When H2O-exchanged, lyophilized mouse epidermal growth factor (mEGF) is dissolved in deuterium oxide at low pH (i.e., below approximately 6.0), 13 well-resolved, amide proton resonances are observed in the downfield region of an NMR spectrum (500 MHz). Under the conditions of these experiments, the lifetimes of these amide protons in exchange for deuterons of the deuterium oxide solvent suggest that these amide protons are hydrogen-bonded, backbone amide protons. Several of these amide proton resonances show splittings (i.e., JNH alpha-CH) of approximately 8-10 Hz, indicating that their associated amide protons are in some type of beta-structure. Selective nuclear Overhauser effect (NOE) experiments performed on all amide proton resonances strongly suggest that all 13 of these backbone amide protons are part of a single-tiered beta-sheet structural domain in mEGF. Correlation of 2D NMR correlated spectroscopy data, identifying scaler coupled protons, with NOE data, identifying protons close to the irradiated amide protons, allows tentative assignment of some resonances in the NOE difference spectra to specific amino acid residues. These data allow a partial structural model of the tiered beta-sheet domain in mEGF to be postulated.  相似文献

The molecular structure of 3,3-difluoro-5 alpha-androstane-17 beta-ol acetate was analyzed by 1H, 13C, and 19F nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) techniques; two-dimensional NMR was used to assigned 1H and 13C resonances. The 1H NMR spectrum in deuterated chloroform shows three sharp singlets (delta = 0.74, 0.79, and 2.00 ppm) integrating for three protons each, an isolated triplet at 4.55 ppm integrating for one proton, and overlapping multiplets between 0.72 and 2.12 ppm integrating for 31 protons. The 13C spectrum shows 18 resonances between 10 and 55 ppm, and three additional resonances at 82.9, 124.0, and 171.5 ppm. The 19F[1H] spectrum shows two sets of doublets (observed 2J = 150 Hz) at 5.00 and -4.80 ppm. Multiplets arising from 19F-13C J-coupling provide the starting assignment for all resonances by means of 1H homonuclear correlation (COSY) and 1H-13C heteronuclear correlation spectroscopy.  相似文献

The spin-lattice relaxation time (T1) of water protons in mouse muscle was studied from 10(4) to 10(8) Hz at several temperatures, and the deuteron T1 of muscle water was studied from 2.0 X 10(3) to 1.54 X 10(7) Hz at several temperatures. Proton T1's of muscle and brain water with different D2O contents were measured at 25 degrees C and 35 MHz. From the results of variable frequency and temperature measurements and the data of isotope substitution, it is concluded that the major relaxation mechanism for the protons in muscle water is the intermolecular dipolar interaction between the protons of the macromolecules and the protons of the water molecules in the hydration layer. It is also suggested that the relaxation of deuterons can be accounted for a very small fraction of water molecules directly hydrogen-bonded to the macromolecules.  相似文献

13C has become an important tracer isotope for studies of intermediary metabolism. Information about relative flux through pathways is encoded by the distribution of 13C isotopomers in an intermediate pool such as glutamate. This information is commonly decoded either by mass spectrometry or by measuring relative multiplet areas in a 13C NMR spectrum. We demonstrate here that groups of glutamate 13C isotopomers may be quantified by indirect detection of protons in a 2D HMQC-TOCSY NMR spectrum and that fitting of these data to a metabolic model provides an identical measure of the 13C fractional enrichment of acetyl-CoA and relative anaplerotic flux to that given by direct 13C NMR analysis. The sensitivity gain provided by HMQC-TOCSY spectroscopy will allow an extension of 13C isotopomer analysis to tissue samples not amenable to direct 13C detection (∼10 mg soleus muscle) and to tissue metabolites other than glutamate that are typically present at lower concentrations.  相似文献

We have directly assigned the 1H NMR corresponding to the cysteinyl protons, the slowly exchangeable protons, and the aromatic ring protons in the 1H NMR spectrum of Clostridium acidi-urici ferredoxin by isotopic labeling and 13C NMR decoupling techniques. We also show that the resonance pattern in the 8- to 20-ppm (from 2,2-dimethyl-2-sialapentanesulfonic acid) region of the 1H NMR spectra of oxidized Clostridium acidi-urici, Clostridium pasteurianum, Clostridium perfringens, and Peptococcus aerogenes ferredoxins are very similar, and we assign the resonances in this region by analogy with the spectrum of C. acidi-urici ferredoxin. The 1H NMR spectra of the beta protons of the cysteinyl residues of these ferredoxins differ, however, from the 1H NMR spectra of equivalent beta protons of the methylene carbon atoms bonded via a sulfur atom to [4Fe-4S] clusters in synthetic inorganic analogues. In the spectra of the synthetic compounds, the beta protons appear as a single resonance shifted 10 ppm from its unbonded reference position. In the spectra of oxidized clostridial ferredoxins, the cysteinyl beta protons appear as a series of at least eight resolved resonances with shifts that range from 6 to 14 ppm, relative to the free amino acid resonance position. This difference in the spectra of the protein and the synthetic compounds probably results from the fact that the equivalent beta protons of the synthetic compounds are not constrained and are free to rotate and thus assume the same average orientation with respect to the [4Fe-4S] cluster. The shift pattern in the 9- to 14-ppm region is identical in three different clostridial ferredoxins. This suggests that the molecular environments of the corresponding cysteinyl residues are identical. Significant differences in the resonance positions occur, however, in the 14- to 18-ppm region, suggesting that the physical environments of these cysteinyl residues differ. This may reflect differences in the orientation of the corresponding cysteinyl residues relative to the [4Fe-4S] clusters or differences in charge density at the cysteinyl beta protons or both. The slowly exchangeable protons were identified by comparing the 1H NMR spectra of ferredoxins reconstituted in H2O and 2H2O. The remaining resonances in the 8- to 20-ppm region were assigned to each of the 2 tyrosyl residues in C. acidi-urici ferredoxin. This was done by comparing the 1H NMR spectra of C. acidi-urici [(3',5'-2H2)Tyr]ferredoxin and C. acidi-urici [PHE2]ferredoxin with that of C. acidi-urici native ferredoxin.  相似文献

We present heteronuclear three-dimensional gradient-NMR techniques for the resonanceassignment of exchangeable (-OH and -NH) protons in uniformly 13C isotopically enrichedoligosaccharides and for the measurement of 1H-1H nuclear Overhauser enhancementsinvolving these protons. These techniques are derived from conventional HOHAHA-HSQCand NOESY(ROESY)-HSQC experiments, and are illustrated in application to a sample ofuniformly 13C-enriched Gal1-4GlcNAc, and demonstrate that a total of 35 ROEs involvingexchangeable protons can be detected and assigned. We present a quantitative analysis ofthese ROEs that can only be accommodated in a model of the solution behaviour of theoligosaccharide that involves considerable internal motion.  相似文献

Astronauts can be exposed to charged particles, including protons, alpha particles and heavier ions, during space flights. Therefore, studying the biological effectiveness of these sparsely and densely ionizing radiations is important to understanding the potential health effects for astronauts. We evaluated the mutagenic effectiveness of sparsely ionizing 55 MeV protons and densely ionizing 32 MeV/nucleon nitrogen ions using cells of two human-hamster cell lines, A(L) and A(L)C. We have previously characterized a spectrum of mutations, including megabase deletions, in human chromosome 11, the sole human chromosome in the human-hamster hybrid cell lines A(L)C and A(L). CD59(-) mutants have lost expression of a human cell surface antigen encoded by the CD59 gene located at 11p13. Deletion of genes located on the tip of the short arm of 11 (11p15.5) is lethal to the A(L) hybrid, so that CD59 mutants that lose the entire chromosome 11 die and escape detection. In contrast, deletion of the 11p15.5 region is not lethal in the hybrid A(L)C, allowing for the detection of chromosome loss or other chromosomal mutations involving 11p15.5. The 55 MeV protons and 32 MeV/nucleon nitrogen ions were each about 10 times more mutagenic per unit dose at the CD59 locus in A(L)C cells than in A(L) cells. In the case of nitrogen ions, the mutations observed in A(L)C cells were predominantly due to chromosome loss events or 11p deletions, often containing a breakpoint in the pericentromeric region. The increase in the CD59(-) mutant fraction for A(L)C cells exposed to protons was associated with either translocation of portions of 11q onto a hamster chromosome, or discontinuous or "skipping" mutations. We demonstrate here that A(L)C cells are a powerful tool that will aid in the understanding of the mutagenic effects of different types of ionizing radiation.  相似文献

In order to study the structure of the methylglucose-containing polysaccharide (MGP) of Mycobacterium smegmatis by NMR spectroscopy, we have prepared the model compound O-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 leads to 2)-D-glyceric acid. This compound, which represents the aglycon-containing terminus of MGP, was made from leucorse [O-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 leads to 5)-D-fructopyranose] by successive treatment with sodium borohydride, lead tetraacetate, and hypobromite. The structure of O-alpha-D-glucopyranosy.-(1 leads to 2)-D-glyceric acid was confirmed by chemical and enzymic methods. 13C and 1H NMR spectra of this compound, together with spectra of several disaccharides, were obtained for future reference in the polysaccharide study. The nine resonances in the 13C spectrum were assigned by comparison with the spectrum of methyl alpha-D-glucopyranoside. Analysis of the 1H NMR spectrum showed that the two methylene protons on C-3 of the glycerate moiety were less equivalent in the sodium salt than in the acid. This may be attributable to hydrogen bonding between the carboxylate and the hydrogen atom of the glycerate 3-hydroxyl group.  相似文献

The anisotropy of the spin-lattice relaxation time (T1) and the spin-spin relaxation times (T2) of water protons in skeletal muscle tissue have been studied by the spin-echo technique. Both T1 and T2 have been measured for the water protons of the tibialis anterior muscle of mature male rats for theta = 0, 55, and 90 degrees, where theta is the orientation of the muscle fiber with respect to the static field. The anisotropy in T1 and T2 has been measured at temperatures of 28, -5 and -10 degrees C. No significant anisotropy was observed in the T1 of the tissue water, while an average anisotropy of approximately 5% was observed in T2 at room temperature. The average anisotropy of T2 at -5 and -10 degrees C was found to be approximately 2 and 1.3%, respectively.  相似文献

The electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectrum of an intermediate freeze trapped during the steady state of the reaction catalyzed by the adenosylcobalamin (AdoCbl)-dependent enzyme, methylmalonyl-CoA mutase, has been studied. The EPR spectrum is that of a hybrid triplet spin system created as a result of strong electron-electron spin coupling between an organic radical and the low-spin Co(2+) in cob(II)alamin. The spectrum was analyzed by simulation to obtain the zero-field splitting (ZFS) parameters and Euler angles relating the radical-to-cobalt interspin vector to the g axis system of the low-spin Co(2+). Labeling of the substrate with (13)C and (2)H was used to probe the identity of the organic radical partner in the triplet spin system. The patterns of inhomogeneous broadening in the EPR signals produced by [2'-(13)C]methylmalonyl-CoA and [2-(13)C]methylmalonyl-CoA as well as line narrowing resulting from deuterium substitution in the substrate were consistent with those expected for a succinyl-CoA radical wherein the unpaired electron was centered on the carbon alpha to the free carboxyate group of the rearranged radical. The interspin distance and the Euler angles were used to position this product radical into the active site of the enzyme.  相似文献

Conformation of the antifreeze glycoprotein of polar fish   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
High-field proton and 13C NMR spectroscopy has been used to test and refine the recent proposal, based on vacuum uv circular dichroism results, of a threefold left-handed helical conformation for antifreeze glycoprotein (AFGP). Partial assignment of the protons of the glycotripeptide repeating unit has been made by comparison with spectra of model compounds, by selective decoupling, and by measurements of nuclear Overhauser effect (nOe). At 40 degrees C, AFGP fraction 8 (Mr 2600) shows 2-Hz linewidths which broaden at lower temperature. Neither 1H nor 13C chemical shifts depend strongly on temperature, suggesting no abrupt conformational transition. The nOe between alanine alpha and beta protons vary with temperature and with field strength, from small positive enhancements at 50 degrees C and 80 MHz to large negative effects at 3 degrees C and 300 MHz, indicating a substantial change of rotational correlation time with temperature. The higher-molecular-weight fraction 1-4 shows negative nOe at all temperatures. The CD spectra of fraction 1-4 show bands characteristic of the polyproline II structure at both 3 and 50 degrees C, while those bands in fraction 8 are weaker at 50 than 3 degrees C. The 1H nOe, the 13C T1, and CD data are interpreted as indicating that AFGP fraction 8 is an extended "rod-like" conformation at low temperature which becomes a flexible coil at high temperature, while fraction 1-4 is a flexible rod with sufficient segmental mobility to eliminate any long-range order.  相似文献

Magic-angle spinning 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) have been employed to study 50%-by-weight aqueous dispersions of 1-octadecanoyl-2-decanoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (C[18]:C[10]PC) and 1-octadecanoyl-2-d19-decanoyl-PC (C[18]:C[10]PC-d19), mixed-chain phospholipids which can form interdigitated multibilayers. The 1H NMR linewidth for methyl protons of the choline headgroup has been used to monitor the liquid crystalline-to-gel (LC-to-G) phase transition and confirm variations between freezing and melting temperatures. Both 1H and 13C spin-lattice relaxation times indicate unusual restrictions on segmental reorientation at megahertz frequencies for C(18):C(10)PC as compared with symmetric-chain species in the LC state; nevertheless each chemical moiety of the mixed-chain phospholipid exhibits motional behavior that may be classified as liquidlike. Two-dimensional nuclear Overhauser spectroscopy (NOESY) on C(18):C(10)PC and C(18):C(10)PC-d19 reveals cross-peaks between the omega-methyl protons of the C18 chain and the N-methyl protons of the phosphocholine headgroup, and several experimental and theoretical considerations argue against an interpretation based on spin diffusion. Using NMR relaxation times and NOESY connectivities along with a computational formalism for four-spin systems (Keepers, J. W., and T. L. James. 1984. J. Magn. Reson. 57:404-426), an estimate of 3.5 A is obtained for the average distance between the omega-methyl protons of the C18 chain and the N-methyl protons of the phosphocholine headgroup. This finding is consistent with a degree of interdigitation similar to that proposed for organized assemblies of gel-state phosphatidylcholine molecules with widely disparate acyl-chain lengths (Hui, S. W., and C.-H. Huang. 1986. Biochemistry. 25:1330-1335); however, acyl-chain bendback or other intermolecular interactions may also contribute to the NOESY results. For multibilayers of C(18):C(10)PC in the gel phase, 13C chemical-shift measurements indicate that trans conformers predominate along both acyl chains. 13C Spin-lattice relaxation times confirm the unusual motional restrictions noted in the LC state; nevertheless, 13C and 1H rotating-frame relaxation times indicate that the interdigitated arrangement enhances chain or bilayer motions which occur at mid-kilohertz frequencies.  相似文献

Rotational frame nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy (ROESY) and (13)C NMR measurements were carried out to study the molecular interaction between maltodextrin, a digestive byproduct of starch, and an anionic surfactant. Significant differences in chemical shifts were observed when sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was introduced into the maltodextrin (DE 10) solutions. (13)C NMR measurement indicated that there were downfield shifts and broadening of peaks, especially in the region of 75-81 and 100-103 ppm, which were assigned to carbons 1 and 4 of the d-glucopyranose residues of maltodextrin, respectively. ROESY spectra indicated cross-peaks between the SDS and maltodextrin protons. These peaks can arise only in the case of the designated SDS protons and maltodextrin protons being less than 0.5 nm apart for a substantial period of time. The most intense cross-peaks are those between the central CH(2) protons of SDS near 1.2 ppm and the maltodextrin protons ranging from 3.5 to 3.9 ppm. The SDS-H3 CH(2) protons were resolved from the bulk of the SDS protons, with peaks and shoulders at 1.25 ppm, which indicated an especially strong interaction of the SDS hydrophobic tail with MD6 and some less intense interactions with MD2, 4, and 5.  相似文献

The solvent protection of the amide backbone in bovine insulin fibrils was studied by FT-IR spectroscopy. In the mature fibrils, approximately 85 +/- 2% of amide protons are protected. Of those "trapped" protons, a further 25 +/- 2 or 35 +/- 2% is H-D exchanged after incubation for 1 h at 1 GPa and 25 degrees C or 0.1 MPa and 100 degrees C, respectively. In contrast to the native or unfolded protein, fibrils do not H-D exchange upon incubation at 65 degrees C. A complete deuteration of H(2)O-grown fibrils occurs when the beta-sheet structure is reassembled in a 75 wt % DMSO/D(2)O solution. Our findings suggest a densely packed environment around the amide protons involved in the intermolecular beta-sheet motive. In disagreement with the concept of "amyloid fibers as water-filled nanotubes" [Perutz, M. F., et al. (2002) Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 99, 5591-5595], elution of D(2)O-grown fibrils with H(2)O is complete, which is reflected by the vanishing of D(2)O bending vibrations at 1214 cm(-)(1). This implies the absence of "trapped water" within insulin fibrils. The rigid conformations of the native and fibrillar insulin contrast with transient intermediate states docking at the fibrils' ends. Room-temperature seeding is accompanied by an accelerated H-D exchange in insulin molecules in the act of docking and integrating with the seeds, proving that the profound structural disruption is the sine qua non of forming an aggregation-competent conformation.  相似文献

Glucose uptake in human and animal muscle cells in culture   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
Human muscle cells were grown in culture from satellite cells present in muscle biopsies and fusion-competent clones were identified. Hexose uptake was studied in fused myotubes of human muscle cells in culture and compared with hexose uptake in myotubes of the rat L6 and mouse C2C12 muscle cell lines. Uptake of 2-deoxyglucose was saturable and showed an apparent Km of about 1.5 mM in myotubes of all three cell types. The Vmax of uptake was about 6000 pmol/(min.mg protein) in human cells, 4000 pmol/(min.mg protein) in mouse C2C12 muscle cells, and 500 pmol/(min.mg protein) in L6 cells. Hexose uptake was inhibited approximately 90% by cytochalasin B in human, rat, and mouse muscle cell cultures. Insulin stimulated 2-deoxyglucose uptake in all three cultures. The hormone also stimulated transport of 3-O-methylglucose. The sensitivity to insulin was higher in human and C2C12 mouse myotubes (half-maximal stimulation observed at 3.5 X 10(-9) M) than in rat L6 myotubes (half-maximal stimulation observed at 2.5 X 10(-8) M). However, insulin (10(-6) M) stimulated hexose uptake to a larger extent (2.37-fold) in L6 than in either human (1.58-fold) or mouse (1.39-fold) myotubes. It is concluded that human muscle cells grown in culture display carrier-mediated glucose uptake, with qualitatively similar characteristics to those of other muscle cells, and that insulin stimulates hexose uptake in human cells. These cultures will be instrumental in the study of human insulin resistance and in investigations on the mechanism of action of antidiabetic drugs.  相似文献

We had previously proposed that organic cations are transported across the brush-border membrane in the canine kidney by a H+ exchange (or antiport) system (Holohan, P.D. and Ross, C.R. (1981) J. Pharmacol. Exp. Ther. 216, 294-298). In the present report, we demonstrate that in brush-border membrane vesicles the transport of organic cations is chemically coupled to the countertransport of protons, by showing that the uphill or concentrative transport of a prototypic organic cation, N1-methylnicotinamide (NMN), is chemically coupled to the flow of protons down their chemical gradient. In a reciprocal manner, the concentrative transport of protons is coupled to the counterflow of organic cations down their concentration gradient. The transport of organic cations is monitored by measuring [3H]NMN while the transport of protons is monitored by measuring changes in acridine orange absorbance. The functional significance of the coupling is that a proton gradient lowers the Km and increases the Vmax for NMN transport.  相似文献

Structural studies have been extended to dual lesions where an exocyclic adduct is positioned opposite an abasic site in the center of a DNA oligomer duplex. NMR and energy minimization studies were performed on the 1,N2-propanodeoxyguanosine exocyclic adduct (X) positioned opposite a tetrahydrofuran abasic site (F) with the dual lesions located in the center of the (C1-A2-T3-G4-X5-G6-T7-A8-C9).(G10-T11-A12-C-13-F14-C15 -A16-T17-G-18) X.F 9-mer duplex. Two-dimensional NMR experiments establish that the X.F 9-mer helix is right-handed with Watson-Crick A.T and G.C base pairing on either side of the lesion site. NOEs are detected from the methylene protons of the exocyclic ring of X5 to the imino protons of G4.C15 and G6.C13 which flank the lesion site, as well as to the H1' and H1" protons of the cross strand F14 tetrahydrofuran moiety. These NMR results establish that the exocyclic adduct X5 is positioned between flanking G4.C15 and G6.C13 base pairs and directed toward the abasic lesion F14 on the partner strand. These studies establish that the exocyclic ring of the 1,N2-propanodeoxyguanosine adduct fits into the cavity generated by the abasic site.  相似文献

A four-dimensional 13C/13C-edited NOESY experiment is described which dramatically improves the resolution of protein NMR spectra and enables the straightforward assignment of nuclear Overhauser effects involving aliphatic and/or aromatic protons in larger proteins. The experiment is demonstrated for uniformly (greater than 95%) 13C-labeled interleukin 1 beta, a protein of 153 residues and 17.4 kDa, which plays a key role in the immune response. NOEs between aliphatic and/or aromatic protons are first spread out into a third dimension by the 13C chemical shift of the carbon atom attached to the originating proton and subsequently into a fourth dimension by the 13C chemical shift of the carbon atom attached to the destination proton. Thus, each NOE cross peak is labeled by four chemical shifts. By this means, ambiguities in the assignment of NOEs that arise from chemical shift overlap and degeneracy are completely removed. Further, NOEs between protons with the same chemical shifts can readily be detected providing their attached carbon atoms have different 13C chemical shifts. The design of the pulse sequence requires special care to minimize the level of artifacts arising from undesired coherence transfer pathways, and in particular those associated with "diagonal" peaks which correspond to magnetization that has not been transferred from one proton to another.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

The hydrogen-bonded NH resonances of Baker's yeast tRNAphe in H2O solution with Mg++ have been measured by a 360 MHz spectrometer at 23 degrees C. Totally, fifteen peaks and one shoulder can be resolved which represent 25 +/- 1 protons. Based on the refined atomic coordinates of the tRNAphe in the orthorhombic crystal, on the recent advances in the distance dependence of the ring-current magnetic field effects and on the adopted values for the isolated hydrogen-bonded NH resonances, a computed spectrum consisting of 23 protons was constructed. A quantitative comparison by computer was made between the computed spectrum and the spectrum simulated from the observed spectrum. These two spectra are closely similar but not identical. We suggest that the conformation of yeast tRNAphe in aqueous solution is closely similar but not identical to that found in the crystal, especially in the T psi C region and D region. Also the NH resonances in 3-4 proposed hydrogen bonds (most likely for tertiary structure) may exchange very rapidly in aqueous solution.  相似文献

We have previously found that glycolysis and gluconeogenesis occur in separate "compartments" of the VSM cell. These compartments may result from spatial separation of glycolytic and gluconeogenic enzymes (Lloyd and Hardin [1999] Am J Physiol Cell Physiol. 277:C1250-C1262). We have also found that an intact plasma membrane is essential for compartmentation to exist (Lloyd and Hardin [2000] Am J Physiol Cell Physiol. 278:C803-C811), suggesting that glycolysis and gluconeogenesis may be associated with distinct plasma membrane microdomains. Caveolae are one such microdomain, in which proteins of related function colocalize. Thus, we hypothesized that membrane-associated glycolysis occurs in association with caveolae, while gluconeogenesis is localized to non-caveolae domains. To test this hypothesis, we disrupted caveolae in vascular smooth muscle (VSM) of pig cerebral microvessels (PCMV) with beta methyl-cyclodextrin (CD) and examined the metabolism of [2-(13)C]glucose (a glycolytic substrate) and [1-(13)C]fructose 1,6-bisphosphate (FBP, a gluconeogenic substrate in PCMV) using (13)C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Caveolar disruption reduced flux of [2-(13)C]glucose to [2-(13)C]lactate, suggesting that caveolar disruption partially disrupted the glycolytic pathway. Caveolae disruption may also have resulted in a breakdown of compartmentation, since conversion of [1-(13)C]FBP to [3-(13)C]lactate was increased by CD treatment. Alternatively, the increased [3-(13)C]lactate production may reflect changes in FBP uptake, since conversion of [1-(13)C]FBP to [3-(13)C]glucose was also elevated in CD-treated cells. Thus, a link between caveolar organization and metabolic organization may exist.  相似文献
