【目的】鉴定玉米Zea mays L.和棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner)幼虫体表挥发性成分中对中红侧沟茧蜂 Microplitis mediator (Haliday)具有生境与寄主定位作用的信息化合物,从化学生态学的角度研究玉米-棉铃虫-中红侧沟茧蜂三重营养关系,解释中红侧沟茧蜂寻找寄主的过程中的信息识别机制,为害虫的综合防治的“推-拉”方法提供一定的理论基础。【方法】利用触角电位仪(EAG)、触角电位联用仪(GC-EAD)、气质联用仪(GC-MS)及“Y”型嗅觉仪确定玉米和棉铃虫幼虫体表提取物的信息化合物。在室内利用玉米以及棉铃虫幼虫体表挥发物标准品化合物以及模拟混合物,使用“Y”型嗅觉仪进行中红侧沟茧蜂成虫行为反应试验。【结果】玉米挥发物中有11种化学成分,棉铃虫幼虫体表挥发物中有6种化学成分对中红侧沟茧蜂的触角具有电生理活性,其中4种成分在两种挥发物中都存在。室内行为反应试验发现:与正己烷对照相比,玉米的模拟组分对雌、雄蜂均表现出显著(P<0.05)的诱引作用;棉铃虫1龄幼虫体表模拟组分对雌蜂具有极显著的诱引作用(P<0.01),对雄蜂具有显著的诱引作用(P<0.05);棉铃虫2龄幼虫体表模拟组分对雌蜂具有显著的诱引作用(P<0.05)。【结论】本研究证明了玉米以及棉铃虫幼虫体表挥发物中分别存在11种(庚醛、2-己醇、1-己醇、1-辛烯-3-醇、壬醛、葵醛、苯甲醛、反式-2-壬烯-1-醇、己酸、苯基乙醇、月桂醇)和6种(2-己醇、己酸乙酯、1-己醇、壬醛、辛酸乙酯、癸醛)中红侧沟茧蜂生境及寄主定位的化学信息物质。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to investigate the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) produced from heterotrophic cultivation of the cyanobacterium Phormidium autumnale with different sources of monosaccharides. The volatiles were isolated by headspace solid-phase micro-extraction in different residence times, separated by gas chromatography, and identified by mass spectrometry (SPME-GC/MS). The profile of volatiles contained a total of 44 volatile compounds when P. autumnale was grown heterotrophically on glucose and 35 when grown on fructose. A combined total of 68 compounds was identified and 11 volatiles were common to both extracts. The compound 3-methyl-butanol was identified among the major volatile compounds formed, reaching a concentration of 141.5 μg mg?1 dry weight for the glucose-grown cultures and 69.5 μg mg?1 for the fructose-grown cultures after 144 h. Many of the compounds detected during heterotrophic cultivation originated from terpenoids (β-ionone, β-cyclocitral, and 5,6-epoxy-β-ionone), fatty acids (hexanol, hexanal), or the 2-keto acid pathway (3-methyl-butanol, propanol, butanol).  相似文献

The olfactory responses of male and female Macrolophus caliginosus Wagner (Heteroptera: Miridae) adults towards volatiles from green bean plants previously exposed to feeding by conspecifics and to direct odours from conspecifics were tested in a Y-tube olfactometer. Female M. caliginosus did not respond to volatiles from plants exposed to mirid feeding or to odours emitted directly by adult mirids. In contrast, male mirid bugs were attracted both to volatiles from plants previously exposed to feeding by conspecific females and to odours emitted by conspecifics only with a marginally significant preference for the former. The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis showed that mirid feeding induced the release of 11 additional compounds as compared to the volatiles emitted from clean plants. Three of these substances (5-ethyl-2(5H)-furanone, Z-3-hexenyl tiglate, and E,E-α-farnesene) were released only after feeding by females. Furthermore, 21 compounds were identified in volatiles emitted directly by mirids, 12 of which were unique to the mirids (i.e., not present in clean plants or plants previously exposed to mirid feeding). The results suggest that female-specific herbivore-induced plant volatiles play a role as mate-finding cues by the male mirids. The ecological implications of the findings are discussed, and the term ‘sexual synomone’ is introduced.  相似文献

Summary The yeast fungus Dipodascus aggregatus was grown aerobically in a synthetic nutrient solution and the volatile compounds produced were concentrated. Identification of the volatiles was performed by combined gas chromatographymass spectrometry or by one of these methods. The compounds identified were 11 esters, 9 alcohols, 5 acids and 3 carbonyls.The time course production of volatile neutral compounds was followed. During the phase of no apparent growth only a few substances were formed (mostly alcohols). The rapid phase of growth was characterized by an intense synthesis of many compounds in relatively high concentrations and later a sudden decrease in the number and amounts of substances. A slow successive, decline in the number and amounts of volatile components was observed during the phase of no net growth.The volatiles emitted by the fungus were concentrated, when most of the compounds were most abundant and the relative amounts of the major volatile neutral compounds were determined. The main components were ethyl acetate, ethyl propionate and ethanol.  相似文献

采用固相微萃取技术提取新鲜假茎、腐烂未虫蛀假茎、虫蛀且腐烂假茎以及虫蛀未腐烂假茎4种生理状态的香蕉假茎挥发物,进行气质联用仪分析鉴定。结果表明:从香蕉新鲜假茎与虫蛀且腐烂假茎中分别鉴定出10种挥发性物质;腐烂未虫蛀假茎与虫蛀未腐烂假茎分别鉴定出11种挥发性物质;这些挥发物包括烃类、酯类、酮类、杂环类等,在不同生理状态的香蕉假茎中的相对含量各不相同。4种生理状态的香蕉假茎挥发性成分种类数及相对含量的变化与香蕉假茎象甲Odoiporus longicollis Olivier的为害有着密切关系,遭受香蕉徦茎象甲为害的香蕉假茎,其共同成分2,6-二甲基-2,4,6-辛三烯相对含量对应地减少。利用双重陷阱嗅觉仪测定了香蕉假茎象甲对香蕉假茎挥发物的行为反应,结果表明:4种生理状态的香蕉假茎挥发物均对香蕉假茎象甲有引诱作用,与新鲜假茎相比,香蕉假茎的虫蛀且腐烂状态可增强其对香蕉假茎象甲雌、雄虫的引诱作用。  相似文献

本文通过水蒸气蒸馏、超临界CO2萃取和顶空萃取三种方法并结合GC和GC/MS技术分析藏药镰形棘豆(Oxytropis falcate Bunge)中的挥发性成分,共鉴定出58个化合物,分别占71.0%,85.6%和84.5%。烷烃类、黄酮类和醛类化合物为主要挥发性成分。3种方法得到的挥发性成分在保留时间值上具有一定的连续性,能更完全地阐述清楚藏药镰形棘豆的挥发性成分,为进一步开发利用这种药用植物提供科学依据。  相似文献

The headspace volatiles of the dry flowers of Aglaia odorata were trapped by a modified circulating adsorption method and were analyzed by GC/MS techniques after desorption by solvent. The components were identified by re, ass spectral and temperature-programmed retention index data on two types of glass capillary columns (OV-101 and PEG-20 M). 54 compounds have been identified from the volatiles, including 21 sesquiterpenes, 8 aldehydes, 7 alkyl benzenes, 6 alkanes, 6 other oxygen-containing compounds and I nitrogen containing compound. 29 compounds have not been reported in the studies on the constituents of the essential oil or absolute oil of the flowers.  相似文献

【目的】研究假眼小绿叶蝉Empoasca vitis G?the对健康茶梢和蝉害茶梢挥发物的行为反应,筛选出可引诱假眼小绿叶蝉的茶梢挥发物。【方法】以动态吸附法收集健康茶梢和蝉害茶梢挥发物,用气相色谱–质谱联用仪(GC-MS)进行定性定量分析,借助于Y形嗅觉仪检测多种挥发物引诱假眼小绿叶蝉成虫的活性。【结果】从健康茶梢和蝉害茶梢中共鉴定出30种挥发物组分,其中烯烃类含量较大。健康茶梢和蝉害茶梢挥发物中共有组分有13种,蝉害之后其含量皆上升,其中Z-b-罗勒烯和乙酸叶醇酯的含量分别是健康茶梢中的142.27倍、12.90倍。蝉害茶梢中新出现的组分有12种,其中紫苏烯含量较高。在10-2、10~(-4)、10-6 g/mL浓度下,乙酸叶醇酯表现出极显著的引诱水平(P<0.01);紫苏烯在10~(-2)和10~(-4) g/mL浓度下表现出极显著引诱水平(P<0.01);10~(-4) g/mL浓度下,Z-b-罗勒烯和D-柠檬烯极显著引诱假眼小绿叶蝉(P<0.01);10~(-4) g/mL芳樟醇、10~(-6) g/mL乙酸正丁酯和10~(-6) g/mL D-柠檬烯呈现出显著引诱水平(P<0.05);混合物组分Blend1和Blend2分别表现出极显著和显著引诱水平;而10~(-6) g/mLa-法尼烯显著排斥假眼小绿叶蝉(P<0.05)。【结论】假眼小绿叶蝉成虫对健康茶梢和蝉害茶梢挥发物多种组分具有不同的行为反应,引诱效果较强的单组分或混合组分的选定可为田间引诱效果试验提供参考。  相似文献

The volatiles released from elicitor (copper chloride, jasmonic acid, UV, L-methionine and chitosan oligomer)-treated and rice blast fungus-inoculated rice leaves were collected by the solid-phase microextraction technique and analyzed by GC-MS. (Z)-3-Hexen-1-ol, monoterpenes, methyl salicylate, and sesquiterpenes were identified as elicitor-induced volatiles by a comparison of their GC retention times and mass spectra with those of authentic compounds. The different elicitors resulted in some qualitative and quantitative differences in the production of volatiles. Monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes were identified as the rice blast fungus-induced volatiles.  相似文献

Sixty-three compounds were isolated and identified from heated starch and from heated starch with glycine. Starch or starch with glycine was heated in an Erlenmeyer flask at 290°C under a nitrogen stream. The volatiles formed during heating were entrained on a porous polymer (Porapack Q). Residual charred materials in the flasks were extracted with methylene chloride. The oily dark brown materials recovered from both the Porapack Q traps and the methylene chloride extracts were subjected to gas chromatography and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The compounds identified include 3 hydrocarbons, 11 ketones, 3 aldehydes, 24 aromatic compounds, 10 furans and 12 nitrogen-containing compounds. Formation mechanisms of some major products are proposed.  相似文献

In this study, we evaluated the responses of Triatoma dimidiata Latreille (Hemiptera: Reduviidae) to volatiles emitted by conspecific females, males, mating pairs and metasternal gland (MG) extracts with a Y‐tube olfactometer. The volatile compounds released by mating pairs and MGs of T. dimidiata were identified using solid‐phase microextraction and coupled gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry (GC‐MS). Females were not attracted to volatiles emitted by males or MG extracts; however, they preferred clean air to their own volatiles or those from mating pairs. Males were attracted to volatiles emitted by males, females, mating pairs, pairs in which the male had the MG orifices occluded or MG extracts of both sexes. However, males were not attracted to volatiles emitted by pairs in which the female had the MG orifices occluded. The chemical analyses showed that 14 and 15 compounds were detected in the headspace of mating pairs and MG, respectively. Most of the compounds identified from MG except for isobutyric acid were also detected in the headspace of mating pairs. Both females and males were attracted to octanal and 6‐methyl‐5‐hepten‐2‐one, and males were attracted to 3,5‐dimethyl‐2‐hexanol. Males but not females were attracted to a seven‐compound blend, formulated from compounds identified in attractive MG extracts.  相似文献

The flight behavioral responses of males and females of Sitotroga cerealella (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) to corn kernel volatiles, in a wind tunnel, and the determination and identification of the active compounds of corn kernel volatiles were investigated. A wind tunnel bioassay was carried out to test the response of males and females to 15, 30, 60, and 120 g equivalents of corn kernel volatiles. Gas chromatography-electroantennography was used to determine which components in corn kernel volatiles elicited an EAD response using male and female antennae. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technique was used to identify the active compounds of corn kernel volatiles. A 60-g equivalent of corn kernel volatiles elicited attractant behavior of unmated males to landing near the source. Mated males and virgin females were not attracted to corn kernel volatiles. The number of mated females landing was significantly higher in 60- and 120-g equivalents of corn kernel volatiles, compared to the other concentrations and the control. The antennae of males and females responded to four active compounds of corn kernel volatiles. Three of these compounds were identified, namely nonanal, decanal, and geranyl acetone. It is suggested that host finding and selection by S. cerealella is associated with its host volatiles.  相似文献

AIMS: To identify and compare the volatile compounds associated with maize dough samples prepared by spontaneous fermentation and by the use of added starter cultures in Ghana. METHODS AND RESULTS: The starter cultures examined were Lactobacillus fermentum, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Candida krusei. For identification of aroma volatiles, extracts by the Likens-Nickerson simultaneous distillation and extraction technique were analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and using a trained panel of four judges by GC-Olfactometry (GC-sniffing). Compounds identified by GC-MS in maize dough samples after 72 h of fermentation included 20 alcohols, 22 carbonyls, 11 esters, seven acids, a furan and three phenolic compounds. Of the total 64 volatile compounds, 51 were detected by GC-sniffing as contributing to the aroma of the different fermented dough samples. Spontaneously fermented maize dough was characterized by higher levels of carbonyl compounds while fermentations with added L. fermentum recorded the highest concentration of acetic acid. S. cerevisiae produced higher amounts of fusel alcohols and increasing levels of esters with fermentation time and C. krusei showed similarity to L. fermentum with lower levels of most volatiles identified. CONCLUSION: The present study has given a detailed picture of the aroma compounds in fermented maize and demonstrated that the predominant micro-organisms in fermented maize dough can be used as starter cultures to modify the aroma of fermented maize dough. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: The study has documented the advantage of using starter cultures in African traditional food processing and provided a scientific background for introducing better controlled fermentations.  相似文献

Cydia molesta is an important pest of peach and pear fruits late in growing season. We identified and quantified volatiles from immature and mature fruits of peach and pear using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Antennally, active compounds were identified by gas chromatography-electroantennogram detection and were further tested in the field. Consistent electroantennographic activity was obtained for nine compounds from headspace collections of the mature fruits of two peach and two pear varieties. Esters were the major components, but qualitative and quantitative differences were found among four odor profiles. Blends mimicking pear fruit volatiles were more attractive to both sexes than blends mimicking peach fruit volatiles in both orchards. Our finding indicated that mixtures mimicking peach and pear fruit volatiles attracted both females and males of C. molesta, and these host volatiles may also be involved in the host switch behavior from peach to pear in mid-late season.  相似文献

Plants synthesize volatile compounds to attract pollinators. The volatiles emitted by flowers are often complex mixtures of organic compounds; pollinators are capable of distinctly recognizing different volatile compounds. Plants also produce volatile compounds to protect themselves against herbivores and pathogens. Some of the volatile compounds produced in floral and vegetative tissues are toxic to insects and microbes. To adapt changes in the environment, plants have evolved the ability to synthesize a unique set of volatiles. Intensive studies have identified and characterized the enzymes responsible for the formation of plant volatiles. In particular, many biosynthetic genes have been isolated and their enzymatic functions have been proposed. This review describes how plants have evolved the biosynthetic pathways leading to the formation of green leaf volatiles and phenylpropene volatiles.  相似文献

Sulfur-containing amino acids (l-cysteine, l-cystine and dl-methionine) were pyrolyzed. From pyrolyzed cysteine and cystine were identified 7~8 volatile compounds including 2-methylthiazolidine which is considered to be the product of the reaction of acetaldehyde with mercaptethylamine, and from pyrolyzed methionine were identified 11 volatiles. At the same time, besides these volatile compounds, alanine, cystine and isoleucine, and alanine, isoleucine and methionine were detected in the pyrolyzed products of cysteine and cystine, respectively, but no amino acid was detected from that of methionine. The mixture of seven identified volatiles generated from l-cystine developed a pop-corn like aroma with a roasted sesame like one, and methylmercaptane seemed to be the main contributor to the pickled radish like odor produced from pyrolysis of dl-methionine. Degradation schemes of cystine and methionine were proposed.  相似文献

Acetophenone and veratrole have been identified as two major behaviourally active components of the oviposition aggregation pheromone of the desert locust, Schistocerca gregaria. These compounds were identified from the volatiles of egg pod froth using gas chromatography-electroantennographic (GC-EAD) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometric (GC-MS) analysis. Both compounds were shown to elicit aggregation of gravid females in oviposition bioassays; however, they do not act synergistically. Both acetophenone and veratrole individually at optimum doses induced about 70% egg laying, a value similar to that evoked with froth volatiles.  相似文献

Olfactory receptor neurons on the antennae of the African fruit chafer species Pachnoda marginata (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae) were examined through extensive use of gas chromatography linked with electrophysiological recordings from single olfactory receptor neurons. Contacted neurons were stimulated with a large number of extracted volatiles from 22 different fruits and with 64 synthetic plant compounds. Extracted fruit volatiles were identified using linked gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. In total, 48 different odor compounds were found to elicit responses. Analysis of the response spectra of the contacted neurons (n = 232) revealed the presence of 28 classes of receptor neurons. The neurons exhibited strong selectivity as well as high sensitivity. Eleven of the identified classes were selectively activated by single compounds, while the remaining were activated by 2-6 compounds. Several receptor neurons that were activated by more than one compound responded to compounds sharing basic structural similarities. The results support the growing hypothesis that a significant proportion of plant-odor receptor neurons in insects are highly sensitive and selective for single odors.  相似文献
