Abstract: Prosaposin, a 517-amino-acid glycoprotein, not only acts as the precursor of saposin A, B, C, and D but also possesses neurotrophic activity to rescue hippocampal CA1 neurons from ischemic damage in vivo and to promote neurite extension of neuroblastoma cells in vitro. Recently, the trophic activity of prosaposin on human neuroblastoma cells has been shown to reside in the NH2-terminal hydrophilic sequence (LIDNNRTEEILY) of the human saposin C. Here we show that prosaposin, saposin C, and a peptide comprising the 18-amino-acid sequence (18-mer peptide; LSELIINNATEELLIKGL) located in the NH2-terminal hydrophilic sequence of the rat saposin C-domain promoted survival and neurite outgrowth of cultured rat hippocampal neurons in a dose-dependent manner. Moreover, infusion for 7 days of the 18-mer peptide into the lateral ventricle of gerbils, starting either 2 h before or immediately after 3 min of forebrain ischemia, protected ischemia-induced learning disability and hippocampal CA1 neuronal loss. Thus, we ascribe the in vitro and in vivo trophic actions of prosaposin on hippocampal neurons to the linear 18-mer sequence and raise the possibility that this peptide can be used as an agent for the treatment of forebrain ischemic damage.  相似文献

Pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide (PACAP) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) concentration (0.001-1000 nM)-dependently stimulated cyclic AMP production in rat primary neuronal and glial cell (astrocyte) cultures. The actions of both peptides were much more pronounced in astrocytes than in neuronal cultures. Stimulatory effects of PACAP and VIP on cyclic AMP formation were significantly smaller in cell cultures subjected to 24h lasting hypoxic conditions, induced either chemically (100 microM cobalt chloride) or by low 3% oxygen hypoxia, compared to the normoxic condition (95% air and 5% CO(2)). This picture contrasted with the effects of forskolin that were similar under normoxic and hypoxic conditions. It is suggested that hypoxia leads to changes in PACAP- and VIP-driven cyclic AMP-dependent signaling in the rat brain by influencing molecular processes likely occurring at the level of receptor protein or receptor-Gs protein coupling.  相似文献

Nonneuronal cells mediate neurotrophic action of vasoactive intestinal peptide   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10
The developmental regulation of neuronal survival by vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) was investigated in dissociated spinal cord-dorsal root ganglion (SC-DRG) cultures. Previous studies demonstrated that VIP increased neuronal survival in SC-DRG cultures when synaptic transmission was blocked with tetrodotoxin (TTX). This effect was further investigated to determine if VIP acted directly on neurons or via nonneuronal cells. For these studies, SC-DRG cells were cultured under conditions designed to provide preparations enriched for a particular cell type: astrocyte-enriched background cell (BG) cultures, meningeal fibroblast cultures, standard mixed neuron-nonneuron (STD) cultures, and neuron-enriched (N) cultures. Addition of 0.1 nM VIP to TTX-treated STD cultures for 5 d prevented the TTX-mediated death and the death that occurred naturally during development in culture, whereas the same treatment on N cultures did not prevent neuronal cell death. Conditioned medium from VIP-stimulated BG cultures prevented neuronal cell death when added to the medium (10% of total volume) of N cultures treated with TTX. The same amount of conditioned medium from BG cultures that were not treated with VIP had no protective action on N cultures. Conditioned medium from N or meningeal fibroblast cultures, either with or without VIP treatment, did not prevent TTX-mediated cell death in N test cultures. These data indicate that VIP increases the availability of neurotrophic survival-promoting substances derived from nonneuronal cultures, the most likely source being astroglial cells. This study suggests that VIP has a role in mediating a neuron-glia-neuron interaction that influences the trophic regulation of neuronal survival.  相似文献

Summary Rotating-wall vessels (RWVs) allow for the cultivation of cells in simulated microgravity. Previously, we showed that the cultivation of lymphoblastoid cells in simulated microgravity results in the suppression of Epstein—Barr virus (EBV) reactivation. To determine if the suppression generated by simulated microgravity could be reversed by changing to static culture conditions, cells were cultured in an RWV for 5 d, and then switched to static conditions. Following the switch to static conditions, viral reactivation remained suppressed (significantly lower) relative to static control cultures over a 4-d period. Additionally, experiments were conducted to determine if chemical treatment could induce viral reactivation in cells from simulated-microgravity cultures. Cells were cultured in static flask cultures and in simulated microgravity in RWVs for 4–7 d. The cells were then transferred to 50-cm3 tubes, and treated with 3 mM n-butyrate for 48 h, or 18 ng/ml of phorbol ester, viz., 12-0-tetradecanoylphorbol-13 acetate (TPA) for either 2 or 48 h, under static conditions. Although EBV was inducible, the cells from simulated-microgravity cultures treated withn-butyrate displayed significantly lower levels of viral-antigen expression compared with the treated cells from static cultures. Also, incubation with TPA for 2–3 h, but not for 48 h, reactivated EBV in cells from RWV cultures. In contrast, EBV was inducible in cells from static cultures treated for either 2–3 or 48 h with TPA. TPA reactivation of EBV following a 2–3-h period of treatment indicates that the protein kinase C signal-transduction pathway is not impaired in lymphoblastoid cells cultured in simulated microgravity. However, the exposure of B-lymphoblastoid cells from simulated-microgravity cultures to TPA for more than 3–4 h triggered a lytic event (apoptosis or necrosis), which prevented replication of the virus. Thus, EBV-infected cells in simulated microgravity were negatively selected in the absence of any cytotoxic cells.  相似文献

The chronological order of responses to Cladosporium fulvum (Cooke) (Cf) race-specific elicitors was assessed in cotyledons of three near-isogenic tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) lines carrying either Cf-9 or Cf-2 or no Cf gene. The responses observed were dependent on the presence of a Cf gene, Avr-gene product dose injected, and the relative humidity (RH) of the growth chamber. At ambient RH, superoxide formation and lipid peroxidation occurred after 2 h (Cf9) and 4 h (Cf2). At elevated RH (98%) and at lower avirulence elicitor dose, Cf-Avr-dependent lipid peroxidation was considerably attenuated. Significant electrolyte leakage occurred by 18 h but only at the lower RH. Total glutathione levels began to increase 2 to 4 h and 4 to 8 h after challenge of Cf9 and Cf2 cells, respectively, and by 48 h reached 665 and 570% of initial levels. A large proportion of this accumulation (87%) was as oxidized glutathione. When the RH was increased to 98%, increases in glutathione levels were strongly attenuated. Increased lipoxygenase enzyme activity was detected 8 h postchallenge in either incompatible interaction. These results indicate that the activation of the Cf-Avr-mediated defense response results in severe oxidative stress.  相似文献

Abstract: l -DOPA is toxic to catecholamine neurons in culture, but the toxicity is reduced by exposure to astrocytes. We tested the effect of l -DOPA on dopamine neurons using postnatal ventral midbrain neuron/cortical astrocyte cocultures in serum-free, glia-conditioned medium. l -DOPA (50 µ M ) protected against dopamine neuronal cell death and increased the number and branching of dopamine processes. In contrast to embryonically derived glia-free cultures, where l -DOPA is toxic, postnatal midbrain cultures did not show toxicity at 200 µ M l -DOPA. The stereoisomer d -DOPA (50–400 µ M ) was not neurotrophic. The aromatic amino acid decarboxylase inhibitor carbidopa (25 µ M ) did not block the neurotrophic effect. These data suggest that the neurotrophic effect of l -DOPA is stereospecific but independent of the production of dopamine. However, l -DOPA increased the level of glutathione. Inhibition of glutathione peroxidase by l -buthionine sulfoximine (3 µ M for 24 h) blocked the neurotrophic action of L-DOPA. N -Acetyl- l -cysteine (250 µ M for 48 h), which promotes glutathione synthesis, had a neurotrophic effect similar to that of l -DOPA. These data suggest that the neurotrophic effect of l -DOPA may be mediated, at least in part, by elevation of glutathione content.  相似文献

Dibutyryl cyclic AMP (DBC) and Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) have both been shown to enhance in vitro neuronal maturation in embryonic sensory ganglia. Since microfilaments and microtubules are known to be involved in neurite elongation, embryonic chick dorsal root ganglia have been treated with cytochalasin B and colcemid in the presence of these growth promoters (DBC or NGF). Established 48-hr cultures show drastic neurite retraction when treated with either inhibitor. The treatment of cultures with DBC or NGF in the presence of colcemid reverses the inhibitive effects and normal elongation occurs. The growth stimulators, however, are unable to effectively reverse the action of cytochalasin B. These data suggest that increased microtubule assembly is involved in DBC and NGF stimulation of neurite elongation, and hence provide further support for the suggestion that cyclic AMP mediates some of the actions of NGF.  相似文献

The occurrence, nature and prevention of ammonia-induced cell death were assayed in cultured primary cortical neurons from newborn rats. Treatment with 1-10 mM ammonium chloride for 24 or 48 h, dose-dependently decreased neuronal survival (MTT assay) and GSH/GSSG ratio in the cultures, whereas total GSH content was significantly reduced only with 10mM ammonia. Treatment with a glutathione synthesis inhibitor, buthionyl sulfoximine (BSO) (10 microM), decreased the GSH content and GSH/GSSG ratio to a degree similar to that of 10 mM ammonia, but it did not decrease cell survival in control cells. This indicates that glutathione depletion per se is not a cause of ammonia-induced neuronal death. However, ammonia-induced decrease of cell viability was attenuated by incubation with glutathione diethyl ester (GEE), which transiently increased the intracellular GSH level in both control and ammonia-treated cells. Neuronal survival in the presence of ammonia was partly improved by the NMDA receptor antagonists MK-801 and APV. Morphological analysis revealed that ammonia treatment causes both apoptotic and non-apoptotic neuronal death, the former not being inhibited by MK-801. Apoptosis was the dominant type of cell death at 10mM ammonia, as concluded both from morphologic examination and the absence of survival improvement in the presence of GABA+nipecotic acid or taurine, model anti-excitotoxic treatments of cortical neurons. The mechanism underlying apoptosis may include inhibition of a survival kinase, Akt, whose activatory phosphorylation at Ser473 is reduced in neurons treated with 10 mM, but not 1 mM ammonia.  相似文献

In this study we have investigated the mechanisms leading to mitochondrial damage in cultured neurons following sustained exposure to nitric oxide. Thus, the effects upon neuronal mitochondrial respiratory chain complex activity and reduced glutathione concentration following exposure to either the nitric oxide donor, S-nitroso-N-acetylpenicillamine, or to nitric oxide releasing astrocytes were assessed. Incubation with S-nitroso-N-acetylpenicillamine (1 mM) for 24 h decreased neuronal glutathione concentration by 57%, and this effect was accompanied by a marked decrease of complex I (43%), complex II–III (63%), and complex IV (41%) activities. Incubation of neurons with the glutathione synthesis inhibitor, l-buthionine-[S,r]-sulfoximine caused a major depletion of neuronal glutathione (93%), an effect that was accompanied by a marked loss of complex II–III (60%) and complex IV (41%) activities, although complex I activity was only mildly decreased (34%). In an attempt to approach a more physiological situation, we studied the effects upon glutathione status and mitochondrial respiratory chain activity of neurons incubated in coculture with nitric oxide releasing astrocytes. Astrocytes were activated by incubation with lipopolysaccharide/interferon-γ for 18 h, thereby inducing nitric oxide synthase and, hence, a continuous release of nitric oxide. Coincubation for 24 h of activated astrocytes with neurons caused a limited loss of complex IV activity and had no effect on the activities of complexes I or II–III. However, neurons exposed to astrocytes had a 1.7-fold fold increase in glutathione concentration compared to neurons cultured alone. Under these coculture conditions, the neuronal ATP concentration was modestly reduced (14%). This loss of ATP was prevented by the nitric oxide synthase inhibitor, NG-monomethyl-L-arginine. These results suggest that the neuronal mitochondrial respiratory chain is damaged by sustained exposure to nitric oxide and that reduced glutathione may be an important defence against such damage.  相似文献

Depletion of glutathione in the substantia nigra is one of the earliest changes observed in Parkinson's disease (PD) and could initiate dopaminergic neuronal degeneration. Nevertheless, experimental glutathione depletion does not result in preferential toxicity to dopaminergic neurons either in vivo or in vitro. Moreover, dopaminergic neurons in culture are preferentially resistant to the toxicity of glutathione depletion, possibly owing to differences in cellular glutathione peroxidase (GPx1) function. However, mesencephalic cultures from GPx1-knockout and wild-type mice were equally susceptible to the toxicity of glutathione depletion, indicating that glutathione also has GPx1-independent functions in neuronal survival. In addition, dopaminergic neurons were more resistant to the toxicity of both glutathione depletion and treatment with peroxides than nondopaminergic neurons regardless of their GPx1 status. To explain this enhanced antioxidant capacity, we hypothesized that tetrahydrobiopterin (BH(4)) may function as an antioxidant in dopaminergic neurons. In agreement, inhibition of BH(4) synthesis increased the susceptibility of dopaminergic neurons to the toxicity of glutathione depletion, whereas increasing BH(4) levels completely protected nondopaminergic neurons against it. Our results suggest that BH(4) functions as a complementary antioxidant to the glutathione/glutathione peroxidase system and that changes in BH(4) levels may contribute to the pathogenesis of PD.  相似文献

S100B protein in brain is produced primarily by astrocytes, has been used as a marker for brain injury and has also been shown to be neurotrophic and neuroprotective. Using a well characterized in vitro model of brain cell trauma, we examined the potential role of exogenous S100B in preventing delayed neuronal injury. Neuronal plus glial cultures were grown on a deformable Silastic membrane and then subjected to strain (stretch) injury produced by a 50 ms displacement of the membrane. We have previously shown that this injury causes an immediate, but transient, nuclear uptake of the fluorescent dye propidium iodide by astrocytes and a 24-48 h delayed uptake by neurons. Strain injury caused immediate release of S100-beta with further release by 24 and 48 h. Adding 10 or 100 nm S100B to injured cultures at 15 s, 6 h or 24 h after injury reduced delayed neuronal injury measured at 48 h. Exogenous S100B was present in the cultures through 48 h. These studies directly demonstrate the release and neuroprotective role of S100B after traumatic injury and that, unlike most receptor antagonists used for the treatment of trauma, S100B is neuroprotective when given at later, more therapeutically relevant time points.  相似文献

Increasing evidence indicates that both the angiotensin II (ANG II) and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) systems play a very important role in the regulation of blood pressure (BP). However, there is little information concerning the interactions between these two systems in the nucleus tractus solitarii (NTS). In the present study, we examined the effects of ANG II on GABAA and GABAB receptor (GAR and GBR) expression in the NTS of Sprague-Dawley rats. The direct effect of ANG II on GBR expression was determined in neurons cultured from NTS. Treatment of neuronal cultures with ANG II (100 nM, 5 h) induced a twofold increase in GBR1 expression, as detected with real-time RT-PCR and Western blots, but had no effect on GBR2 or GAR expression. In electrophysiological experiments, perfusion of neuronal cultures with the GBR agonist baclofen decreased neuronal firing rate by 39% and 63% in neurons treated with either PBS (control) or ANG II, respectively, indicating that chronic ANG II treatment significantly enhanced the neuronal response to GBR activation. In contrast, ANG II had no significant effect on the inhibitory action of the GAR agonist muscimol. In whole animal studies, intracerebroventricular infusion of ANG II induced a sustained increase in mean BP and an elevation of GBR1 mRNA and protein levels in the NTS. These results indicate that ANG II stimulates GBR expression in NTS neurons, and this could contribute to the central nervous system actions of ANG II that result in dampening of baroreflexes and elevated BP in the central actions of ANG II.  相似文献

Sulbutiamine is a highly lipid soluble synthetic analogue of vitamin B1 and is used clinically for the treatment of asthenia. The aim of our study was to demonstrate whether sulbutiamine is able to attenuate trophic factor deprivation induced cell death to transformed retinal ganglion cells (RGC-5). Cells were subjected to serum deprivation for defined periods and sulbutiamine at different concentrations was added to the cultures. Various procedures (e.g. cell viability assays, apoptosis assay, reactive oxygen species analysis, Western blot analysis, flow cytometric analysis, glutathione (GSH) and glutathione-S-transferase (GST) measurement) were used to demonstrate the effect of sulbutiamine. Sulbutiamine dose-dependently attenuated apoptotic cell death induced by serum deprivation and stimulated GSH and GST activity. Moreover, sulbutiamine decreased the expression of cleaved caspase-3 and AIF. This study demonstrates for the first time that sulbutiamine is able to attenuate trophic factor deprivation induced apoptotic cell death in neuronal cells in culture.  相似文献

Primary cultures of adult rat dorsal root ganglia (DRG) sensory neurons were used to determine whether bradykinin and prostaglandins E? (PGE?), E? (PGE?) or I? (PGI?) stimulate long-term calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) mRNA accumulation and peptide release. Treatment (24 h) of neurons with either bradykinin or PGE?, significantly increased CGRP mRNA content and iCGRP release. However, PGE? or PGI? was without effect. Exposure of the cultured neurons to increasing concentrations of bradykinin or PGE? demonstrated that the stimulation of CGRP expression was concentration-dependent, while time-course studies showed that maximal levels of CGRP mRNA accumulation and peptide release were maintained for at least 48 h. Treatment of the neuronal cultures with a bradykinin B? receptor antagonist significantly inhibited the bradykinin-induced increase in CGRP expression and release. In addition, preincubation of neuronal cultures with the cyclooxygenase inhibitor indomethacin did not alter the PGE?-mediated stimulation of CGRP but blocked completely the bradykinin-induced increase in CGRP production. Therefore, these data indicate that bradykinin and PGE? can regulate the synthesis and release of CGRP in DRG neurons and that the stimulatory effects of bradykinin on CGRP are mediated by a cyclooxygenase product(s). Thus, these findings suggest a direct relationship between chronic alterations in bradykinin/prostaglandin production that may arise from pathophysiological causes and long-term changes in CGRP expression.  相似文献

Energy deficit after traumatic brain injury (TBI) may alter ionic homeostasis, neurotransmission, biosynthesis, and cellular transport. Using an in vitro model for TBI, we tested the hypothesis that stretch-induced injury alters mitochondrial membrane potential (delta(psi)m) and ATP in astrocytes and neurons. Astrocytes, pure neuronal cultures, and mixed neuronal plus glial cultures grown on Silastic membranes were subjected to mild, moderate, and severe stretch. After injury, delta(psi)m was measured using rhodamine-123, and ATP was quantified with a luciferin-luciferase assay. In astrocytes, delta(psi)m dropped significantly, and ATP content declined 43-52% 15 min after mild or moderate stretch but recovered by 24 h. In pure neurons, delta(psi)m declined at 15 min only in the severely stretched group. At 48 h postinjury, delta(psi)m remained decreased in severely stretched neurons and dropped in moderately stretched neurons. Intracellular ATP content did not change in any group of injured pure neurons. We also found that astrocytes and neurons release ATP extracellularly following injury. In contrast to pure neurons, delta(psi)m in neurons of mixed neuronal plus glial cultures declined 15 min after mild, moderate, or severe stretch and recovered by 24-48 h. ATP content in mixed cultures declined 22-28% after mild to severe stretch with recovery by 24 h. Our findings demonstrate that injury causes mitochondrial dysfunction in astrocytes and suggest that astrocyte injury alters mitochondrial function in local neurons.  相似文献

Pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide (PACAP), a neuropeptide that acts through G protein-coupled receptors, exerts neuroprotective effects upon many neuronal populations. However, the intracellular signaling mechanisms that account for PACAP's trophic effects are not well characterized. Here we have tested the possibility that PACAP uses neurotrophin signaling pathways. We have found that PACAP treatment resulted in an increase in TrkA tyrosine kinase activity in PC12 cells and TrkB activity in hippocampal neurons. The activation of TrkA receptors by PACAP required at least 1 h of treatment and did not involve binding to nerve growth factor. Moreover, PACAP induced an increase in activated Akt through a Trk-dependent mechanism that resulted in increased cell survival after trophic factor withdrawal. The increases in Trk and Akt were blocked by K252a, an inhibitor of Trk receptor activity. In addition, transactivation of TrkA receptors by PACAP could be inhibited with PP1, an inhibitor of Src family kinases or BAPTA/AM, (1,2-bis(2-aminophenoxy)ethane-N,N,N,N-tetraacetic acid acetoxymethyl ester), an intracellular calcium chelator. Therefore, PACAP can exert trophic effects through a mechanism involving Trk receptors and utilization of tyrosine kinase signaling. This ability may explain several neuroprotective actions of PACAP upon neuronal populations after injury, nerve lesion, or neurotrophin deprivation.  相似文献

Excessive activation of excitatory amino acid receptors has been implicated in neuronal death in a number of central nervous system insults. We have here investigated, the time course and mechanisms of kainate (KA)- induced neuronal death in immature organotypic hippocampal slice cultures (OHCs) using Fluoro-Jade B (FJB) staining as a marker of cell death, and immunoblotting, immunocytochemistry, and electron microscopy as methods to clarify the mechanisms. After 6 KA treatment (5 microM), no significant neuronal death was detected in any hippocampal subregion, whereas the treatment of 12, 24, and 48 h resulted in neuronal death in the CA3 regions, but not in CA1. The 48 h resting period in normal medium after KA-treatment did not rescue the cells but further increased the number of dead neurons in CA3 as compared to the corresponding acute phase. In Western blotting, the expression levels of the active, 17 kDa form of caspase-3, and the 84-85 kDa cleaved fragment of poly(ADP ribose)polymerase (PARP) were not altered from the control levels. Moreover, no active caspase-3 labelled cells were detected in immunocytochemical study 24 h after KA treatment either in the acute or resting groups. Electron microscopy showed non-apoptotic injury in the CA3a/b pyramidal neurons in KA-treated slices. Our results suggest that KA-induced neuronal death in immature OHCs is a strictly region-specific, irreversible, necrotic process.  相似文献

Using the N18-RE-105 neuroblastoma X retina cell line, we previously described Ca2(+)-dependent quisqualate-type glutamate toxicity caused by the inhibition of high-affinity cystine uptake, leading to glutathione depletion and accumulation of cellular oxidants. We now demonstrate that primary cultures of rat cortical neurons (E17; 24-72 h in culture), but not glia, also degenerate when exposed to culture medium with reduced cystine or containing competitive inhibitors of cystine uptake, including glutamate. At this developmental stage, neurotoxicity did not occur as a consequence of continuous exposure to glutamate receptor subtype agonists, N-methyl-D-aspartate, kainate, or 2(RS)-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionate. However, those that inhibited neuronal cystine uptake--quisqualate, glutamate, homocysteate, beta-N-oxalyl-L-alpha,beta-diaminopropionic acid, and ibotenate--were neurotoxic. Toxicity related to quisqualate did not correlate with the development of quisqualate-stimulated phosphatidylinositol turnover. The toxic potencies of glutamate, quisqualate, and homocysteate were inversely proportional to the concentration of cystine in the medium, suggesting that they competitively inhibit cystine uptake. Autoradiographic analysis of the cellular localization of L-[35S]cystine uptake indicated that embryonic neurons have a high-affinity transport system that is sensitive to quisqualate, whereas non-neuronal cells in the same cultures have a low-affinity system that is insensitive to quisqualate but potently blocked by D-aspartate and glutamate. Exposure to glutamate or homocysteate resulted in a time-dependent depletion of the cellular antioxidant glutathione. The centrally acting antioxidant idebenone and alpha-tocopherol completely blocked the neurotoxicity resulting from glutamate exposure. We propose that competitive inhibition of cystine transport and reduction of extracellular cystine levels result in neuronal cell death due to accumulation of cellular oxidants.  相似文献

Neurotrophic factors have been shown to potentiate necrotic neuronal death in cortical cultures. In this study we characterized the death induced by various oxidative insults and tested the effects of neurotrophic factors on that death. Treatment with fibroblast growth factor-2, neurotrophin-4, or insulin-like growth factor-1 potentiated neuronal cell death induced by iron-citrate (Fe) or buthionine sulfoximine (BSO), but not ethacrynic acid (EA). Neuronal death induced by each insult was blocked by the free radical scavenger, trolox. An analysis of the death indicated that Fe and BSO induced necrotic cell death, while EA induced apoptotic cell death. BSO and EA caused decreased cellular glutathione levels, whereas Fe had no effect on glutathione levels. Neurotrophic factors had no effect on the changes in glutathione. The results indicate that oxidative insults can induce either apoptotic or necrotic death and that the effects of neurotrophic factors are dependent on the type of cell death.  相似文献
