控制玉米雄穗分枝数目和雄穗重的主效QTL的定位   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
利用2套具有共同亲本黄早四且分别含有230个及235个家系的F2:3群体, 结合2年多点的表型鉴定, 运用完备复合区间作图方法对不同生态环境下(2007-北京、2008-北京、2007-河南、2008-河南、2007-新疆以及2008-新疆)的玉米雄穗分枝数和雄穗重进行QTL定位。同时, 利用基于混合线性模型的QTLNetwork-2.0软件进行基因×环境互作及上位性分析。6个环境下2个群体共检测到51个与雄穗分枝数和雄穗重相关的QTL(Q/H群体32个, Y/H群体19个), 其中包括7个主效QTL, 并在Q/H群体中确定了2个重要的QTL, 即位于7.01bin的Qqtpbn7-1和位于7.02bin的Qqtw7-2。对比2个群体的定位结果, 共挖掘到3个在不同遗传背景下的“一致性”QTL, 这些在不同环境及不同遗传背景下能够稳定存在的QTL可为玉米雄穗相关性状的生产应用以及精细定位提供有价值的参考。  相似文献

在包含103个SSR标记的连锁图谱基础上, 运用复合区间作图法检测玉米组合(N87-1×9526 )F3家系在正常与干旱胁迫环境下的雄穗分枝数与主轴长性状QTL。雄穗分枝数在正常环境下被检测到2个QTL座位, 分别位于第5和7连锁群上; 在胁迫环境下被检测到4个QTL座位分别位于 2、5、7和10连锁群上, 其中位于第5和7连锁群上的QTL不仅具有一致性而且与本作图群体中曾检测到的耐旱相关性状QTL存在连锁。雄穗主轴长在正常环境下被检测到2个QTL位于第2和第6连锁群上, 在干旱胁迫环境下被检测到了3个QTL分别于第2、4和10连锁群上, 其中位于第2染色体上的QTL是两种环境下所共同检测到的QTL。分析QTL的遗传作用方式表明, 雄穗分枝数以部分加性效应为主, 而雄主轴长全部表现为显性和超显性。  相似文献

摘要: 用玉米自交系掖478和丹340构建了397个F2:3家系群体, 利用双亲间多态的150个共显性SSR标记绘制分子连锁图谱, 图谱总长度1 478.7 cM, 标记间平均距离10.0 cM。在5种环境下对株高和穗位高性状进行鉴定, 复合区间作图法检测到21个株高QTL和25个穗位高QTL。于第1和5染色体的umc2025-umc1035及umc1822-bnlg1118区域检测到平均贡献率分别为12.2%和14.9%的株高QTL。于第3和5染色体的phi029-umc1102及phi109188-bnlg1118区域检测到平均贡献率达到10.2%和22.8%的穗位高QTL。第5染色体的Bin5.05-5.07区域可能存在控制株高和穗位高的主效QTL。株高和穗位高的基因作用方式主要是加性和部分显性效应。文章还分析了群体大小及试验环境对株高和穗位高QTL定位结果的影响  相似文献

雄穗是玉米的重要生殖器官,不同品种间玉米的雄穗外观差异明显。对玉米雄穗的颜色进行遗传分析和QTL定位,筛选与雄穗颜色紧密连锁的分子标记,可以作为玉米的品种保护和品种鉴别的有用工具。同时,紫色雄穗中花色苷类色素含量较高,与玉米雄穗的抗虫性密切相关。本研究利用一个黑玉米自交系SDM为共同父本,分别与白玉米自交系木6和黄玉米自交系Mo17杂交,构建2个相关F2∶3群体,分别命名为MuS(木6×SDM)和MoS(Mo17×SDM),在云南和重庆两个不同的环境中种植,对玉米花药颜色(COAn)和花药护颖颜色(COCa)2个性状进行QTL定位。结果表明:玉米花药和花药护颖的颜色均为数量性状,受主效基因和微效基因共同控制。2个群体在2个环境中共检测到7个与花药颜色相关的QTL,位于第2、3、6和10染色体上,其中位于第10染色体标记区间umc1196a-IDP8526内的QTL在重庆和云南同时表达,对表型的贡献率分别为23.17%和19.98%;2个群体在2个环境中共检测到9个与花药护颖颜色相关的QTL,位于第3、6、9和10染色体上,其中3个QTL为环境钝感QTL(在2个环境中均表达,且至少在1个环境中贡献率大于10%),分别位于第6染色体标记区间umc1979-umc1796、mmc0523-umc2006内和第10染色体标记区间umc1196a-umc2043内,对表型的贡献率为10.69%~59.30%。2个群体检测到的主效QTL的位置和效应高度一致,且控制花药颜色和花药护颖颜色2个性状的主效QTL有连锁分布的现象,主要表现在bins 6.04处的标记mmc0523和bins 10.04处的标记IDP8526附近。位于第6和第10染色体上的在不同环境和遗传背景下稳定的QTL可以作为进一步精细定位的靶位点,也可以为玉米雄穗颜色的分子标记辅助选择提供有价值的参考。  相似文献

大豆(Glycine max)分枝在个体和群体水平上均与大豆产量关系密切, 因此大豆分枝相关基因的发掘及利用对大豆高产分子育种具有重要意义。文章通过GO(Gene ontology)分类和文献检索共获得植物分枝发育相关基因183个。基于序列相似和结构域相同的原则, 从大豆基因组中发掘出大豆分枝相关的候选基因406个。通过收集已发表的大豆分枝相关QTL, 利用BioMercator2.1软件, 将符合映射条件的35个QTL映射到公共图谱的12个染色体。通过共定位分析发现, 在20个分枝相关的QTL区间内存在大豆分枝相关候选基因57个。本文发掘的分枝发育相关基因信息为大豆分枝相关QTL的精细定位和克隆以及大豆分枝发育的分子生物学基础研究提供了参考。  相似文献

应用292个Lemont/特青F13重组自交系(RILs)及其含272标记的遗传连锁图谱部析单株有效穗数(PN)和每穗粒数(SNP)及其相关性状的遗传,所有性状呈现超亲分离,PN与SNP存在弱的负相关,检测到影响PN和SNP及其相关性状的QTL51个和互作位点45对,它们可以解释60%以上的性状总变异,SNP与其相关性状的QTL定位在一起,比较与SNP-QTL同一或相邻区域的QTL数,穗部枝梗数是长度性状的两倍,故前者对SNP的作用更大,仅有2个PN-QTL与SNP相关性状的QTL相邻,因此通过标记辅助选择有可能实现PN与SNP的有利重组,其中影响PN的QPn4和影响穗枝梗数和长度的QPbn3a,QPbn3和QPb14等主效QTL,在标记辅助选择中具有重要的应用价值,对通过标记辅助选择合理配置穗部性状TQL产生新的高产穗型进行了讨论。  相似文献

以云南元江普通野生稻为供体亲本,籼稻品种特青为轮回亲本构建高代回交群体,用SSR标记构建连锁图谱,在第1、2、3、4、7和10染色体上定位到7个控制穗颈大维管束数的QTL,在第1、2、3、4和8染色体上定位到5个控制穗颈小维管束数的QTL,在第11和12以外的10条染色体上,共定位到15个控制穗一、二次枝梗数和穗颖花数QTL。来自野生稻的等位基因大多表现负效,能显著减少群体的穗颈维管束数、枝梗数和颖花数,说明从野生稻演化成栽培稻的过程中,可能淘汰了一些对产量不利的QTL,保留了有利的QTL。相当一部分控制穗颈维管束数、枝梗数及颖花数的QTL在染色体上成簇分布或紧密连锁,且加性效应的方向一致,从理论上解释了这些性状表型显著相关的遗传基础,同时也说明在人工选择或自然选择下,这些性状可能存在平行进化或协同进化的关系。  相似文献

玉米大斑病菌存在有生理小种分化的现象,目前5个已定名的生理小种在我国均已发现,还有一些尚未定位名的新类群也出出现,提高玉米对大斑病的抗性,只有提高数量抗性才能达到目的,为了弄清楚玉米对大斑病数量抗性的基因数目及效效应,利用抗病自交5系P138和感病自交系缩3为亲本构建了F2:3家系群体,采用RFLP标记构建了包含了124个标记的玉米RFLP连锁图,覆盖玉米基因组1999.8cM,标记间平均距离为16.5cM,定位了玉米大斑病的病斑长,病斑宽和病斑面积的QTL分别为3、3、2个,其联合贡献率分别为58.1%、71.5%和27.5%,没有检测到病斑数/叶的QTL,其表现为单基因或者寡基因控制的性状,研究结果增加了对玉米大斑病的认识,对玉米抗大斑病育种具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

对内脏器官重量性状的QTL定位研究,所见报道不多;对于猪的繁殖性状,尚需做进一步的探讨。本研究在总共214头(180头F2个体)组成的资源家系中,在猪的SSC4、SSC6、SSC7、SSC8 和 SSC13上共选取39个微卫星标记,检测了8种内脏器官的重量性状:心重 (HW)、肺重 (LW)、肝 胆重 (LGW)、脾重 (SPW)、胃重 (STW)、小肠重(SIW)、大肠重(LIW) 和肾重(KW);其他一些胴体性状:胴体长性状1(自第一颈椎,CL1)、胴体长性状2(自第一胸椎,CL2)、肋骨数(RNS)和繁殖性状乳头数(TNS)的QTL定位。结果表明,检测到3个染色体极显著水平的QTL(P≤0.01),它们是HW QTL定位在SSC6上30 cM处,RNS QTL定位在SSC7上115 cM处和TNS QTL定位在SSC7上 110 cM处;另外6个染色体显著水平的QTL(P≤0.05)是:LW(SSC13上119 cM处)、LGW(SSC6上94 cM处)、SPW(SSC8上106 cM处)、SIW(SSC 4上0 cM处)、LIW(SSC 4上170 cM 处)和TNS(SSC 6上95 cM处)。上述QTL解释的表型变异从 0.04% 到 14.06%,有些位点的 QTL 可以解释表型变异的 10%以上,如 HW 的 QTL 解释表型变异的9.52%、SIW的QTL解释表型变异的13.47%、定位在SSC6上的TNS QTL解释表型变异的14.06%,而定位在 SSC7上的TNS QTL解释表型变异的11.30%。多数内脏器官重量性状的QTL定位结果未见报道。胴体长未见显著水平的QTL,而在SSC7上定位染色体极显著水平的肋骨数QTL。  相似文献

Drought or water stress is a serious agronomic problem resulting in maize (Zea mays L.) yield loss throughout the world. Breeding hybrids with drought tolerance is one important approach for solving this problem. However, lower efficiency and a longer period of breeding hybrids are disadvantages of traditional breeding programs. It is generally recognized that applying molecular marker techniques to traditional breeding programs could improve the efficiency of the breeding of drought‐tolerant maize. To provide useful information for use in studies of maize drought tolerance, the mapping and tagging of quantitative trait loci (QTL) for yield and its components were performed in the present study on the basis of the principle of a mixed linear model. Two hundred and twenty‐one recombinant inbred lines (RIL) of Yuyu 22 were grown under both well‐watered and water‐stressed conditions. In the former treatment group, plants were well irrigated, whereas those in the latter treatment group were stressed at flowering time. Ten plants of each genotype were grown in a row that was 3.00 m × 0.67 m (length × width). The results show that a few of the QTL were the same (one additive QTL for ear length, two additive QTL and one pair of epistatic QTL for kernel number per row, one additive QTL for kernel weight per plant), whereas most of other QTL were different between the two different water treatment groups. It may be that genetic expression differs under the two different water conditions. Furthermore, differences in the additive and epistatic QTL among the traits under water‐stressed conditions indicate that genetic expression also differs from trait to trait. Major and minor QTL were detected for the traits, except for kernel number per row, underwater‐stressed conditions. Thus, the genetic mechanism of drought tolerance in maize is complex because the additive and epistatic QTL exist at the same time and the major and minor QTL all contribute to phenotype under water‐stressed conditions. Recombinant inbred lines derived from a natural population were used to investigate natural genetic variation for lipid abundance, protein abundance, and weight of Drosophila melanogaster. Females were heavier and contained more lipid and soluble protein than males. Lipid and protein abundance were genetically correlated with female weight, but male weight was not correlated with lipid or protein. Lipid and protein abundance were genetically correlated in males, but not in females. Quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for weight and protein abundance were predominantly on the X chromosome, whereas QTLs for lipid abundance were found on the second and third chromosomes. QTLs for lipid proportion (lipid abundance normalized by weight or protein abundance) were present on all chromosomes; a lipid proportion QTL on the third chromosome correlated with a QTL for starvation resistance observed in a previous study using the same set of recombinant inbred lines, suggesting that it might underlie both traits. Candidate genes are discussed in relationship to lipid abundance, lipid proportion, and starvation resistance.  相似文献

Objective: Recent genetic studies indicate that Drosophila melanogaster could be a powerful model to identify genes involved in mammalian adipocyte differentiation and fat storage. The objective of our study was to identify quantitative trait loci (QTLs) that contribute to variation in triacylglycerol (TAG) storage in two D. melanogaster laboratory strains. Research Methods and Procedures: We used two genetic mapping procedures to identify loci with main and epistatic effects on TAG storage. First, using 68 recombinant inbred lines derived from the unrelated Oregon R and Russian 2b strains, we mapped the location of QTLs affecting TAG storage using both composite interval mapping and Bayesian epistatic methods. Second, we used the quantitative deficiency mapping procedure to identify candidate genes affecting this trait within one of the QTLs identified on the second chromosome. For both mapping experiments, flies were cultured in standard conditions. TAG content of 4‐ to 5‐day‐old flies, adjusted for live body mass and total proteins, was used as the phenotypic measure. Results: Multiple QTLs associated with variation in TAG storage were identified by the genome‐wide recombination mapping method, and some of them were sex‐specific. The QTLs had main effects, but a male‐specific epistatic interaction between two QTLs was also found. Finally, two closely linked QTLs were detected by deficiency mapping at 57E1‐57E3 and 57E4‐57F1 on chromosome 2, the first of which causes female‐specific variation in TAG between the Oregon R and 2b strains. Discussion: Our results suggest that variation in TAG storage in D. melanogaster is controlled by different genetic mechanisms and different sets of QTLs in male and female flies.  相似文献

Parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics (PCFKs) under drought stress condition are generally used to characterize instincts for dehydration tolerance in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). Therefore, it is important to map quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for PCFKs in wheat genetic improvement for drought tolerance. A doubled haploid (DH) population with 150 lines, derived from a cross between two common wheat varieties, Hanxuan 10 and Lumai 14, was used to analyze the correlation between PCFKs and chlorophyll content (CHIC) and to map QTLs at the grainfilling stage under conditions of both rainfed (drought stress, DS) and well-watered (WW), respectively. QTLs for these traits were detected by QTLMapper version 1.0 based on the composite Interval mapping method of the mixed-linear model. The results showed a very significant positive correlation between Fv, Fm, Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo. The correlation coefficients were generally higher under WW than under DS. Also, there was a significant or a highly significant positive correlation between Fv, Fm, Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo and CHIC. The correlation coefficients were higher in the DS group than the WW group. A total of 14 additive QTLs (nine QTLs detected under DS and five QTLs under WW) and 25 pairs of eplstatlc QTLs (15 pairs detected under DS and 10 pairs under WW) for PCFKs were mapped on chromosomes 6A, 7A, 1B, 3B, 4D and 7D. The contributions of additive QTLs for PCFKs to phenotype variation were from 8.40% to 72.72%. Four additive QTLs (two QTLs detected under DS and WW apiece) controlling Chic were mapped on chromosomes 1A, 5A and 7A. The contributions of these QTLs for ChIC to phenotype variation were from 7.27% to 11.68%. Several QTL clusters were detected on chromosomes 1B, 7A and 7D, but no shared chromosomal regions for them were identified under different water regimes, indicating that these QTLs performed different expression patterns under rainfed and well-watered conditions.  相似文献
