Siphonoids A–C (13), among which siphonoids A-B (1–2) are rare (E)-p-coumaroyl iridoids, were isolated from Siphonostegia chinensis along with ten known iridoids (413) and four lignans (14–17). The structures of the compounds were established by 1D- and 2D-NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Most of the iridoids isolated from S. chinensis were found to possess (E)-p-coumaroyl iridoid subtype skeletons. Hence, this type of iridoid could be regarded as a chemotaxonomic marker of S. chinensis. The inhibition activities for the NF-κB pathway of iridoids (16) were detected. The present results showed that compounds 12 and 4–6 processed moderate activity towards the inhibition of NF-κB.  相似文献

Three new aromatic compounds, identified as 1-(3′,4′-methylenedioxy-phenyl)-10-(3″-hydroxyphenyl)-decane (1), 1-(3′,4′-methylenedioxy-phenyl)-12-(3″-hydroxyphenyl)-dodecane (2), and 1-(3′,4′-methylenedioxy-phenyl)-12-(3″-hydroxyphenyl)-6Z-dodecylene (3), along with six known compounds (4–9) were isolated from the 95% EtOH extract of Homalomena occulta. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral methods Compounds 4–9 were isolated for the first time from this plant. Compounds 1–3 exhibited inhibitory activity against BACE1, with IC50 values of 0.82–1.09 μmol/L.  相似文献

Two new flavonoids, fistulaflavonoids B and C (1–2), together with five known flavonoids (3–7) were isolated from the bark and stems of Cassia fistula. Their structures were determined by means of HRESIMS, extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic studies and chemical evidences. The anti-tobacco mosaic virus (anti-TMV) activity of the isolated flavonoids was also evaluated. The results showed that compounds 1 and 2 showed high anti-TMV activity with inhibition rate of 28.5% and 31.3%, which is higher than that of Ningnanmycin (24.7%). Compounds 4–7 showed modest anti-TMV activity with inhibition rate of 18.5%, 22.7%, 16.4%, and 15.3%, respectively.  相似文献

Three new arylbenzofurans, 7-methoxy-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-methyl-5-(3-prenyl)-benzofuran (1), 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-methyl-5-(3-prenyl)-benzofuran-7-ol (2), 2-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-methyl-5-(3-prenyl)benzofuran-7-ol (3), along with four known arylbenzofurans (47) were isolated from the fermentation products of an endophytic Phomopsis sp. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including extensive 1D- and 2D-NMR techniques. In addition, compounds 17 were tested for their anti-tobacco mosaic virus (anti-TMV) activity. The results showed that compound 3 exhibited obvious anti-TMV activity with inhibition rate of 35.2% better than that of positive control (31.8%). The other compounds also showed potential anti-TMV activity with inhibition rates in the range of 18.6–25.7%, respectively.  相似文献

Three new flavones, tabaflavones A–C (1–3), together with three known flavones (4–6), were isolated from the leaves of Nicotiana tabacum. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques. Compounds 1–6 were evaluated for their anti-tobacco mosaic virus (anti-TMV) activities. The results showed compound 1 exhibited moderate anti-TMV activity with inhibition rate of 29.2%, which is close to that of the positive control. The other compounds also showed the anti-TMV activities with inhibition rates in the range of 14.2–20.8%.  相似文献

Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including extensive 1D- and 2D NMR techniques. Compounds 13 were evaluated for their anti-tobacco mosaic virus (anti-TMV) activities. Five new phenanthrene glycosides, denneanosides A–E (15), and one new 9,10-dihydrophenanthrene glycoside, denneanoside F (6) were isolated from the stem of Dendrobium denneanum. The chemical structures of the new compounds were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data. The isolated compounds were evaluated for their in vitro cytotoxic activity against SNU387 hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. Compounds 13 showed moderate cytotoxic activities while compounds 46 showed weak activities.  相似文献

Three new arylbenzofurans, 2-(7-methoxy-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-methylbenzofuran-5-yl)ethanol (1), 4-(5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-7-methoxy-3-methylbenzofuran-2-yl)phenol (2), and 2-(6-methoxy-2-(4- methoxyphenyl)-3-methylbenzofuran-5-yl)ethanol (3), together with three known ones (46) were isolated from the whole plant of Lavandula angustifolia. Their structures were determined by means of HRESIMS and extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic studies. Compounds 13 and 5 were tested for their anti-tobacoo mosaic virus (TMV) activities, and Compounds 1–6 were tested for their cytotoxicity activities. In our assay, Compounds 1–3 showed high anti-TMV activity with inhibition rate of 38.2, 35.2, and 34.0%, which superior to positive control Ningnanmycin. Compounds 16 also showed weak inhibitory activities against some tested human tumor cell lines with IC50 values in the range of 2.2–8.2 μM.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the ethanolic extract from the leaves of Cinnamomum parthenoxylon (Jack) Meisn. led to the isolation of (3R, 4R, 3′R, 4′R)-6,6′-dimethoxy-3, 4, 3′, 4′-tetrahydro-2H, 2′H-[3, 3′]bichromenyl-4, 4′-diol (1), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (2), 1,2,4-trihydroxybenzene (3), kaempferol-3-O-α-l-rhamnoside (4), herbacetin (5), quercetin-3-O-α-l-rhamnoside (6), daucosterol (7), and β-sitosterol (8). The structures were established by extensive analysis of their MS and NMR spectroscopic data and comparison with literature data. In the present research, all of the isolated compounds 18 are reported for the first time in the species C. parthenoxylon. Compounds 16 were firstly isolated from genus Cinnamomum. Compounds 1, 3, 5 and 6 have not been reported from any species in Lauraceae family. The chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds is discussed.  相似文献

Three new phenolic glycosides 2-(3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) ethanol 1-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), 2-(4-O-β-d-fructopyranosylphenyl) ethanol 1-O-β-d-galactopyranoside (2) and 3-methoxy-4-O-β-d-allopyranosyl acetophenone (3), along with nine known compounds (4–12), were isolated from the ethanol extract of the whole plant of Aconitum tanguticum (Maxim.) Stapf. Their structures were elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data including 1D-, 2D-NMR and HRESIMS, and the reported literature data comparison. All the compounds were evaluated for their potential anti-inflammatory effects by the inhibition of TNF-α production on LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages. Compounds 1, 3, 5 and 79 showed certain inhibition activity and their IC50 values were 38.18, 27.64, 3.25, 84.45, 12.76 and 18.44 μg/mL, respectively.  相似文献

Three new β-resorcylic acid derivatives, compounds 1–3, along with six known analogues (49) were isolated from an endophytic fungus Lasiodiplodia sp. ZJ-HQ1 derived from medicinal plant Acanthus ilicifolius. Their structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis, high resolution mass spectrometric (HREIMS) data, and X-ray crystallography. The absolute configurations of compounds 1 and 2 were determined by the modified Mosher’s method. Compounds 1–7 showed more potent inhibitory effects against α-glucosidase activity than the clinical α-glucosidase inhibitor acarbose.  相似文献

With the aim of searching for new bioactive metabolites from medicinal plants, three new biphenyls, tababiphenyls G–I (13), together with four known ones (4–7) were isolated from the leaves of Nicotiana tabacum. Their structures were elucidated by extensive NMR and MS spectroscopic analyses. All the isolated compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against NB4, A549, SHSY5Y, PC3, and MCF7 human cancer cell lines, and some of them showed moderate inhibitory activities against several human tumor cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 2.8 to 9.4 μM.  相似文献

Lomatogonium carinthiacum (Wulfen) Rchb. (Gentianaceae) is an annual plant which used in the Mongolian system of medicine against liver and bile diseases. In the present study, three flavones (1–3), four xanthones (4–7), and two iridoids (8, 9) were isolated and identified. Among them, compounds 35, 7, 8 were firstly isolated from the species L. carinthiucum, compounds 3-5 were isolated from the genus Lomatogonium for the first time. 4′-O-β-d-Glucopyranosyl-quercetin-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-glucopyra-noside (3) was isolated from Helminthostachys zeylanica root extract as a melanogenesis acceleration compound and was synthesized using rutin as the starting material. Related compounds were also synthesized to understand the structure–activity relationships in melanin biosynthesis.Melanogenesis activities of the glycosides were determined by measuring intracellular melanin content in B16 melanoma cells. Among the synthesized quercetin glycosides, quercetin-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), quercetin-3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-glucopyranoside (2), and 3 showed more potent intracellular melanogenesis acceleration activities than theophyline used as positive control in a dose-dependent manner with no cytotoxic effect.  相似文献

Three anthracenones (13), two lactams (45), three sterols (68), one ceramides (9), one long-strain fatty acid (10) were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Xylaria euglossa Fr. All the compounds were isolated from this fungus for the first time. Compound 1, 4 and 5 were isolated from the family Xylariaceae for the first time. In this study, we isolated two new monoterpenoids hookerinoids A and B (1 and 2; rare arranged nonglycosidic bis-iridoids) and hookerinoid C (3; a novel norursane-type triterpenoid) in addition to two known compounds, 11,12-epoxy-2,6-dihydroxy-24-norursa-1,4-dien-3-on-2-on-(28  13)-olide (4) and rivularicin (5), from Pterocephalus hookeri. The structures of 1–3 were established using one-dimensional and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and high-resolution electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry. All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Bis-iridoids isolated from P. hookeri possessed secoiridoid/iridoid subtype skeletons. Therefore, bis-iridoids can be considered chemotaxonomic markers of P. hookeri. The origins of the new compounds (1–3) were postulated and their inhibitory activities on a nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB) pathway were assayed; 1 and 2 showed obvious activity in inhibiting NF-κB.  相似文献

Three new norditerpenoids alkaloids, 1β-hydroxy,14β-acetyl condelphine (1), jadwarine-A (2), jadwarine-B (3) along with two known alkaloids isotalatizidine hydrate (4) and dihydropentagynine (5) were isolated from medicinal plant Delphinium denudatum. The structures of natural products 15 were established on the basis of HR-EIMS, 1H and 13C NMR (1D & 2D) spectroscopic data as well as by comparison from literature data. The structures of compound 1 and 4 were also confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. In-vitro AChE and BChE enzyme inhibitory activities of compounds 15 and molecular docking studies were performed to investigate the possible molecular inhibitory mechanism of the isolated natural products. Compound 2, 4 and 5 showed competitive inhibitory effects by inhibiting AChE and BChE, respectively, while 1 and 3 showed non-competitive inhibition. This work is the first report that provides a supporting evidence about the use of constituents of Delphinium denudatum in cerebral dementia and Alzheimer diseases.  相似文献
