湖北宜昌松林景观格局对松材线虫流行及扩散的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
景观格局对能量流、物质流和物种流等生态学过程影响显著。为了探究区域生境差异对病虫害发生及扩散的影响,以湖北省宜昌市夷陵区松材线虫病为对象,结合区域森林资源二类清查矢量数据和松材线虫病普查资料,运用景观生态学的原理和方法,探究景观格局对松材线虫病发生的影响。研究结果表明:1)松林景观类型百分比、平均斑块面积、自然连接度和聚合度与松材线虫病的发病率成正相关;2)松林斑块的粒级结构分析表明,中、小斑块能抑制松材线虫病的发生,巨斑块、超大斑块对松材线虫的发生有利;3)从景观干扰上分析显示人类活动强度与松材线虫病发病率成正相关;4)在景观尺度水平上,景观的破碎度大、多样性指数高、蔓延度指数小、斑块形状简单、受人类活动影响大的乡镇松材线虫病发病率高。通过斑块类型尺度和景观尺度两个水平上的分析可知,在夷陵区乡镇尺度上,由小斑块松林组成且斑块聚集度低、景观破碎化程度低的景观格局对松材线虫病有一定的抑制作用。研究结论对当地松材线虫病的防治就有较好的参考价值。  相似文献

三峡库区松材线虫病扩张速度对人为活动的响应   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
松材线虫病是我国森林重要的检疫性病害,除自然媒介天牛传播,人为因素介导的传播在松材线虫病扩散和蔓延中起着至关重要的作用。选择在我国松材线虫病的重点发生区域三峡库区,研究马尾松林景观格局和以人为活动强度为主要因子的松材线虫病扩散规律,尝试揭示松材线虫病扩散机制。结果显示三峡库区的疫点数在近年有上升趋势,各地区发病率得到一定控制;在疫区和非疫区,马尾松林斑块聚合度最大的是非疫区的大渡口,为98.6406;斑块分离度最大的是非疫区的秭归,为0.9318;方差分析结果显示马尾松林景观格局和松材线虫病之间没有相关性。进一步研究了松材线虫病和人为活动强度的联系,结果显示松材线虫病发病率和地区路网密度、人口总量具有较强的相关性,和地区GDP、货运周转量相关性小。宜昌的松材线虫病发病率和路网密度的相关系数为0.985,和人口总数的相关系数为0.866;重庆的松材线虫病发病率和路网密度相关系数为0.924,和人口总数相关系数为0.999;其次基于路网密度和人口总数,对三峡库区松材线虫病疫情在未来十年进行了预测,结果显示随着路网密度和人口总数的扩增,宜昌松材线虫病也将呈现逐步增大的趋势,R~2值为0.919和0.637;重庆发生趋势一致,R~2值为0.976和0.992。  相似文献

松材线虫病是我国南方森林面临的主要灾害之一。本文基于野外调查和高分一号(GF-1)卫星WFV影像数据,采用随机森林模型构建松材线虫病空间识别模型,探究地形、人类活动和林分因子等对病害发生的影响,监测病害空间分布,并采用空间自相关性分析评估江西省赣州市南康区松材线虫病发生特征。结果表明:构建模型对松材线虫病的识别效果良好(AUC值=0.99,总体精度=0.96),可以实现对区域松材线虫病空间分布情况的有效监测;归一化差异绿度指数(NDGI)、距高速公路的距离、归一化植被指数(NDVI)是重要的建模因子;空间自相关性分析表明,松材线虫病的发生存在明显的空间正相关性即空间聚集性特征;南康区松材线虫病高发生区集中于赤土乡、朱坊镇和十八塘乡,低发生区集中于蓉江街道附近;分析变量的边际效应发现,离高速公路远、离县道近的低海拔地段是松材线虫病易发区域。研究结果可服务于区域松材线虫病分布的快速监测,对该病害防治和管理具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

松材线虫病在中国大陆造成了巨大的生态与经济价值损失,南方地区尤为严重,分析松材线虫病空间分布、量化环境因素对其发生的影响对于松材线虫病的防控整治具有重要意义。本研究以江西省赣州市南康区松材线虫病为研究对象,采用核平滑密度、Ripley’s K函数、点过程模拟等空间点格局分析方法,探讨了区域松材线虫病发生的空间格局及其对环境变量的响应。结果表明: 研究区松材线虫病的发生不是随机分布,而是存在显著的空间聚集区。地形因子、植被因子和人类活动因子是影响松材线虫病空间异质性分布的主要因素。空间点格局分析表明,海拔、坡度、距最近道路距离、道路密度、距最近居民点距离、郁闭度和植被类型对松材线虫病的发生具有重要影响。在森林病害管理中,除了加强因人类活动引起病害传播源的管控外,还应该考虑地形、植被类型等特征进行松材线虫病害的综合预警监测。  相似文献

三峡库区周边县市松材线虫病疫情严重,给生态环境造成极大压力,传统的疫情处治方式需耗费大量的物力人力且效果小。利用景观生态学基本理论,以松材线虫病年均发生面积为统计基础,研究其与景观斑块和景观格局之间的关系,并据此进行疫情风险分析。通过宜昌全市和夷陵区、宜都市、市辖区两个尺度下斑块面积、斑块密度、形状指数、景观丰富度指数和Shannon多样性指数等斑块和景观格局指数评价景观现状,建立其与疫情之间的Pearson相关性,再据此对宜昌市辖区、宜都市和夷陵区进行插值风险分析。结果表明,夷陵区和宜都市疫情较为严重。研究区寄主斑块的面积和形状复杂程度和疫情有显著正相关性,相关系数为0.826和0.818;人为活动斑块和疫情间没有显著相关性;基于寄主斑块的插值风险分析表明,各区域需要对点状的大面积寄主斑块和形状复杂程度高的斑块进行重点清理,减小物力和财力的支出。  相似文献

根据凉水自然保护区28块典型阔叶红松林样地的5个林分空间结构参数和18个影响因子数据,采用典范对应分析(CCA)方法,对凉水自然保护区阔叶红松林林分空间结构与影响因子间关系进行分析。研究结果表明:(1)研究区域阔叶红松林整体具有较好的林分空间结构,其水平分布格局主要表现为随机分布,树木生长整体处于中庸状态,林木的整体混交程度较高;(2)林分空间结构的CCA排序较好的揭示了该区林分空间结构与影响因子的关系;CCA第一排序轴反映了林龄、坡度、阔叶比和坡向的变化,第二排序轴反映了坡向、土壤有机质和平均胸径的变化,上述6因子的组合是决定林分空间结构特征的主要影响因子;(3)影响林分空间结构的变量中,地形、土壤和林分因子共解释了林分空间结构变化的59.20%,其中纯地形因子占30.68%,纯林分因子占19.01%,纯土壤因子占8.21%,未能解释部分为40.80%。  相似文献

在应用景观连接度研究景观格局变化时,选择适宜的距离阈值是关键。适宜的距离阈值有利于识别景观中的关键斑块并及时发现连接脆弱的区域,对景观格局动态分析、生态恢复研究等均具有重要意义。以天津市滨海新区湿地生态系统为研究对象,将研究区域划分为不同的焦点景观,焦点景观是依据研究区域栖息候鸟的生境面积而划分的面积大小相同的区域,并通过ArcGIS中的泰森多边形分析实现,焦点景观分析可为面积更大、结构更加复杂的景观分析提供新的思路。文章选取斑块间链接数(NL)、组分数(NC)、等效连接面积指数(ECA)、景观巧合概率指数(LCP)来表征景观连接度,设定100、200、400、600、800、1000、1500、2000、3000、5000、8000 m共11个距离阈值,探讨不同距离阈值下各指数的变化规律,对比分析研究区域整体景观斑块和焦点景观内各斑块的连接度指数随距离阈值变化的异同,最终确定研究区域最佳距离阈值。结果表明:(1)各焦点景观内斑块的景观连接度指数随距离阈值的变化趋势与研究区域整体景观斑块相似且对应的最佳距离阈值相同;(2)天津市滨海新区湿地景观连接度距离阈值的适宜范围是400-800 m,该区间内进行景观格局分析研究能够较为真实的反映出研究区域实际景观状况;(3)通过进一步研究,最终确定400 m为天津滨海新区湿地景观连接度最佳距离阈值。研究结果可为天津市滨海新区湿地景观研究提供参考,在实际研究中距离阈值的选择可根据具体研究目标、研究层次需求等进行适当调整。  相似文献

气候变化和人类活动导致的自然生境丧失和生境片断化使全球生物多样性面临威胁,而有效缓解这类问题的手段之一是维持自然生境的景观连接度。图论分析法作为景观连接度研究的新途径成为研究领域热点,但仍然存在提高距离阈值取值的科学性、充分解读图论连接度指数等有待探究的问题。以闽清县自然森林为对象使用图论分析方法进行了景观连接度的量化研究,提出并使用了距离阈值综合取值方法,联合使用了多种景观连接度指数。研究结果表明,距离阈值综合取值方法能够提高取值的准确性并具有广泛适用性,二进制连接度指数与概率连接度指数能够从不同角度指示景观结构和斑块重要性格局。研究区域90%以上的景观连接度由主要景观组分维持,数量很少的极高重要值斑块数能够对整体连接度水平产生显著影响。面积越大的斑块重要性指数越高,但是极高重要值斑块的重要性指数并不完全取决于斑块面积,而更多的与斑块位置等因素相关。本研究进一步完善图论分析法在景观连接度研究方面的应用,对生物多样性保护工作具有参考价值。  相似文献

近年来,干旱、鼠害及人为对草原的过度开发利用等对达赉湖地区赤狐的数量及分布范围造成了很大影响。借助于主成分分析、Bailey’s判别分析、遥感和地理信息系统对达赉湖自然保护区赤狐的生境选择及生境的景观特征进行了研究。在赤狐家域内采用样线法和样方法,共设置10 m×10 m样方245个(实验样方101个,对照样方144个),并测定样方内的7个生境因子:植被类型、隐蔽级、食物丰富度、雪深、距水源距离、距围栏距离、距居民点距离。对样方内数据进行主成分分析得出,食物和隐蔽性是赤狐生境选择的主要因子,距居民点距离和距围栏距离是赤狐生境选择的次要因子,雪深和距水源距离是赤狐在生境选择中未表现出选择和利用的因子。利用Bailey’s方法和基于赤狐的生境分布图的景观统计得出:赤狐偏好选择柳灌丛和芦苇塘两种生境,这两种生境的总面积约为1093.47 km2,占研究区总面积的14.05%;赤狐随机利用河道、典型草原和草甸草原3种生境类型,这3种生境的总面积约为4721.79 km2,占研究区总面积的60.67%。;回避的生境为冰面和沙化草地,总面积约为1968.09 km2,占研究区总面积的25.29%。基于地理信息系统和Fragstats的景观特征分析得出,赤狐最适宜生境的面积最少,斑块数量最多,平均斑块面积最小,平均形状指数最小,平均斑块距离最大;其次是较适宜生境和不适宜生境;一般适宜生境的面积最多,斑块数量最少,平均斑块面积和平均形状指数最大,平均斑块距离最小。赤狐多分布于斑块较大的适宜其生存的生境或分布于由这些斑块形成的生境斑块镶嵌体中。  相似文献

受自然过程和人类活动的影响,三江平原景观生态风险格局发生了明显变化。采用GIS和RS技术构建景观风险指数,结合网格分析法和地理探测器分析1976-2013年三江平原景观生态风险变化及驱动力。结果表明,从时间上看,1976-2013年三江平原农田、草地和湿地的景观损失度逐渐降低,林地和居民用地景观损失度不断升高,生态风险呈逐渐降低趋势;从空间上看,1976年以高风险区为主,2013年则以低风险区为主,1976-2013年低风险、较低风险和中风险区不断向三江平原西部和西南部扩张,高风险和较高风险区逐渐向北部的黑龙江和乌苏里江沿岸及保护区退缩,生态风险整体向西南方向运移,风险质心向西南转移37.8 km;三江平原景观生态风险格局变化受海拔、地貌、居民点、保护区距离和人为干扰度影响明显,其中人为干扰度、居民点以及保护区距离对景观生态风险解释力最为显著,1995年人为干扰度(71.2%)、居民点距离(64.6%)和保护区距离(43.7%)的因子解释力明显高于地貌类型(11.2%)和流域类型(8.9%),2013年地貌类型(23.5%)解释力大于保护区距离(23.3%)。该研究为湿地保护和恢复提供科学参考。  相似文献

Abstract. The development of secondary Pinus densiflora (Japanese red pine) forests after pine wilt disease was studied through phytosociological analysis, estimation of forest structure before disease and size-structure, tree ring and stem analyses. Following the end of the disease, the growth of previously suppressed small oak trees was accelerated. This is quite different from the development of forests following fire, which starts with the establishment of pine seedlings. Pine wilt disease shifted the dominance of secondary forests from Pinus densiflora to Quercus serrata oak forest. In pine forests, disturbance by fire is important for forest maintenance. In contrast, disturbance by pine wilt disease leads to an acceleration of succession from pine forest to oak forest.  相似文献

Pine wilt disease is a severe threat to the native pine forests in East Asia. Understanding the natural regeneration of the forests disturbed by pine wilt disease is thus critical for the conservation of biodiversity in this realm. We studied the dynamics of composition and structure within different plant functional types (PFTs) in Masson pine forests affected by pine wilt disease (PWD). Based on plant traits, all species were assigned to four PFTs: evergreen woody species (PFT1), deciduous woody species (PFT2), herbs (PFT3), and ferns (PFT4). We analyzed the changes in these PFTs during the initial disturbance period and during post-disturbance regeneration. The species richness, abundance and basal area, as well as life-stage structure of the PFTs changed differently after pine wilt disease. The direction of plant community regeneration depended on the differential response of the PFTs. PFT1, which has a higher tolerance to disturbances, became dominant during the post-disturbance regeneration, and a young evergreen-broad-leaved forest developed quickly after PWD. Results also indicated that the impacts of PWD were dampened by the feedbacks between PFTs and the microclimate, in which PFT4 played an important ecological role. In conclusion, we propose management at the functional type level instead of at the population level as a promising approach in ecological restoration and biodiversity conservation.  相似文献

Pine wilt disease (PWD) caused by the pine wood nematode is the most serious global threat to pine forests. Hazard ratings of trees and forests to pest attacks provide important information to efficiently identify current or future hazardous conditions. However, in spite of the importance of hazard ratings for managing PWD, there are few studies on hazard ratings in this system. In this study, we evaluated the hazard ratings of pine trees and pine stands to PWD by considering environmental factors at the level of the stand and the individual tree. Our results showed that trees with larger diameter at breast height (DBH) showed a higher risk rate than those with smaller DBH, indicating that large trees have an increased probability of exposure to vector beetles because they are tall and have a large crown volume. We also found that reduced tree vigour could be related to susceptibility to PWD. In pine stands, geographical factors showed a high correlation with the occurrence of PWD. PWD occurrence was rare at high altitudes, but was more common on steep and south-facing slopes. These patterns were consistently observed in the results from 2 computational approaches: self-organizing map (SOM) and random forest models. The combination of SOM and random forest was effective to extract ecological information from the dataset. The SOM efficiently characterized relations among variables, and the random forest model was effective at predicting ecological variables, including the hazard rating of trees to disturbances.  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate and compare soil properties between pine stands either damaged or undamaged by pine wilt disease in Jinju and Sacheon Cities, which are areas in Korea severely affected by the disease. Soil physical and chemical properties were generally similar between damaged and undamaged pine stands. There was no significant difference in soil factors related to soil nutrient fertility between damaged and undamaged pine stands, although the incidence of pine wilt disease was affected by soil clay content, which was significantly (P < 0.05) higher in the damaged (24.8%) than in the undamaged (20.1%) pine stands. However, this relationship should be treated with caution because small scale topographical variation may simply reflect the incidence of pine wilt disease. The results suggest that incidence of pine wilt disease was not influenced by soil nutrient properties at a small stand scale.  相似文献

松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)是一种松树上发生严重的有害生物,它不仅改变了生态系统的结构和功能,而且改变了系统内生物的原有特性和地理分布。松材线虫及其引起的松树萎蔫病已对中国马尾松林(Pinus massoniana)的树木成长产生了巨大影响。基于此,使用"每木调查法"和"样方法",对松材线虫入侵后的马尾松林内松树的各项生长指标因子进行了调查分析,其结果表明:自松材线虫1996年入侵所调查地区的松林后,对于受害松树不管是伐倒木(被伐倒)还是倒木(自然倒地),其对周围马尾松胸径生长的影响是显著的,而对树高生长的影响不显著。最后建立了一系列的灰色和灰色-马尔可夫链数学模型,其预测结果精度高,可用于今后受害和未受害区马尾松林分因子的生长预测。  相似文献

Field-grownPinus densiflora seedlings were inoculated withBursaphelenchus xylophilus and the incidence of pine wilt disease was analyzed with respect to the spatial relationships between pine seedlings and adjacent seedlings of other tree species in a pure pine stand and three stands mixed withAlnus sieboldiana, Sarothamus scoparius or naturally associated species. The disease incidence was 60.9% in a 0–40 cm distance class from the nearestA. sieboldiana seedlings and then decreased with increasing minimum distance. The mean minimum distance between pine seedlings andA. sieboldiana was significantly shorter in diseased seedlings than in healthy ones. The highest disease incidence (53.9%) was found in a 0–40 cm distance class from the nearestS. scoparius, although the relationship with minimum distance was blurred by a high incidence in the 80-cm distance class. The mean minimum distance between pine seedlings was significantly short in diseased seedlings in a pure stand, whereas it was not so short between pine seedlings and other tree species in the two stands mixed withS. scoparius and the naturally associated species. The distance effect on disease incidence was noticeable inA. sieboldiana andP. densiflora at high density.
