The investigation of six Zinnia species afforded in addition to already known compounds two eudesmanolides, five guaianolides, three germacranolides, five elemanolides and a dihydroxygeranylgeraniol. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and some chemical transformations. The chemotaxonomic situation is discussed briefly.  相似文献

Zanthoxylum williamsii (Rutaceae) was found to contain (+)-asaranin, (+)-sesamin, esculetin dimethyl ether, nitidine, chelerythrine, magnoflorine, laurifoline, skimmianine and edulinine. The quaternary alkaloid fraction of Z. monophyllum contained berberine, magnoflorine, chelerythrine and a 1,2,9,10-substituted dihydroxydimethoxy-N,N-dimethylaporphinium salt. Leaves of Z. fagara were found to contain synephrine. Leaves of each species were examined for the presence of bishordeninyl terpene alkaloids, but none was found. Some chemotaxonomic relationships among Zanthoxylum species are discussed.  相似文献

Seven species and two varieties of Zanthoxylum in Japan were investigated for unsaturated aliphatic acid amides. In addition to the known amides α-sanshoöl, γ-sanshoöl and hydroxy-γ-sanshoöl, a new compound, hydroxy-α-sanshoöl, was isolated and established by chemical and spectroscopic evidence. The compounds, corresponding to hydroxyl derivatives of the amides in the barks, commonly existed in the pericarps of all collected materials. Japanese Zanthoxylum species were divided chemotaxonomically into two taxa. These taxa ditter from the two assigned on the basis of botanical classification.  相似文献

Pseudomonas aeruginosa can regulate its pathogenicity via quorum sensing (QS) system. Zingiber cassumunar and Z. officinale have been used for the treatment of infectious diseases. The study aimed to evaluate and compare the chemical constituents, antibacterial, and QS inhibitor of Z. cassumunar essential oils (ZCEO) and Z. officinale essential oils (ZOEO). The chemical constituent was analysed using GC/MS. Broth microdilution and spectrophotometry analysis were used to evaluate their antibacterial and QS inhibitor activities. The main constituent of ZOEO with percent composition above 6 % (α-curcumene, α-zingiberene, β-sesquiphellandrene, and β-bisabolene, α-citral, and α-farnesene) were exist in a very minimal percentage less than 0.7 % in Z. cassumunar. All major components of ZCEO with percentages higher than 5 % (terpinen-4-ol, sabinene, γ-terpinene) were present in low proportion (<1.18 %) in Z. officinale. ZCEO demonstrated moderate antibacterial activity against P. aeruginosa. The combination of ZCEO and tetracycline showed a synergistic effect (FICI of 0.5). ZCEO exhibited strong activity in inhibiting biofilm formation. ZCEO at MIC (62.5 μg/mL) was able to reduce pyoverdine, pyocyanin, and proteolytic activity. This is the first report on the activity of ZCEO in the inhibition of P. aeruginosa QS system and it may be used to control the pathogenicity of P. aeruginosa.  相似文献

从广西大瑶山产毛两面针中提取到了鹅掌楸碱(Ⅰ)、白屈菜红碱(Ⅱ)、氯化两面针碱(Ⅲ)三种生物碱,用薄层扫描法(TLCS)同时测定其含量,并与玉林、百色两面针中的同种生物碱进行对比。研究表明,毛两面针和两面针均含Ⅱ、Ⅲ,在毛两面针还能检测到Ⅰ的存在,其含量为0.00957%。  相似文献

甜菜树[Yunnanopilia longistaminea(W.Z.Li)C.Y.Wuet D.Z.Li]为山柚子科(Opiliaceae)甜菜树属(YunnanopiliaC.Y.Wu et D.Z.Li)植物,小乔木,主要分布于云南红河谷地区海拔1 000~1 400 m的河谷密林中,邻近的云南东南部和广西西南部也有分布[1].每年3-8月间当地民众主要采食其嫩茎叶,炒食、做汤或腌制都鲜甜爽口,一直是当地非常受欢迎的特色野菜,鲜菜市场价格远高于一般栽培蔬菜和野生蔬菜的价格,且供不应求,具有广阔的市场开发前景.本文对甜菜树可食部分嫩茎叶的水分、灰分、总酸、总糖、碳水化合物、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、Vc、氨基酸及矿物质含量进行了分析,为甜菜树的开发利用提供科学依据.  相似文献
