Erratum to Eric Richter,et al. Epigenetics Volume 2, Issue 2; pp. 100–105

In the paper, A Role for DNA Methylation in Regulating the Growth Suppressor PMEPA1 Gene in Prostate Cancer, by Eric Richter, Katsuaki Masuda, Christopher Cook , Mathias Ehrich, Atekelt Y. Tadese, Hongyun Li, Anthony Owusu, Shiv Srivastava and Albert Dobi (Epigenetics 2007; 2:100–105), the authors found that the DNA probeset of GSTP1 is inaccurately shown (Materials and Methods, page 101). In the actual experiments, the correct set was used, thus the result and interpretation are correct.     

Erratum to Beicheng Sun et al. Cell Cycle Volume 7, Issue 7; pp. 934-939

In the paper, “The level of oncogene H-Ras correlates with tumorigenicity” by Beicheng Sun, Yun Gao, Lei Deng, Guoqiang Li, Feng Cheng and Xuehao Wang (Cell Cycle 2008; 7:934-9), the authors found that Figure 2D is incorrect. The original data found in the report is correct, and the correct figure is included here.     

Erratum to H. Frederik Nijhout,et al. Epigenetics Volume 1, Issue 2; pp. 81-87.

In the paper, Long-Range Allosteric Interactions between the Folate and Methionine Cycles Stabilize DNA Methylation Reaction Rate, by H. Frederik Nijhout, Michael C. Reed, David F. Anderson, Jonathan C. Mattingly, S. Jill James and Cornelia M. Ulrich (Epigenetics 2006; 2:81-87), an eqution was misprinted on page 86 of the appendix. The corrected equations can be found in the online pdf.     

Erratum to Sabina Pucci et al., Cell Cycle Volume 8, Issue 3; pp. 473-481.

In the report “Interleukin-6 affects cell death escaping mechanisms acting on Bax-Ku70-Clusterin interactions in human colon cancer progression” by Sabina Pucci, Paola Mazzarelli, Fabiola Sesti, David A. Boothman and Luigi G. Spagnoli (Cell Cycle 2009; 8:473-81), there was a minor error in the authors names. The original names on page 473, reads: Sabina Pucci, Mazzarelli Paola, Sesti Fabiola, Boothman A. David and Spagnoli G. Luigi. The author’s names should have been Sabina Pucci, Paola Mazzarelli, Fabiola Sesti, David A. Boothman and Luigi G. Spagnoli.     

Erratum to Wang X,et al. Cell Cycle Volume 5, Issue 6; pp. 635-640

In the paper “Differential Subcellular Localizations of Two Human Sgo1 Isoforms” by Xiaoxing Wang, Yali Yang and Wei Dai (Cell Cycle, 5:6, 635-640, March 2006), following changes should be made:

In page 638, the sentence “this notion is supported by the observation that kinetochore recruitments of CENP-E and CENP-F are compromised after Sgo1 deletion (Marko Kallio, unpublished data)” should be revised as “this notion is supported by the observation that kinetochore recruitments of CENP-E 11 and CENP-F (J. Pouwels, A. Kukkonen, M. Kallio, L76, Late Abstracts-The American Society for Cell Biology 45th Annual Meeting, 2005) are compromised after Sgo1 depletion”.
