虎斑颈槽蛇中国大陆亚种(Rhabdophis tigrinus lateralis)具有已知蛇类中罕见的颈背腺及其毒液。肉眼观察发现腺体呈珠球状,8~13对腺体呈平行排列,腺体间隔分布;组织切片观察发现,腺体上无开口,无合成毒液的细胞器;实验表明毒液有神经毒性,对小白鼠的半致死量(LD50)为97.99mg/kg,SDS-PAGE电泳呈现4条蛋白条带。虎斑颈槽蛇中国大陆亚种颈背腺毒液很可能作为一种特殊辅助防御系统,增强DuvemoY腺毒液的防御作用。  相似文献

1990~2007年,对虎斑颈槽蛇的生活习性、生长发育、产卵、孵化条件和胚胎发育进行了观察研究.虎斑颈槽蛇的产卵期为6月~7月中旬,一年一次性产卵6~22枚, 孵化期为41~43天,胚胎发育分为16期.卵产出时胚胎已发育到第10~11期,孵化至37天时仔蛇已基本发育完全.详细描述了11~16期胎蛇的外部形态特征和发育时序.  相似文献

本文对虎斑颈槽蛇孵化出壳后一月内的幼蛇小肠组织结构做了较为系统的观察,结果显示,在孵化出壳的一个月内,小肠的组织结构呈现明显的变化。主要表现在绒毛的个数、绒毛高度、粘膜上皮细胞高度、粘膜下层厚度和肌层厚度等均随幼体日龄的增加而显著增加。其中,开口前、后(即孵化出壳后十天左右),其小肠组织结构变化最为显著。  相似文献

本文报道了虎斑颈槽蛇的行为。虎斑颈槽蛇一般栖息在水域附近。在辽宁省西部地区,10月份陆续进入冬眠,翌年4月醒眠。以无尾两栖动物为食,采用偷袭和伏击方式捕食。有回缩、逃遁、藏匿和威吓等反捕行为。  相似文献

<正>我区地处皖南山区,气候温和,自然条件适宜蛇类生长,蛇类种群繁多。其中以虎斑颈槽蛇分布较广,在我区黄山、青阳、祁门、东至等地均为优势种之一,主要生活于山区、丘陵、平原,常出没玉米地、路边、菜地、水沟边及近水、潮湿的草地等。曾有文献报道,该蛇颈部可分泌毒液,也有临床报道该蛇咬伤人案例发生[1]。我院近年来每年收治毒蛇咬伤患者近100例,但唯一收治1例虎斑颈槽蛇毒液致伤眼患者,现将结果报告如下。  相似文献

参照人SRY基因HMG-box保守区序列设计一对兼并引物,PCR扩增虎斑颈槽蛇的Sox基因,采用SSCP技术筛选阳性克隆,并对其进行了测序。结果表明:在雌雄个体中共筛选出3个Sox基因,其中一个为雄性独有,显示出性别差异性,3个Sox基因DNA序列及编码的氨基酸序列与人相应SOX3,SOX11,SOX22基因的相似性分别为91%,92%,91%和98%,96%,96%。显示出高度的保守性,实验结果为虎斑颈槽蛇的性别决定机制研究提供了分子资料。  相似文献

目的研究虎斑颈槽蛇大陆亚种[Phabodophis tigrinus lateralis (Berthold)]在不同分布地区存在的多态现象和变异性。方法在分析已经报道的有关文献的基础上,研究辽宁、吉林等地野外采集到的标本,并对虎斑颈槽蛇大陆亚种的色斑变异和腹鳞的多态现象进行相关分析结果虎斑颈槽蛇大陆亚种的腹鳞数目与纬度呈强正相关,与经度呈中等正相关,与年均温度呈强负相关,与体长呈弱相关关系,年均温度高产卵时间早,而孵化时间长。结论分布范围相对较窄的蛇腹鳞数目是相对稳定的,分布范围广、跨越纬度大,腹鳞的数目差异亦很大。  相似文献

目的探讨室温条件下虎斑颈槽蛇的孵化及幼蛇饲养情况。方法选用同一条虎斑颈槽蛇产的同窝蛇卵31枚,随机为A组(实验组)、B组(对照组),A组16枚,B组15枚。两组蛇卵分别置于2个完全相同的打孔整理箱中进行孵化,孵出幼蛇用小泽蛙饲养。结果在室温条件下,孵化期58天,孵化率为96.77%。出壳后7~9天,幼蛇第1次蜕皮,蜕皮周期在11~16天不等。结论对虎斑颈槽蛇进行工厂化人工养殖是切实可行的。  相似文献

蛇类是一种研究能量平衡的模型动物,而肠道微生物则帮助宿主获取能量和营养。大多数肠道微生物的研究集中在圈养动物上,而对于野生蛇类的研究很少。本研究从3只野生虎斑颈槽蛇(Rhabdophis tigrinus)的大肠、小肠和泄殖腔内容物提取微生物总DNA,进行16S rRNA基因V4区域扩增子测序,分析虎斑颈槽蛇肠道核心微生物组成和分布特征。结果表明,阿尔法指数在不同肠道区域的多样性不存在显著性差异。大肠、小肠和泄殖腔3个肠道部位共享534个操作分类单元(OTUs),大肠包含最多特有OTUs(388个)。门水平,梭杆菌门(Fusobacteria)在小肠(52.87% ± 14.49%)、大肠(41.12% ± 22.60%)和泄殖腔(65.70% ± 10.44%)均为优势菌。属水平,鲸杆菌属(Cetobacterium)在小肠(46.36% ± 13.86%)、大肠(21.95% ± 9.82%)和泄殖腔(58.18% ± 14.29%)为优势菌,柠檬酸杆菌属(Citrobacter)在小肠和泄殖腔中有显著性差异。此外,在其肠道检测到很多潜在的致病菌,例如,柠檬酸杆菌属、明串珠菌属(Trichococcus)和丹毒丝菌属(Erysipelothrix),了解了潜在致病菌在虎斑颈槽蛇肠道中的分布情况。在聚类分析中发现泄殖腔的数据重复性较好,将本研究泄殖腔数据与前人研究过的食鱼蝮(Agkistrodon piscivorus)泄殖腔高通量测序数据进行联合分析,为更广泛开展不同蛇类肠道微生物组成的差异性分析提供理论借鉴依据。  相似文献

地理变异是蛇类中较为常见的现象。颈槽蛇Rhabdophis nuchalis在中国具有广泛的地理分布,是研究地理变异的理想物种。统计分析采自中国各地的61号颈槽蛇标本外部形态特征,对其地理变异模式进行了研究。结果表明:来自云南省高黎贡山的种群与其他种群在眶后鳞数、腹鳞数、上唇鳞黑纹的数量和后颔片间是否有小鳞等形态特征上的差异有统计学意义。  相似文献

The genus Rhabdophis is a group of widely distributed snakes with more than 20 species. Recent field surveys uncovered a species in southwestern China, which has long been considered as R. pentasupralabialis. Combined molecular and morphological analyses revealed it as a new species Rhabdophis chiwen sp. nov. Based on 12 specimens,this new species is distinguished by the following characters: 1) dorsal body saddlebrown, dorsal scales typically with black margins forming spots and stripes, the margin of the outer row forming two faint dorsolateral black cross-bars alongside body; 2) ventral scales 151–159,the outer margin of ventral scales and several lateral rows of dorsal scales forming ventrolateral longitudinal brownish-red coloration, with faint black spots in the middle of ventral scales; 3) a black oblique stripe present below eyes, often with a black spot between the 2 nd and 3 rd supralabial and a black stripe on the 5 th supralabial; 4)eyes dark khaki, pupils black; 5) infralabials usually 7, the first four in contact with anterior chin-shields; 6) temporal scales 1+1; 7) dorsal scales in 15 rows, feebly keeled except the outer 1–2 rows; 8) anal scale divided; subcaudals 45–59;9) preocular 1 and postoculars 3(occasionally 2); 10) body medium-sized(snout-vent length: adult males 404–431 mm,adult females 409–476 mm); 11) tail moderate(tail length/total length in adult males 0.205–0.238, in adult females0.172–0.193). With the discovery of this new species, the total number of species in genus Rhabdophis is 28 with 12 th species known to occur in China.  相似文献

A new species of Dipsas is described from the Pakaraima Mountains of Guyana. The new species is characterised by 15 dorsal scale rows with the middorsal row slightly enlarged. four pairs of chinshields with the first pair elongate, elongate loreal entering orbit, one preocular, six upper labials, and head narrow anteriorly, increasing in width posteriorly. It could not be determined to which of Peters' (1960) species groups the new species belongs. The new species is known only from 1490 m elevation on Mount Ayanganna. a tepui in the Guiana Shield, where it was found in high-tepui low-canopy habitat, in bromeliads or branches. This is the first record of Dipsas as a member of the Guiana Shield high-tepui herpetofauna.  相似文献

A new species of the genus Lytorhynchus is described from the Kabir-Koh Mountains, southwestern Iran. Known from a single specimen, it is readily distinguished from its congeners by the form of the rostrum, the number of scales, and the colouration and colour pattern.

We used the red-necked keelback (Rhabdophis tigrinus lateralis) as a model animal to study embryonic growth and mobilization of energy and material in oviposited snake eggs. Females (N=12) laid eggs between late May and early June. Eggs were incubated at 30 (+/-0.3) degrees C. One egg from each clutch was dissected at five-day intervals starting at oviposition. Incubation length averaged 27.9 days. Three phases of embryonic growth or yolk depletion could be detected in this study. The first phase, between oviposition and Day 10, was one of minimal transfer of energy and material from yolk to embryo. The second phase, between Day 10 and Day 22-23, was characterized by increasingly rapid embryonic growth and yolk depletion. The third phase, between Day 22-23 and hatching, was characterized by a gradual reduction in embryonic growth and yolk depletion. Approximately 73.6% of dry mass, 50.0% of non-polar lipids and 57.8% of energy were transferred from egg to embryo during incubation. Embryos withdrew mineral from the eggshell mainly during the last quarter of incubation. Our data show that oviposition does not coincide with the onset of rapid embryonic growth in oviparous species of squamate reptiles that are positioned midway within the oviparity-viviparity continuum, and that the greater conversion efficiencies of energy and material from egg to hatchling in snakes can be mainly attributed to their lower energetic costs of embryonic development and greater residual yolk sizes.  相似文献

用恒温(24、27、30和33C)和波动温度(平均26.1C,范围20.1—32.7C)孵化虎斑颈槽蛇(Rhabdophis tigrinus lateralis)卵,检测热环境对孵化期、孵化成功率和孵出幼体的影响。孵化热环境显著影响孵化期、孵化成功率和胚胎畸形率,对孵出幼体性别无显著影响。孵化期随孵化温度升高而缩短,24、27、30和33C的平均孵化期分别为45.0、32.7、27.3和26.0d,波动温度的平均孵化期为37.9d。33C孵化成功率最低(16.7%),胚胎畸形率最高(100%)。孵出幼体总性比(雌性/雄性=0.6)不显著偏离1:1。孵出幼体的尾长显示两性异形,雄性尾长大于雌性;其它被检幼体特征无显著的两性差异。24、27和30C以及波动温度孵出幼体的所有被检指标均无显著差异。33C孵出幼体的体重和个体大小小于其它热环境中孵出的幼体,并特征性地具有较小的躯干、较大的剩余卵黄。33C中胚胎发育的能耗显著大于其它热环境中胚胎发育的能耗。33(‘孵出幼体的灰分含量较低,但孵出卵卵壳较重。33C孵出幼体不能运动;其它热环境中孵出的幼体在跑道上表现良好,这些幼体的不问断运动的最大距离、每分钟运动距离和每分钟停顿次数无显著的差异。结果表明,持续将虎斑颈槽蛇卵暴露在33C条件下不利于该种胚胎发育并可能对胚胎具有致死性影响,波动温度孵卵有利于拓宽存活孵化温度范围。  相似文献
