Based on our previous findings, the present study has focused on free‐radical‐mediated degradation of the synovial biopolymer hyaluronan. The degradation was induced in vitro by the Weissberger's system comprising ascorbate plus cupric ions in the presence of oxygen, representing a model of the early phase of acute synovial joint inflammation. The study presents a novel strategy for hyaluronan protection against oxidative degradation with the use of cysteine‐derived compounds. In particular, the work objectives were to evaluate potential protective effects of reduced form of L ‐glutathione, L ‐cysteine, N‐acetyl‐L ‐cysteine, and cysteamine, against free‐oxygen‐radical‐mediated degradation of high‐molar‐mass hyaluronan in vitro. The hyaluronan degradation was influenced by variable activity of the tested thiol compounds, also in dependence of their concentration applied. It was found that L ‐glutathione exhibited the most significant protective and chain‐breaking antioxidative effect against the hyaluronan degradation. Thiol antioxidative activity, in general, can be influenced by many factors such as various molecule geometry, type of functional groups, radical attack accessibility, redox potential, thiol concentration and pKa, pH, ionic strength of solution, as well as different ability to interact with transition metals. Antioxidative activity was found to decrease in the following order: L ‐glutathione, cysteamine, N‐acetyl‐L ‐cysteine, and L ‐cysteine. These findings might be beneficial in future development of potential drugs in the treatment of synovial hyaluronan depletion‐derived diseases.  相似文献

In tissue culture, protection against X-irradiation by a number of cysteamine derivatives was studied and the results were compared with data obtained in mice. Compounds with a covered SH group, like WR 638, cysteamine phosphate, WR 2721, and AE 48527, showed practically no protection when dissolved in tissue-culture medium, but developed a protective activity when dissolved in rat blood. Thiol measurements demonstrated that in rat blood the compounds were partly hydrolysed to thiols. C511 was also hydrolysed in culture medium and was slightly less effective than cysteamine in culture medium. Cysteamine phosphate was hydrolsed more easily than cysteamine sulphate and the protective activity in rat blood was better. WR 2721 was also partly hydrolysed in rat blood. The in vitro protection of this compound was disappointing when compared with results in vivo. Its SH form (WR 1065) also showed less protection than expected from in vivo experiments. Thus, the little protection by WR 2721 in vitro in rat blood is not only due to its incomplete conversion into its thiol. Longer incubation times and the use of rat blood as a solvent brought the protective activity of WR 1065 almost up to the level of cysteamine. This may indicate that WR 1065 penetrates the cells poorly. WR 1065 was the only compound we studied whose protective activity in vitro was improved appreciably by dissolving it in rat plasma.  相似文献

Sulphydryl oxidase is known to catalyse the synthesis de novo of disulphide bonds in a variety of thiol-containing compounds. Reduced glutathione is the best thiol substrate; however, D- and L-cysteine, cysteamine and N-acetyl-L-cysteine, as well as cysteine-containing peptides and proteins, are also effectively oxidized. In contrast, oxidation of the thiol groups of mercaptoethanol, mercaptopyridine, dithiothreitol, dithioerythritol, mercaptoacetate, mercaptopropionate or lipoic acid is not detectably catalysed. In bovine milk, sulphydryl oxidase is closely associated with another glutathione-metabolizing enzyme, gamma-glutamyltransferase. Covalent chromatography of crude preparations on cysteinylsuccinamidopropyl-glass resolves the oxidase from the transferase, thus permitting the kinetic characterization of glutathione oxidation. Initial-rate data imply a Ter Bi substituted-enzyme mechanism, and the observed substrate inhibition by thiols suggest that O2 binds first. Independent, non-kinetic, data, namely the immobilization of sulphydryl oxidase on cysteinyl-matrices, support formation of a mixed-disulphide intermediate between the thiol and enzyme, as predicted by the proposed mechanism. The enzyme-catalysed reaction appears not to be mediated via a superoxide intermediate, since O2 consumption is not affected by the presence of Nitro Blue Tetrazolium. FAD, NAD+, NADP+ and Nitro Blue Tetrazolium are all inactive as electron acceptors for sulphydryl oxidase catalysis.  相似文献

The potential anti‐ or pro‐oxidative effects of a disease‐modifying antirheumatic drug, aurothiomalate, to protect high‐molar‐mass hyaluronan against radical degradation were investigated along with L ‐glutathione – tested in similar functions. Hyaluronan degradation was induced by the oxidative system CuII plus ascorbate known as the Weissberger's oxidative system. The time‐ and dose‐dependent changes of the dynamic viscosity of the hyaluronan solutions were studied by the method of rotational viscometry. Additionally, the antioxidative activity of aurothiomalate expressed as a radical‐scavenging capacity based on a decolorization 2,2′‐azinobis(3‐ethylbenzothiazoline‐6‐sulfonic acid) (ABTS) assay was inspected. At the higher concentrations tested, L ‐glutathione showed excellent scavenging of .OH and peroxyl‐type radicals, however, at the lowest concentration applied, its pro‐oxidative effect was revealed. The effects of aurothiomalate on hyaluronan degradation were similar to that of L ‐glutathione, however, at the lowest concentration tested, no significant pro‐oxidant effect was observed.  相似文献

There are only two known thiol dioxygenase activities in mammals, and they are ascribed to the enzymes cysteine dioxygenase (CDO) and cysteamine (2-aminoethanethiol) dioxygenase (ADO). Although many studies have been dedicated to CDO, resulting in the identification of its gene and even characterization of the tertiary structure of the protein, relatively little is known about cysteamine dioxygenase. The failure to identify the gene for this protein has significantly hampered our understanding of the metabolism of cysteamine, a product of the constitutive degradation of coenzyme A, and the synthesis of taurine, the final product of cysteamine oxidation and the second most abundant amino acid in mammalian tissues. In this study we identified a hypothetical murine protein homolog of CDO (hereafter called ADO) that is encoded by the gene Gm237 and belongs to the DUF1637 protein family. When expressed as a recombinant protein, ADO exhibited significant cysteamine dioxygenase activity in vitro. The reaction was highly specific for cysteamine; cysteine was not oxidized by the enzyme, and structurally related compounds were not competitive inhibitors of the reaction. When overexpressed in HepG2/C3A cells, ADO increased the production of hypotaurine from cysteamine. Similarly, when endogenous expression of the human ADO ortholog C10orf22 in HepG2/C3A cells was reduced by RNA-mediated interference, hypotaurine production decreased. Western blots of murine tissues with an antibody developed against ADO showed that the protein is ubiquitously expressed with the highest levels in brain, heart, and skeletal muscle. Overall, these data suggest that ADO is responsible for endogenous cysteamine dioxygenase activity.  相似文献

L-cysteine, D-penicillamine, and L-glutathione were oxidized to symmetrical disulfides in the presence of Cu(II)(3,5-DIPS)2 and air-oxygen at physiologic pH, 7.3. Air-oxygen caused the oxidation of thiol reduced copper, Cu(I), to Cu(II), as evidenced by expected spectrophotometric changes in these reaction mixtures. L-cysteine, D-penicillamine, and L-glutathione formed mixed disulfides and TNB with the addition of DTNB to solutions of these thiols. The observed order of reactivity for these thiols with DTNB was: L-cysteine greater than D-penicillamine greater than L-glutathione. Surprisingly, Cu(II)(3,5-DIPS)2 converted these mixed disulfides to their symmetrical disulfides and DTNB, and although the initial conversion rate was rapid, complete conversion required more than two hours. These observations suggest caution with regard to the spectrophotometric determination of thiols immediately after the addition of Ellman's reagent. These results also clarify an earlier report concerning the oxidation of thiols by Cu(II)(o-phenanthroline)2 and offer caution with regard to the determination of thiols using DTNB in the presence of copper complexes. Spectrophotometric data are provided in support of the suggestion that analysis of plasma or cellular samples for thiols be done in the absence of copper(II) complexes to avoid false negative results.  相似文献

Effect of thiols on lipid peroxidation in rat liver microsomes   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The stimulatory or inhibitory effects of various thiol compounds on in vitro lipid peroxidation by iron-ascorbate in rat liver microsomes were determined. Glutathione had no measurable pro-oxidant capacity, in contrast, it protected against lipid peroxidation. N-Acetyl l-cysteine and S-methyl-glutathione had no effect on in vitro lipid peroxidation. l-Cysteine stimulated lipid peroxidation and also of d-penicillamine and dl-dithiothreitol the pre-oxidant capacity predominated the anti-oxidant capacity. Cysteamine afforded a pronounced protection against in vitro lipid peroxidation. In contrast to the labile character of the glutathione dependent protection, the protection by cysteamine was not affected by heat-pretreatment of the liver microsomes or alkylating protein sulfhydryl groups by N-ethyl maleimide. Again in contrast to glutathione, the protection against in vitro microsomal lipid peroxidation by cysteamine was not reduced after in vivo lipid peroxidation induced by CC14. This suggests that even after the process of lipid peroxidation has been started, administration of cysteamine might still be beneficial.  相似文献

Many human diseases are associated with harmful action of reactive oxygen species (ROS). These species are involved in the degradation of essential tissue or related components. One of such components is synovial fluid that contains a high-molecular-weight polymer--hyaluronan (HA). Uninhibited and/or inhibited hyaluronan degradation by the action of various ROS has been studied in many in vitro models. In these studies, the change of the molecular weight of HA or a related parameter, such as HA solution viscosity, has been used as a marker of inflicted damage. The aim of the presented review is to briefly summarize the available data. Their correct interpretation could contribute to the implementation of modern methods of evaluation of the antioxidative capacity of natural and synthetic substances and prospective drugs--potential inflammatory disease modifying agents. Another focus of this review is to evaluate briefly the impact of different available analytical techniques currently used to investigate the structure of native high-molecular-weight hyaluronan and/or of its fragments.  相似文献

Comparison of the effectiveness of antioxidant activity of three thiol compounds, D ‐penicillamine, reduced L ‐glutathione, and 1,4‐dithioerythritol, expressed as a radical‐scavenging capacity based on the two independent methods, namely a decolorization 2,2′‐azinobis[3‐ethylbenzothiazoline‐6‐sulfonic acid] assay and a rotational viscometry, is reported. Particular concern was focused on the testing of potential free‐radical scavenging effects of thiols against hyaluronan degradation, induced by hydroxyl radicals. A promising, solvent‐independent, antioxidative function of 1,4‐dithioerythritol, comparable to that of a standard compound, Trolox®, was confirmed by the 2,2′‐azinobis[3‐ethylbenzothiazoline‐6‐sulfonic acid] assay. The new potential antioxidant 1,4‐dithioerythritol exhibited very good solubility in a variety of solvents (e.g., H2O, EtOH, and DMSO) and could be widely accepted and used as an effective antioxidant standard instead of a routinely used Trolox® on 2,2′‐azinobis[3‐ethylbenzothiazoline‐6‐sulfonic acid] assay.  相似文献

The aporphine alkaloid glaucine has been converted into 3-aminomethylglaucine and its free amino group has been linked to cinnamic, ferulic, sinapic, o-, and p-coumaric acids. The antioxidative potential of the synthesized amides was studied against DPPH(*) test. All of the tested compounds demonstrated higher radical scavenging activity than glaucine and 3-aminomethylglaucine, and lower antioxidative effect than the free hydroxycinnamic acids. The newly synthesized compounds were tested in vitro for antiviral activity against viruses belonging to different taxonomic groups.  相似文献

Due to the clean air acts and subsequent reduction of emission of gaseous sulfur compounds sulfur deficiency became one of the major nutrient disorders in Northern Europe. Typical sulfur deficiency symptoms can be diagnosed. Especially plants of the Cruciferae family are more susceptible against pathogen attack. Sulfur fertilization can in part recover or even increase resistance against pathogens in comparison to sulfur-deficient plants. The term sulfur-induced resistance (SIR) was introduced, however, the molecular basis for SIR is largely unknown. There are several sulfur-containing compounds in plants which might be involved in SIR, such as high levels of thiols, glucosinolates, cysteine-rich proteins, phytoalexins, elemental sulfur, or H2S. Probably more than one strategy is used by plants. Species- or even variety-dependent differences in the development of SIR are probably used. Our research focussed mainly on the release of H2S as defence strategy. In field experiments using different BRASSICA NAPUS genotypes it was shown that the genetic differences among BRASSICA genotypes lead to differences in sulfur content and L-cysteine desulfhydrase activity. Another field experiment demonstrated that sulfur supply and infection with PYRENOPEZIZA BRASSICA influenced L-cysteine desulfhydrase activity in BRASSICA NAPUS. Cysteine-degrading enzymes such as cysteine desulfhydrases are hypothesized to be involved in H2S release. Several L- and D-cysteine-specific desulfhydrase candidates have been isolated and partially analyzed from the model plant ARABIDOPSIS THALIANA. However, it cannot be excluded that H2S is also released in a partial back reaction of O-acetyl-L-serine(thiol)lyase or enzymes not yet characterized. For the exact determination of the H2S concentration in the cell a H2S-specific microsensor was used the first time for plant cells. The transfer of the results obtained for application back on BRASSICA was initiated.  相似文献

The amino groups of the amino acids L-cysteine and L-cystine as well as their biogene amines cysteamine and cystamine were derivatized with palmitoyl residues. The obtained lipophilic R-SH and R-S-S-R components were incorporated into the bilayers of unilamellar liposomes. The resulting liposomes carrying about 2000 functional groups each remained stable and homogeneous during 60 days after incorporation of N-palmitoyl cysteamine and N,N'-dipalmitoyl cystamine. The incorporation of the lipophilic amino acid derivatives, however, destabilized the resulting liposomes. Via the thiol residues of the functionalized liposomes activated molecules can be linked to the liposomal surface by disulfide bonds.  相似文献

ADP-ribosylation is a posttranslational modification of proteins by amino acid-specific ADP-ribosyltransferases. Both pertussis toxin and eukaryotic enzymes ADP-ribosylate cysteine residues in proteins and also, it has been suggested, free cysteine. Analysis of the reaction mechanisms of cysteine-specific ADP-ribosyltransferases revealed that free ADP-ribose combined nonenzymatically with cysteine. L- and D-cysteine, L-cysteine methyl ester, and cysteamine reacted with ADP-ribose, but alanine, serine, lysine, arginine, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, 2-mercaptoethanol, dithiothreitol, and glutathione did not. The 1H NMR spectrum of the product, along with the requirement for both free sulfhydryl and amino groups of cysteine, suggested that the reaction produced a thiazolidine linkage. ADP-ribosylthiazolidine was labile to hydroxylamine and mercuric ion, unlike the ADP-ribosylcysteine formed by pertussis toxin and NAD in guanine nucleotide-binding (G-) proteins, which is labile to mercuric ion but stable in hydroxylamine. In the absence of G-proteins but in the presence of NAD and cysteine, pertussis toxin generated a hydroxylamine-sensitive product, suggesting that a free ADP-ribose intermediate, expected to be formed by the NADase activity of the toxin, reacted with cysteine. Chemical analysis, or the use of alternative thiol acceptors lacking a free amine, is necessary to distinguish the enzymatic formation of ADP-ribosylcysteine from nonenzymatic formation of ADP-ribosylthiazolidine, thereby differentiating putative NAD:cysteine ADP-ribosyltransferases from NAD glycohydrolases.  相似文献

The low number of embryos produced from in vitro matured, fertilized, and cultured (IVM-IVF-IVC) oocytes of prepubertal goat is mainly due to a low incidence of sperm head decondensation at fertilization (Martino et al., 1995: Theriogenology 43:473-485; Mogas et al., 1997: Theriogenology 48:815-829). Thiol compounds stimulate glutathione (GSH) synthesis and improve the rates of male pronucleus (MPN) formation and embryo development. The present study was carried out to determine whether supplementation of the IVM medium with 100 microM of cysteamine, 100 microM of beta-mercaptoethanol, 0.57 mM of cysteine, and 0.57 mM cystine might improve the embryo development and intracellular GSH level of prepubertal goat oocytes. After 27 hr post IVM, a sample of oocytes was frozen and the intracytoplasmic GSH content was evaluated by spectrophotometry. IVM-oocytes were inseminated with fresh semen and cultured in SOF medium. Only the addition of cysteamine to IVM media significantly improved the percentage of the morula plus blastocyst yield compared to the control group (oocytes matured in absence of thiol compounds) (22.2 vs. 6.4%, respectively; P < 0.05). The percentage of expanded blastocysts in cysteamine and control groups was 13.0 and 2.6%, respectively, and the mean cell number per blastocyst was 86.8 and 60.5, respectively. None of the other thiol compounds studied significantly improved the percentage of embryos obtained. It has been demonstrated that prepubertal goat oocytes synthesize GSH during IVM and that thiol compounds increase this GSH synthesis. In conclusion, only the addition of 100 microM of cysteamine to the maturation medium improves embryo development from prepubertal goat oocytes although all the thiol compounds used in this study increased intracellular GSH content.  相似文献

Regulation of lung injury and repair by Toll-like receptors and hyaluronan   总被引:26,自引:0,他引:26
Mechanisms that regulate inflammation and repair after acute lung injury are incompletely understood. The extracellular matrix glycosaminoglycan hyaluronan is produced after tissue injury and impaired clearance results in unremitting inflammation. Here we report that hyaluronan degradation products require MyD88 and both Toll-like receptor (TLR)4 and TLR2 in vitro and in vivo to initiate inflammatory responses in acute lung injury. Hyaluronan fragments isolated from serum of individuals with acute lung injury stimulated macrophage chemokine production in a TLR4- and TLR2-dependent manner. Myd88(-/-) and Tlr4(-/-)Tlr2(-/-) mice showed impaired transepithelial migration of inflammatory cells but decreased survival and enhanced epithelial cell apoptosis after lung injury. Lung epithelial cell-specific overexpression of high-molecular-mass hyaluronan was protective against acute lung injury. Furthermore, epithelial cell-surface hyaluronan was protective against apoptosis, in part, through TLR-dependent basal activation of NF-kappaB. Hyaluronan-TLR2 and hyaluronan-TLR4 interactions provide signals that initiate inflammatory responses, maintain epithelial cell integrity and promote recovery from acute lung injury.  相似文献

Rat liver cysteine dioxygenase has been purified to homogeneity. It is a single subunit protein having a molecular weight of 22,500 +/- 1,000, with a pI of 5.5. The enzyme purified was catalytically inactive and activated by anaerobic incubation with either L-cysteine or its analogues such as carboxymethyl-L-cysteine, carboxyethyl-L-cysteine, S-methyl-L-cysteine, D-cysteine, cysteamine, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, and DL-homocysteine. The enzyme thus activated with L-cysteine was rapidly inactivated under aerobic condition. This rapid inactivation was observed at 0 degrees C where no formation of either the reaction product cysteine sulfinate or the autoxidation product of cysteine, cystine, was detected. Further analysis shows that the inactivation of the activated enzyme was due to oxygen but unrelated to either the presence of substrate, enzyme turnover or accumulation of inhibitor produced during assay. A distinct rat liver cytoplasmic protein, called protein-A, could completely prevented the enzyme from the aerobic inactivation. The loss of activity during assay in the absence of protein-A was shown to be a first order decay process. From the plots of log(deltaproduct/min) versus time, the initial velocity (VO) and the velocity at 7 min (V7) were obtained. The apparent Km value for L-cysteine in the absence of protein-A was calculated from the initial velocity as 4.5 X 10(-4)M. Protein-A did not alter the apparent Km value for L-cysteine. The chelating agents such as o-phenanthroline, alpha,alpha'-dipyridyl, bathophenanthroline, 8-hydroxyquinoline, EGTA, and EDTA strongly inhibited the enzyme activity when these chelating agents were added before preactivation. The purified cystein dioxygenase contains 1 atom of iron per mol of enzyme protein. By the activation procedure, the enzyme became less susceptible to the heat denaturation, the inhibitory effects of chelating agents and the tryptic digestion.  相似文献

Serine acetyltransferase, a key enzyme in the L-cysteine biosynthetic pathway, was purified over 300,000-fold from the stroma of spinach (Spinacia oleracea) leaf chloroplasts. The purification procedure consisted of ammonium sulfate precipitation, anion-exchange chromatography (Trisacryl M DEAE and Mono Q HR10/10), hydroxylapatite chromatography, and gel filtration (Superdex 200). The purified enzyme exhibited a specific activity higher than 200 units mg-1 and a subunit molecular mass of about 33 kD upon polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate. Moreover, the purified serine acetyltransferase appeared to be essentially free of O-acetyleserine(thiol)lyase, another enzyme component in the L-cysteine biosynthetic pathway. A steady-state kinetic analysis indicated that the mechanism of the enzyme-catalyzed reaction involves a double displacement. The apparent Km for the two substrates, L-serine and acetyl-coenzyme A, were 2.29 [plus or minus] 0.43 and 0.35 [plus or minus] 0.02 mM, respectively. The rate of L-cysteine synthesis in vitro was measured in a coupled enzyme assay using extensively purified O-acetylserine(thiol)lyase and serine acetyltransferase. This rate was maximum when the assay contained approximately a 400-fold excess of O-acetylserine(thiol)lyase over serine acetyltransferase. Measurements of the relative level of O-acetylserine(thiol)lyase and serine acetyltransferase activities in the stroma indicated that the former enzyme was present in much larger quantities than the latter. Thus, the activity ratio for these two enzymes [O-acetylserine(thiol)lyase activity/serine acetyltransferase activity] measured in the stromal protein extract was 345. This strongly suggested that all the O-acetylserine(thiol)lyase and serine acetyltransferase activities in the stroma are involved in bringing a full synthesis of L-cysteine in the chloroplast.  相似文献

The present study was carried out to evaluate if the addition of cysteamine to the culture medium during in vitro maturation of bovine oocytes increased the glutathione (GSH) levels in the mature oocytes, and if these changes may promote an improvement on in vitro development to the blastocyst stage. Follicular oocytes from slaughterhouse ovaries were matured in TCM 199 supplemented with 10% (v/v) fetal calf serum, hormones, and 0 (control), 25, 50, or 100 μM of cysteamine for 24 hr. After in vitro maturation the oocytes were fertilized and cultured for 8 days. The percentage of embryos that developed to the blastocyst stage was significantly higher (P < 0.01) for oocytes matured in medium containing 100 μM of cysteamine than for those matured in control medium. Moreover, the intracellular GSH levels were increased (P < 0.05) in oocytes matured with 100 μM of cysteamine with respect to control. No differences were observed in maturation and cleavage rates, and in the mean cell numbers per blastocyst among treatments (P > 0.05). These results indicate that the addition of thiol compounds such as cysteamine to maturation medium increases the efficiency of in vitro blastocyst production from immature bovine oocytes. The higher levels of GSH in oocytes matured in the presence of cysteamine suggest that the beneficial effects of cysteamine on in vitro maturation and subsequent development after in vitro fertilization are mediated by GSH. © 1995 wiley-Liss, Inc.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether enriching the oocyte in vitro maturation medium with cystine, in the presence of cysteamine, would improve the in vitro embryo production efficiency in buffalo by further increasing the GSH reservoir created by the oocyte during maturation. Cumulus-oocytes complexes were matured in vitro in TCM 199 + 10% FCS, 0.5 microg/ml FSH, 5 microg/ml LH and 1 microg/ml 17beta-estradiol in the absence or presence of cysteamine (50 microM), with or without 0.3mM cystine. In Experiment 1, glutathione content was measured by high-performance liquid chromatography and fluorimetric analysis in representative samples of oocytes matured in the four different experimental conditions. In Experiment 2, oocytes were fixed and stained to assess nuclear maturation and normal pronuclear development following IVM and IVF respectively. In Experiment 3, mature oocytes were in vitro fertilized and cultured to assess development to blastocysts. In all supplemented groups the intracytoplasmic GSH concentration was significantly higher than the control, with the highest GSH levels in oocytes matured in the presence of both thiol compounds (3.6, 4.7, 5.4 and 6.9 picomol/oocyte in the control, cysteamine, cystine and cystine+cysteamine groups, respectively; P < 0.05). Cystine supplementation of IVM medium, both in the presence or absence of cysteamine, significantly increased the proportion of oocytes showing two normal synchronous pronuclei following fertilization. In all supplemented groups, cleavage rate was significantly improved compared to the control (55, 66.1, 73.5 and 78.4% in the control, cysteamine, cystine and cystine+cysteamine groups, respectively; P < 0.05). Similarly, blastocyst yield was also increased in the three enriched groups compared to the control (17.1, 23.8, 29.3, 30.9% in the control, cysteamine, cystine and cystine+cysteamine groups, respectively; P < 0.05). Overall, the addition of cystine to a cysteamine-enriched medium resulted in a significant increase of cleavage rate and transferable embryo yield compared to the medium supplemented with only cysteamine.  相似文献
