Three closely related [MoO2(L)(ML)] complexes, where L is the 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde-S-methylisothiosemicarbazone ligand, and ML is EtOH (I), Py (II) and DMSO (III), were synthesized, characterized by NMR and IR spectra, and their X-ray crystal structures were determined. The crystal structure properties of these three closely related complexes were compared. Two cis-Mo-O bond lengths were almost the same in the crystal structure of complexes II and III, while in complex I a significant difference between the two cis-Mo-O bond lengths was observed. At the same time, the geometry of L ligand in complex I is different, compared to II and III. DFT calculations on the isolated molecule I, as well as geometrical analysis of the complexes indicate that intramolecular interactions are not responsible for these structural differences. On the other hand, the pattern of intermolecular contacts in the crystal structure of I differs from those observed in II and III. Analyses indicate that differences in cis-Mo-O bond lengths and in the geometry of ligand L could be related to intermolecular interactions. These results suggest the possibility that in enzymes oxotransferases or in their model systems, the Mo-O bond length could be designed by the interactions of chelate ligands with the surroundings.  相似文献

A series of para-substituted triaryltin(pentacarbonyl)manganese(I) compounds [(p-XC6H4)3SnMn(CO)5: II, X=CH3; III, X=CH3O; IV, X=CH3S; V, X=F; VI, X=Cl; VII, X=CH3S(O2)] is reported for comparison with the known phenyl analogue I. IR data [ν(CO)] as well as complete 119Sn/55Mn/13C solution NMR results are given for I-VII. Chemical shifts, 119Sn versus 55Mn, except I, correlate well, but have differing single parameter (SP) correlations, 119Sn versus σI and 55Mn versus σ°p. These results are compared with previous SP studies of the 119Sn solution NMR spectra of the series, (p-XC6H4)4Sn and (p-XC6H4)3SnY (Y=Cl, Br, I). Full crystal structures are reported for compounds II-VI. All are similar to that of I, with the Mn(CO)5 moiety being a distorted tetragonal pyramid, and having a quasi-mirror plane through the central C4MnSnC3 skeleton. The Ar3Sn are distorted trigonal propellers with ring torsion angles in the range 30-80°, the exception being IV with one torsion angle of 22°.  相似文献

Reaction of the potentially tetradentate N-donor ligand 6,6′-bis(4-methylthiazol-2-yl)-2,2′-bipyridine (L1) with the transition metal dications CoII, NiII, CuII, CdII and HgII results in the formation of mononuclear [M(L1)]2+ complexes, in which a planar ligand coordinates to the metals via all four N-donors. In contrast, reaction of L1 with CuI and AgI monocations, affords dinuclear double stranded helicate species [M2(L1)2]2+ (where M = CuI or AgI), in which partitioning of the ligand into two bis-bidentate pyridyl-thiazole chelating units allows each ligand to bridge both metal centres. X-Ray crystallography, electrospray mass spectroscopy and NMR spectroscopy reveal that the complexes [Mn(L1)m]z+ (where n = 1, m = 1 and z = 2, when M = CoII, NiII, CuII, CdII and HgII; n = 2, m = 2 and z = 2, when M = CuI), retain their solid-state structures in solution. Conversely, whilst 1H NMR studies suggest that combination of equimolar amounts of Ag(X)(where ) and L1 (in either nitromethane or acetonitrile) results in the formation of a helicate in solution, in the solid-state, an anion-templating effect gives rise to either mononuclear or dinuclear helicate structures [Agn(L1)n][X]n (where n = 2 when X = OTf; n = 1 when ).  相似文献

The essential oils and extracts of Mylia taylorii and M. nuda were investigated by gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, NMR spectroscopy and chemical correlations. Beside several known compounds 13 new constituents including three new carbon skeletons could be identified. Four hydrocarbons with a molecular formula of C15H22 (m/z 202) were identified as myli-4(15)-ene (1), aromadendra-1(10),4(15)-diene (19), aromadendra-4,10(14)-diene (20) and aromadendra-4,9-diene (21). Three oxaspiro-compounds were identified as 7-epi-bourbon-3-en-5,11-oxide (22), guai-3,10(14)-dien-5,11-oxide (23) and guai-3,9-dien-5,11-oxide (24). The absolute configuration of myli-4(15)-en-3-one (5) could be established by chemical correlation. Together with α-taylorione (7) the corresponding 6,11-seco-compound taylopyran (25) with a new carbon skeleton was identified which serves as a precursor to taylocyclane (26) and taylofuran (27). Taynudol (28) contains a new carbon skeleton with a cyclobutenyl structure.  相似文献

The qualitative and relative quantitative anthocyanin content of 19 species belonging to the genera Sambucus, Lonicera and Viburnum in the family Caprifoliaceae has been determined. Altogether 12 anthocyanins were identified; the 3-O-glucoside (2), 3-O-galactoside (5), 3-O-(6″-O-arabinosylglucoside) (7), 3-O-(6″-O-rhamnosylglucoside) (9), 3-O-(2″-O-xylosyl-6″-O-rhamnosylglucoside) (10), 3-O-(2″-O-xylosylgalactoside) (11), 3-O-(2″-O-xylosylglucoside) (12), 3-O-(2″-O-xylosylglucoside)-5-O-glucoside (14), 3-O-(2″-O-xylosyl-6″-O-Z-p-coumaroylglucoside)-5-O-glucoside (15) and 3-O-(2″-O-xylosyl-6″-O-E-p-coumaroylglucoside)-5-O-glucoside (16) of cyanidin, in addition to the 3-O-glucosides of pelargonidin and delphinidin (1 and 3). Pigment 7 is the first complete identification of the disaccharide vicianose, 6″-O-α-arabinopyranosyl-β-glucopyranose, linked to an anthocyanidin.  相似文献

Four azaphilones, named phomoeuphorbins A-D (1-4) were isolated from cultures of Phomopsis euphorbiae, an endophytic fungus isolated from Trewia nudiflora. Structures of 1-4 were established on the basis of spectroscopic analyses, including application of 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques. Phomoeuphorbins A and C exhibited very weak inhibitory activities against HIV replication in C8166 cells in vitro.  相似文献

Four prenylated acetophenones 2,6-dihydroxy-4-geranyloxyacetophenone (1), 4-geranyloxy-2,6,β-trihydroxyacetophenone (2), 2,6-dihydroxy-4-geranyloxy-3-prenylacetophenone (3), and 4-geranyloxy-3-prenyl-2,6,β-trihydroxyacetophenone (4) have for the first time been isolated from Melicope obscura (1 and 2) and Melicope obtusifolia ssp. obtusifolia var. arborea (3 and 4). The distribution of prenylated acetophenones in Rutaceae is reviewed and the results, including the new records, indicate that prenylated acetophenones are valuable as chemotaxonomic markers for the subfamily Rutoideae, tribe Xanthoxyleae sensu Engler.  相似文献

Pyridine and 4-picoline cobalt(II) complexes with 3-hydroxypicolinic acid, [Co(3-OHpic)2(py)2], (2), and [Co(3-OHpic)2(4-pic)2], (3), were prepared, their molecular and crystal structures were determined by X-ray structure analysis and their thermal stability by TGA/DTA methods. Complex 2 appears only as trans isomer and 3 as cis isomer. Based on DFT calculations, the most significant effect on orientation of (un)substituted ligands around cobalt, i.e.cis-trans isomerism, comes from crystal packing. Theoretical calculations show that exchange of methyl group in pyridine does not affect relative stability of one monomer unit, i.e.cis isomer is for about 1 kcal mol−1 more stable than trans isomer. Hydrogen bonds of the O-H···O type are present only as intramolecular ones in the crystal structures of 2 and 3, while intermolecular C-H···O hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions (π-π interactions present only in 3) assemble molecules in 3D architecture. Interactions between two monomer units in crystal packing could be separated and theoretically investigated to calculate interaction energy. In our case, both non-hypothetical models, i.e.trans isomer of 2 and cis isomer of 3, show more favorable interaction energies than hypothetical ones, i.e.cis isomer of 2 and trans isomer of 3, for the same type of interaction.  相似文献

Reaction of CuII, K3 [Fe(CN)6] and bidentate diimine ligands by hydrothermal synthesis under different conditions affords one novel heteronuclear FeII-CuI complex, (bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine), and two homonuclear CuI complexes, [CuI(μ-CN)(bipy)]n (2) and (3) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline). Although all the three complexes are 1D cyanide bridged helical chains, they have different helicoids of pseudo-square, pseudo-trigonal and head-to-head bistrigonal for 1, 2 and 3, respectively. The structure of 1 is extended to 2D hexagonal meshed layers by the hydrogen bonding between terminal cyanides and lattice water molecules, which also contain π-π interactions between adjacent sheets. CuI ions in 1 are distorted trigonal planar coordinated by two bridging cyanides and one terminal cyanide, whereas that in 2 and 3 are pseudo-tetrahedral coordinated by two bridging cyanides and two N atoms of a diimine. Both the latter homometallic polymers exhibit similar chain structure, and these chains are close packed with their six adjacent chains in a parallel fashion along the c-axis to form a honeycomb network. It should be noted that complex 1 is the first cyanide bridged FeII-CuI complex of helical chain structure. The spectroscopic properties of complexes 1-3 have also been investigated.  相似文献

Reaction of O,O′-diisopropylphosphoric acid isothiocyanate (iPrO)2P(O)NCS with 2- or 3-aminopyridine leads to the new N-phosphorylated thioureas RNHC(S)NHP(O)(OiPr)2 (R = 2-Py, HLI; 3-Py, HLII). Reaction of the potassium salt KLI with Ni(II) in aqueous EtOH leads to the new complex Ni[2-PyNHC(S)NP(O)(OiPr)2-N(Py),N(P),O]2, where the metal cation is coordinated by two deprotonated ligands LI through the pyridine and phosphorylamide nitrogen atoms, and the PO oxygen atoms. Using KLII leads to an oligomeric (or polymeric) structure, where the Ni(II) cation is coordinated by two anionic ligands LII through the CS sulfur atoms and the P-N nitrogen atoms, and the pyridine nitrogen atoms of neighboring molecules. The new compounds were investigated by 1H and 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy, and microanalysis. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies showed HLI forms both intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds, which in turn lead to the formation of a polymeric chain. Moreover, π?π stacking interactions were observed between molecules of two neighboring chains.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the endophytic fungus Penicillium sp. isolated from Limonium tubiflorum growing in Egypt afforded four new compounds of polyketide origin, including two macrolides, penilactone (1) and 10,11-epoxycurvularin (2), a dianthrone, neobulgarone G (7), and a sulfinylcoumarin, sulfimarin (14), along with twelve known metabolites (3-6, 8-13, 15 and 16). The structures of all compounds were assigned by comprehensive spectral analysis (1D and 2D NMR) and mass spectrometry. Compounds 3, 4, 13 and 16 showed pronounced antitrypanosomal activity with mean MIC values ranging from 4.96 to 9.75 ??M. Moreover, when tested against a panel of three human tumor cell lines compounds 3, 4, 6 and 12 showed selective growth inhibition against Jurkat and U937 cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 1.8 to 13.3 ??M. The latter compounds also inhibited TNF??-induced NF-??B activity in K562 cells with IC50 values ranging from 1.6 to 10.1 ??M, respectively.  相似文献

Two crystals of holmium(III) double-decker iodine doped phthalocyanines, HoPc2I5/3 (I) and HoPc2I (II), were grown directly in the reaction of holmium chips with 1,2-dicyanobenzene under versatile quantity of iodine at 180-160 °C. The complex I crystallises in the P4/mcc space group of tetragonal system, while the complex II crystallises in the P2/c space group of monoclinic system. The space group of P4/mcc and z = 1 requires that the Ho(III) atom is statistically disordered in the HoPc2I5/3 structure. The iodine atoms form linear symmetrical triiodide ions in I, while the I ions in II. Assignment of iodine species as in the HoPc2I5/3 and I in HoPc2I complexes point to the +5/9 and +1 oxidation state of the HoPc2 unit in these complexes. Thus one Pc macrocycle of the double-decker HoPc2 units has a non-integer oxidation state of −1.222 in I, while both Pc-rings are one-electron oxidised radical Pc in II. Magnetic susceptibilities of HoPc2I5/3 and HoPcI at room temperature are 4.56 × 10−2 and 5.12 × 10−2 emu/mol and the calculated magnetic moments are 10.46 and 11.08 μB, respectively. UV-Vis spectroscopic measurement of I and II in benzene solution were carried out and discussed.  相似文献

Three new o-thioetherphenol ligands have been synthesized: 1,2-bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxyphenylsulfanyl)ethane (H2bse), 1,2-bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxyphenylsulfanyl)benzene (H2bsb), and 4,6-di-tert-butyl-2-phenylsulfanylphenol (Hpsp). Their complexes with copper(II) were prepared and investigated by UV-Vis-, EPR-spectroscopy; their electro- and magnetochemistry have also been studied: [CuII(psp)2] (1), [CuII2(bse)2] (2), [CuII2(bsb)2] (3), [CuII(bsb)(py)2] (4). The crystal structures of the ligands H2bse, H2bsb, Hpsp and of the complexes 1, 2, 3, 4 have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Three new (1, 4, 9) and nine previously reported (2, 3, 5-8, 10-12) 5α,8α-epidioxysterols were isolated from the organic extracts of the gorgonian Eunicella cavolini and the ascidian Trididemnum inarmatum. The structures and relative configurations of 1-12 were established on the basis of detailed NMR spectroscopic analyses and comparison with the literature. The growth inhibitory effects of 1-12 were evaluated against MCF-7 human breast cancer cells. Compound 1, bearing a cyclopropyl moiety in the side chain, exhibited the highest antiproliferative activity.  相似文献

Methylated anthocyanin glycosides were isolated from red Canna indica flower and identified as malvidin 3-O-(6-O-acetyl-β-d-glucopyranoside)-5-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), malvidin 3,5-O-β-d-diglucopyranoside (2), cyanidin-3-O-(6″-O-α-rhamnopyranosyl-β-glucopyranoside (3), cyanidin-3-O-(6″-O-α-rhamnopyranosyl)-β-galactopyranoside (4), cyanidin-3-O-β-glucopyranoside (5) and cyanidin-O-β-galactopyranoside (6) by HPLC-PDA. Their structures were subsequently determined on the basis of spectroscopic analyses, that is, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HMQC, HMBC, ESI-MS, and UV-vis. Compounds (1-4) were found to be in major quantity while compounds (5-6) were in minor quantity.  相似文献

The phytochemical investigation of the ethyl acetate extract of Hypericum thasium has led to the characterization of four benzophenone derivatives 1-4, a known benzophenone 5 and four known flavonoids, quercetin (6), quercitrin (7), isoquercetin (8), and 3, 8′′-biapigenin (9). Lucigenin- and luminal-based chemiluminescence assays were employed to monitor the inhibitory activity of these compounds towards the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) by human polymorphoneutrophils (PMNs). The assay results showed that benzophenones 1 and 3 are extracellular inhibitors of ROS production, while flavonoids 6, 8, and 9 can modulate intracellular ROS production.  相似文献

Three new supramolecular complexes based on a 2-(pyrazin-2-yl)-1H-benzimidazole (Hpbi) and a series of Cd(II) salts have been solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Reaction of CdCl2·2.5H2O with Hpbi afforded a one-dimensional chain [Cd(Hpbi)Cl2] (1), which exhibits a three-dimensional (3-D) supramolecular architecture through intermolecular X-H···Cl (X = N and C) hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. When using CdBr2·4H2O instead of CdCl2·2.5H2O under similar reaction conditions, a bisnuclear complex [Cd(Hpbi)2Br2] (2) is obtained, which obviously exhibits intermolecular X-H···Br (X = N and C) hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. When CdI2 take place of CdCl2·2.5H2O, a mononuclear complex, [Cd(Hpbi)2I2] (3), is isolated, which shows a 3D supramolecule framework formed by intermolecule hydrogen bonds and π-π packing interactions. Interestingly, the Hpbi ligand exhibits the same coordination modes in complexes 1-3. It is noteworthy that the radius of anions plays an important role in affecting the structures and luminescent intensity of the final products. The TGA for 1-3 have been investigated and discussed in detail.  相似文献

Two new sesquiterpene dialdehydes, cinnamate 7 and coumarate 8, were isolated from the fruits of Pseudowintera colorata. The known sesquiterpene dialdehydes polygodial 1 and 9-deoxymuzigadial 2 were also found in these fruits, at 5% w/w compared to 0.5% in the leaves. Fruits of Pseudowintera axillaris contained no sesquiterpene dialdehyde cinnamates, even though these are present in the leaves, but did contain prenylated flavanones 1113. Compounds 7 and 8 are further examples of the rare sesquiterpene dialdehyde cinnamate combination, found exclusively in the family Winteraceae. This is the first report of the uncommon prenylated flavanones in Winteraceae.  相似文献

A rare 16β-H steroidal alkaloid saponin (1), an avenacoside-type saponin (2), two steroidal saponins (4, 5), one revised-structure steroidal saponin (3) and six known compounds (6-11) were isolated from aerial parts of Solanum surattense Burm. f. Their structures were established on the basis of physical data, as well as by using spectroscopic (HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR), and chemical analysis methods. Compounds 1 and 11 showed cytotoxicity against A549 cell line with IC50 values of 20.3 and 15.7 μM, respectively.  相似文献
