多效性基因Ghd7调控水稻剑叶面积   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2

光合作用是植物的唯一能量来源,剑叶是水稻开花后进行光合作用的主要部位。Ghd7是一个多效性产量基因,能显著提高水稻产量。为了研究Ghd7对水稻剑叶形态的遗传效应,文章利用一个包含190个家系的BC2F2群体对水稻剑叶长度(FLL)、剑叶宽(FLW)和剑叶面积(FLA)进行QTL定位分析。在BC2F2群体,FLL、FLW和FLA性状表型值均显示为双峰分布,符合孟德尔单基因分离比,并均与每穗实粒数呈现显著正相关。在第7染色体上RM3859和C39分子标记间定位到FLL、FLW和FLA的QTL,分别解释变异的73.3%、62.3%和71.8%,均与Ghd7共分离。以珍汕97为轮回亲本,特青和明恢63分别为供体亲本,获得两个Ghd7近等基因系NIL(MH63)和NIL(TQ),FLL、FLW和FLA表型值均比珍汕97显著提高。另外,超表达Ghd7的合江19转基因植株的FLL、FLW和FLA表型值分别比合江19增加了8.9 cm、0.5 cm和17.8 cm2。这些结果表明Ghd7对调控剑叶面积起重要作用。  相似文献

This paper argues that disease etiology is the key to cross-cultural comparison of non-Western medical systems. Two principal etiologies are identified: personalistic and naturalistic. Correlated with personalistic etiologies are the belief that all misfortune, disease included, is explained in the same way; illness, religion, and magic are inseparable; the most powerful curers have supernatural and magical powers, and their primary role is diagnostic. Correlated with naturalistic etiologies are the belief that disease causality has nothing to do with other misfortunes; religion and magic are largely unrelated to illness; the principal curers lack supernatural or magical powers, and their primary role is therapeutic . In West-Europe, intensive cereal management uses plant growth regulators (PGRs) especially for wheat. A green-house experiment compared the effects of two PGRs on flag leaf characteristics and yield of winter wheat. Chlormequat chloride + choline chloride (CCC) and chlormequat chloride + choline chloride + imazaquin (CCC+I) were applied to winter wheat at growth stage 5 (Feekes Large scale). CCC and CCC+I significantly increased flag leaf surface area at anthesis. Both treatments also enhanced chlorophyll content of the main stem flag leaf. The grain filling period was extended with PGR application by 2 days. CCC and CCC+I significantly increased net CO2 assimilation rates during the flag leaf life. No effects of PGR spraying were observed on the pattern of 14C labelled assimilate distribution. Increased grain yield was due to the increase in average grain weight. The results indicate that PGR treatments increased flag leaf contribution to grain filling. The addition of imazaquin (I) to chlormequat (CCC) improved the effects of CCC.  相似文献

In 2010, Porer Nombo and I launched a book about indigenous Papua New Guinean plant knowledge to a large audience at a university near to his village on the north coast of that country. Members of the audience commented that the book made a record of important practices. But they asked if those practices were dependent on secret magic to be effective? What gave us the right to include such secrets? Or, if there was in fact something fundamental missing from the book (magical formulae to activate the processes described), then what was the use of publishing the book? Thinking through their questions suggested the need to analyse what ‘knowledge’ is in different places, and why plants might be effective in some, but not others. In this paper I attempt an explanation that does not rely on a ‘social’ explanation of magic but instead suggest that what we call ‘magic’ are mechanisms whereby a gardener (or healer, or hunter) positions an action, or a thing in relation to other things. I liken the way myth works in these systems to the way intellectual property law provides a comparable ‘mythic’ structure that locates effect in the places that have developed ‘knowledge economies’ and I conclude by asking; if places embody their history and politics, and generate different understandings of effect, then what are the implications of calling Porer's practices with regard to plants, ‘knowledge’?  相似文献

水稻的水平剑叶净光合速率 (Pn)和羧化效率(CE)显著高于直立剑叶 ,其胞间CO2 浓度 (Ci)显著低于直立剑叶 ,但两者的气孔导度 (Gs)没有明显差别。这表明剑叶取向对水稻叶片的光合能力有重要影响。水平剑叶的高Pn可能同其RuBP羧化酶含量和活性高有关。这可能是水平叶生长期间吸收光量较多的结果。  相似文献

With the increasing emergence of substandard ships sailing under the flag state's ineffective control and the growing number of accidents that negatively affect the marine environment and the maritime order, port states, coastal states, and international organizations have begun to develop new regimes to increase their control over ships. As a result, the authority of flag states is increasingly being challenged, seemingly calling into question the primary jurisdiction and control of flag states over their ships. 以典型的冷型小麦和暖型小麦为试验材料,研究了同一环境背景下不同温度型小麦开花后的旗叶衰老和活性氧代谢特性。结果表明,与暖型小麦相比,冷型小麦籽料灌浆期旗叶叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质含量下降缓慢、含量高,整个业粒形成和灌浆期MDA积累速度慢、含量低,籽粒灌浆期防御活性氧伤害的关键性保护酶(SOD、CAT和POD)活性下隆幅度小,灌浆中后期活性水平高。由此认为,小麦旗叶衰老和活性氧代谢特性与其温度型的归属关  相似文献

糜子根系与旗叶协同衰老的生理生化机理研究   总被引:6,自引:3,他引:3  
以榆糜3号糜子为试验材料,测定了拔节至成熟期糜子根系与旗叶生长指标、保护酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量等变化,初步分析了其根系与旗叶协同衰老的生理生化机制.结果表明:从拔节期到成熟期,糜子根系活性、表面积和干物质重,旗叶绿叶面积和干物质重,以及根系与旗叶的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性均呈先升高后降低的趋势,并均在拔节后34~41 d(籽粒灌浆前期~中期)达到最大值;根系与旗叶的可溶性蛋白质含量逐渐降低,而丙二醛(MDA)含量却持续大幅度上升;糜子旗叶的保护酶(SOD、CAT、POD)活性、可溶性蛋白含量始终极显著高于同期根系,而其MDA含量却始终极显著低于同期根系.研究发现,在糜子生育后期,其光合产物分配中心转移,造成根系和旗叶中光合产物亏缺;同时其旗叶和根系中保护酶活性逐渐降低,清除活性氧的能力减弱,引起细胞内活性氧积累和膜氧化伤害逐渐加重,最终导致植株逐渐衰老;在植株衰老过程中,根系与叶片衰老密切相关,并且根系抗氧化酶的活性相对较弱.  相似文献

利用田间小区试验研究了不同灌水对冬小麦旗叶光合功能衰退的影响。研究表明:小麦旗叶光合衰退初期引起光合下降的原因主要是气孔限制,后期则为非气孔限制。灌水可提高旗叶光合速率,并使由气孔限制非气孔转变的时间推后,同时,还可增加叶绿素含量,增强根活力,使小麦旗叶光合功能持续期延长,过量灌水改善旗叶光合速衰的效果主要表现在后期,对产量提高的意义并不大。  相似文献

随着旗叶的衰老,Rubisco含量逐渐减少.延缓小麦旗叶的衰老进程(抽穗期施氮肥),可增加旗叶Rubisco的含量,提高籽粒的全氮含量.在小麦旗叶全展后28d内,Rubisco的15N丰度处于较高水平,表明仍有Rubisco的重新合成;而在28d以后,Rubisco的15N丰度处于低水平,表明无Rubisco的重新合成.但这时籽粒的15N丰度却上升.旗叶全展后14d内Rubisco的15N丰度高于旗叶中全氮的丰度,说明此时期Rubisco重新合成的速率高于其它蛋白质;旗叶衰老过程中Rubisco的15N丰度的净转移高于全氮,Rubi-sco净N转移也高于全氮,表明Rubisco向籽粒中转移的氮素多于其它蛋白质,对籽粒含氮量的影响最大.  相似文献

八倍体小偃麦和普通小麦旗叶及叶鞘光合日变化比较研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以温室大棚中栽培的普通小麦'中国春'(对照)及八倍体小偃麦'小偃7430'(染色体组为ABDE_1)、'小偃693'(染色体组为ABDF_1)为材料,采用TPS-1光合作用测定系统及FMS-2荧光仪测定了开花期旗叶和叶鞘的净光合速率、气孔导度和叶绿素荧光参数的日变化,以揭示普通小麦与八倍体小偃麦旗叶及其叶鞘的光合作用差异.结果表明:八倍体小偃麦与普通小麦'中国春'的旗叶和叶鞘光合作用均有午休现象,净光合速率于上午11:00左右出现高峰,午间下降,下午又呈现上升趋势,且'小偃693'叶片在上午时上升较快;气孔导度和荧光参数F_v/F_m、Fv/F_o、 Φ_(PS)Ⅱ、ETR的变化趋势与净光合速率相似,而NPQ的变化趋势则相反.各光合作用和叶绿素荧光参数在材料间表现为八倍体小偃麦高于普通小麦'中国春',器官间表现为旗叶高于相应叶鞘,而'小偃693'的叶鞘和'中国春'叶片的相似.研究发现,八倍体小偃麦旗叶和叶鞘的光合效率优于普通小麦'中国春';'小偃693'的光合效率因其较高的光反应活性表现得尤为突出,其叶鞘的光合能力也不容忽视.  相似文献

This article examines recent transformations on the discourses of race and nation in bicentennial Argentina, which have shifted from the notion of a fundamentally white nation to an assertion of its racial and cultural diversity. I examine the production of race in contemporary institutional and non-institutional practices that challenge the discourses of modernity according to which Argentina is a white, homogenous and Europeanized nation. The article focuses on a set of cultural manifestations involving Japanese Argentines that – as non-traditional actors in the racial and national stages and as ‘desirable’ immigrants – reveal some inherent fissures in the current official narrative that ostensibly progresses from homogeneity to diversity, and from exclusion to inclusion. By observing the performativity of race and a non-constructivist understanding of race embedded within these cultural manifestations, I argue that the newly multicultural nation continues to inherit its mechanisms of racial production from the modern nation.  相似文献

在小麦开花后,旗叶中蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性在开花后14d内一直维持较高水平,蔗糖合成酶(SS)的活性在开花后14-28d较高,蔗糖的含量与SPS活性呈显著正相关,籽粒中蔗糖合成酶(SS)在开花后28d内一直维持较高的活性;与此相对应,籽粒蔗糖的含量在开花后28d内呈明显的下降趋势。而旗叶和籽粒中SS活性均与籽粒淀粉的积累速率呈极显著正相关。  相似文献

Like other Pentecostals, the Lelet of central New Ireland, Papua New Guinea, are urged to reject significant aspects of their cultural tradition in order to become born‐again Christians. Most Lelet Pentecostals say that all use of magic must be abandoned. I use the example of healing to show how commitments to break with the past are influenced by life’s exigencies, such as illness. Pragmatic responses to illness may see people move between forms of therapy that are considered mutually exclusive – that is, between Christian healing and magic. Some judge this wavering derisively as “yo‐yo” thinking. I suggest that a more subtle and open‐minded appreciation of the Pentecostal stress on breaking with the past is to see this as situational – that is, as necessarily influenced by contingencies. Despite the rhetoric of absolute rupture being widely proclaimed, putting this into practice while negotiating the exigencies of life is a decidedly more complex and fluid matter. Lelet pragmatism sometimes stands in the way of the radical idealism of Pentecostalism.  相似文献

土柱栽培研究了施肥深度对旱地小麦花后旗叶衰老及产量的影响。结果表明:较深层次(20-40cm)施肥,旗叶SOD、CAT活性可保持较高水平,可溶性蛋白质含量降低慢,抑制MDA含量的产生,有利于延迟旗叶衰老。施肥过浅和施肥过深,施叶衰老快,产量较低,从整体看,处理2与处理1及处理4差异显著,与处理3差异较少,由此认为延迟旱地小麦旗叶衰老的施肥深度应在20-40cm左右,并可据此制定管理方案,以获得高产高效。  相似文献

In this article, the ethnography of magic and healing in contemporary Russia is analyzed using the basic concepts of Peircian semiotics. Indigenous terms of affliction used in magical diagnostics of misfortunes, as well as pantomimic gestures in hand healing are regarded as iconic and indexical signs. Their mode of signification is pragmatic presentation rather than textual representation, which underlies their capacity to effect transformations in consciousness. It is shown, however, that it is cultural conventions of their symbolic meanings that form these signs as icons and indexes.  相似文献

Ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase activity and chlorophyll content were measured in the leaves and reproductive parts of two wheat cultivars after ear emergence. The chlorophyll content of the flag leaf was mostly higher than that of the awns and glumes. Awns had the highest chlorophyll content among reproductive parts. Light transmission to the lower leaves was higher in the dwarf cultivar Moti than in the medium tall cultivar Kalyansona. RuBP carboxylase activity in Kalyansona leaves was higher than in Moti leaves. In postanthesis stages there was no difference in RuBP carboxylase activity in the flag leaf and lower leaves between cultivars. Awns had the maximum activity of RuBP carboxylase followed by glumes and grains among ear parts. The relative capacity for photosynthesis in the ear parts was several times higher than in the flag leaf on a unit chlorophyll basis. It is suggested that in a crop canopy in the field, the spike(ear) may have a greater importance in grain development than has been previously estimated.  相似文献
