农田土壤肥力受自然因素和人为因素的双重影响 ,对其进行客观的综合评价显得非常困难 ,为了在对农田土壤肥力综合评价过程中尽量避免主观性 ,减少人为因素 ,人们更多地采用一些数学方法参与到评价过程中 ,进行数值化综合评价。本文就目前流行的有关土壤肥力综合评价的方法进行了介绍和比较 ,并对其取样技术、评价指标最小数据集的选择以及数值化综合评价方法进行了详细介绍。随着GPS、GIS技术的发展 ,土壤肥力质量评价系统会日臻完善 ,为土壤资源的合理利用提供依据。  相似文献

生态系统服务价值评估研究进展——国外学者观点   总被引:48,自引:1,他引:48  
生态系统服务的价值评估是目前生态学研究热点和存在较多争议的领域之一。争论的焦点主要集中在生态系统服务货币化评估的必要性和有效性。通过对大量文献的检索,较为系统地总结了国外学者的观点,特别是引起诸多争论的主要原因:一是由于生态系统本身的复杂性,各项服务之间存在着相互依赖的关系,使生态系统服务的分类本身就缺乏严格的标准,同时存在着时间和空间上复杂的尺度转换问题,从而使生态系统服务的价值评估容易出现重复计算;二是由于经济学方法本身存在着一定的局限性,对于不同的评估对象和评估目标往往需要选取不同的评估方法,每一种生态系统服务通常可以有几种不同的评估方法,评估结果在很大的程度上依赖于选择的不同方法.从而使得到的结果间缺乏可比性;三是由于生态系统不同于经济系统。有时用经济学方法对生态系统进行评估时往往很难反映出自然系统的价值,特别是当人类对生态系统服务的偏好随着时间和新信息的出现而发生变化时,可能会出现更大的差异。今后的研究应当着力于上述困难的解决,以便使生态系统的评估结果更加客观可信,为生态补偿机制建立和生态系统管理等提供有力支撑。  相似文献

骨关节炎(osteoarthritis)是关节软骨进展的退化性疾病,并累及周围组织结构的病变,是致老年人伤残主要原因之一。目前,以临床表现和影像学诊断为主,缺乏早期检测和预后评估的有效方法。生物标志物的检查是具有前景的研究方向,在关节软骨结构改变之前,各种生物标志物代谢发生变化,其能帮助诊断和预测骨关节炎的发生发展及其预后。然而,生物标志物在临床诊断和治疗相关的应用仍需加以证实。通过广泛查阅近年有关骨关节炎相关分子生物诊断的相关文献,有助于了解生物标志物对于骨关节炎的早期诊断意义和临床应用前景。本文就关节软骨、骨和滑膜等不同组织类型相关的生物标志物进行综述。  相似文献

Some problems of experimental determination or theoretical evaluation of antibody avidity are considered. It was shown that in order to determine the fraction of nonoccupied antibodies in their mixture with the excess of the corresponding antigen which is required to estimate avidity the methods should be used which are more sensitive than ELISA. The available methods did not allow determining the avidity of bivalent antibodies because of many reasons. However, in the recent years new methods were suggested that make it possible to evaluate the avidity of bivalent antibodies and that of the receptors which consist of two binding sites connected by a flexible linker of the known length. Thus, there are all possibilities now for determining the avidity of bivalent antibodies in experiments or by theoretical methods.  相似文献

Background  

It is extremely important and challenging to identify the sites that are responsible for functional specification or diversification in protein families. In this study, a rigorous comparative benchmarking protocol was employed to provide a reliable evaluation of methods which predict the specificity determining sites. Subsequently, three best performing methods were applied to identify new potential specificity determining sites through ensemble approach and common agreement of their prediction results.  相似文献

农业可持续集约化是保障全球粮食安全,应对饥荒、贫困和气候变化的现实路径。本文采用文献资料法、归纳演绎法等,探索性构建了农业可持续集约化的研究框架,并从概念源起、指标体系、研究尺度和评价方法4个方面系统回顾研究进展,进而探讨未来发展路径,以期为深化多学科交叉视角下的农业可持续集约化评价及其相关研究提供参考。国际上农业可持续集约化研究成果多样,基于生产力、经济、环境、社会等多个维度赋予了其丰富内涵。农业可持续集约化评价涉及生产力、经济、环境、人类和社会等多个方面,形成了包括物质投入、资源生产率、环境经济效率等多元指标的综合评价体系。评价方法主要包括要素综合评价法和指数模型评价法两类。国内相关研究相对较少,有待进一步丰富,未来应突破传统理论方法框架的约束,瞄准国际发展所带来的变革性科学议题,探索多学科交叉融合下的农业可持续集约化研究范式。  相似文献

Removing allometric effects of body size in morphological analysis   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
In the present paper, a normalization technique to scale data that exhibit an allometric growth is presented and the way it has to be used is described. It is shown how the method has been derived from the theoretical equations of allometric growth. Consequently, the method completely removes all the information related to size, not only scaling all individuals to the same size, but also adjusting their shape to that they would have in the new size according to allometry. In the particular case of isometry when the measures are of identical dimension, this normalization coincides with ratios (one of the most popular methods but only valid in this particular case). This procedure is a theoretical generalization of the technique used by Thorpe (1975, Biol. J. Linn. Soc.7, 27-43; 1976, Biol. Rev.51, 407-452) which was recorded as one of the most efficient methods in the empirical evaluation done by Reist (1985, Can. J. Zool.63, 1429-1439).  相似文献

The conformational and dynamic behaviour of three mannose containing oligosaccharides, a tetrasaccharide with α1→2, and α1→3, and a penta and a heptasaccharide with α1→2, α1→3, and α1→6 linkages has been evaluated by molecular mechanics and dynamics simulations and NMR spectroscopical methods. It is found that they display a fair amount of conformational freedom, with one major and one minor conformation per glycosidic linkage. The evaluation of their recognition by banana lectin has also been performed by STD NMR methods and a preliminary view of their putative interaction mode has been carried out by means of docking procedures.  相似文献

Background

We analyze phylogenetic tree building methods from molecular sequences (PTMS). These are methods which base their construction solely on sequences, coding DNA or amino acids.

Results

Our first result is a statistically significant evaluation of 176 PTMSs done by comparing trees derived from 193138 orthologous groups of proteins using a new measure of quality between trees. This new measure, called the Intra measure, is very consistent between different groups of species and strong in the sense that it separates the methods with high confidence. The second result is the comparison of the trees against trees derived from accepted taxonomies, the Taxon measure. We consider the NCBI taxonomic classification and their derived topologies as the most accepted biological consensus on phylogenies, which are also available in electronic form. The correlation between the two measures is remarkably high, which supports both measures simultaneously.

Conclusions

The big surprise of the evaluation is that the maximum likelihood methods do not score well, minimal evolution distance methods over MSA-induced alignments score consistently better. This comparison also allows us to rank different components of the tree building methods, like MSAs, substitution matrices, ML tree builders, distance methods, etc. It is also clear that there is a difference between Metazoa and the rest, which points out to evolution leaving different molecular traces. We also think that these measures of quality of trees will motivate the design of new PTMSs as it is now easier to evaluate them with certainty.  相似文献

鸟枪法串联质谱蛋白质鉴定策略由于其高可靠和高效率而被广泛应用于蛋白质组学研究中,这种方法直接对蛋白质混合物进行酶切,以肽段为鉴定单元,继而推导真实的样品蛋白质.由于利用质谱图推导肽段存在一定的假阳性率,而且直接对蛋白质混合物的酶切也导致了肽段和蛋白质之间关联信息的丢失,所鉴定的蛋白质难免存在部分不可靠结果.因此,蛋白质鉴定的质量控制在蛋白质组学研究中极为重要.蛋白质鉴定的质量控制包含两大类主要方法,其一为利用肽段进行蛋白质组装,当前最常用也被证明最有效的方法是使用简约原则,即用最少的蛋白质解释所有鉴定肽段,现有的方法可以分为布尔型和概率型,其二为鉴定蛋白质的可靠性评估,包括单个蛋白质鉴定置信度和蛋白质鉴定整体水平的假阳性率计算.综合各种可辅助蛋白质鉴定的先验信息,构建普适的概率统计模型,是目前蛋白质鉴定质量控制方法的发展趋势.  相似文献

全球经济发展和日益增强的人类活动给业已脆弱的生态系统带来了巨大挑战,寻求尊重自然规律、环境友好的生态治理与恢复技术成为实现联合国可持续发展目标的重要组成部分。近年来,国内外科学家和生态治理机构研发出了一系列技术体系和技术模式,对脆弱生态区退化生态系统展开了全面的治理和恢复。然而,缺乏对这些治理技术的评价和优选方法的研发和应用在很大程度上限制了优良技术的筛选和推广应用,造成了资金和人力的浪费和损失。针对这些问题,科技部在2016年启动了国家重点研发计划项目"生态技术评价方法、指标体系与全球生态治理技术评价",其中重要的任务之一是对生态技术进行梳理、评价和优选。本文旨在对已有的评价方法和指标体系的研究进展进行系统梳理,对生态技术的特征、生态技术评价的基本步骤和原则、生态技术的三阶段评估方法等进行了界定和深入分析,对本专题收录的14篇学术文章所涵盖的评价方法和模型研发、案例应用等进行了介绍,以期为筛选优良技术、提高生态技术应用效果、促进优良技术的输出和引进提供参考。  相似文献

The automatic recording uroflometer is a simple office instrument which provides an objective record of the rate of voiding. It has proven value as a diagnostic aid in the evaluation of obstructive lower urinary tract problems and in neurotic bladder disorders. Differential uroflometry is used to make relative appraisals of the forces of expulsion of urine and of resistance to the flow of urine through the urethra. It is accomplished by measuring urine flow rate through a catheter of standard size and by comparing this with urine flow rate through the urethra. When used in conjunction with other diagnostic methods, uroflometry adds to the accuracy of urological assessment of a patient.  相似文献

目的 在原有医疗质量评价体系的基础上,建立一套科学合理、可操作性强的三级综合性医院医疗质量评价指标体系。方法 采用典型研究方法,通过文献研究筛选初始指标,通过知情人访谈法确定质量评价框架,运用德尔菲法并借鉴平衡积分卡的原理和思想优化并确定指标及权重系数。结果 确定了以医疗基础质量、环节质量和终末质量为基本结构的三级综合性医院质量评价框架和指标体系,由3个一级维度、8个二级维度、24个三级维度指标体系及其相应权重。结论 医疗质量评价指标体系关注医院质量管理中的难点和重点环节,能够满足上海市三级综合性医院医疗质量管理的实际需要。  相似文献

The evaluation of product alternatives in Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) is a critical step on the basis of results as related to their impact category data. Decisions involving several environmental issues are hardly ever straightforward, since one alternative only seldom clearly dominates the others in all aspects. More often, one alternative scores better on some environmental issues and worse on others. A combination of impact data and preferences is then required for evaluation. This can be done using evaluation methods based on fixed societal preferences. However, by applying different evaluation methods to the same data, different “best” alternatives may be chosen. This reduces the credibility of LCA results. Instead of fixed societal preferences an approach has been developed which uses consensus-oriented ranges of societal values for specifying the ranking of the overall environmental attractiveness of alternatives. These ranges may indicate both the uncertainty of decision-makers and the shifting of societal values, e.g. as related to the dynamics of knowledge of environmental problem areas. In this article, an approach is proposed which combines environmental data and uncertain societal values to form a clear statement on alternatives regarding their overall damage. By using a full set of potentially relevant societal preferences, a merely coincidental selection of the best product alternative is ruled out. A step-by-step procedure, narrowing down the feasible range of societal preferences, has been developed. The approach is illustrated using a case study of TV-housing concepts and a survey.  相似文献

Genetic variation is believed to be a prerequisite for the short-and long-term survival of the plant species in their natural habitat. It depends on many environmental factors which determine the number of alleles on various loci in the genome. Therefore, it is important to understand the genetic composition and structure of the rare and endangered plant species from their natural habitat to develop successful management strategies for their conservation. However, rare and endangered plant species have low genetic diversity due to which their survival rate is decreasing in the wilds. The evaluation of genetic diversity of such species is very important for their conservation and gene manipulation. However, plant species can be conserved by in situ and in vitro methods and each has advantages and disadvantages. DNA banking can be considered as a means of complimentary method for the conservation of plant species by preserving their genomic DNA at low temperatures. Such approach of preservation of biological information provides opportunity for researchers to search novel genes and its products. Therefore, in this review we are describing some potential biotechnological approaches for the conservation and further manipulation of these rare and endangered plant species to enhance their yield and quality traits.  相似文献

A major concern for long-term spaceflight is the effect of microgravity on bone structure and mass as a loss of cortical and trabecular bone volume and density, both of which can lead to decreased bone strength and an increased risk of bone fracture. Detailed analysis of the three-dimensional structure of trabecular bone, and its relation to bone strength has become feasible only recently using high-resolution 3D imaging techniques. In particular, magnetic resonance microscopy (MRM) has proved to be particularly useful for the ex vivo evaluation of the complex architecture of trabecular bone. In this study, we describe the use of two different MRM-based methods for the quantitative evaluation of the three-dimensional structure of trabecular bone explants and for the prediction of their biomechanical properties. 通过与生态系统服务和可持续发展的有效结合,在景感生态学的内涵与外延得到扩展的同时,景感营造与评价的概念也进一步明确。景感评价是基于一定的目的和相应的评价标准,针对特定的景感(现状或营造过程)进行评价与预测,可为认识与理解景感、营造与改善景感,以及基于景感的生态规划与建设提供科学依据。景感评价除了遵从广义景感生态学的原理与目标外,其主要理论基础来自生态系统服务理论、可持续发展理论、复合生态系统理论以及生态文明理论。景感评价应遵循景感的协调性、可持续性与评价的系统性、针对性等主要原则。具体的景感评价方法可分为基于特定评价目标的单因子评价与考虑多要素的综合性评价;前者一般限于针对某个评价目标或者考虑某个限制因子时使用,后者则主要包括层次分析法、数据包络法和重要性-绩效分析法。不同的评价方法有其优缺点和适用范围,景感评价应根据不同情景和目的来灵活使用不同方法,还需充分考虑人的感知或愿景与自然环境要素的统一,以及景感营造与生态系统服务及可持续发展意识的统一。景感评价的研究与应用处于初始阶段,在发展过程中存在一些困难和问题,未来应重视若干内容的研究。随着学科的交叉与融合、技术的进步与发展以及相关学者的共同努力,景感评价将会有效地指导人类对自然资源进行合理利用与科学管理。  相似文献
