杜氏盐藻细胞吸收K^+的Km为2.86mmol/L,Vmax为1.39μmol/10^8cells.h。钒酸钠和DES、CCCP、Li^+抑制藻细胞对K^+的吸收。高渗震动促进藻细胞H^+的分泌,降低K^+的吸收速率,CCCP和Li^+减弱了高渗震动对藻细胞K^+吸收的抑制。高渗震动对藻细胞K^+分泌有轻微的抑制作用。  相似文献

高浓度钾抑制杜氏盐藻生长的生理机制   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
在含1mol/LNaCl的杜氏盐藻(Dunalielasalina(Dunal)Teod.)培养液中加入50mmol/L以上的KCl可观察到K+对杜氏盐藻生长有明显的抑制作用,而当KCl达100mmol/L时,杜氏盐藻的生长被完全抑制。另一方面,当培养液中缺乏K+时,杜氏盐藻的生长也被显著抑制。在正常培养条件下,伴随着杜氏盐藻的生长,培养液的pH由8左右升高至10左右,而高浓度K+则显著抑制杜氏盐藻培养液pH的升高;而在培养液pH为7.0至10.0的范围内,不同pH对杜氏盐藻的生长无明显影响。将杜氏盐藻在高浓度K+条件下预处理12h以上,杜氏盐藻的光合放氧速率显著下降,光合速率下降的程度与K+浓度的高低和预处理的时间长短呈正相关。高浓度K+处理也引起杜氏盐藻叶绿素含量的显著下降。对经高浓度K+预处理的杜氏盐藻的光合放氧速率与培养液中pH变化同时进行测定的结果表明,K+抑制杜氏盐藻光合速率的同时也显著抑制了光照条件引起的培养液pH的上升。实验结果表明,K+抑制杜氏盐藻光合作用以及抑制杜氏盐藻生长与K+影响跨盐藻质膜的质子运输之间可能存在一定关系。  相似文献

对纯化的玉米花粉低分子量ATP酶-38kD蛋白的部分理化及药理学性质进行了研究。该酶与植物细胞中现已发现的马达蛋白(动蛋白及dynamin)存在较大差异。紫外吸收光谱在278nm处有最大吸收。圆二色谱分析表明该蛋白呈现典型球蛋白特征。最适pH为8.0,对ATP的Km为8×10-4mol/L,Vmax为3.5μmolPi每min每mg蛋白质。对NTP底物专一性为CTP>ATP≥GTP>ITP>UTP,药理学研究表明:该酶对0.1mmol/LNa3VO4、2.4mmol/LNaF及0.1mmol/LNEM均非常敏感。  相似文献

用便携式ADC光合气体分析系统和便携式CF-1000荧光仪对青海和上海的同一植物和不同植物叶片光合作用的光抑制进行了测定。结果表明,两地在晴天强光下,中午植物叶片光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)的光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和表观光合量子效率(AQY)的日变化比早晨低;上海测定PSⅡ的Fv/Fm和AQY的日变化比青海的下降幅度大。AQY的日变化曲线比PSⅡ的Fv/Fm低,AQY降低的幅度比PSⅡ的Fv/Fm大。两地植物均有不同程度的光合作用光抑制,且上海比青海的大  相似文献

鸡蛋果叶片照光15min后,其成长叶PK和PKc活性降低,幼叶PK和PKc活性提高。鸡蛋果成长叶PKc受[ATP]/[ADP]比值调节,受DTT轻微抑制。DTT和生理浓度ATP对鸡蛋果幼叶PKc活性无明显影响。这表明鸡蛋果成长叶PKc光下受抑制可能与光下[ATP]/[ADP]比值提高有关。  相似文献

利用叶绿素荧光技术研究了强光及活性氧对大豆( Glycine max L.) 光合作用的影响。结果表明,大豆叶片在强光(2000 μmol·m - 2·s- 1) 下照射2 h 后,净光合放氧速率下降。随着处理光强的增加,叶绿素荧光参数Fm/Fo、Fv/ Fm 、ΦPSⅡ、qP 和qN 均呈下降趋势。在强光处理大豆叶片时,加入外源活性氧H2O2 、O-·2 、·OH 和1O2 后,大豆叶片受到伤害。其中1O2 和·OH 的破坏作用十分明显,表现为Fv/ Fm 和ΦPSⅡ的明显降低。抗氧化剂DABCO、甘露醇、抗坏血酸和组氨酸对强光下的大豆叶片有保护作用,但这种保护作用不强。在暗处理叶片时,超氧物歧化酶(SOD)的抑制剂DDC对Fm/ Fo 和Fv/Fm 的影响不大;抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX) 的抑制剂NaN3 使Fv/Fo、Fv/ Fm和ΦPSⅡ下降明显。强光处理大豆叶片时,DDC明显降低Fm/ Fo、Fv/ Fm 和ΦPSⅡ,NaN3 降低Fm/ Fo、Fv/ Fm 和ΦPSⅡ的作用则更大。据此推测,在强光下大豆发生了光抑制,光抑制的发生与活性氧的存在有一定的关系  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. We also discuss the development and practicality of various cell culture and animal model systems to study KSHV replication and pathogenesis.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献

采用原位分子杂交方法检测HCV RNA及HBV X基因;采用免疫组织化学方法研究HCV核心抗原,非结构区C33c抗原及HBxAg在肝细胞肝癌中的定位及分布.结果表明(1)HCV RNA、HBV X基因在肝细胞肝癌组织检出率分别为40%(55/136)和82%(112/136).HCV RNA定位于癌细胞的胞浆内,阳性细胞呈散在、灶状及弥漫分布三种形式;HBV X基因在肝癌细胞中的分布呈胞浆型、核型及核浆型,阳性细胞也呈上述三种分布形式;(2)HCV C33c抗原、核心抗原在肝细胞肝癌中的阳性率为81%(133/164)及86%(141/164).C33c抗原定位于癌细胞及肝细胞的胞浆内;核心抗原既定位于癌细胞核中,又可定位于胞浆中.C33c抗原阳性细胞以灶状分布为主;而核心抗原阳性细  相似文献

For a plant selection model with frequency-independent viabilities, fertilities and selfing rates, it is shown that apart from global fixation, for certain parameter combinations a protected polymorphism and facultative fixation (either allele may become fixed according to initial frequencies) may both occur. Facultative fixation requires different selling rates for the dominant and recessive type. Protection of the polymorphism requires resource allocation for male and female function. In this connection the problem of purely genetically caused population extinction is discussed.
For general frequency dependence and regular segregation, the chances for establishment of a completely recessive gene are compared to those of a completely dominant gene. It is proven that the process of establishment of the recessive gene, despite a fitness advantage, may be considerably endangered by drift effects if random mating prevails. The recessive gene may reach the same effectivity in establishment as a dominant gene, only if the recessive homozygote mates exclusively with its own type during the period of establishment.  相似文献
