对亚稀褶黑菇和稀褶黑菇的ITS全序列进行了测定和比较,首次报道了亚稀褶黑菇的ITS1和5.8S区域。在ITS区域中,不同采集地的亚稀褶黑菇与稀褶黑菇的5.8S rDNA具有100%的同源性,而两侧ITS之间表现出种内和种间的多态性,种内的差异均不超过5%,种间的差异达10%左右。ITS序列分析方法可以作为两者的鉴定方法。  相似文献

Ink disease caused by Phytophthora cambivora is a major disease of sweet chestnut (Castanea sativa). In two C. sativa stands in central Italy, one (Montesanti) that is infected with P. cambivora and the trees showing symptoms of ink disease and another healthy stand (Puzzella), the ectomycorrhizal (ECM) community structure was investigated. On the roots of the surviving trees of the diseased stand, 29 different ECM species were determined compared to 23 in the healthy stand. Eleven ECM species were common to both stands; however, a number of species were unique to one of the stands. Cenococcum geophilum was dominant at both sites, but the percentage colonisation was much higher at Montesanti (40.8%) compared to Puzzella (27.2%). There was a switch in species from Russula vesca, Russula lepida and Russula azurea at Puzzella to Russula nigricans, R. lepida and Russula delica at Montesanti. Both R. vesca and R. azurea were found only at the Puzzella site. At the diseased site, the ECMs formed had a smaller root tip diameter, and the ECM at the healthy site had more abundant extramatrical hyphae.  相似文献

本文报道红菇属(Russula)一新种:红边绿菇Russula viridi-rubrolimbata Ying sp.nov.。该种属于红菇科Russulaceae红边红菇组Section Rigidae Fr.变绿红菇亚组Subsection Virescentinae Sing.。新种在菌盖的色泽上,在菌盖表皮的球状胞及其顶生联丝,以及担孢子和囊状体的大小上,均有别于近似种。文中对新种作了汉文和拉丁文描述,文中附有彩图及内部结构图,并讨论了新种与其近似种之间的区别。  相似文献

Russula parvovirescens sp. nov. is described from the eastern United States. It is a rather common species that previously was mistaken for a small R. virescens or a green form of R. crustosa. The large and characteristic extremities that compose the pileipellis allow easy identification with the microscope or even with a good hand lens. The new species is described here, illustrated in detail and compared with R. virescens and R. crustosa.  相似文献

Russula lotus, R. nivalis, and R. purpureoverrucosa are proposed here as new taxa based on morphological and molecular evidences. The new species are described with illustration photographs and line drawings, and compared against related species. Morphologically, R. lotus (subgenus Heterophyllidia, section Heterophyllae, subsection Cyanoxanthinae) is characterized by a medium-sized basidioma with a pale pink to purplish pink pileus whose center area is yellowish white, white to cream white lamellae occasionally forked with lamellulae, a cream white smooth stipe, broadly ellipsoid to ellipsoid basidiospores ornamented with disconnected amyloid warts and inamyloid suprahilar plage, dispersed sulphovanillin (SV)-negative pileocystidia, and the pileipellis with suprapellis cells claw-assembled. Russula nivalis (subgenus Russula, section Russula, subsection Russula) is characterized by a very small pure white basidioma with a pileus 7–12 mm in diameter, abundant clavate pileocystidia and caulocystidia changing purplish red in SV, and broadly ellipsoidal to ellipsoid basidiospores ornamented with strongly amyloid warts and ridges interconnected by fine lines in an uncompleted or completed reticulum, mostly with inamyloid suprahilar plage. Russula purpureoverrucosa (subgenus Incrustatula, section Lilaceinae, subsection Lilaceinae) is characterized by a medium-sized basidioma with a red to grayish magenta pileus slightly areolate in small irregular warts from center to margin, a stipe with the same color and warts as the pileus, white to cream white occasionally forked lamellae with lamellulae, broadly ellipsoidal to ellipsoid basidiospores ornamented with amyloid warts and ridges rarely connected, abundant clavate pleurocystidia covered with thick yellowish incrustations, and the pileipellis with suprapellis cells a typical trichoderm, some of which covered with yellowish incrustations, pileocystidia absent. Phylogenetic analysis of nucleotide sequences of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region provided further evidence that the described species belong to the subsections above respectively, and represent new taxa.  相似文献

The taxonomic importance of the rising placenta in capsules of Acanthaceae is briefly discussed, particularly in relation to Justicia versus Rungia. Rungia naoensis is described as a new species. Justicia imlayae and J. internodialis are new names. New combinations are Justicia stolonifera, Pseuderanthemum lapathifolium, P. latifolium, Ptyssiglottis isophylla, P. kunthiana, Rungia adnata, R. burmanica, R. clauda, R. eberhardtii, R. monetaria, R. oligoneura, R. purpurascens, R. selangorensis, R. subtilifolia, R. vegeta. Based on a literature survey and a field trip with specimen examination, statistical analysis including principal components analysis (PCA) on morphological characters have been carried out on Rhododendron mariae and related taxa. Cluster analysis and PCA showed three independent groups, which corresponded to three species except R. loniceriflorum . As a consequence, nine taxa are reduced to synonyms of R. mariae , and two new combinations, viz R. mariae subsp. microphyton , and R. mariae subsp. flumineum are made. Rhododendron microphyton var. trichanthum is reduced to a synonym of R. mariae subsp. microphyton , and R. malipoense to a synonym of R. mariae subsp. flumineum . Three names are synonymized and a new combination, viz R. chryocalyx subsp. meridionale , is proposed within R. chryocalyx . The third entity, R. naamkwanense , has got two new synonyms. Rhododendron loniceriflorum , with whitish pubescence on the inner corolla surface, is recognized as the fourth distinct species. Each entity is illustrated with line drawings for identification.  相似文献

本文对我国大陆地区溪颏蜉属Rhithrogena作了初步的分类研究。其中,报道1新种(黄溪颏蜉Rhithrogena lutea,sp.nov.)、2个中国新记录种(贝氏溪颏蜉R.bajkovae Sowa和赖氏溪颏蜉R.lepnevae Brodsky),并对其它3种[武夷溪颏蜉R.wuyinensis(Gui et al.),comb.nov.、三刺溪颏蜉R.trispina Zhou et Zheng和东方溪颏蜉R.orientalis You(=三港溪颏蜉R.sangangensis You,新异名)]作了订正,并给出了我国己知7种的成虫检索表。新种——黄溪颏蜉R.lutea,sp.nov.,(仅知成虫,图14))标本采自四川省九寨沟县双河镇附近河旁(正模♂,副模4♂♂10♀♀,2000-VIII-11,采集人为谢强和周长发),区别于该属其它己知种的最明显特征就是阳茎无阳端突、生殖孔的边缘具2枚齿突。标本保存在南京师范大学生命科学学院。  相似文献

通过系统的文献收集,汇总了中国红菇属(Russula Pers.)真菌的179个名称记录,并对其生境、用途及分布或分类进行了简述。文献调查表明,红菇属种类广泛分布于中国30个省区。在已报道的红菇属名称记录中,有效名称有159个,包括148种、9变种和2变型,其中新名称1个、新拟汉名8个,无效或不合格名称10个,错拼名称8个,存疑种3个,中国特有种13种,一些种类具有显著的经济价值。  相似文献

Endobacteria in some ectomycorrhiza of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris)   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The diversity of cultivable endobacteria associated with four different ectomycorrhizal morphotypes (Suillus flavidus, Suillus variegatus, Russula paludosa and Russula sp.) of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) was analysed by restriction fragment length polymorphism profiling of PCR-amplified rDNA intergenic spacer regions and by sequence analyses of 16S rRNA genes. Ectomycorrhizal root tip surface-sterilization methods were developed and assessed for their efficiencies. Bacterial communities from surface-sterilized ectomycorrhizal root tips were different from those of ectomycorrhizal root tips without surface-sterilization for all the morphotypes studied. Endobacteria belonging to the genera Pseudomonas, Burkholderia and Bacillus were isolated from more than one ectomycorrhizal morphotype, whereas species of Rahnella, Janthinobacterium and Rhodococcus were only isolated from the single morphotypes of S. variegatus, R. paludosa and Russula sp., respectively. Some of the isolated endobacteria utilized fungal sugars more readily than typical plant sugars in carbon utilization assays.  相似文献

Among European Neottieae, Limodorum abortivum is a common Mediterranean orchid. It forms small populations with a patchy distribution in woodlands, and is characterized by much reduced leaves, suggesting a partial mycoheterotrophy. We have investigated both the photosynthetic abilities of L. abortivum adult plants and the diversity of mycorrhizal fungi in Limodorum plants growing in different environments and plant communities (coniferous and broadleaf forests) over a wide geographical and altitudinal range. Despite the presence of photosynthetic pigments, CO2 fixation was found to be insufficient to compensate for respiration in adult plants. Fungal diversity was assessed by morphological and molecular methods in L. abortivum as well as in the related rare species Limodorum trabutianum and Limodorum brulloi. Phylogenetic analyses of the fungal internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequences, obtained from root samples of about 80 plants, revealed a tendency to associate predominantly with fungal symbionts of the genus Russula. Based on sequence similarities with known species, most root endophytes could be ascribed to the species complex encompassing Russula delica, Russula chloroides, and Russula brevipes. Few sequences clustered in separate groups nested within Russula, a genus of ectomycorrhizal fungi. The morphotypes of ectomycorrhizal root tips of surrounding trees yielded sequences similar or identical to those obtained from L. abortivum. These results demonstrate that Limodorum species with inefficient photosynthesis specifically associate with ectomycorrhizal fungi, and appear to have adopted a nutrition strategy similar to that known from achlorophyllous orchids.  相似文献

对分布于北京的10种脊虎天牛属甲虫开展了分类研究,恢复了北京脊虎天牛Xylotrechus pekingensis Pic,1939的地位,不再是宽带脊虎天牛Xylotrechus yanoi Gressitt,1934的异名,报道了本种在河北和陕西的新分布记录.提出双带脊虎天牛Xylotrechus bifenestratus Pic,1916是四带脊虎天牛Xylotrechus polyzonus (Fairmaire,1888)的新异名,两者的模式标本均产自北京.本文还报道了3种北京新记录种:显纹脊虎天牛X.ibex (Gebler,1825)、葡脊虎天牛X.pyrrhoderus Bates,1873和黑胸脊虎天牛X.robusticollis (Pic,1936).通过检视标本,很多新的分布信息被加入到相关的种类.最后本文提供了分布于北京的10种脊虎天牛属甲虫的分种检索表.  相似文献

Six microsatellite loci were isolated and characterized from genomic libraries enriched for (CA)n (GA)n (ATG)n, and (CAG)n, microsatellite motifs from Russula brevipes, a common ectomycorrhizal fungus that forms mutualisms with several species of trees in North America. The polymerase chain reaction primers were tested on 27 sporocarps of R. brevipes sampled in Douglas fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii), grey pine (Pinus sabiniana), and Sitka spruce (Picea sitchensis) stands. The number of alleles per locus ranged from two to 14 with expected heterozygosity values from 0.00 to 0.92 within populations. These are the first six microsatellite loci characterized from Russula brevipes that can be used for estimating genotypic diversity and population structure.  相似文献

对侧盘菌属在英国的研究概况进行了评述,研究侧重于Otidea apophysata和O.platyspora两个具有大型子囊孢子的种。同时,对4个错误地用于大型孢子种的名称进行了订正:O. abietina(Pseudotis属的模式种)是含糊名称(nomen ambiguum);O.cochleata也为含糊名称;O. felina是O.alutacea的同物异名,并为后者指定了选模式;将O.umbrina处理为O.bufonia的同物异名。此外,确定了Otidea violacea的分类地位。  相似文献
