首次报道在光镜下观察美味猕猴桃 (品种 :No.2 6原生质体植株的母株 )花粉母细胞( PMC)染色体在减数分裂前期的配对 ,发现其配对和凝缩有明显不同步性。不同细胞间染色体配对形式变化较大 ,一般以二价联会为主 ,其次由其它多种配对方式 (包括有复合配对、重复配对、着丝点或端粒处联合和多价联会 )形成多价体 ,还有少数未配对或发生内配对 (偶见 )的单价体和几条二价体之间的次级配对。粗线期观察到少数染色体有缺失 (或重复 )、倒位、易位和疏松配对等结构性改变。表明该植株是一个复杂的区段异源六位体 ,少数染色体在结构上累积有变异。还认为该植株是研究减数分裂染色体配对和联会机制的好材料。  相似文献

运用表面铺展联会复合体(synaptonemal cotnplex,SC)的电镜技术对一位46,XY,t(11;18)平衡易位携带者性细胞进行SC观察,分析了30个精母细胞(从早粗线期→晚粗线期)中SC图象,这些精母细胞中均显示了1个性二价体、20个常染色体二价体(SC)和1个四价体。对其中的21个四价体配对行为进行分析,发现有20个四价体发生部分异源配对,其中4、14和2个四价体分别发生在早、中和晚粗线期,发生在早粗线期的异源配对是一种直接的异源配对,与以前报道的发生在晚粗线期经联会调整的异源配对不同。并对该患者发生生殖失败的机制进行了讨论。  相似文献

以蛹精巢和卵巢组织为材料,采用空气干燥法制备染色体标本,Giemsa和硝酸银分别染色,对蛆症异蚤蝇Megaselia scalaris减数分裂染色体行为进行研究。结果表明:蛆症异蚤蝇的染色体数目n=3,由2条中着丝粒染色体和1条端着丝粒染色体组成;粗线期,第2条二价体具有较强的嗜银性,可能为性染色体;晚粗线期,第1条二价体的同源染色体之间出现一条细线,类似于联会复合体;终变期,第2条二价体形成环状结构;晚终变期,在3条二价体染色体臂上均产生条带,根据二价体着丝粒处是否成环可以将3条二价体分开。  相似文献

对表现不育的体细胞培养再生植株作减数分裂细胞遗传学分析发现,一株由IR54幼穗外植体起源的不育株(二倍体)为部分联会消失变异。其减数分裂早前期染色体配对正常,在终变期及中期Ⅰ观察到了数目不等的单价染色体,后期Ⅰ出现各种数目的落后染色体。由于减数分裂时染色体不平衡而导致该再生植株不育。  相似文献

以改进的去污剂微铺展技术制备普通小麦减数分裂联会复合体标本,并对联会复合体发育的全过程作了详细的电镜观察和描述。结果表明,小麦SC以多点式起始方式于偶线期开始形成;随SC的发育,新的SC形成和已有SC片断的延伸并存;此外,在同一核内不同二价体之间,染色体配对和SC形成并不同步;SC成熟于粗线期,而以破碎方式解体,消失于双线期。在偶线期还观察到由同祖配对形成的多价体,但在随后阶段中这些多价体消失。对Ph基因的可能作用机制作了分析和讨论。  相似文献

小麦幼胚和愈伤组织经理化诱变后形成的再生株M_1R_1和C_1R_1,具有比R_1株高的染色体变异频率,其染色体数目变化于35—46之间,但无倍数变异。理化诱变处理提高了再生株中含非整倍体、棒状二价体、单价体、等臂环和四价体的细胞频率,其中以1000伦琴γ射线照射未成熟胚处理的再生株染色体变异频率为最高。其次为2 mmol/L叠氮化钠处理愈伤组织的再生株。经过二倍体和单倍体选择,染色体变异大为减少,但仍保有较高频率的单价体。  相似文献

白菜型油菜与海甘蓝属间杂种F1代染色体数目早期为2n=55。经多代组培无性繁殖后,杂种染色体大量减少,数目变化于25~28条间,平均为26条。杂种PMC减数分裂中,平均配对构型为0.06Ⅲ+11.26Ⅱ+3.80Ⅰ,二价体数目变化于8~13之间,以10Ⅱ、11Ⅱ、12Ⅱ的细胞出现频率较高,分别为26.60%,23.91%和30.98%,单价体数目变化于0~8个之间。杂种染色体数目减少,二价体个数较高,这说明海甘蓝染色体在大量丢失的同时,白菜型油菜的染色体组发生了自然加倍。在后期Ⅱ观察到三分体、染色体落后、染色体桥等异常现象。   相似文献

During cytological screening for pollen sterility in a wild population of Haplopappus gracilis (n = 2), several partially sterile plants were found that had good pachytene pairing but varying numbers of univalents. Some plants had chromosome A bivalents or A univalents, while in the same cells chromosome B had only bivalents. In other plants the reverse condition occurred; the B chromosome had B bivalents or B univalents and only A bivalents. This demonstrates a chromosome-specific effect for the desynapsis genes. Hybridization between the two homozygous mutant genotypes produced only normal bivalents; this indicates the two mutants are not alleles and each is recessive. An F2 generation showed independent assortment of the desynaptic mutations. The chromosome A bivalent is the larger of the two and normally has one or two chiasmata; the B bivalent normally has a single chiasma. Chiasmata distribution was tested in the desynaptic mutant A bivalents and showed an acceptable fit to a binomial distribution. This occurs also in heterozygous, asynaptic pairing control gene mutations. Analysis of the NOR bivalent in two hologenomic desynaptic mutations in tomato also showed a good fit to a binomial distribution of chiasmata. This indicates the same methods are applicable to diverse species.  相似文献

Male meiosis was studied in a population of Acanonicus hahni (Stål), and nine of the sixteen individuals analyzed showed desynapsis. The frequency of univalents varied from one to seven percent in eight of them, while in the ninth the percentage of cells with univalents was higher (12%). The univalents auto-orientate at metaphase I in the center of the ring formed by autosomal bivalents and divide equationally at anaphase I; at metaphase II they show touch-and-go pairing, and lie in the center of the ring of autosomes.A desynaptic origin of the univalents is proposed, and the arrangement of the chromosomes in the first and second metaphase plate in the normal and desynaptic individuals is compared and discussed. The meiotic characteristics of these desynaptic individuals are also compared with those described in other insects with holocentric and monocentric chromosomes. It is suggested that any achiasmatic chromosome, whether a univalent, m or sex chromosome, will induce the formation of a ring and with some or all of them lying in its centre.  相似文献

Studies of male meiosis in two varieties of Anogeissus sericea have led to the identification of a desynaptic variant tree of A. sericea var . sericea in the hills of Mt Abu in Rajasthan Province, India. The desynaptic variant exhibited a regular occurrence of univalents as opposed to bivalents in all the PMCs analysed, a convincing indication of failure of synapsis between homologous pairs of chromosomes. The number of bivalents influenced the orientation of the univalents at metaphase I and their regular disjunction at later stages. As well as the role of various causative factors such as temperature, humidity, nutrients, etc. leading to partial failure of synapsis (desynapsis), the possibility of adopting synaptic failure as a means of obtaining novel genetic variations of this economically important variety is discussed in detail.  © 2003 The Linnean Society of London, Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society , 2003, 142 , 103–109.  相似文献

Summary We describe a new type of desynapsis observed in the semen samples and/or testicular biopsies from four subfertile patients. The desynaptic anomaly affects one or more bivalents in each cell. The incidence of this meiotic anomaly in our series of subfertile males (925 meiotic studies by May 1981) is about 0.43%.The different types of oligochiasmatic meiotic mutation described in human subfertile males are classified according to our data and those published in the literature.  相似文献

Meiotic behaviour of induced desynaptic mutants of Pennisetum americanum (L.) Leeke in general was described.The frequency distribution of bivalents in induced desynaptic mutants was compared with that expected on the basis of the binomial series. The deviation from the binomial distribution was tested as to its conformity with models based on intra-and intercellular differences in bivalent formation. It is suggested that in these desynaptic mutants of Pennisetum americanum bivalent formation is non-random, which is largely due to the result of intracellular differences in chromosome behaviour regarding their requirements for chiasma formation.  相似文献

Desynapsis is described in diploid and tetraploid plants of perennial ryegrass. The plants were derived by repeated cloning of a single mixoploid (2n=14 and 28) detected among colchicine-treated seedlings. The diploid and tetraploid clones varied in degree of desynapsis, chiasma number, and fertility. The variation among the clones was probably environmental. The progeny of the mixoploid parent included dipoids, tetraploids, and an aneuploid. One diploid and the aneuploid were desynaptic and originated perhaps by selfing. Apparently a single recessive gene determined desynapsis. The role of synaptic genes in controlling the chemical structure and function of nucleoprotein macromolecules is discussed.  相似文献

In a culture of Alocasia indica (2n=28), one plant was found to be desynaptic. At pachytene, pairing apparently was complete, but at diakinesis and metaphase I on the average only 2.36 and 1.53 bivalents respectively were found. Desynapsis is of the medium-strong type according to Prakken. Later meiotic stages were irregular and pollen sterility was 95%. The origin must have been spontaneous mutation.  相似文献

Summary Cytological studies in desynaptic plants, isolated at the F6 generation of an intervarietal cross of Corchorus olitorius L., have shown variable numbers of bivalents and univalents in the PMC's at metaphase I, resulting in irregular distribution of chromosomes at anaphase I. The progenies of the desynaptic plants consisted of 9.24 percent of all possible primary trisomies except trisomie 6. The desynaptic condition is controlled by a pair of simple recessive genes.  相似文献

Male mice were treated with hydroxyurea (HU) to obtain a restricted germ cell population and a sequential analysis of the first meiotic prophase was performed. The results from HU-treated mice were compared with those from untreated mice, human and grasshopper material with and without hypotonic treatment.In hypotonically treated material the three subclasses of diffuse stages were obvious in all species investigated. In material not treated hypotonically the different classes of prophase stages showed a more gradual course, there was a tendency towards less spreading of the bivalents and no pronounced diffuse substages could be found. The first desynaptic stage in this material could be recognized in most cases as wellspread classical pachytene like bivalents with a pronounced double-threaded structure. The more advanced desynaptic stage in untreated material resembled the diffuse stage as found in plant meiosis.  相似文献

The phenotype of the desynaptic (dy) mutant of maize in microsporocytes at meiotic prophase was compared with normal microsporocytes of a closely related strain and with microsporocytes of a maize inbred line (KYS) assumed to be normal. Strikingly more univalents and open arms of bivalents were found in the mutant cells than in normal cells at diakinesis, and where there was heterozygosity for a distal knob (heterochromatic region), separation was usually equational, indicating the occurrence of normal crossing-over followed by failure of chiasma maintenance in the mutant. Differences found in the mutant by electron microscopy were a statistically significant wider dimension of the synaptonemal complex central region and also less twisting of synapsed configurations at pachytene. It is suggested that these are side-effect symptoms of a defect in the synaptonemal complex (or associated substance), which is expressed later as sporadic loss of chiasma maintenance.  相似文献
