR2, R = Ph and (C6H11)2P-(CH2)2-P(C6H11)2] were obtained and characterized by 31P {1H} NMR, IR spectroscopies and cyclic voltammetry. The structures of fac-[RuCl3(NO)(P–P)], P–P = dppm (1), dppe (2), c-dppen (3) and dppp (4), mer-[RuCl3(NO)(dcpe)] (6a) and mer-[RuCl3(NO)(dppmO)] (7) have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Photochemical isomerization of fac- to mer-[RuCl3(NO)(P–P)] was observed under white light in a CH2Cl2 solution and in solid state. The isomerization processes were followed by IR and 31P {1H} spectra. The mer-[RuCl3(15NO)(dppb)] isomer was used for the definition of the phosphorus atoms in the structure of the complex in solution. The electrochemical study shows that the oxidation/reduction processes observed in these complexes are dependent on both the isomer (fac or mer) and the solvent. In CH2Cl2, the NO+ reduction potentials are less negative for the mer-isomers than for the fac ones, while in CH3CN solvent these potentials are, in general, very close for both isomers.  相似文献

[ReOX3(PPh3)2] complexes (X = Cl and Br) react with equivalent amounts of 2-hydroxypyridine (Hhp) under formation of the mono-substituted, zwitterionic complexes mer-[ReOCl3(Hhp)(PPh3)] (1) and mer-[ReOBr3(Hhp)(PPh3)] (2). Crystal structure determinations of 1 · CH2Cl2 and 2 revealed the Cl and Br ligands adopt a mer arrangement. The Hhp ligands coordinate neutral and monodentate via their exocyclic oxygen atoms in axial positions, trans to the oxo groups. The distorted octahedral coordination sphere of the rhenium(V) complexes is completed by the phosphorus atom of the remaining PPh3 ligand.  相似文献

A series of compounds which contain pyrazole, thiazole and naphthalene ring (1a7a, 1b7b, 1c7c, 1d7d) were firstly synthesized and their anti-proliferative activity, EGFR inhibitory activity, cytotoxicity and inhibition to Hela cell migration were evaluated. Compound 2-(3-(3,4-dimethylphenyl)-5-(naphthalen-2-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)thiazol-4(5H)-one (7d) displayed the most potent inhibitory activity (IC50 = 0.86 μM for Hela and IC50 = 0.12 μM for EGFR). Structure–activity relationship (SAR) analysis showed that the anti-proliferative activity was affected by A-ring-substituent (–OCH3 > –CH3 > –H > –Br > –Cl > –F). Docking simulation of compound 7d into EGFR active site showed that naphthalene ring of 7d with LYS721 formed two pπ bonds, which enhanced antitumor activity. Therefore, compound 7d may be developed as a potential antitumor agent.  相似文献

Rh(I) carbene complexes of [RhX(bmim)(η4-1,5-cod)] type (bmim = 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium cation, X = Cl 2, Br 3, I 4), obtained in the reaction of [Rh(OMe)(η4-1,5-cod)]2 (1) with [bmim]X ionic liquids, catalyzed polymerization of phenylacetylene (PA) to cis-polyphenylacetylene (PPA) in CH2Cl2 and in ionic liquids. The yield of PPA increased and molecular weight (Mw) decreased after addition of phosphorus ligands PPh3 or P(OPh)3. Complex 4 reacted with P(OPh)3 giving cis-[RhI(bmim)(P(OPh)3)2] (5) complex which catalyzed oligomerization but not polymerization of PA.  相似文献

Two new tirucallane triterpenoids, 21-methoxy-21,23-epoxy-tirucalla-7,24-dien-3α-ol (1) and 21-methoxy-21,23-epoxy-tirucalla-7,24-diene-1α,3α-diol (2), together with thirteen known compounds were isolated from the CH2Cl2 extract of the stem bark of Araliopsis synopsis. The structures of the compounds were determined by comprehensive analyses of their 1D and 2D NMR, mass spectral (EI and ESI) data and comparison with previously known analogs. Compounds 110 were tested against bacteria, fungi and plant pathogen oomycetes by the paper disk agar diffusion assay resulting in missing to low activities corresponding with MICs > 1 mg/mL. However, compounds 510 exhibited high cytotoxic activity against the human Caucasian prostate adenocarcinoma cell PC-3 line, with IC50 8.5–12.5 μM compared to the standard Doxorubicin with IC50 = 0.9 μM, while compounds 1, 3 and 4 showed low activity.  相似文献

Two μ-alkoxo-μ-carboxylato bridged dinuclear copper(II) complexes, [Cu2(L1)(μ-HCO2)] (1) ((H3L1 = 1,3-bis(5-bromosalicylideneamino)-2-propanol)), [Cu2(L2)(μ-HCO2)] · dmf (2) (H3L2 = 1,3-bis(3,5-chlorosalicylideneamino-2-propanol)), and two μ-alkoxo-μ-dicarboxylato doubly bridged tetranuclear copper(II) complexes, [{Cu2(L3)}2(μ-O2C–C(CH3)2–CO2)] · 5H2O · 3CH3OH (3) ((H3L3 = 1,3-bis(salicylid-deneamino)-2-propanol)) and [{Cu2(L3)}2(μ- O2CCH2–C6H4–CH2CO2)] · 2H2O (4) have been prepared and characterized. The single crystal X-ray analysis shows that the structures of complexes 1 and 2 are dimeric with two adjacent copper(II) atoms bridged by μ-alkoxo-μ-carboxylato ligands with the Cu⋯Cu distances and Cu–O(alkoxo)–Cu angles are 3.511 Å and 132.85° for 1, 3.517 Å and 131.7° for 2, respectively. Complexes 3 and 4 consist of μ-alkoxo-μ-dicarboxylato doubly bridged tetranuclear Cu(II) complexes with mean Cu–Cu distances and Cu–O–Cu angles of 3.158 Å and 108.05° for 3 and 3.081 Å and 104.76° for 4, respectively. Magnetic measurements reveal that 1 and 2 are strong antiferromagnetically coupled with 2J = −156 and −152 cm−1, respectively, while 3 and 4 exhibit ferromagnetic coupling with 2J = 86 and 155.2 cm−1, respectively. The 2J values of 14 are linearly correlated to the Cu–O–Cu angles. Dependence of the pH at 25 °C on the reaction rate of oxidation of 3,4-di-tert-butylcatechol (3,5-dtbc) to the corresponding quinone catalyzed by 14 was studied. Complexes 14 exhibit high catecholase-like activity at pH 9.0 and 25 °C for oxidation of 3,5-di-tert-butylcatechol.  相似文献

Nine acylated iridoid glycosides (19), five acylated rhamnopyranoses (1014) and verbascoside (15) were isolated from Gmelina arborea flowers, including 5 new compounds (1, 2, and 1012). The cytoprotective activity of 11 selected compounds (18, 10, 11, and 15) against CCl4-induced cytotoxicity on liver was determined. Compounds 1, 2, 4, 7, 8 and 15 displayed hepatoprotective activity. 6-O-α-l-(2″, 3″-di-O-trans-p-hydroxycinnamoyl)rhamnopyranosylcatalpol (2) exhibited the most potent cytoprotective effect with an EC50 value of 42.5 μM (SI = 19.3) compared with biphenyldimethylesterate (DDB, EC50 = 277.3 μM, SI = 9.8) and bicylo-ethanol (EC50 = 279.2 μM, SI = 12.2). Among the acylated iridoid glycosides, the compounds (2 and 8) containing phenolic hydroxy groups were more active than were those lacking them.  相似文献

The efficient synthesis of a new series of polyhydroxylated dibenzyl ω-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)alkylphosphonates as acyclic nucleotide analogues is described starting from dibenzyl ω-azido(polyhydroxy)alkylphosphonates and selected alkynes under microwave irradiation. Selected O,O-dibenzylphosphonate acyclonucleotides were transformed into the respective phosphonic acids. All compounds were evaluated in vitro for activity against a broad variety of DNA and RNA viruses and for cytostatic activity against murine leukemia L1210, human T-lymphocyte CEM and human cervix carcinoma HeLa cells. Compound (1S,2S)-16b exhibited antiviral activity against Influenza A H3N2 subtype (EC50 = 20 μM—visual CPE score; EC50 = 18 μM—MTS method; MCC >100 μM, CC50 >100 μM) in Madin Darby canine kidney cell cultures (MDCK), and (1S,2S)-16k was active against vesicular stomatitis virus and respiratory syncytial virus in HeLa cells (EC50 = 9 and 12 μM, respectively). Moreover, compound (1R,2S)-16l showed activity against both herpes simplex viruses (HSV-1, HSV-2) in HEL cell cultures (EC50 = 2.9 and 4 μM, respectively) and feline herpes virus in CRFK cells (EC50 = 4 μM) but at the same time it exhibited cytotoxicity toward uninfected cell (MCC  4 μM). Several other compounds have been found to inhibit proliferation of L1210, CEM as well as HeLa cells with IC50 in the 4–50 μM range. Among them compounds (1S,2S)- and (1R,2S)-16l were the most active (IC50 in the 4–7 μM range).  相似文献

A series of alkynylgold(I) bis(diphenylphosphino)alkyl- and aryl-amine complexes, [{Ph2PN(R)PPh2}Au2(CCR′)2] [R = nPr, R′ = Ph (1), C6H4OMe-p (2), C6H4Me-p (3), C6H4Cl-p (4); R = C6H4OMe-p, R′ = Ph (5)], has been synthesized. The X-ray crystal structures of 1 and 2 revealed the presence of short intramolecular Au⋯Au contacts with the distances of 2.8404(8) and 3.0708(7) Å.
