目的探讨品管圈在腔镜器械管理中的应用效果。方法将2014年6~12月我院未实行品管圈活动前的腔镜管理为对照组,将2015年1~6月实施品管圈活动后的腔镜管理为观察组,比较两组腔镜器械的完好率、术前腔镜器械准备完善率及手术医生的满意率。结果实施品管圈管理后,观察组腔镜器械完好率、术前腔镜器械准备完善率及手术医生的满意率明显提高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论运用品管圈对腔镜器械进行管理,提高了护理人员的凝聚力,充分发挥护士的主观能动性及工作积极性,保障了腔镜器械的完好性,提高了术前腔镜器械准备完善率及手术医生的满意率,确保手术的顺利进行。  相似文献

心血管介入器械的使用越来越广泛,综合考虑血流、器械和血管的作用情况,研究器械的放置和设计问题,有助于减少器械诱发的并发症,提高其使用的效果。采用计算机建模,有限体积法生成网格,通过计算流场来分析器械使用前后流场改变的方法,说明了介入器械的结构和使用方式对血管有不同方面及程度的影响。对于研究其他的一些和血管接触的器械也有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

The rapid development of minimally invasive surgery means that there will be fundamental changes in interventional treatment. Technological advances will allow new minimally invasive procedures to be developed. Application of robotics will allow some procedures to be done automatically, and coupling of slave robotic instruments with virtual reality images will allow surgeons to perform operations by remote control. Miniature motors and instruments designed by microengineering could be introduced into body cavities to perform operations that are currently impossible. New materials will allow changes in instrument construction, such as use of memory metals to make heat activated scissors or forceps. With the reduced trauma associated with minimally invasive surgery, fewer operations will require long hospital stays. Traditional surgical wards will become largely redundant, and hospitals will need to cope with increased through-put of patients. Operating theatres will have to be equipped with complex high technology equipment, and hospital staff will need to be trained to manage it. Conventional nursing care will be carried out more in the community. Many traditional specialties will be merged, and surgical training will need fundamental revision to ensure that surgeons are competent to carry out the new procedures.  相似文献

We report the case of a 60-year-old man with patent coronary by-pass grafts on the left anterior descending and circumflex coronary arteries, who experienced recurrent Canadian class IV angina refractory to medical and interventional treatments for a dominant right coronary artery occlusion. He underwent autologous PBSC transplant into the inferior ventricular wall through a minimally invasive approach as a stand-alone therapy, in an attempt to induce therapeutic angiogenesis. Six months after the operation, angina significantly ameliorated; scintigraphy and coronary angiography showed a marked improvement in perfusion of the target injection area. These benefits had persisted at 25 months after stem cell transplant.  相似文献

目的:探讨临床护理路径在脑出血微创介入治疗中的效果评价。方法:选择我院神经内科脑出血进行微创介入治疗的住院患者120例作为研究对象,将目标患者随机分为两组,每组各60例患者,普通组实施常规护理,对照组采用临床护理路径模式进行护理,对两组患者的护理满意度等进行对比。结果:对照组在住院费用、住院时间、护理满意度等方面均好于普通组,两组患者间有明显差异,P〈0.05,有统计学意义。结论:临床护理路径的实施有利于护理满意度的提高,对促进患者生存质量也有积极作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨规范化护理在急性肾出血介入微创栓塞治疗中的价值。方法:回顾性分析我科38例急性肾出血患者采用明胶海绵、微弹簧圈、聚乙烯醇(PVA)等栓塞剂栓塞出血动脉,规范性做好介入术前、术中、术后护理。结果:除2例肉眼血尿持续10天,其他36例病人全部在术后3天内尿液由介入前全血尿转为淡红色,并在7天肉眼血尿彻底消失。结论:规范化护理是确保介入微创栓塞治疗急性肾出血顺利完成及成功的重要环节,加强术前、术中、术后护理能明显减少介入微创栓塞治疗后再出血的发生,提高介入治疗效果。  相似文献

Nowadays, studies of the interventional micro robots have been hot topics in the field of medical device. The ultimate goal of medical micro robots is to reach currently inaccessible areas of the human body and carry out a host of complex operations such as minimally invasive surgery (MIS), highly localized drug delivery and opening up the blood vessels. Miniature, safe and energy efficient propulsion systems hold the key to mature this technology. In this paper, a prototype of endovascular micro robot based on the motion principle of spermatozoa is presented. The properties of this propulsive mechanism are estimated by modeling the dynamics of the swimming methods. In order to validate the theoretical results for spermatozoa propulsion, a scaled-up prototype of the swimming robot is fabricated and characterized in imitative bio-pipes full of silicone oil. Experimental results shown that the spermatozoa-like micro robot can be controlled to swim efficiently. And to adjust the rotation direction of the four flexible tails, the propulsion forces and the function of opening up the blood vessels will be generated.  相似文献

目的:探讨腰交感神经节微创介入置管连续给药在糖尿病足治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年6月-2017年6月期间在我院诊治的40例糖尿病足患者。按随机数字表法分为研究组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组使用腰交感神经节微创介入置管连续给药治疗。对比分析两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、治疗总有效率、并发症发生情况。结果:两组治疗前VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分均下降,且研究组较对照组降低(P0.05)。研究组治疗后的临床总有效率为95.00%(19/20),高于对照组的70.00%(14/20)(P0.05)。治疗后研究组踝肱指数(ABI)和皮温高于对照组,震动感觉阈值(VPT)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后研究组患者溃疡愈合时间和住院时间短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗后并发症发生率比较无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:使用腰交感神经节微创介入置管连续给药治疗糖尿病足,可显著提高治疗总有效率,减轻患者疼痛,缩短溃疡愈合时间及住院时间,减少截肢率,且安全性较好。  相似文献

The field of MR imaging has progressively grown from morphological imaging to physiological imaging and finally to interventional imaging. In fact, MRI is an imaging modality well adapted to the interventional practice, it is not only due to its high contrast to soft tissues and to the absence of ionizing radiations but also extensively benefited, as all minimally invasive therapies, of the progress of informatics, of electronics and of robotics. This review discusses the different innovations made in recent years. Different aspects are discussed, systems designs, devices tracking, pulse sequences, applications, each of them is followed by recent references in order to go into details.  相似文献

Using basic galvanic cell principles, the ability of tissues to generate electrical current through electrolysis was characterized. Studying Zn/Cu electrolysis in animal organs revealed a fundamental and measurable tissue-specific property - the galvanic apparent internal impedance (GAII), that is most likely related to the salt bridge function of tissues delineated by electrodes. Further to the fundamental knowledge acquired, GAII enables a new diagnostic method to distinguish between tissue types and to determine their health status without a need for expensive calibration, as often required when external power source is used. We demonstrated the GAII sensitivity in detecting tissue ablation with microwave heating or irreversible electroporation. The results open the way for a novel, inexpensive self-powered tissue diagnostic system for a wide range of applications such as minimally invasive tissue health status, ischemia, hydration, real time intra-operative control of minimally invasive surgery, medical imaging, virtual biopsy and many others.  相似文献

The need for minimally invasive biomarkers to predict the progression of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease to non-alcoholic steatohepatitis is a priority.
