苔草属复序苔草亚属十四种植物叶片的解剖学研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
选择中国复序苔草亚属6组4亚组的代表植物14种,进行了叶片解剖学研究,观察了其横切面 和表皮特征,证明上述特征在各类群之间存在差异,具有一定的系统学意义。这14种植物叶片的横切 面和表皮都具有一些原始的性状,表明复序苔草亚属中的植物可能在苔草属中是较原始的。在所观察 的植物中,Sect.Polystachyae植物叶片解剖学特征比较一致,说明此组的建立比较合理;而Sect.Indicae 组已有明显分化,尤其是Carex scaposa C.B.Clarke和C.densifimbriata Tang et S.Y.Liang 与其它植物明显不同,而且其外部形态特征在复序苔草亚属中也比较独特,因此赞成将它们及其近缘类群做为一个组而非亚组。  相似文献

中国苔草属二柱苔草亚属的系统总览及植物地理学的研究   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
本文对我国苔草属二柱苔草亚属Subgen.Vignea作了系统排列,并提出以下几点的看法: 1.二柱苔草亚属是苔草属中比较自然的一个类群,我国有48种、7亚种和1变种,隶属于16个组。根据Takhtajan的世界植物区划,将它们分成4种成分,即:(1)环北方植物地区成分,占总数的20.4%;(2)东亚植物地区成分,占总数的55.5%。实际上,只有4个分类群出现于中国-喜马拉雅森林植物亚区,而其余的都均分布于中国-日本森林植物亚区,并且在这一亚区内有8个特有成分,占特有成分总数的61.5%;显然,中国二柱苔草亚属在中国-日本森林植物亚区内的分化较其他地区更为强烈;(3)伊朗—吐兰植物地区成分,占总数的16.7%;(4)印度支那植物地区成分和印度植物地区成分,占总数的7.4%。 2.高节苔草C.thomsonii和云雾苔草C.nubigena类群是Subgen.Vignea中较为原始的种类,它们为印度支那植物地区和印度植物地区成分。这样非但Subgen.Indocarex原始类群分布于东南亚和马来西亚,而Subgea.Vignea的原始类群也分布于东南亚,这也是对Nelmes提出Carex起源于印度-马来西亚地区的一个佐证。  相似文献

报道了国产苔草属,两亚属,7组中的16种植物在电子显微镜下果实表皮的特征和研究结果。根据种内个体间、组内种间以及亚属间的比较,作者认为在苔草属中,果实表皮显微特征在种内个体间比较稳定,变异很上;同组内种间表现出的较大相似性和不同组间存在的一定差异性。说明在组和组下等级的分类学处理以及在系统位置和亲缘关系的探讨上,果实显微特征具有重要的分类学价值。同时由于是微特征在各间甚至属间相互交叉和渗透,在划分  相似文献

以采自泰山的白颖苔草、披针叶苔草、青绿苔草和低矮苔草为材料,观察越冬期间田间适应性并测定低温胁迫下抗寒相关的生理指标,计算半致死温度(LT50),利用模糊隶属函数法对耐寒性进行综合评价.结果表明: 4种野生苔草属植物均能安全越冬,且翌春恢复生长良好,年绿期达到260~310 d,越冬期间枯叶率为12%~95%;LT50为-18.65~-11.74 ℃.随着低温胁迫的加剧,4种苔草的丙二醛(MDA)含量、游离脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性蛋白含量总体呈先上升后下降的趋势,可溶性糖含量呈上升趋势.除披针叶苔草表现为整体呈下降趋势外,其他3种苔草的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均呈先上升后下降的趋势.耐寒性相对较弱的白颖苔草较早地积累MDA、Pro和可溶性糖.可溶性蛋白含量在低温处理后期达到最大值,且苔草的耐寒性越强其峰值越小.在低温处理初期披针叶苔草SOD活性显著高于其他3种苔草.4种苔草属植物的耐寒性强弱为:披针叶苔草>青绿苔草>低矮苔草>白颖苔草.  相似文献

The taxonomy of the genus Kobresia is difficult and based on morphological characters. Achene micromorphology of the genus was studied with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and its taxonomic significance evaluated. A total of 39 species and subspecies of Kobresia were included. The shape of epidermal cells of achenes is usually polygonal or rectangular. The anticlinal walls of the epidermal cells are mostly straight, rarely sinuous. Generally, a silica platform is formed on the inner periclinal wall of achene epidermal cell, and 1–3 silica bodies protrude from the middle of the platform. Sometimes, satellite silica bodies exist around the central bodies. The silica platform may be solid or perforated by pits. The micromorphological characters of the achene epidermis vary between different taxa. However, some closely related taxa show similarities. Therefore, the micromorphology of the achene epidermis of Kobresia is valuable in understanding the taxonomy at infraspecific, specific and supraspecific levels in the genus.  相似文献

Micromorphological and anatomical characters of two Achillea L. species, A . phrygia Boiss. & Bal. and A. gypsicola Hub-Mor., which are endemic to Turkey, were investigated. It was observed that stem length, corymb width, number of capitula and median phyllary shape were diagnostic characters. In the anatomical studies, cross sections were taken from roots, stem and leaves. It was observed that roots of the investigated taxa had a secondary thickening. Endodermis and collenchyma layers were prominent in the stem of both taxa and they had a bifacial mesophyll while the layers of the mesophyll varied. Stomata were anomocytic in both species. We found that there was a significant difference in terms of width of epidermis cells and length of cortex cells in the root, epidermis width and length, collenchyma and parenchyma cells, endodermis length, diameter of trachea of stem, length of upper epidermis cells, width of lower epidermis cells, length of palisade parenchyma and spongy parenchyma cells, diameter of trachea and stomata length of leaf between the two taxa (p<0.05). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to describe the micromorphology of trichomes and achenes. In A. phrygia , long and eglandular trichomes were more dense on the stem and leaf epidermis. Achene micromorphological characteristics such as size, shape and achene coat were considered to be useful in separating the investigated species.  相似文献

采用扫描电子显微镜对青藏高原东缘风毛菊亚属中的16种植物果实表皮微形态特征进行观察,结果表明:(1)果皮纹饰类型为:条纹型,有隔条纹型和网纹型。(2)根据种内个体间、组内种间以及组间的比较, 认为在风毛菊亚属中, 果实表皮显微特征在种内个体间比较稳定, 变异很小; 同组内种间表现出较大的相似性而不同组间存在着一定差异。说明在组和组下等级的分类学处理以及在系统位置和亲缘关系的探讨上, 果实显微特征具有重要的分类学价值。  相似文献

Achene size and shape, surface sculpturing, and pericarp and testa wall structure of 23 Korean Saussurea spp. were investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and light microscopy to evaluate the infrageneric relationships and assess their systematic significance. Achene size categories and thickness of the testa epidermis were distinguished using biometric measurements. Four basic types of surface pattern were observed: (1) lineate; (2) striate; (3) reticulate; and (4) colliculate. Saussurea rorinsanensis was found to have some unique achene characteristics, such as a fusiform achene, uniform pappus, presence of epidermal hairs and tangentially elongated, narrow testa epidermal cells. The characteristic achene features for species were found to be achene size and shape, hilum position, surface sculpture, pappus composition, morphology of the pericarp wall and thickness of the testa epidermis. Based on 16 morphological and achene characters, a cladistic analysis resolved three well‐supported clades, with S. eriophylla as the first‐branching taxon. Saussurea pulchella and S. japonica, both belonging to Saussurea subgenus Theodorea, were distant from each other in the 50% majority rule consensus tree and the character distribution cladogram. This cladistic analysis of achene morphology and anatomy should be regarded as giving us a tentative picture of the phylogenetics of Saussurea, and this study may serve as a reference for future hypotheses and studies on the characterization and classification of Saussurea spp. in Korea.  相似文献

杜鹃属植物的分类历来都十分重视叶片表皮特征的分类学价值,无论是在各亚属之间还是在种及种下等级的划分中都很强调此类特征的作用。贵州省位于世界现代杜鹃分布中心边缘及向东部散布的过渡地带,省内自然分布的杜鹃种类资源丰富而又独具特色,包括很多尚未深入研究的特有类群。为进一步研究贵州杜鹃属植物的属下系统分类关系,该文对自然分布于贵州的30种杜鹃进行了叶背显微形态特征研究,其中有28种的叶背表皮特征为首次报道。研究材料全部来自采于贵州西北部百里杜鹃自然保护区内的杜鹃属植物,包括杜鹃亚属4种、糙叶杜鹃亚属1种、常绿杜鹃亚属22种、马银花亚属1种及映山红亚属2种,共计30种。研究方法为取成熟叶片处理后在JSM-6490型扫描电镜下对叶背表皮进行观测。叶背鳞片类型的划分方法参照前人工作。结果表明:这30种杜鹃叶片叶背表皮形态特征在电子显微镜下表现出明显的多样性,如有鳞类杜鹃具有鳞片而其他类群则无,叶表面有或无表皮毛,表皮毛排列稀疏或密生,气孔器未见或偶见,散生于乳突状或非乳突状突起之间,或角质层增厚气孔器下陷,内、外拱盖表面粗糙或光滑,气孔器周围有或无间断的条形突起,突起呈环状或羽状等,但在同一亚属或亚组中又呈现出或多或少的一致性。研究讨论表明,叶背表皮显微形态特征在杜鹃属植物的属下系统分类中具有重要的研究价值。  相似文献

利用扫描电子显微镜对国产莎草科飘拂草属4组18系42种1变种植物果皮微形态特征进行观察,并作了系统描述。研究表明,飘拂草属植物在纹饰类型,超微结构等方面存在着明显的种间差异,具有分类学意义。根据纹饰及微形态特征的不同,支持将褐鳞飘拂草和知风飘拂草各自作为独立的种。依照果皮纹饰的差异,飘拂草属可分为4种类型(1)瘤(疣)-网状复合纹饰;(2)瘤(疣)状纹饰;(3)网状纹饰;(4)脊-疣状复合纹饰。其中(1)和(3)类型的纹饰根据网脊曲直不同各自又可分为2个亚型。  相似文献

Cuticle micromorphology of the unusual Vietnamese pine, Pinus krempfii Lecomte, and three additional endemic southeast Asian species of Pinus L. (Pinaceae) is characterized for the first time. Taxa studied include (1) P. krempfii, typically placed in its own subgenus Ducampopinus (Chevalier) Ferré ex Little & Critchfield; (2) the endemic Vietnamese species Pinus dalatensis Ferré and (3) the southeast Asian species Pinus kwantungensis Chun ex Tsiang, both of subgenus Strobus; and (4) the widespread Asian species Pinus kesiya Royle ex Gordon of subgenus Pinus. The current and previous studies demonstrate that the genus Pinus and its subgenera are delimited by unique combinations of cuticular characters, although some of these characters may occur individually in other conifers. Cuticular micromorphology supports taxonomic assignment of P. krempfii to subgenus Strobus rather than to its own subgenus, a result that is also indicated by other anatomical studies and recent molecular studies. Sectional affinities of P. krempfii are usually with Parrya, subsection Krempfianae. An alternative classification of P. krempfii with subsection Gerardianae can be supported by micromorphological characters including broad cuticular bridges between stomata, details of the intercellular flanges of the epidermal cells, and usually an amphistomatic stomatal distribution. Features of other Asian species studied are consistent with their taxonomic assignments. The study demonstrates the utility of cuticle micromorphology to taxonomic delimitation within the family Pinaceae.  相似文献

The systematic significance of the morphological structure of achenes in the Himalayan–Tibetan Plateau endemic genera Soroseris, Syncalathium and Parasyncalathium is described and discussed. The achene surface sculpturing of 15 samples representing 13 species of the three genera was investigated using scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) to evaluate inter‐ and intrageneric relationships of the three genera. Characters such as cell arrangement, shape of the epidermis, type of ornamentation of the outer cell wall and degree of wax development are described. The results show that characters such as the shape of the epidermis and the type of ornamentation of the outer cell wall are distinct between the three genera and useful for species‐level classification. Parasyncalathium souliei differs from Syncalathium, in which it has traditionally been placed, in the short, stout beak of the achene and especially in the obscure outline of the epidermal cells and their long acuminate, steeple‐like, end walls. Combined with karyological and molecular data, the differences in achene morphology and sculpturing further support our recognition of Parasyncalathium as distinct from Syncalathium. 在光学显微镜下,对安徽省贝母属(Fritillaria L.)8种1变种,其中包括安徽贝母(F. anhuiensis)和宁国贝母(F. ningguoensis)各两个居群的植物叶片进行了解剖结构观察,结果发现:叶肉细胞均含有淀粉粒,近上表皮的叶肉细胞多为方形或圆柱状,较大,排列较紧密,近下表皮的叶肉细胞形状不规则,多有分枝,细胞间隙大;叶均无表皮毛等附属物,除铜陵黄花贝母(F. monantha var. tonglingensis)的下表皮细胞类似平行四边形外,其它种叶表皮细胞表面观为长方形或长条形,细胞长轴与叶脉平行,垂周壁为平直、浅波状或深波状;气孔器为Allium型,仅分布于下表皮,椭圆形,长轴与叶脉平行,单个随机分布,部分种保卫细胞两极有“T”形加厚。叶表皮细胞的形状,垂周壁式样,气孔器的类型等特征较为稳定,可以为贝母属内种的划分及系统演化关系的探讨提供实验证据。  相似文献
