In Peyronie’s disease, a penile curvature makes sexual intercouse painful or impossible. Surgery is a treatment option after medical treatment failure. The aim of surgery is to restore an erection allowing sexual intercourse. Beside corpus cavernosus modeling procedures, penile prosthesis implantation (i.e.,semi-rigid, inflatable, orimplants) is rarely indicated.
