不同辐射条件下苹果叶片净光合速率模拟   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以富士苹果(Malus domestica Borkh.cv.‘Fuji’)为试材,将C3植物光合生化模型、气孔导度半机理模型、叶片最大光合速率和相对光合有效辐射(RPAR)之间的经验公式相耦合,能够模拟出不同RPAR(或树冠不同部位)下叶片净光合速率(Pn)对小气候因子和叶水势(Ψl)的响应,及Pn日变化。模拟表明,不同RPAR下Pn变化主要依赖于光合有效辐射(PAR)大小,并对CO2浓度有很高敏感性。不同RPAR下叶片Pn最适温度约为20—30℃,并随PAR或CO2浓度的升高而升高。相对湿度(RH)和Ψl对不同RPAR下叶片Pn影响不大,Pn只随RH和Ψl的减小而略有降低。数值模拟表明,当RPAR减小时Pn随之迅速减小,从冠层3 m到1 m处,叶片RPAR从57.18%减少到16.22%,而最大Pn从16.65μmol.m-.2s-1减小到4.24μmol.m-.2s-1。在平均气象条件下,树冠顶部单位面积叶片每天固定CO2为420 mmol.m-.2d-1,而下层叶片只有40 mmol.m-.2d-1。当苹果树冠内叶片接受RPAR低于12%时,全天净光合总量为0,这类叶片可称为无效叶,其所在树冠空间为无效光区。果树整形修剪的主要目的就是尽量减少无效枝叶,利用该模型可确定出这类枝叶在树冠中的位置。  相似文献

Using statistical data from 285 cities in China, this paper studies the spatial correlation and interaction between manufacturing agglomeration and environmental pollution. Using a widely used spatial correlation index, bivariate Moran's I, we first estimate the spatial correlation between manufacturing agglomeration and environmental pollution. We show that there is significant spatial correlation between them, and distinct patterns of local spatial concentration are identified. Then, we use a spatial simultaneous equations (SSE) model to analyze the interaction between manufacturing agglomeration and environmental pollution. We show that manufacturing agglomeration aggravates environmental pollution, while environmental pollution restrains manufacturing agglomeration. In addition, manufacturing agglomeration and environmental pollution in any one city can be affected by manufacturing agglomeration and environmental pollution in surrounding cities through spatial spillover. Finally, we put forward specific suggestions based on the conclusions for more sustainable development.  相似文献

对松嫩平原盐碱化草地羊草叶片的光合生理生态特征分析表明,晴朗天气条件下,羊草叶片净光合速率日变化呈双峰型,蒸腾速率属单峰型,叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率及气孔阻力在整个生长季受到多个环境因子的共同影响,不同时期起主导作用的环境因子有所差异,同一环境因子在不同时间对净光合速率、蒸腾速率及气孔阻力的影响程度不同,净光合有效国徽是对羊草光合作用影响最为强烈的环境因子,受环境因子控制最为显著的生理特征是羊草叶片的蒸腾速度。  相似文献

在自然条件下,对桂林岩溶区青冈栎光合速率与环境因子的关系研究表明,初夏季节青冈栎蒸腾速率日变化为"单峰"曲线,光合速率日变化为"双峰"型曲线,午间光合速率明显降低。青冈栎光合"午休"主要由气孔导度降低引起;通径分析表明,环境因子中空气相对湿度和空气温度对青冈栎光合速率直接影响最大;光合有效辐射对青冈栎光合速率直接影响不显著,而主要是通过其它因子间接影响光合速率。  相似文献

Karachi is one of the most populated urban agglomerations in the world. No categorical study has yet discussed the geochemical baseline concentrations of metals in the urban soil of Karachi. The main objectives of this study were to establish geochemical baseline values and to assess the pollution status of different heavy metals. Geochemical baseline concentrations of heavy metals were estimated using the cumulative frequency distribution (CDF) curves. The estimated baseline concentrations of Pb, Cr, Cu, Zn and Fe were 56.23, 12.9, 36.31, 123.03 and 11,776 mg kg−1, respectively. The pollution status of heavy metals in urban soils was evaluated using different quantitative indices (enrichment factor–EF, Geo-accumulation Index–Igeo, and pollution index–PI). Enrichments factors of the selected heavy metals determined by using Fe as a normalizer showed that metal contamination was the product of anthropogenic activities. The urban soils of Karachi were found to have a moderate to moderately severe enrichment with Pb, whereas Cr and Cu has moderate and Zn has minor enrichment. Igeo results indicated moderate soil contamination by Pb at some of the sampling locations. PI for Pb, Cr, Cu and Zn was found in the range of 0.04–3.42, 0.19–1.55, 0.27–2.45 and 0.32–1.57, respectively. Large variations in PI values of Pb revealed that soil in those areas of the city which are influenced by intensive anthropogenic activities have exceptionally high concentrations of Pb. The findings of this study would contribute to the environmental database of the soil of the region and would also facilitate both at the local and the international scales, in a more accurate global environmental monitoring, which will eventually facilitate the development of management and remediation strategies for heavy metal contaminated urban soil.  相似文献

本研究以白纹阴阳竹( Hibanobambusa tranquillans f. shiroshima H. Okamura )、鼓节竹( Bambusa tul doides‘Swolleninternode')、花秆早竹( Phyllostachys violascens f. viridisulcata P. X. Zhang et W. X. Huang)和美丽箬竹(Indocalamus decorus Q. H. Dai)4个观赏竹种为供试材料,分析了各竹种的光响应和CO2响应曲线及参数、光合和气体交换参数以及相关环境因子的日变化规律,并通过相关性分析、逐步多元回归分析和通径分析探讨了影响4个竹种叶片净光合速率( Pn)的主要因子。测定结果表明:随光合有效辐射强度( PAR)或胞间CO2浓度( Ci)的提高,各竹种叶片的Pn值均逐渐增大,但增幅有一定差异;各竹种的光响应和CO2响应参数均有较大差异,其中,白纹阴阳竹叶片的表观量子产量( AQY)最低,CO2饱和点( CSP)和CO2补偿点( CCP)也较低,其他参数均最高;而花秆早竹叶片的AQY和CCP值均最高,而其他参数总体上均最低。4个竹种的光合及气体交换参数日变化曲线均有一定差异;美丽箬竹叶片Pn值日变化曲线呈“双峰型”;白纹阴阳竹、鼓节竹和花秆早竹叶片的Pn值日变化曲线均呈“单峰型”,峰值分别出现在14:00、10:00和12:00;总体上看,4个竹种叶片的气孔导度( Gs)、Ci、蒸腾速率( Tr)和水分利用效率( WUE)总体上具有相似的日变化趋势。分析结果表明:按照总影响效应由高至低进行排序,对白纹阴阳竹叶片Pn值的主要影响因子为PAR、Tr、大气CO2浓度( Ca)、Ci,对鼓节竹叶片Pn值的主要影响因子为PAR、Tr、Ca、Gs,对花秆早竹叶片Pn值的主要影响因子为PAR、Tr、Gs、气温( Ta)、Ci,对美丽箬竹叶片Pn值的主要影响因子为PAR、空气相对湿度( RH)、Ta、Ca、Tr、Gs。综合分析结果显示:4个竹种中,白纹阴阳竹光合能力最强,但对弱光的适应和利用能力较弱,CO2同化能力强且适应范围广;鼓节竹和美丽箬竹对光和CO2的利用能力和适应范围均居中;花秆早竹光合能力和CO2同化能力最差,但对弱光的适应和利用能力较强,CO2适应范围较窄。  相似文献

We developed a benthic index for the nearshore Gulf of Maine to provide researchers and environmental managers a way to make spatial and year-to-year comparisons of benthic condition. The data set used included 248 stations sampled for physical, chemical, and biological variables by the National Coastal Assessment in 2000–2003. We used logistic regression with 49 candidate measures of benthic species diversity, pollution sensitivity-tolerance, and community composition to discriminate sites with high and low benthic environmental quality (BEQ). BEQ was based on the concentrations of metal and organic contaminants in the sediments, total organic carbon, sediment toxicity, and dissolved oxygen level of the bottom water. An analysis of similarity test showed that the community composition of low BEQ stations was significantly different (p < 0.001) from high BEQ stations. Ten of the 49 benthic metrics showed a strong ability to discriminate stations. We developed several candidate benthic indices and tested them with independent data from Massachusetts Bay and Casco Bay to help select and validate the best index. A model using the Shannon-Wiener diversity measure, Rosenberg's species pollution tolerance measure, and the percent capitellid polychaetes (or percent Capitella spp.) strongly discriminated stations, with an area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve of 0.82 and a classification accuracy of 80%. Signal detection theory (ROC curves and positive–negative predictive value curves) was used to evaluate the index and to predict how well an index developed for one geographic area might work in another area with a different prevalence of the degraded condition. We show how these techniques can also guide decisions by environmental managers about choosing thresholds and weighing costs and benefits of particular actions.  相似文献

在当归根茎膨大期,利用CI-310便携式光合仪,田间活体测定了当归的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)等光合生理生态因子,以及光合有效辐射(PAR)、田间CO2浓度(Ca)、相对湿度(RH)、大气温度(Ta)、叶温(TL)等环境因子的日变化。结果表明,当归Pn日变化曲线为"双峰"型,最高峰出现在10:00左右,次高峰出现在16:00左右,午间有明显的"午休"现象,气孔因素是导致其"午休"的主要原因。Tr、Gs和Ci的日变化曲线均为"双峰"型,最高峰出现在10:00,次高峰出现在17:00。当归叶片净光合速率随环境因子日变化最优逐步多元回归方程为yPn=14.3108 0.0076xPAR-0.5271xTL(R2=0.6601,P<0.05),TL和PAR是对光合速率直接影响最大的生态因子,而Ca、RH和Ta主要是通过TL而间接影响光合速率的变化。  相似文献

In phytoplankton primary production studies, samples for the determination of photosynthesis versus irradiance relationship (P-I) are usually incubated at several irradiance levels during a fixed time period, commonly 2-4 h. However, it is not clear if the use of this fixed incubation time is appropriate to study the P-I relationship in any given ecosystem. The aim of this work was to study the influence of incubation time on the P-I relationship in natural phytoplankton populations from three different coastal ecosystems: an open coastal area, an estuary, and a coastal lagoon. Physical and chemical variables, phytoplankton biomass, species composition, and P-I curves were analysed. The results showed that, in the coastal area and in the estuary, P-I relationships were time dependent, whereas in the coastal lagoon different incubation periods produced the same P-I curve. An underestimation of daily primary production, ranging from 13% to 42.5%, was calculated when data from standard incubation times (2-4 h) were used in ecosystems where P-I curves present a dynamic time-dependent behaviour. This work suggests that the response of the P-I curves to the incubation time varies with the characteristics of the ecosystem and is related to the light regime to which phytoplankton cells are adapted.  相似文献

采用LI6400便携式光合仪分析昆明室外栽培的几种野生银莲花光合作用特性。净光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾速率(Tr)日变化均呈单峰曲线,前者的峰值出现在10~11点,后者的峰值出现在13点前后。在光强0~2000μmol·m2·s1条件下,Pn呈S曲线,光合补偿点为60~80μmol·m2·s1,饱和点为800μmol·m2·s1左右,但光强继续增加到1800μmol·m2·s1,Pn仍有少许提高;Tr随PAR的增加而缓慢地增加。在环境CO2浓度为0~350μmol·mol1条件下,Pn直线上升,草玉梅、秋牡丹和野棉花的光合CO2补偿点均为50μmol·mol1左右;Tr在环境CO2浓度25~350μmol·mol1范围内几乎呈水平线。野生银莲花的Pn和Tr表现较明显的种间差异。  相似文献

Long-term effects of ultraviolet (UV) radiation on flavonoid biosynthesis were investigated in Arabidopsis thaliana using the sun simulators of the Helmholtz Zentrum München. The plants, which are widely used as a model system, were grown (1) at high photosynthetically active radiation (PAR; 1,310 µmol m?2?s?1) and high biologically effective UV irradiation (UV-BBE 180 mW m?2) during a whole vegetative growth period. Under this irradiation regime, the levels of quercetin products were distinctively elevated with increasing UV-B irradiance. (2) Cultivation at high PAR (1,270 µmol m?2?s?1) and low UV-B (UV-BBE 25 mW m?2) resulted in somewhat lower levels of quercetin products compared to the high-UV-BBE conditions, and only a slight increase with increasing UV-B irradiance was observed. On the other hand, when the plants were grown (3) at low PAR (540 µmol m?2?s?1) and high UV-B (UV-BBE 180 mW m?2), the accumulation of quercetin products strongly increased from very low levels with increasing amounts of UV-B but the accumulation of kaempferol derivatives and sinapoyl glucose was less pronounced. We conclude (4) that the accumulation of quercetin products triggered by PAR leads to a basic UV protection that is further increased by UV-B radiation. Based on our data, (5) a combined effect of PAR and different spectral sections of UV radiation is satisfactorily described by a biological weighting function, which again emphasizes the additional role of UV-A (315–400 nm) in UV action on A. thaliana.  相似文献

Application of pulse-amplitude-modulation (PAM) fluorometers for measuring slow stages of chlorophyll fluorescence induction (CFI) is considered. With an example of Triticum aestuvum L. plants grown under continuous illumination at a photon flux density of 600 μmol/(m2 s) photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), the CFI curves were analyzed with leaves of various ages as a function of actinic light intensity. The fluorometer PAM-2100 was applied for measurements of CFI curves. The characteristic peaks of CFI curves in wheat leaves were most conspicuous and had the largest amplitudes at 600–800 μmol/(m2 s) PAR, which corresponds to the middle range of actinic light intensities employed in PAM-2100 fluorometers. In plants exposed to favorable and stressful conditions, the developmental stages may proceed at different rates; thus, the comparison of fluorescence parameters for leaves of equal calendar age but having different physiological states may provide ambiguous data. Therefore, the feasibility of recording CFI curves of different types is quite important for rapid diagnostics of the age and state of plant leaves, as well as for adequate physiological conclusions.  相似文献

对野生蜡梅在不同天气中的净光合速率 (Pn)和蒸腾速率 (Tr)日变化及其与环境因子的关系进行了初步研究 ,结果如下 :(1)蜡梅在晴天和阴天的 Pn日进程均呈一双峰型曲线。但晴天的两个峰值比在阴天出现要早 ,Pn的总体水平要高于阴天 ,且在午后发生明显的光合“午休”现象。 (2 )Tr在晴天的日变化呈单峰型曲线 ,在午后强光和高温条件下 ,Tr可高达 10 mmol H2 O m-2 s-1以上。在阴天 ,Tr日进程波动很小 ,且蒸腾作用微弱 ,全天大多保持在 0 .8mmol H2 O m-2 s-1以下的水平。(3)在光合有效辐射 (PAR)为 80 0~ 90 0 μmol m-2 s-1、大气温度 (TA) 2 8℃左右、相对湿度 (RH)约75%的条件下 ,野生蜡梅的 Pn可高达 2 3.6 μmol CO2 m-2 s-1。但蜡梅的光饱和点与光补偿点均较低 ,分别约为 90 0μmol m-2 s-1和 2 0μmol m-2 s-1。 (4 ) PAR和 TA是影响蜡梅光合与蒸腾速率日进程的主导生态因子。蜡梅对强光和高温反应敏感 ,在超过光饱和点且气温高达 4 2℃以上时 ,其蒸腾作用强烈 ,能量转换与水分利用效率 (WUE)大大降低 ,光合能力减弱 ,导致 Pn急剧下降  相似文献

对不同大气温度、藓体含水量及光照条件下尖叶拟船叶藓光合速率测定研究结果表明,光合速率(Pn)与光照强度(PAR)、大气温度(Ta)及藓体含水量(PWC)之间密切相关,光合速率的光响应曲线为直角双曲线,温度、藓体含水量影响图形的曲度参数,在低含水量、高气温组合和高含水量、低气温组合的藓体高光强下都使光合速率降低.弱光下(PAR<200μmol·s^-1·m^-2),光合速率最大值Pmax出现在PWC:为50%~80%,但随着Ta的升高而增大,当Ta>25℃,Pmax随Ta升高而降低;随着光照强度的增大,Pmax出现的PWC水平随之提高,当PAR<200μmol·s^-1·m^-2时,光合速率最大值Pmax出现在Ta比较高的范围(20~25℃),并随PWC的升高而增大,当PWC>80%时,Pmax随PWC升高而降低;随着光照强度的增大,Pmax出现的Ta水平降低、在230  相似文献

Aquatic plants can be a sensitive and cost effective route to understanding the effects of contaminants and assessing ecosystem health. Among the aquatic macrophytes, watermilfoil genus Myriophyllum could be used in ecological surveys as in situ biomonitors of water quality due to its ability to concentrate pollutants in their tissues and reflect the environmental pollution. The objectives of the present study were to evaluate the phytotoxicity of two heavy metals, Cu (essential micronutrient) and Cd (non-essential metal) alone or in mixture at realistic (low) concentration levels to a common European watermilfoil, Myriophyllum alterniflorum. ANOVA Kruskall–Wallis data indicate that effect of pH and mixture on copper or cadmium amounts in plants was statistically non significant. Correlation between variables was assessed using Spearman's rank order correlation. The main correlations were between: (i) time and node length, (ii) fresh mass and dry mass, (iii) chlorophyll A and carotenoids, and (iv) copper and cadmium in the mixture study. In addition to the Spearman correlations, data were analysed using the factor analysis. High positive loadings of mass (fresh weight and dry weight) along the factor 1 axis and high loadings (positive for copper and cadmium treatment, negative for the mixture) of plant growth (time, node length) along the factor 2 axis are evident. In conclusion, statistical estimate of the data revealed no strong significant relationships between the treatment (copper and cadmium in M. alterniflorum) and the somatic or photosynthetic endpoints studied. This lack of significant results could be explained by the low metal concentrations tested and this study failed to reproduce our first conclusions about the correlation between cadmium, chlorophyll A and carotenoids.  相似文献

采用LI-6400便携式光合测定仪,在晴天条件下对准噶尔荒漠3种典型短命植物东方旱麦草(Eremopyrum orientale)、卷果涩芥(Malcolmia scorpioides)和四齿芥(Tetracme quadricormis)的气体交换特征的日变化规律进行了研究.结果表明:①东方旱麦草和卷果涩芥的净光合速率(简称Pn,后同)的日变化呈"双峰"型,14:00(采用时间均为北京时间,后同)左右存在明显的光合"午休"现象,四齿芥Pn的日变化呈"单峰"型,峰值出现在12:00与前两者的第一峰值出现时刻相同.3种植物蒸腾速率(简称E,后同)的日变化均呈"单峰"型,但不同植物的峰谷值出现时刻不同.水分利用效率(WUE)日变化,四齿芥呈"单峰"型,东方旱麦草和卷果涩芥呈"双峰"型,峰值分别出现在8:00~10:00之间,后两者第二峰值分别出现在16:00和18:00.②根据Pn、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和气孔限制值(Ls)的变化方向,推测3种短命植物的光合"午休",东方旱麦草和卷果涩芥主要受非气孔因素限制,而四齿芥主要受气孔因素限制.③卷果涩芥和四齿芥两种十字花科草本日平均Pn、E 和WUE 均高于禾本科东方旱麦草,尤其卷果涩芥是一种高光合、高蒸腾、高水分利用率的物种.④相关分析结果表明,对Pn影响最显著的环境因子是光合有效辐射(PAR),对E影响最显著的因子3种植物各不相同.  相似文献

Poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 (PARP-1) mediates neuronal cell death in a variety of pathological conditions involving severe DNA damage. Poly(ADP-ribose) (PAR) polymer is a product synthesized by PARP-1. Previous studies suggest that PAR polymer heralds mitochondrial apoptosis-inducing factor (AIF) release and thereby, signals neuronal cell death. However, the details of the effects of PAR polymer on mitochondria remain to be elucidated. Here we report the effects of PAR polymer on mitochondria in cells in situ and isolated brain mitochondria in vitro. We found that PAR polymer causes depolarization of mitochondrial membrane potential and opening of the mitochondrial permeability transition pore early after injury. Furthermore, PAR polymer specifically induces AIF release, but not cytochrome c from isolated brain mitochondria. These data suggest PAR polymer as an endogenous mitochondrial toxin and will further our understanding of the PARP-1-dependent neuronal cell death paradigm.  相似文献

Phosphonates (Pn) are diverse organic phosphorus (P) compounds containing C–P bonds and comprise up to 25% of the high-molecular weight dissolved organic P pool in the open ocean. Pn bioavailability was suggested to influence markedly bacterial primary production in low-P areas. Using metagenomic data from the Global Ocean Sampling expedition, we show that the main potential microbial contributor in Pn utilization in oceanic surface water is the globally important marine primary producer Prochlorococcus. Moreover, a number of Prochlorococcus strains contain two distinct putative Pn uptake operons coding for ABC-type Pn transporters. On the basis of microcalorimetric measurements, we find that each of the two different putative Pn-binding protein (PhnD) homologs transcribed from these operons possesses different Pn- as well as inorganic phosphite-binding specificities. Our results suggest that Prochlorococcus adapt to low-P environments by increasing the number of Pn transporters with different specificities towards phosphite and different Pns.  相似文献
