从系统的角度界定了循环经济和矿区循环经济的内涵,提出了煤炭矿区循环经济系统的基本框架,并以能值分析法为基础构建了矿区循环经济系统生态效率评价指标体系与方法。运用所构建的评价指标体系与方法对山东某矿区进行了研究,得出该矿区循环经济系统2007—2011年5年间的能值效率变化趋势图和生态效率指数趋势图,研究结果与该矿区的实际发展趋势基本一致。表明运用能值分析法所建立的评价指标体系具有较强的有效性,并且对煤炭矿区发展循环经济、提高生态效率具有重要指导意义和参考价值。  相似文献

随着我国煤电基地建设进程的不断加快,煤电基地建设与开发活动引起的环境问题也日趋严重。了解生态环境质量现状,评估其对生态系统与人民健康水平的影响,制定合理的保护、治理、恢复策略是煤电基地环境保护工作的重中之重,而生态环境监测是解决上述问题的基础。然而,现有的监测技术体系普遍存在自动化水平较低、成本较高、时空覆盖面较低等问题。鉴于物联网技术在提高信息采集效率和改善信息获取方式方面的作用日益显著,所以将物联网技术应用于煤电基地生态环境监测,从感知层、传输层、支撑层、应用层、用户层的角度明确生态环境监测技术体系,为解决上述问题提供有效途径。  相似文献

Coal is an important energy source but it has a significant negative impact on the environmental processes. This paper analyses the impact, measurement, and input of parameters representing potential environmental polluters in the information system (IS).

The methodology of recording and systematization includes the following parameters: coal deposits; climate parameters; roads; rivers; land and surrounding objects; air polluters; water polluters; and soil polluters. Methods for calculating land deformation, air polluter emissions, and noise impact are also presented.

Based on the number and specificity of analyzed data, the paper provides a concept of the IS and an overview of environmental impact of underground coal mine technological units. The concept was used to present the results of a research conducted at the underground coal mine “Soko” in Serbia.

The results of this research can help many potential users realize their goals. Those goals are preventive by nature, since negative environmental impact can be predicted, which enables the environmental protection experts to take appropriate measures.  相似文献

本项目为"十三五"国家重点研发计划批复项目(2016YFC0501100)。针对我国东部草原区大型煤电基地开发生态修复技术需求和工程实施难题,聚焦煤炭开发对草原生态(水、土壤、植被)的影响机理及累积效应、区域生态稳定性与生态安全协调机制两大科学问题,运用生态学、采矿学、环境科学、草叶科学等多学科方法,采用理论分析、调查监测、试验研究相结合的综合手段,厘清煤炭开发对地下水和植被种群的影响边界、程度及累计效应,研发生态效应评价、区域水资源动态监测、水资源保护利用、煤矿土地整治、微生物联合修复、景观生态恢复等15项关键技术,形成基础理论、关键技术和工程示范一体化体系,创立东部草原区生态修复模式,在呼盟和锡盟煤炭开发基地进行集中工程示范,为我国东部草原区煤炭开发与生态修复提供理论和技术支撑。  相似文献

生态风险评价是生态环境保护与管理的重要研究内容,并广泛运用于流域与较大范围的区域尺度的研究。以区域生态风险评价理论为基础,结合高潜水位煤矿区生态环境以及煤炭开采对生态系统造成的危害的特点,通过分析风险源、风险受体、生态终点以及暴露—响应过程,对高潜水位煤矿区生态风险的识别与评价方法进行了研究,构建了典型高潜水位煤矿区的生态风险识别与评价概念模型与空间分析框架,分析了煤矿区生态风险识别的主要技术手段与方法,并构建了以缓冲为主要手段的综合生态风险评价方法。选择山东东滩煤矿作为研究对象,针对研究区内存在的采煤塌陷、洪涝、污染、景观及社会等生态风险类型,定量评价其空间差异,并提出相应的风险防范措施。案例分析结果表明,研究区综合生态风险重度、中度、一般、轻度分别占到研究区的4.70%,64.00%,24.09%,7.20%。生态风险较高的区域主要位于矿区中西部,为煤矸石山、裸露煤炭堆积与发电厂分布区域;中度风险是研究区主要的风险类型。从降低生态风险保障矿区生态安全角度,在未来矿区规划与生态治理过程中,提出了具体的应对措施,包括:(1)注重源头控制;(2)建立高生态风险区域阻隔带;(3)加强污染的监测与控制;(4)采用边开采边治理技术。建议加强生态风险高区域的阻隔,建立生态缓冲带,减缓对整个矿区的综合影响,构建东滩煤矿生态风险防范的空间结构。  相似文献

Global Scope and Background  The study was aimed at presenting the methodology of the process eco-indicator, in relation to hard coal mines, and thereby making evaluation of the impact of the mine’s coal extraction process on the environment. The life cycle of a mine is made up of three phases: opening and developing the mine’s deposit, extraction of the mine’s deposit, closing the mine. Methods  The assessment of environmental influence of mining operation of a colliery was executed on a basis of the life cycle analysis, in accordance with the standard series PN-EN 14040. The environmental loads caused by individual unit processes were calculated by means of the aforementioned methodology with division into the basic influence categories: human health, ecosystem quality and natural resources. The obtained values of eco-indicators for the individual unit processes made it possible to compare the unit-process-caused environmental loads. Mean values of the eco-indicators of the individual unit processes were calculated by means of the inventory analysis covering 38 collieries. Next, these indicators were used to compare environmental load values by each similar process in a colliery. A total eco-indicator was calculated for colliery by summing up the eco-indicators of the individual unit processes. The eco-indicators, structured as above, were calculated for the phase of opening out a deposit and for the phase of extraction. Results and Discussion  The model mine in the phase of extraction of a deposit causes a total environmental load which expressed in points of the eco-indicator 99 amounts to 23.9 [MEw]. In the ‘human health’ category losses amount to 8.4 per cent, in the ‘quality of ecosystem’ 0.6 per cent and in the ‘resourses’ category 91 per cent. The greatest losses in all categories are caused by the process of getting body of coal and the next greatest ones are:
–  In the ‘human health’ category-cleaning coal at a preparation plant (250.0 kEw),
–  In the ‘quality of ecosystem’ category-cleaning coal at a preparation plant (25.0 kEw),
–  In the ‘resources’ category-entry driving by means of explosives (745.7 kEw).
Value of the eco-indicator 99 per 1 Mg (tonne) of coal extracted at the model mine amounts to 9.55 Ew. On a basis of this methodology, calculations of the value of the eco-indicator 99 were performed for a real working colliery (extraction of 1.23 million tonnes in 2001). An inventory of characteristic quantities of individual unit processes connected with the extraction of this colliery was prepared. The total environmental load of this mine was 11.14 MEw (in the ‘human health’ category losses amounted to 1.9 per cent, in the ‘quality of ecosystem’ category 0.5 per cent, and in the resources’ category 91.6 per cent). The greatest losses in all categories were caused by the process of getting body of coal which amounted to 10.8 MEw, and next the process of driving a heading by means of heading machine which amounted to 130.9 kEw. The value of the eco-indicator 99 for 1 Mg (tonne) of coal extracted in 2001 at the above-mentioned mine amounts to 9.06 Ew and is lower than the value of the eco-indicator 99 calculated for the model mine. Conclusion  By means of the presented methodology it is possible to calculate environmental loads caused by individual unit processes with division into the basic categories of influence: human health, quality of ecosystem and natural resources. The calculated values of the eco-indicators of the individual unit processes enable to make comparisons of environmental loads and eventual decision making on changes in the ecological policy of a mine. Recommendation and Perspective (Outlook)  The presented LCA methodology can be used to compare the operation of individual mines in the aspect of their influence on the environment. If the data of the same type with regard to unit processes are at disposal, then the mines can be ranked. Based on the LCA’s results, it is possible to make capital decisions connected with modernisation of specific production processes.  相似文献

Bat boxes frequently form part of hollow‐bearing tree offsets; however, their effectiveness is poorly documented. We investigated the effectiveness of a bat box program designed to partially offset tree hollow loss from clearing for a coal mine. During the first year of monitoring, we detected bats in 5% of 1,308 box checks. Only 3 of 13 local tree cavity‐roosting bat species/species groups used boxes and occupancy was not strongly associated with modeled box and site attributes. In the second year, we tested two hypotheses that may explain the relatively low box use: (1) solar exposure of boxes was inadequate for heterothermic bats and (2) available box designs were of low suitability. Relocating boxes to increase solar exposure did not increase use, or enhance the temperature profiles of relocated boxes. Introduction of a new box design led to 11 times higher use compared with existing designs for Nyctophilus spp. (long‐eared bat). Overall, our data suggest that the bat box program was ineffective due to few bat species using boxes, infrequent box use by three species, and rarity of maternity roosting. The knowledge gap of species‐specific box designs and roosting ecology limits the effectiveness of boxes to offset cleared hollow‐bearing trees. Lack of knowledge and the widespread use of bat boxes to offset lost tree hollows highlights the need to (1) rigorously protect hollow‐bearing trees and (2) advance our understanding of species‐specific roost ecology, box design preferences and mechanical hollow creation into trees, before artificial hollows can be considered a meaningful offset measure.  相似文献

Question: Static sampling designs for collecting spatial data efficiently are being readily utilized by ecologists, however, most ecological systems involve a multivariate spatial process that evolves dynamically over time. Efficient monitoring of such spatio‐temporal systems can be achieved by modeling the dynamic system and reducing the uncertainty associated with the effect of design choice at future observation times. However, can we combine traditional techniques with dynamic methods to find optimal dynamic sampling designs for monitoring the succession of a herbaceous community? Location: Lower Hamburg Bend Conservation Area, Missouri, USA (40°34′42″ lat. 95°45′38″ long.). Methods: The dynamic nature of the system under study is modeled in such a way that uncertainty in the measurements and temporal process can both be accounted for. Both fixed and roving monitoring locations were used in conjunction with a spatio‐temporal statistical model to efficiently determine optimal locations of roving monitors over time based on the reduction of uncertainty in predictions. Results: During the first 3 years of the study, roving monitors where held at fixed locations to allow for statistical parameter estimation from which to make predictions. Optimal monitoring locations for the remaining 2 years were selected based on the overall reduction in prediction uncertainty. Conclusions: The dynamic and adaptive vegetation monitoring scheme allowed for the efficient collection of data that will be utilized for many future ecological studies. By optimally placing an additional set of monitoring locations, we were able to utilize information about the system dynamics when informing the data collection process.  相似文献

Coal mine spoils (-the previous overburden of coal seams, inevitable by-product in the mining process) which are usually unfavorable for plant growth have different properties according to dumping years. The reclamation of overburden dumps (OBDs) through plantation by using efficient microbes with suitable bio-inoculants is an environmental friendly microbial technique for significant improvement in fertility status and biological activities of the OBD soil. A systematic greenhouse pot experiment program followed by field trial was conducted to investigate the influence of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) and NFB on the performance of plant growth which have resulted in the development of environmental friendly bio-inoculant package for soil reclamation of abandoned mine land by revegetation.  相似文献

近年来, 被动声学监测技术被广泛应用于陆生哺乳动物的监测, 它能以较低的价格和非侵入的方式在特定区域进行野生动物无人值守监测, 面临的主要问题是需要人工收回数据和后期数据分析整理较为困难。本研究设计了一套被动声学监测系统用于西黑冠长臂猿(Nomascus concolor)监测, 监测系统在野外由太阳能供电, 使用自研的指向性拾音器阵列采集鸣声数据, 并通过无线网桥实时传输数据至管护局办公楼的服务器进行存储, 通过后台的鸣声数据管理系统辅助研究人员识别鸣声和辨认鸣声来源方向, 简化数据采集和处理流程。该系统在哀牢山国家级自然保护区枇杷箐科研监听点对两个西黑冠长臂猿群体进行了351天的连续监测, 特点为: 系统运行长期稳定, 数据通过无线方式传输便捷高效且不受季节天气影响。指向性拾音器阵列能有效分辨长臂猿鸣声来源方向, 弥补了传统监测设备难以分辨鸣声方向的缺陷。该系统与现有人工监测方法相比在数据采集的持续性、连续性、完整度以及鸣声数据处理智能化和监测成本方面均具有一定优势, 符合西黑冠长臂猿持续长期监测需求, 未来可作为西黑冠长臂猿自动化监测的解决方案进行推广应用。  相似文献

煤炭矿区复合生态系统评价是对其进行有效管理及调控的手段之一。研究了煤炭矿区复合生态系统内涵,剖析了煤炭矿区复合生态系统的典型特征,论述了运用能值分析方法评价复合生态系统的特殊性;进而,构建了煤炭矿区复合生态系统及其子系统的能值评价指标。选择山东省龙口矿区北皂煤矿为研究对象,进行了实证研究。应用实际数据,测算了2006—2012年复合生态系统及子系统各个能值评价指标。研究结果表明,能值理论与能值分析是评价煤炭矿区复合生态系统的有效方法,各项指标变化反映了复合生态系统的演进趋势;不可再生煤炭资源的过度消耗、可再资源利用率低是这一系统的典型特征;能值评价指标的测算结果表征环境子系统负荷较小。研究结果可为实施有效的煤炭矿区复合生态系统管理提供智力支持和决策参考依据。  相似文献

以露天矿区为研究对象,评价矿区景观生态风险,并采用ESDA方法定量研究矿区生态风险空间分异特征.结果表明,矿区景观生态风险空间分布以高风险区域为核心,由高到低呈环形包围特征.其中,高风险主要分布在矿业生产及城市生活区域,以土地破坏、压占及城市建设为主要风险来源;中等风险主要分布于自然、半自然功能区,以城市生活与农业生产为主要风险来源;低风险区域以林地、荒草地等植被覆盖区域为主,但大面积植被退化、水土流失导致该区域生态基底较差、环境脆弱,加之露天煤矿作业频繁,整体生态环境质量堪忧.同时,不同功能区的风险高低排序(人工区>半自然区>自然区)特征符合常规的区域生态风险等级差异规律.此外,基于ESDA分析矿区景观生态风险,其空间自相关性高达0.7521,风险的空间集聚效应明显;而对比矿区景观生态风险的空间分异特征发现,景观干扰度是高、低风险区域的主要驱动因子;而景观脆弱度则是中等风险区域的驱动因子;基于以上研究结果可对矿区环境管理和风险决策提供一定的数据支撑和理论依据.  相似文献

Suppose that t experiments are conducted simultaneously on the same set of experimental units. For example, suppose that t mutually orthogonal latin square experiment designs are used for the t experiments on n2 experimental units. Statistical literature is voluminous on construction of such designs, but contains relatively little and incomplete results on statistical analyses for such designs. Six statistical analyses are presented for a pair of orthogonal latin square experiment designs. Then, the methods are generalized for t mutually orthogonal experiment designs. Background, aim, and scope  As the sustainability improvement becomes an essential business task of industry, a number of companies are adopting IT-based environmental information systems (EIS). Life cycle assessment (LCA), a tool to improve environmental friendliness of a product, can also be systemized as a part of the EIS. This paper presents a case of an environmental information system which is integrated with online LCA tool to produce sets of hybrid life cycle inventory and examine its usefulness in the field application of the environmental management. Main features  Samsung SDI Ltd., the producer of display panels, has launched an EIS called Sustainability Management Initiative System (SMIS). The system comprised modules of functions such as environmental management system (EMS), green procurement (GP), customer relation (e-VOC), eco-design, and LCA. The LCA module adopted the hybrid LCA methodology in the sense that it combines process LCA for the site processes and input–output (IO) LCA for upstream processes to produce cradle-to-gate LCA results. LCA results from the module are compared with results of other LCA studies made by the application of different methodologies. The advantages and application of the LCA system are also discussed in light of the electronics industry. Results and discussion  LCA can play a vital role in sustainability management by finding environmental burden of products in their life cycle. It is especially true in the case of the electronics industry, since the electronic products have some critical public concerns in the use and end-of-life phase. SMIS shows a method for hybrid LCA through online data communication with EMS and GP module. The integration of IT-based hybrid LCA in environmental information system was set to begin in January 2006. The advantage of the comparing and regular monitoring of the LCA value is that it improves the system completeness and increases the reliability of LCA. By comparing the hybrid LCA and process LCA in the cradle-to-gate stage, the gap between both methods of the 42-in. standard definition plasma display panel (PDP) ranges from 1% (acidification impact category) to −282% (abiotic resource depletion impact category), with an average gap of 68.63%. The gaps of the impact categories of acidification (AP), eutrophication (EP), and global warming (GWP) are relatively low (less than 10%). In the result of the comparative analysis, the strength of correlation of three impact categories (AP, EP, GWP) shows that it is reliable to use the hybrid LCA when assessing the environmental impacts of the PDP module. Hybrid LCA has its own risk on data accuracy. However, the risk is affordable when it comes to the comparative LCA among different models of similar product line of a company. In the results of 2 years of monitoring of 42-in. Standard definition PDP, the hybrid LCA score has been decreased by 30%. The system also efficiently shortens man-days for LCA study per product. This fact can facilitate the eco-design of the products and can give quick response to the customer's inquiry on the product's eco-profile. Even though there is the necessity for improvement of process data currently available, the hybrid LCA provides insight into the assessments of the eco-efficiency of the manufacturing process and the environmental impacts of a product. Conclusions and recommendations  As the environmental concerns of the industries increase, the need for environmental data management also increases. LCA shall be a core part of the environmental information system by which the environmental performances of products can be controlled. Hybrid type of LCA is effective in controlling the usual eco-profile of the products in a company. For an industry, in particular electronics, which imports a broad band of raw material and parts, hybrid LCA is more practicable than the classic LCA. Continuous efforts are needed to align input data and keep conformity, which reduces data uncertainty of the system.  相似文献

煤矿开采过程伴随着大量煤矸石和废弃物的堆积,对当地生态环境造成巨大危害,恢复受损煤矿区煤矸石山生态系统成为近年来研究的热点。目前,许多研究者从煤矸石山土壤和植被恢复技术、监督管理等方面进行归纳总结,各有侧重地提出相应恢复措施,对于指导当地生态恢复实践发挥了重要作用。然而,绝大部分研究综述均未深入分析煤矸石山生态恢复过程中的关键问题,同时也未从生态系统的整体性和长期稳定性考虑设置恢复路径。基于此,通过梳理前人研究成果,归纳出煤矸石山恢复过程中的地质安全、土壤环境、植被恢复、种群繁衍、生态系统稳定等方面关键问题,从恢复前后逻辑关系和生态系统整体性考虑,设计出边坡稳定性处理及整形、土地复垦、物种选择、人工建植、土壤种子库形成、种群繁衍与更新、生态系统健康和稳定性评价、补充措施等一整套煤矸石山生态恢复的主要路径和方法,对煤矸石山生态系统恢复的基本途径从六个方面进行了总结,同时提出存在的问题和未来需要进一步研究的方向,为煤矸石山生态系统恢复实践提供重要理论指导。  相似文献

高寒山区煤矿覆土回填和种植草本植物能够快速改善环境,强烈影响地表节肢动物多样性及其生态功能,地表节肢动物对煤矿修复的响应还会因海拔及放牧扰动强度的变化而异。选择祁连山国家公园甘肃片区中部西营河和东大河保护站煤矿修复区和毗邻草地(对照区)为研究对象,利用陷阱法调查煤矿修复区及对照区地表节肢动物的种类组成和数量变化,解析地表节肢动物群落及关键类群对煤矿修复的响应模式,确定影响地表节肢动物多样性变化的关键要素。结果表明,煤矿修复缩小了修复区和对照区地表节肢动物群落差异,但煤矿修复区和对照区地表节肢动物群落组成明显不同并存在地域差异。西营河煤矿修复显著提高了地表节肢动物活动密度,而东大河保护站煤矿修复导致地表节肢动物活动密度略有降低,地表节肢动物类群丰富度、多样性和均匀度指数变化与活动密度相反。主要地表节肢动物科对煤矿矿区修复的响应模式不同并存在区域差异,西营河保护站煤矿修复显著提高了平腹蛛科、微蛛亚科和隐翅虫科的活动密度,但显著降低了硬体盲蛛科和象甲科的活动密度;东大河保护站煤矿修复显著提高了步甲科活动密度,但降低了蚁科和狼蛛科的活动密度。pRDA排序结果表明,海拔高度和全氮含量解释了西营河...  相似文献

Human muscle activity can be assessed with surface electromyography (SEMG). Depending on electrode location and size, the recording volume under the sensor is likely to measure electrical potentials emanating from muscles other than the muscle of interest. This crosstalk issue makes interpretation of SEMG data difficult. The purpose of this paper was to study a crosstalk reduction technique called blind source separation (BSS). Most straightforward separation techniques rely on linearity and instantaneity (LI) of signal mixtures on the sensors. Literature on BSS for SEMG often makes hypothesis of linearity and instantaneity of the mixing model. Using simulation of SEMG mixtures and real SEMG recordings on the human extensor indicis (EI) and extensor digiti minimi (EDM) muscles during a task consisting of selective successive activations of EI and EDM muscles, cross-correlation between the sensors was proven to be directly dependent on instantaneity of the sources. Instantaneity hypothesis testing on real SEMG recordings showed that source instantaneity hypothesis is very sensitive to electrode location along the fibers direction. Source separation gains using JADE BSS algorithm depend strongly on instantaneity hypothesis. Using LI BSS on SEMG requires great attention to electrode positioning; we provide a tool to test these on EI/EDM muscles.  相似文献

煤电基地的开发对中国能源利用格局具有深远的影响,是煤炭行业发展的重要方向,但也对生态环境提出了严峻的挑战。在我国煤电基地的生态建设中,基于景观生态学的应用研究较多,缺乏对居民感知、愿景和福祉等方面的联系和研究。以内蒙古锡林郭勒煤电基地为例,在分析因煤电基地的开发建设而导致的生态环境问题基础上,运用景感生态学的理论和方法,从煤电基地的景感营造、景感修复、景感保护监测管理、生态文明的建设共4个方面进行了分析,为煤电基地的生态建设、保护与管理提出了具有建设性的措施和建议。结合生态环境物联网对所选景感指标的监测、谜码数据平台的评价分析及预警系统,对实现煤电基地的生态健康保障、生态服务提升、以及居民愿景和福祉的提高有着重要意义,为实现区域可持续发展的目标提供了有效措施。本研究为煤电基地相关区域的生态建设、保护与管理提供科学依据和有效对策,为后续相关研究打下基础。  相似文献
