An enzyme able to catalyse the polymerization of deoxyribonucleotides in a template-independent manner was isolated from dry wheat germ. This activity is associated with a soluble protein which is homogeneous with respect to the molecular weight (approx. 500000) and, under denaturing conditions, dissociates into product of two size classes, 67000 and 45000 daltons respectively. The enzyme-catalysed polymerization can be primed by oligo- as well as poly-deoxyribonucleotides, and is highly efficient (234 nmol/h per mg of finally purified protein) when only one of the four deoxyribonucleoside 5'-triphosphates is present in the incubation mixture. An extension of the 3'-hydroxy termini of polydeoxyribonucleotide chains for approx. 40 nucleotide residues was achieved when non-denatured DNA and [3H]dTTP were used as the primer and substrate respectively. It is concluded that the enzyme isolated from wheat germ shares catalytic properties with the terminal deoxynucleotidyltransferase of mammalian thymus. Unlike that transferase, however, the plant enzyme prefers non-denatured to single-stranded DNA as primer and requires both Mg2+ and Mn2+ ions for maximal activity.  相似文献

Calcineurin purified from bovine brain was found to be active towards beta-naphthyl phosphate greater than p-nitrophenyl phosphate greater than alpha-naphthyl phosphate much greater than phosphotyrosine. In its native state, calcineurin shows little activity. It requires the synergistic action of Ca2+, calmodulin, and Mg2+ for maximum activation. Ca2+ and Ca2+ X calmodulin exert their activating effects by transforming the enzyme into a potentially active form which requires Mg2+ to express the full activity. Ni2+, Mn2+, and Co2+, but not Ca2+ or Zn2+, can substitute for Mg2+. The pH optimum, and the Vm and Km values of the phosphatase reaction are characteristics of the divalent cation cofactor. Ca2+ plus calmodulin increases the Vm in the presence of a given divalent cation, but has little effect on the Km for p-nitrophenyl phosphate. The activating effects of Mg2+ are different from those of the transition metal ions in terms of effects on Km, Vm, pH optimum of the phosphatase reaction and their affinity for calcineurin. Based on the Vm values determined in their respective optimum conditions, the order of effectiveness is: Mg2+ greater than or equal to Ni2+ greater than Mn2+ much greater than Co2+. The catalytic properties of calcineurin are markedly similar to those of p-nitrophenyl phosphatase activity associated with protein phosphatase 3C and with its catalytic subunit of Mr = 35,000, suggesting that there are common features in the catalytic sites of these two different classes of phosphatase.  相似文献

Alkaline phosphatase activity of HeLa cells is increased 5-20-fold during growth in medium with cortisol. The increase in enzyme activity is due to an enhanced catalytic efficiency rather than an increase in alkaline phosphatase protein in induced cells. In the present study the chemical composition of control and induced forms of alkaline phosphatase were investigated to determine the enzyme modification that may be responsible for the increased catalytic activity. HeLa alkaline phosphatase is a phosphoprotein and the induced form of the enzyme has approximately one-half of the phosphate residues associated with control enzyme. The decrease in phosphate residues of the enzyme apparently alters its catalytic activity. Other chemical components of purified alkaline phosphatase from control and induced cells are similar; these include sialic acid, hexosamine and sulfhydryl residues.  相似文献

The soluble high Km form of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase (EC 3.4.1.17) was purified over 2000-fold from bovine brain homogenates principally using blue dextran-Sepharose chromatography. The purified protein has a specific enzymic activity of 167 units/mg and appears homogeneous when examined by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The enzyme has a molecular weight of 1.26 +/- 0.05 x 10(5) consisting of two apparently identical polypeptide chains. Kinetic measurements indicate that the substrates cyclic GMP and cyclic AMP each have a single Km value, 9 +/- 1 micron and 150 +/- 50 micron, respectively, that the two cyclic nucleotides compete for the same catalytic site, that the blue dye of blue dextran-Sepharose is a competitive inhibitor for the cyclic nucleotides, and that the Vmax with cyclic AMP as substrate is about an order of magnitude larger than that for cyclic GMP. Bovine brain calmodulin stimulates the catalytic rate of the purified enzyme in the presence of Ca2+ by increasing the Vmax associated with each cyclic nucleotide substrate.  相似文献

To find proteins with nucleotidase activity in Escherichia coli, purified unknown proteins were screened for the presence of phosphatase activity using the general phosphatase substrate p-nitrophenyl phosphate. Proteins exhibiting catalytic activity were then assayed for nucleotidase activity against various nucleotides. These screens identified the presence of nucleotidase activity in three uncharacterized E. coli proteins, SurE, YfbR, and YjjG, that belong to different enzyme superfamilies: SurE-like family, HD domain family (YfbR), and haloacid dehalogenase (HAD)-like superfamily (YjjG). The phosphatase activity of these proteins had a neutral pH optimum (pH 7.0-8.0) and was strictly dependent on the presence of divalent metal cations (SurE: Mn(2+) > Co(2+) > Ni(2+) > Mg(2+); YfbR: Co(2+) > Mn(2+) > Cu(2+); YjjG: Mg(2+) > Mn(2+) > Co(2+)). Further biochemical characterization of SurE revealed that it has a broad substrate specificity and can dephosphorylate various ribo- and deoxyribonucleoside 5'-monophosphates and ribonucleoside 3'-monophosphates with highest affinity to 3'-AMP. SurE also hydrolyzed polyphosphate (exopolyphosphatase activity) with the preference for short-chain-length substrates (P(20-25)). YfbR was strictly specific to deoxyribonucleoside 5'-monophosphates, whereas YjjG showed narrow specificity to 5'-dTMP, 5'-dUMP, and 5'-UMP. The three enzymes also exhibited different sensitivities to inhibition by various nucleoside di- and triphosphates: YfbR was equally sensitive to both di- and triphosphates, SurE was inhibited only by triphosphates, and YjjG was insensitive to these effectors. The differences in their sensitivities to nucleotides and their varied substrate specificities suggest that these enzymes play unique functions in the intracellular nucleotide metabolism in E. coli.  相似文献

1. Three phosphodiesterases that are capable of hydrolysing 3':5'-cyclic nucleotides were purified from potato tubers. 2. The phosphodiesterases were fractionated by (NH4)2SO4 precipitation and CM-cellulose chromatography. The phosphodiesterases were resolved from each other and further purified by gel filtration in high- and low-ionic-strength conditions. 3. All three enzymes lacked significant nucleotidase activity. 4. Enzymes I and II had mol. wts. 240,000 and 80,000 respectively, determined by gel filtration, whereas enzyme III showed anomalous behaviour on gel filtration, behaving as a high- or low-molecular-weight protein in high- or low-ionic-strength buffers respectively. 5. All enzymes hydrolysed 2':3'-cyclic nucleotides as well as 3':5'-cyclic nucleotides. The enzymes also had nucleotide pyrophosphatase activity, hydrolysing NAD+ and UDP-glucose to various extents. Enzymes I and II hydrolyse cyclic nucleotides at a greater rate than NAD+, whereas enzyme III hydrolyses NAD+ at a much greater rate than cyclic nucleotides. All three enzymes hydrolysed the artificial substrate bis-(p-nitro-phenyl) phosphate. 6. The enzymes do not require the addition of bivalent cations for activity. 7. Both enzymes I and II have optimum activity at pH6 with 3':5'-cyclic AMP and bis-(p-nitrophenyl) phosphate as substrates. The products of 3':5'-cyclic AMP hydrolysis were 3'-AMP and 5'-AMP, the ratio of the two products being different for each enzyme and varying with pH. 8. Theophylline inhibits enzymes I and II slightly, but other methyl xanthines have little effect. Enzymes I and II were competitively inhibited by many nucleotides containing phosphomonoester and phosphodiester bonds, as well as by Pi. 9. The possible significance of these phosphodiesterases in cyclic nucleotide metabolism in higher plants is discussed.  相似文献

Phosphatidic acid phosphatase (EC 3.1.3.4) was purified 30-fold by ammonium sulfate fractionation and hydroxyapatite chromatography from the soluble fraction of rat liver. ADP was found to stimulate the enzyme activity with half-maximal stimulation at 0.2 mM. Similar effects were seen when ADP was replaced by GDP or CDP. In contrast, ATP inhibited the enzyme; half-maximal inhibition observed at 0.2 mM. Again, the degree of inhibition did not differ when GTP or CTP replaced ATP. Thus, the structure of the base part of the nucleotide was not critical for mediating these effects. The positions of the phosphate groups in the nucleotide structure were however found to be of importance for the enzyme activity. Variations in the structure of the phosphate ester bound at the 5'-position had a pronounced effect on phosphatidic acid phosphatase activity. The effect of nucleotides depended on pH, and the inhibition by ATP was more pronounced at pH levels lower than 7.0, whereas the stimulatory effect of ADP was virtually the same from pH 6.0 to pH 8.0. The enzyme showed substrate saturation kinetics with respect to phosphatidic acid, with an apparent Km of 0.7 mM. Km increased in the presence of ATP, whereas both apparent Vmax and Km increased in the presence of ADP, suggesting different mechanisms for the action of the two types of nucleotides. The results indicated that physiological levels of nucleotides with a diphosphate or a triphosphate ester bound at the 5'-position of the ribose moiety influenced the activity of phosphatidic acid phosphatase. The possibility is discussed that these effects might be of importance for the regulation of triacylglycerol biosynthesis.  相似文献

The effect of inert coordination complexes of chromium (III) with various nucleotides on the catalytic activity of rat liver pyruvate carboxylase was determined. The chromium nucleotides are effective initial inhibitors of pyruvate carboxylase and the inhibition becomes more severe with time. The initial rate decreases for several minutes, reaching a new slower rate that is then maintained until considerable net reaction occurs. Incubation of the enzyme with chromium nucleotides in the presence of Mg2+ and HCO3- causes maximal inhibition of the reaction and linear initial rates are then observed. This effect is similar to that found with yeast hexokinase (Dannenberg, K.D., and Cleland, W.W. (1975) Biochemistry 14, 28-39). The specificity of the carboxylase toward the nucleotide complexes suggests that the alpha and beta nucleotide phosphates are as important as the gamma phosphate in binding to the enzyme. A stable pyruvate carboxylase chromium nucleotide complex was not observed. These results are quite different from those found with yeast hexokinase where a stable complex between CrATP, sugar, and enzyme is found and hexokinase appears to be specific toward the beta, gamma phosphates of its nucleotide substrates.  相似文献

The structural requirements of the NADP+ molecule as a coenzyme in the oxidative decarboxylation reaction catalysed by pigeon liver malic enzyme were studied by kinetic and fluorimetric analyses with various NADP+ analogues and fragments. The substrate L-malate had little effect on the nucleotide binding. Etheno-NADP+, 3-acetylpyridine-adenine dinucleotide phosphate, and nicotinamide-hypoxanthine dinucleotide phosphate act as alternative coenzymes for the enzyme. Their kinetic parameters were similar to that of NADP+. Thionicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide phosphate, 3-aminopyridine-adenine dinucleotide phosphate, 5'-adenylyl imidodiphosphate, nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide 3'-phosphate and NAD+ act as inhibitors for the enzyme. The first two were competitive with respect to NADP+ and non-competitive with respect to L-malate; the other inhibitors were non-competitive with NADP+. All NADP+ fragments were inhibitory to the enzyme, with a wide range of affinity, depending on the presence or absence of a 2'-phosphate group. Compounds with this group bind to the enzyme 2-3 orders of magnitude more tightly than those without this group. Only compounds with this group were competitive inhibitors with respect to NADP+. We conclude that the 2'-phosphate group is crucial for the nucleotide binding of this enzyme, whereas the carboxyamide carbonyl group of the nicotinamide moiety is important for the coenzyme activity. There is a strong synergistic effect between the binding of the nicotinamide and adenosine moieties of the nucleotide molecule.  相似文献

1. Soluble beef-heart mitochondrial ATPase (F1) was incubated with [3H]pyridoxal 5′-phosphate and the Schiffbase complex formed was reduced with sodium borohydride. Spectral measurements indicate that lysine residues are modified and gel electrophoresis in the presence of detergent shows the tritium label to be associated with the two largest subunits, α and β. 2. In the absence of protecting ligands, the loss of ATP hydrolysis activity is linearly dependent on the level of pyridoxylation with complete inactivation correlating to 10 mol pyridoxamine phosphate incorporated per mol enzyme. Partial inactivation of F1 with pyridoxal phosphate has no effect on either the Km for ATP or the ability of bicarbonate to stimulate residual hydrolysis activity, suggesting a mixed population of fully active and fully inactive enzyme. 3. In the presence of excess magnesium, the addition of ADP or ATP, but not AMP, decreases the rate and extent of modification of F1 by pyridoxal phosphate. The non-hydrolyzable ATP analog, 5′-adenylyl-β, γ-imidodiphosphate, is particularly effective in protecting F1 against both modification and inactivation. Efrapeptin and Pi have no effect on the modification reaction. 4. Prior modification of F1 with pyridoxal phosphate decreases the number of exchangeable nucleotide binding sites by one. However, pyridoxylation of F1 is ineffective in displacing endogenous nucleotides bound at non-catalytic sites and does not affect the stoichiometry of Pi binding. 5. The ability of nucleotides to protect against modification and inactivation by pyridoxal phosphate and the loss of one exchangeable nucleotide site with the pyridoxylation of F1 suggest the presence of a positively charged lysine residue at the catalytic site of an enzyme that binds two negatively charged substrates.  相似文献

The binding of nucleotides on isolated subunits as well as on reconstituted CF1 core complex is reviewed. Nucleotide interaction with CF1 and consequent ATPase activity are always associated with the presence of Mg2+. The metal binding site studies using Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) and pulsed EPR conclude that the metal binding occurs prior to any nucleotide addition. The addition of nucleotide does not modify the enzyme's metal binding site but brings on additional ligands with the phosphates of the nucleotides. The ATPase and nucleotide binding experiments with CF1 are also better interpreted by the hypothesis that Mg2+ is an activator rather than an inhibitor of the enzyme and that the actual substrate of CF1-ATPase is ATP rather than MgATP. The dual role of tentoxin as an inhibitor at low concentration (10-8-10-7 M) and activator at higher concentrations (10-6 M) of the enzymatic activity of CF1, is due to the presence of two different binding sites on CF1. The synthesis of a new cyclic analogue of tentoxin with alanine changed for a serine has shown that it was possible to dissociate the two roles. The serine tentoxin analogue has the same inhibition effect on CF1 but is no longer an activator. The binding of nucleotides may influence the stability, produce structural changes and, over long distance, cause movements of CF1. All these effects of nucleotide or metal binding and activation or inhibition of CF1 may help also to elucidate the role played by the catalytic and non catalytic sites. These questions are reviewed and analyzed with respect to the current views on the catalytic mechanism.  相似文献

Thiaminephosphate pyrophosphorylase (EC 2.5.1.3) in Escherichia coli has been purified 175-fold by conventional methods of enzyme purification. General properties of the partially purified enzyme were similar to those of the yeast enzyme except for a small molecular weight of 17,000. The E. coli enzyme was inhibited by a variety of high-energy phosphate compounds. Acetyl phosphate was the most potent inhibitor and resulted in 50% inhibition at 0.5 mm concentration. ATP and acetyl phosphate were both uncompetitive inhibitors with respect to both substrates. Low-energy phosphate compounds and pyridine nucleotides were not able to inhibit the activity. These results, together with the other results obtained, indicate that these high-energy phosphate compounds did not inhibit the enzyme activity after conversion to a common compound. The physiological significance of this type of inhibition was discussed from the point of cellular energy charge.  相似文献

Guanosine 3':5'-monophosphate phosphodiesterases, which appear to be under allosteric control, have been partially purified from rat liver supernatant and particulate fractions. The preferred substrate for both phosphodiesterases was cGMP (Km values: cGMP less than cIMP less than cAMP). At subsaturating concentrations of substrate, the phosphodiesterases were stimulated by purine cyclic nucleotides. The order of effectiveness for activation of cyclic nucleotide hydrolysis was cGMP greater than cIMP greater than cAMP greater than cXMP. Using cAMP derivatives as activators of cIMP hydrolysis, modifications in the ribose, cyclic phosphate, and purine moieties were shown to alter the ability of the cyclic nucleotide to activate the supernatant enzyme. cGMP, at concentrations that stimulated cyclic nucleotide hydrolysis, enhanced chymotryptic inactivation of the supernatant phosphodiesterase. At similar concentrations, cAMP was not effective. It appears that on interaction with appropriate cyclic nucleotides, this phosphodiesterase undergoes conformational changes that are associated with increased catalytic activity and enhanced susceptibility to proteolytic attack. Divalent cation may not be required for the nucleotide-phosphodiesterase interaction and resultant change in conformation.  相似文献

Experiments were conducted to study the differences in catalytic behavior of various forms of Escherichia coli glutamine synthetase. The enzyme catalyzes the ATP-dependent formation of glutamine from glutamate and ammonia via a gamma-glutamyl phosphate intermediate. The physiologically important metal ion for catalysis is Mg2+; however, Mn2+ supports in vitro activity, though at a reduced level. Additionally, the enzyme is regulated by a covalent adenylylation modification, and the metal ion specificity of the reaction depends on the adenylylation state of the enzyme. The kinetic investigations reported herein demonstrate differences in binding and catalytic behavior of the various forms of glutamine synthetase. Rapid quench kinetic experiments on the unadenylylated enzyme with either Mg2+ or Mn2+ as the activating metal revealed that product release is the rate-limiting step. However, in the case of the adenylylated enzyme, phosphoryl transfer is the rate-limiting step. The internal equilibrium constant for phosphoryl transfer is 2 and 5 for the unadenylylated enzyme with Mg2+ or Mn2+, respectively. For the Mn2(+)-activated adenylylated enzyme the internal equilibrium constant is 0.1, indicating that phosphoryl transfer is less energetically favorable for this form of the enzyme. The factors that make the unadenylylated enzyme most active with Mg2+ are discussed.  相似文献

The plasma membrane of Neurospora crassa contains a proton-translocating ATPase, which functions to generate a large membrane potential and thereby to drive a variety of H+-dependent co-transport systems. We have purified this ATPase by a three-step procedure in which 1) loosely bound membrane proteins are removed by treatment with 0.1% deoxycholate; 2) the ATPase is solubilized with 0.6% deoxycholate in the presence of 45% glycerol; and 3) the solubilized enzyme is purified by centrifugation through a glycerol gradient. This procedure typically yields approximately 30% of the starting ATPase activity in a nearly homogeneous enzyme preparation of high specific activity, 61-98 mumol/min/mg of protein. The membrane-bound and purified forms of the ATPase are very similar with respect to kinetic properties (pH optimum, nucleotide and divalent cation specificity, sigmoid dependence upon Mg-ATP concentration) and sensitivity to inhibitors (including N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and vanadate). Upon sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the purified ATPase displays a single major polypeptide band of Mr = 104,000, which is essentially identical in its electrophoretic mobility with the large subunit of [Na+, K+]-ATPase of animal cell membranes and [Ca2+]-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum. The structural similarity of the fungal and animal cell ATPases, together with the fact that both are known to form acyl phosphate intermediates, suggests that they may share a common reaction mechanism.  相似文献

A metal-ion-independent, nonspecific phosphoprotein phosphatase (Mr = 35000) which represents the major phosphorylase phosphatase activity in bovine adrenal cortex has been purified to apparent homogeneity. An alkaline phosphatase activity (p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate) of the same molecular weight, which requires both a metal ion (Mg2+ greater than Mn2+ greater than Co2+) and a sulfhydryl compound for activity, has been found to co-purify with the phosphoprotein phosphatase throughout the purification procedures. Characterization of the phosphoprotein and the alkaline phosphatase activities with respect to their catalytic properties, substrate and metal ion specificities, relationship with large molecular forms of the enzymes and responses to various effectors has been carried out. The results indicate that the phosphoprotein phosphatase can be converted by pyrophosphoryl compounds (e.g. PPi and ATP) to a metal-ion-dependent form which, subsequently, can be reactivated by Co2+ greater than Mn2+ but not by Mg2+ or Zn2+. The results also indicate that, although the phosphoprotein and the alkaline phosphatase activities are closely associated, they exhibit distinct physical and catalytic properties. Discussions concerning whether these two activities represent two different forms of the same protein or two different yet very similar polypeptide chains have been presented.  相似文献

Deoxyguanosine kinase, which catalyses the phosphorylation of deoxyguanosine to form deoxyguanosine 5'-monophosphate, was purified 1024-fold from extracts to newborn-pig skin. This activity requires the presence of a bivalent cation and a nucleoside triphosphate, which functions as a phosphate donor, ATP being twice as effective as CTP or GTP and 4 times as effective as UTP. The enzyme appears to have a molecular weight of 58500 as determined by Sephadex-column chromatography. Optimal enzymic activity was observed at pH 8.0; however, the enzyme remained active over a broad pH range of 5.5-9.0. Several deoxyribonucleoside and ribonucleoside monophosphates and triphosphates were tested as effectors of catalytic activity. Effective inhibitors were dGMP [Ki(app.) = 7.6 x 10(-5) M] and dGTP [Ki(app.) = 2.1 x 10(-5) M]. Both of these inhibitors acted in a competitive manner. A Km(app.) of 3.2 x 10(-7) M was measured for deoxyguanosine and a Km(app.) of 3.3 mM was determined for MgATP. Of the four major deoxynucleosides tested, this catalytic activity appears to phosphorylate only deoxyguanosine; thus the enzyme is a specific deoxyguanosine kinase.  相似文献

The acetate activating system of Acetobacter aceti has been studied. The enzyme responsible, acetyl-CoA synthetase, has been purified about 500-fold from crude cell extracts and was approximately 85% pure as judged by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in sodium dodecyl sulphate. The purified enzyme showed optimal activity at pH 7.6 in both Tris-HCL and potassium phosphate buffers. In its purest form, the enzyme was stable at 4 degrees-C but denatured upon freezing. The Km values for CoA, ATP and acetate were found to be 0.104 mM, 0.36 mM and 0.25 mM respectively; propionate and acrylate were also activated by the enzyme but not butyrate, isobutyrate or valerate. GTP, UTP, CTP and ADP could not replace ATP in the reaction, and cysteine or pantetheine failed to replace CoA. The cationic requirements were studied and of the divalent cations tested, only Mn2+ could significantly replace Mg2+ in the reaction; K+ and NH4+ stimulated enzyme activity but inhibited at high concentrations; Na+ was a poor activator, but did not inhibit at higher concentrations. The effect of a number of glucose and other metabolites on enzyme activity has been tested.  相似文献

The extent of stimulation of the hydrolytic activity of mitochondrial ATPase by the reducing agent dithionite has been found to depend on substrate concentration both for the membrane bound enzyme and for the isolated and purified F1ATPase. The results suggest the existence of three catalytic sites differing in their standard reduction potential. The activating effect of free ATP on the hydrolytic activity of rat liver F1-ATPase has been found to be more pronounced on the reduced form of the enzyme. On the contrary, the inhibitory effect of ADP was higher on the oxidized form of F1-ATPase. Citrate has also been found to be an inhibitor of F1-ATPase; its effect was more pronounced on the reduced form of the enzyme, and exhibited a competitive pattern of inhibition with respect to free ATP. The results obtained have been interpreted in the sense that free ATP and ADP may be modifying the standard reduction potential of the enzyme, and suggest the existence of three independent redox cycles in ATPase governed by the exchange of ADP and Pi for the newly synthesized ATP.  相似文献

A potent nucleoside triphosphate hydrolase (EC 3.6.1.3) with a number of unusual properties has been found in the parasitic protozoan (Toxoplasma gondii) and has been purified to homogeneity. The enzyme is localized in the cytosol and constitutes 3-4% of the total cytosolic protein. It has a molecular weight of 240,000-260,000 and contains four equivalent subunits of Mr = 63,000. Dithiol compounds such as dithiothreitol, dithioerythritol, or dimercaptopropanol were essential activators of the enzyme. Monothiol compounds had no effect. The specific activity of the purified enzyme was 2,500 mumol/min/mg at 37 degrees C under optimal conditions. Magnesium was the most effective activating metal ion, although manganese and calcium were also active. A higher excess of magnesium over total ATP was essential for maximal activity. Anions were found to inhibit the enzyme activity in an almost chaotropic order. The enzyme demonstrated a wide substrate specificity for both ribo- and deoxyribonucleoside triphosphate and hydrolyzed these nucleotides at almost the same rate. ADP was also a substrate and was hydrolyzed at a rate of 18% of that for ATP. Slight activity was seen with inorganic tri- and tetrapolyphosphates but not with monophosphate compounds. Km values for MgATP2- and MgADP- were 0.12 +/- 0.01 mM and 0.70 +/- 0.06 mM, respectively.  相似文献
