氯化物型盐碱池塘浮游植物种类和多样性的研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
1997年 4月 5日至 1 998年 9月 1日对山东高青县赵店乡渔场盐碱池塘浮游植物的种类组成和生物量进行了研究 ,池塘盐度变动于 1 .3 6— 2 0 g/L,总碱度变动于 2 .4— 7.2 mmol/L,p H值 8— 9。采集了 3 87个浮游植物定量水样。结果表明 ,高青盐碱池塘浮游植物主要是广盐性淡水种类 ,一些是典型的盐水种。浮游植物的平均生物量为 49.90± 3 1 .92 mg/L,硅藻和裸藻占优势 ,金藻占有相当比重。无鱼对照池的浮游植物生物量较养鱼池塘低得多。 相似文献

The response to arsenate in growth and phosphate uptake by five algae in culture varied considerably. The growth rates of Melosira granulata var. angustissima O. Müll, and Ochromonas vallesiaca Chodat were depressed by 1 μM arsenale. Chlamydomonas reinhardtii Dang. required 10 μM for the same degree of depression, while the growth rules of Cryptomonas eroasa Ehr. and Anabaena variabilis Kütz. were unaffeted up to 100 μM. However, following depletion of phosphate, cultures of the later two algae began to die at the higher concentrations of arsenale tested. Growth of C. reinhardtii in the presence of 35 μM arsenate resulted in characteristics of P deficiency. Comparison of rates of photosynthesis, respiration, and phosphate uptake between cultures of C. reinhardtii which had grown in the presence and absence of arsenate showed little evidence after 16 doublings that it had adapted to arsenale. 相似文献

Some classes of marine phytoplankton are believed to be more tolerant of high concentrations of trace metals than others, but the results of experimental tests of this hypothesis are ambiguous. Eleven species of phytoplankton representing five classes were grown in Aquil medium containing Cd concentrations between 10−8 and 10−5 M ([Cd2+ ]= 10−9.85 to 10−6.84 M), and growth rates and intracellular concentrations of Cd, C, N, and S were measured. The mean Cd2+ concentration (pCd50 ) that reduced the growth rate of each species to 50% of its maximum varied by 2.5 orders of magnitude, from 10−6.23 for Emiliania huxleyi to 10−8.79 for Synechococcus sp. Taxonomic trends in Cd resistance were not apparent in these data. Cadmium quotas (mol Cd·L−1 cell volume) were lowest in species of Bacillariophyceae (ANOVA, P < 0.001), suggesting that they might regulate Cd transport differently than other taxa. Cellular S:C molar ratios increased in four of seven phytoplankton grown at high pCd (7.37–6.84) compared to low Cd ion concentrations (no added Cd), a result of increases in S·L−1 cell volume. Nitrogen:carbon molar ratios were also higher in Cd-exposed phytoplankton, as changes in N and S were highly correlated ( r = 0.98, P < 0.0001). In two species that were examined, S:C ratios increased as a linear function of increasing Cd concentration. The results demonstrate large variability in Cd resistance among phytoplankton that is primarily a function of interspecific differences in Cd detoxification. 相似文献

Benthic algal sampling from selected sites along Corpus Christi Bay and from one site at the Port Aransas, Texas south jetty was completed between April 1999 and February, 2000. Species composition, seasonal periodicity, and fluctuations in temperature and salinity were determined. This is the first comprehensive study of benthic macroalgae conducted in Corpus Christi Bay, which is shallow, turbid, and lacks natural hard substrate. Man-made jetties are necessary for suitable floral attachment. Macroalgae are affected by changes in salinity as freshwater inflows are followed by periods of drought, which increase salinity. These effects are most notable where freshwater enters at the south end near Oso Bay and at the north end at Nueces Bay. Previous Texas algal collections described species of Enteromorpha, Ulva, Gelidium , and Gracilaria as the most dominant plants of the area. This supports the current study with the additions of Hypnea musciformis and Centroceras clavulatum. Dominant plants at the Port Aransas jetty include Ulva fasciata, Padina gymnospora , and Hypnea musciformis. The Rhodophyta including Gracilaria, Gelidium , and Centroceras clavulatum dominate the bay and do so throughout the year. Chlorophytes, although few in species richness, are important to benthic coverage and biomass. Phaeophyta are found predominantly at the Port Aransas jetty with Sargassum , Dictyota dichotoma , and Petalonia fascia being most abundant. A transition occurs in species composition as the water temperature changes seasonally. Hincksia, Ectocarpus , and Petalonia fascia are found only during the cooler months. 相似文献

在对云南省9个县(市)抽样调查的基础上,本文对境内小型哺乳动物(小兽)体表吸虱昆虫物种多样性及群落结构进行了研究。物种多样性用物种丰富度表示,多样性指数及均匀度计算采用Shannon-Wiener方法。所捕获的2745只小兽经分类鉴定隶属啮齿目、食虫目、攀目、兔形目和食肉目5个目中的10科、25属、41种。从各种小兽宿主体表共采集到吸虱昆虫18165只,经分类鉴定隶属4科、6属、22种,其种类明显少于宿主种类。几乎每种小兽宿主体表都有固定的吸虱种类寄生,但吸虱种类数很少(1-4种)。动物分类上接近的宿主,其体表的优势吸虱种类基本相同。研究结果表明,小型哺乳动物体表吸虱昆虫的物种多样性很低,群落结构十分简单。研究同时提示,吸虱昆虫与小兽宿主之间可能存在高度一致的协同进化关系。 相似文献

On the basis of investigating 9 counties (towns) in Yunnan Province of China, the species diversity and community structure of sucking lice on the body surface of small mammal hosts are studied in the paper. Species richness (S) is used to stand for the species diversity. The calculation of community diversity index and evenness are based on Shannon-Wiener‘s method. 2745 small mammals captured from the investigated sites belong to 10 families, 25 genera and 41 species in 5 orders (Rodentia, Insectivora, Scandentia, Logomorpha and Carnivora) while 18165 individuals of sucking lice collected from the body surface of the small mammal hosts are identified into 4 families, 6 genera and 22 species. The species of sucking lice are much less than the species of their hosts. Most species of small mammals have their fixed sucking lice on their body surface. One species of small mammals usually have few species of sucking lice (1 to 4 species). The close species of the hosts in the taxonomy are found to have the same or similar dominant species of sucking lice on their body surface. The results reveal that the species diversity of sucking lice on small mammals is very low with a very simple community structure. The results also imply there may be a close co-evolution relationship between the lice and the hosts. 相似文献

Spore integuments of Bacillus coagulans were prepared containing nearly all the hexosamine and α, ε-diaminopimelic acid (DAP) present in intact spores. Subsequent autolytic action resulted in the destruction and removal of the residual cortical structure and "cortical membrane" leaving the appearance of the inner and outer spore coats unchanged in electron micrographs. Concurrently, all the hexosamine and DAP in the preparation was released mainly as non-diffusible mucopeptide containing alanine, glutamic acid, DAP, and all the glucosamine and muramic acid. Some diffusible peptides containing alanine, glutamic acid, and DAP were also present but there was little protein or carbohydrate. Lysozyme digestion of integument preparations from heated spores of Bacillus 636, B. subtilis, B. coagulans, and B. stearothermophilus specifically removed the residual cortex and cortical membrane with the release of the mucopeptide. In B. cereus T, only the residual cortex and part of the mucopeptide were solubilized by lysozyme. The effect of several reagents and enzymes upon the appearance and removal of hexosamine from B. coagul ans spore integuments is reported. The results show that spore mucopeptide is mainly located in the residual cortex and cortical membrane and suggest that these structures consist essentially of mucopeptide. The implications of these results in relation to the "contractile cortex" theory of heat resistance in spores are discussed. 相似文献

1993~1995年我们在川西平原面积为2hm2的试验样地进行了试验,内容是去除啮齿动物优势种大足鼠(Ratusnitidus),同时在相同生境中设置了1.5hm2的对照样地。试验估计了优势物种在多大程度上影响其他啮齿动物种群。用捕鼠笼活捕进行监测后试验样地和对照样地间差异的成对数据t检验显示,移除大足鼠后:(1)褐家鼠和黄胸鼠的种群密度、社鼠的生物量在某一年或整个研究期增加;(2)1995年及整个研究期的物种数和物种多样性Shannon指数显著增加;(3)结合密度、生物量和物种均匀性无明显改变。这些结果说明,优势种的存在对农田啮齿群落物种数和组织有重要作用,它与其它种群围绕资源的竞争限制了群落的物种数。但本研究相对简单的试验操作尚无法识别资源的什么成分在限制群落的物种数和物种多样性 相似文献

Eight species of marine phytoplankton showed significant variation in the relative amount of some fatty acids (FAs) in response to variation in temperature. Large changes in relative amounts of certain FAs occurred as a result of a 15° C change in growth temperature. For example, 14:0 increased from ?4% of total FAs at 10° C to > 20% at 25° C for Chaetoceros simplex and Isochrysis aff. galbana but decreased for Phaeodactylum tricornutum. The percentage of the polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) 16:ω1 was consistently greater at 10° C than at 25° C, and the converse was usually true for 16: 4ω3. Calculated over all eight species, there was a modest but significant inverse relationship between the percentage of PUFAs and temperature. Only for Thalassiosira pseudonana was the percentage of either of the PUFAs and nutritionally essential fatty acids (EFAs) also an inverse function of temperature. For T. pseudonana, the percentage of the EFA 22:6ω3 decreased linearly with increasing temperature over the range from 10 to 25° C. For three species, the ratio of unsaturated/saturated FAs was correlated with growth rate when growth rate was controlled by variation in irradiance and temperature. Only for Thalassiosira pseudonana was the ratio of unsaturated/saturated FAs also an inverse function of temperature alone. 相似文献

在考查罗非鱼或鲢、鳙下行影响的微型生态系统实验后期 ,对三种鱼的特定正磷酸盐 (PO4 P)排泄率进行了测定 ,并且估算了系统中实验鱼的PO4 P排泄率。结果表明 ,在个体大小相同的情况下 ,罗非鱼的特定PO4 P排泄率明显地高于链、鳙 ,似乎同它们的食物含磷量无关而由其体组织含磷量所决定 ;放养罗非鱼的系统中鱼的PO4 P排泄率比放养链、鳙的系统平均高 2倍多 ,其磷排泄对浮游植物的PO4 P供给率分别为 10 0 %— 15 8%和 6 1%—7 5 %。根据有鱼系统中PO4 P的供求关系和实验结束时磷分布的观测结果推断 ,沉积物的磷释放是系统中磷再生的主要途径 ,而实验鱼调节系统磷再循环的主要机制是排粪。 相似文献

于2006年5月至2007年2月之间,对南麂列岛海域的浮游植物类群进行了4个季节的调查,分析了该海域浮游植物的种类组成、优势种类、群落结构以及水平分布等特征参数的季节变化。共鉴定浮游植物80种,隶属于4个门,硅藻种类最多,甲藻其次。浮游植物可划分为3个生态类群,以广温类群为主。春季和夏季分别以三角棘原甲藻和中肋骨条藻为绝对优势种,秋冬季的优势种类组成多样化。共鉴定57种赤潮生物,占浮游植物种类数的71.25%。调查期间,三角棘原甲藻和中肋骨条藻分别于春季和夏季形成赤潮。浮游植物的物种丰富度呈现春、夏、秋、冬递减的趋势。浮游植物细胞丰度的年平均值为1.03×106cells/L,春夏季显著高于秋冬季。春季和夏季时,浮游植物高值区集中在南麂岛西北近岸海域;秋季和冬季时,浮游植物高值区相对集中在南麂岛东南近岸海域。浮游植物群落的多样性指数(H')以秋季最高,冬季最低。春季的三角棘原甲藻赤潮期间,水体中N/P值显著升高;夏季的中肋骨条藻赤潮期间,水体中N/P值显著降低。 相似文献

There is a growing understanding that phagotrophic ciliates are often important members of aquatic communities in terms of their trophic role and mobilization of small cell production to higher consumers. As formidable consumers of small phytoplankton species they are likely to be also important in determining the community composition of the pico‐ and nanophytoplankton assemblages. Dilution method experiments were conducted during the winter and summer in the South Slough, an arm of the Coos Bay on the southern Oregon coast, to assess the impact of ciliate grazing on two size fractions of chlorophyll (0.2 to 5 mm and> 5 mm) and on the growth and abundance of specific phytoplankton groups, particularly cryptophytes and Synechococcus sp. The premise of the dilution technique is that grazers are diluted with their food and the observed rate of change in chlorophyll or phytoplankton abundance is linearly related to the dilution factor. Results from previous studies using the dilution technique have been given in terms of the grazing impact of microzooplankton on total chlorophyll. The findings of the research presented using a more rigorous application of the dilution method suggest that ciliates are differential in their grazing of phytoplankton, targeting small phytoplankton biomass and preying selectively on components of the assemblage that constitute this biomass. 相似文献

Growth rates, accumulation dynamics, and species succession of periphytic diatom communities were examined in the presence and absence of natural ultraviolet (UV) radiation using a series of outdoor, continuous-flow experimental flumes located on the South Thompson River, British Columbia. In a short-term experiment (2–3 wk), log-phase growth rates of naturally seeded diatom communities comprised of Tabellaria fenestrata (Lyngb.) Kütz., T. flocculosa (Roth) Kütz., Fragilaria crotonesis Kitton, and F. vaucheriae (Ehr.) Peter. exposed to 90% ambient photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) + UV were 30–40% lower than growth rates under 90% PAR alone. UV inhibition of growth rate was independent of the degree of P limitation within the range of relative specific growth rates (μ:μmax-P) of 0.5–1.0. In a long-term trial, inhibition of attached diatom accumulation under 90% PAR + UV during the first 2–3 wk was corroborated. Reduction of full sunlight to 50% PAR + UV prevented the initial inhibition phase. The initial inihibitory effect of 90% PAR + UV on algal accumulation was reversed after 3–4 wk, and by 5 wk total diatom abundance (chlorophyll a, cell numbers and cell biovolumes) in communities exposed to PAR + UV were 2–4-old greater than in communities protected from UV. Under 90% PAR + UV and 50% PAR + UV, a succession to stalked diatom genera (Cymbella and Gomphoneis) occurred. Species succession under UV radiation doubled the mean cell size of the diatom communities. The shift from inhibition to a long-term increase in the autotrophic community under PAR + UV compared to PAR alone provides further evidence against the use of short-term incubation experiments to define the long-term implications of increases in UVB. These results suggest that the ecological effects of present-day levels of UVB and UVB:UVA ratios on autotrophic communities are not well understood and might be mediated through complex trophic level interactions. 相似文献
