Two new saponins, agavasaponin E and agavasaponin H have been isolated from the methanolic extract of Agave americana leaves and their structures elucidated. Agavasaponin E is 3-O-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→2glc1)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3glc 1)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-d-galactopyranosyl]-(25R)-5α-spirostan-12-on-3β-ol, whereas agavasaponin H is 3-O-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→2 glc 1)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3 glc 1)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-galactopyranosyl]-26-O-[β-d-glucopyranosyl]-(25R)-5α-furostan-12-on-3β,22α,26-triol.  相似文献

从药用植物茉莉花(Jasminum sambac(L.)Ait.)花蕾中分离到9个化合物,通过波谱分析并与已知化合物数据对照,分别鉴定为:苄基-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖甙(1),苄基-O-β-D-木吡喃糖基(1→6)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖甙(2),tetraol(3),molihuaoside D(4),sarnhcoside A(5),sambacoside E(6),芦丁(rutin)(7),山奈酚-3-O-α-L鼠李吡喃糖基(1-2)[α-L鼠李吡喃糖基(1-6)]-β-D半乳吡喃糖甙(8),斛皮素-3-O-α-L鼠李吡喃糖基(1→2)[α-L鼠李吡喃糖基(1→6)]-β-D-半乳吡喃糖甙(9)。  相似文献

Haplophyllum pedicellatum, H. robustum and H. glabrinum all yielded the known compound gossypetin 8,3′-dimethyl ether 3-rutinoside. In addition the first two species afforded isorhamnetin and its 3-rutinoside. A new glycoside, gossypetin 8,3′-dimethyl ether 3-glucoside was obtained from H. pedicellatum together with the 3-malonylrutinoside, 3-malonylglucoside and 3-galactoside of isorhamnetin plus kaempferol 3-malonylglucoside. H. robustum yielded isorhamnetin 7-glucoside and 3-glucoside and quercetin 3-galactoside, while H. glabrinum was found to contain gossypetin 8-methyl ether 3-malonylrutinoside in addition to kaempferol and isorhamnetin 3-glucoside.  相似文献

Two new minor “Valeriana type” iridoid glycosides (1) and (2) along with 3 known flavonol glycosides [quercetin-3-O-β-glucopyranosyl-7-O-α-rhamnopyranoside (3), quercetin-3-O-β-glucopyranoside (4) and isorhamnetin-3-O-β-glucopyranoside (5)] were isolated from Sambucus ebulus L. leaves. Their structures were unambiguously elucidated by means of 1D- and 2D-NMR, and UPLC-TOF MS. In addition to the known odorosides, the β-d-digitaloside and β-d-glucosyl-(1 → 4)-β-d-digitaloside of uzarigenin were isolated from the root bark of Nerium odorum. Odoroside B was obtained in remarkably high yield among the digitoxigenin and uzarigenin glycosides. With the aid of polyamide column chromatography, oleandrigenin β-gentiobiosyl-(1 → 4)-β-d-digitaloside ( = 16-O-acetylneogitostin) was isolated along with other oleandrigenin glycosides.  相似文献

Glycosylation of various phenols with -D-glucosaminyl chloride peracetate in a solid phase–liquid system catalyzed by crown compounds was studied. The highest yields of aryl -glycosides were observed at room temperature in acetonitrile using anhydrous potassium carbonate as a base. Fourteen compounds (Fig.1) were isolated from the aerial parts of Scutellaria albida L. ssp. velenovskyi (Rech. f.) Greuter & Burdet, including four iridoids (14) catalpol, macfadienoside, mussaenosidic acid, albidoside; four flavonoids (58) hispidulin 7-Ο-β-D-glucuronide, scutellarin, xanthomicrol, eriodictyol; four phenylethanoid glycosides (912) verbascoside, leucosceptoside A, martynoside, 2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-phenyl)-ethyl-1-Ο-β-D-glucopyranoside; the sugar ester 6′-β-D-glucopyranosyl-E-p-coumarate (13), as well as the acetogenic glucoside (Z)-3-hexenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-D-glucopyranoside (14). The structures of the isolates were established by means of NMR and HRMS spectral analyses. This is the first phytochemical study on S. velenovskyi and the first report of an acetogenic glycoside in the genus Scutellaria L. A chemical review on the isolated secondary metabolites in this study has been carried out. The chemotaxonomic value of the isolates is also discussed. Based on the literature data, the analysis revealed that the chemical profile of S. velenovskyi is close to that of the taxa belonging to the S. albida group.  相似文献

从百合科植物弯蕊开口箭(Tupistra Hook,f.)的根茎中分离得到4个新的甾体配糖体,分别命名为弯蕊苷(wattoside)B-E(1-4),其中,3个多羟基呋甾型配糖体,另1个为强心苷,经化学降解和光谱分析,其化学结构分别鉴定为:22-0-甲基-25(R,S),-呋甾烷-1β,3β,4β5β,22ξ,26β-六醇-26-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(1):22-O-甲基-26-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-25(S)-呋甾烷-5-烯-β,3β,22ξ,26β-甲醇-3-0-[O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基(1-4)]-β-D-半乳吡喃糖苷(2);22-0-甲基-25(S)-呋甾烷-1β,2β,3β,4β,5β,22,26β-七醇-26-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(3)和夹竹桃苷元-3-O-[O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基(1-2)]-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖苷,弯蕊苷E为开口箭属植物中首次分离到的强心苷。  相似文献

从菝葜根茎中共分离得到3个新的二氢黄酮醇酰化糖苷(1~3)和1个已知的二氢黄酮醇苷(4),分别被鉴定为:(2R,3R)-二氢山萘酚3-氧-(6″-氧-乙酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1),(2R,3R)-二氢山萘酚3-氧-(2″-氧-乙酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2),(2R,3R)-二氢山萘酚3-氧-(3″-氧-乙酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)及(2R,3R)-二氢山萘酚3-氧-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)。其结构通过MS,1D NMR和2D NMR等光谱分析和化学方法确定。研究结果表明,二氢黄酮醇的酰化糖苷可能是菝葜属的特征成分。  相似文献
