对鹅观草属、披碱草属、猬草属和仲彬草属23个物种和1份外类群共24份材料进行了细胞质基因组PCR-RFLP分析。3个叶绿体和3个线粒体通用引物扩增出的片段,用15种限制性内切酶对其进行酶切。在47种引物/酶组合中,获得329条DNA片段,其中304条具有多态性,占92.4%。结果表明鹅观草属、披碱草属、猬草属和仲彬草属材料存在属间和种间多态性,遗传相似系数较高。聚类分析显示仲彬草属单独聚为一类,鹅观草属R. grandisR. aristiglumisR. elytrigioidesR. alashanicaR. magnicaespes聚为一类,R. caucasicaR. ciliarisR. amurensisR. japonensis聚在一起,5个披碱草属材料、3个猬草属材料和1个鹅观草属物种R. kamoji聚为一类。这些结果与前人对其进行的RAPD和RAMP分析的结果基本一致。仲彬草属作为属分类等级处理是恰当的,对于鹅观草属、披碱草属和猬草属的系统地位和一些物种的分类处理,有待进一步研究。  相似文献

采用改良的Giemsa C带技术,分析了小麦族披碱草属、鹅观草属和猬草属模式种的染色体C带带型。Elymus sibiricus、Roegneria caucasica和Hysrix patula的染色体在Giemsa C带带型上存在明显的差异,显示了这3个属模式种的物种特异性。3个模式种的Giemsa C带核型表明,C带带纹主要分布在染色体的末端和着丝粒附近,而中间带相对较少。对E.sibiricus、R.caucasica和H.patula的St、H、Y染色体组C带带型与其它物种的St、H、Y染色体组C带带型的差异进行了讨论。  相似文献

利用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术对小麦族披碱草属、鹅观草属和猬草属3个属的模式种进行了基因组DNA多态性分析。42个引物产物的290条谱带中,257条(88.62%)表现出多态性,说明披碱草属、鹅观草属和猬草属3个属的模式种间具有丰富的遗传多样性。利用290个RAPD标记,计算材料间Nei氏遗传相似性系和遗传距离,在NTSYS程序中利用UPGMA进行聚类。结果表明,Elymus sibiricus种不同居群间的遗传差异较小,遗传距离在0.097-0.180之间。E.sibiricus,Roegneria caucasica和Hystrix patula的种间遗传差异明显,遗传距离在0.458-0.605之间。H.patula与E.sibiricus的亲缘关系较近。R.caucasica与E.sibiricus的亲缘关系较远。  相似文献

披碱草属Elymus L.是小麦族Triticeae Dumort.中最大的属,全世界共有150多个种,广泛分布于 温带地区。我国约有80余种(包括鹅观草属Roegneria C.Koch),是披碱草属的重要分布区和多样性分 化中心。由于披碱草属植物种类繁多、分布广泛、生境多样以及形态变异较为复杂,导致该属在分类上 存在许多问题。同时,由于地域的局限和地区间交流的缺乏,致使同一种披碱草属植物被不同的学者多 次发表及同物异名现象的出现。本文对E.antiquus和E.burchan-buddae这两个曾多次被订名的披碱草 属物种进行了分类订正。  相似文献

青海鹅观草属的叶片表皮微形态特征及其分类意义的探讨   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
通过青海鹅观草属叶片表皮的解剖观察,结合外部形态,表明了该属植物在小麦族中共族分属的合理性,同时对青海地区属下类群重新进行了确认,共划分2组16种,即拟技碱草组,包括6种;弯穗草组,包括10种.过去处理的种短柄鹅观草和多秆鹅观革分别作为短颖鹅观草和缘毛鹅观草的变种。此外,类群间的演化水平和属的地理起源也作了初步探讨。  相似文献

对鹅观草属、披碱草属、猬草属和仲彬草属4属23个物种进行了RAMP分析。结果表明属间变异极大,多态性极高。31个引物组合产生的286条DNA扩增片段均具有多态性。聚类分析显示鹅观草属、披碱草属、猬草属和仲彬草属物种各自聚为一类;Roegneria alashanica、R.elytrigioides和R.magnticaespes聚类在一起;猬草属的模式种Hystrix patula与披碱草属物种聚类在一起,而Hystrix duthiei和H.longearistata单独聚为一类;形态相似、染色体组相同、地理分布一致的物种聚类在一起。本研究结果基本上同形态学和细胞学研究结果相吻合,将鹅观草属、披碱草属和仲彬草属作为属分类等级处理比较恰当,而猬草属的系统地位有待进一步确认。RAMP标记可作为评价多年生小麦族物种遗传多样性和亲缘关系的一种分子标记技术。  相似文献

本文报道了水松的核型公式K(2n)=22=22m,为“1A”类型。染色体相对长度组成为2n=22=2L+4M_2+16M_1。8号染色体具长着丝点区域,这是核型的一个特征。与近缘的国产种柳杉和水杉相比较。三者由原始到进化的顺序可能为(柳杉、水松)、水杉,水松与柳杉最接近,水杉和水松较近缘。本文还计算了水松的染色体体积。  相似文献

报道了鹅观草属5个类群的核型,即长芒鹅观草,核型2n=4x=28=22m+6sm(2SAT);短颖鹅观草,核型2n=4x=28=20m(2SAT)+8sm(2SAT);短柄鹅观草,核型2n=4x=28=22m(2SAT)+6sm;纤毛鹅观草,核型2n=4x=28=20m+8sm(4SAT);毛盘鹅观草,核型2n=4x=28=18m+6sm(4SAT)+4st。同时,通过核型重要性状的递变分析,揭示了鹅观草属5个类群的相对进化程度以及宏观分类中4个组的系统发育关系,表明鹅观草属的半颖组在系统发育中可能既派生了颖体短小的小颖组,又派生了颖体长大的大颖组和长颖组。  相似文献

To assess the relationships among 26 species in Roegneria C. Koch, 34 random decamer primers were screened for RAPD fragments. 28 primers produced polymorphic RAPD products. Data from 16 primers were used for RAPD assay. By NTSYS-pc program, Jaccard' s genetic similarity coefficients were generated and dendrogram was constructed using UPGMA. It is concluded as follows: (1) Distinct genetic differences and extensive genetic diversity were present among the species. (2) There were some genetic differences between StY and StYH genomes, and StY and StYH had a certain degree of differentiations respectively which were related to geographic regions, the farther the geographic distribution between species, the less the similarity to each other. (3) When different accessions in a species, such as species with similar morphological characters, homologous genomes and similar geographic distribution, were clustered together respectively, it suggusted that they had closer relationships. (4) The awnless species R. alashanica Keng and R. magnicaespes (D. F. Cui) L. B. Cai, in Roegneria, were separated from the other species analysed in this study, indicating that these two species had intensive genetic differences from the others. (5) R. caucasica C. Koch, a species from Western Asia, was quite different from the other species contained StY genomes in Roegneria from Eastern Asia and Central Asia. (6) The results were in consistance with that of the analysis of morphology and chromosome pairing in the taxonomic treatments for R. ciliaris (Trin) Nevski and R. japonensis (Honda) Keng, R. tenuispica J. L. Yang et Y. H. Zhou and R. pendulina Nevski, and R. tsukushiensis (Honda) Ohwi and R. kamoji Ohwi. The present study discussed the usefulness of RAPD markers in the systematic study of Roegneria.  相似文献

用RAPD分子标记探讨鹅观草属的种间关系   总被引:17,自引:0,他引:17  
通过34个10碱基随机引物对鹅观草属(RoegneriaC.Koch)26个物种进行PCR扩增,28个引物能产生多态带。在NTSYS程序中,对16个引物扩增的186条扩增产物,计算Jaccard遗传相似系数,建立UPGMA聚类图。结果表明:(1)物种间遗传差异明显,具有丰富的遗传多样性;(2)StY和StYH基因组的物种存在着一定的遗传差异,并各有一定程度的分化,这种分化是与地理位置相联系的。相距越远,物种相似程度越低;(3)形态差异较小,基因组同源,地理分布一致的物种聚类在一起,表现出较密切的亲缘关系;(4)无芒类群的R.alashanicaKeng和R.magnicaespes(D.F.Cui)L.B.Cai与其余分析的24个Roegneria物种存在着极大的遗传差异;(5)分布于西亚的R.caucasicaC.Koch.与分布于东亚和中亚的物种存在着较大的RAPD变异,亲缘关系较远;(6)在对R.ciliaris(Trin)Nevski和R.japonensis(Honda)Keng、R.tenuispicaJ.L.YangetY.H.Zhou和R.pendulinaNevski、R.tsukushiensis(Honda)Ohwi和R.kamojiOhwi等的分类处理上,基本上与形态学和细胞学的研究结果一致。对RAPD标记在Roegneria系统分类研究中的应用进行了讨论。  相似文献

报道了4个种鹅观草属(Roegneria C. Koch)植物的核型,其核型公式如下:芒颖鹅观草(R. aristiglumis Keng et S. L. Chen), 2n=4x=28=22m+6sm(2SAT);短颖鹅观草(R. breviglumis Keng), 2n=4x=28=20m(2SAT)+8sm;红原鹅观草(R. hongyuanensis L. B. Cai), 2n=4x=28=22m+6sm(2SAT);山东鹅观草(R. shandongensis(B. Salomon)J. L. Yang, Y. H. 应用双向指示种分析法(TWINSPAN)和除趋势对应分析法(DCA)对山西五台山蓝花棘豆群落[Oxytropis coerulea (Pall.) DC.]进行了分类和排序.TWINSPAN分类结果将26个样方划分为8个群丛,即,蓝花棘豆 披针叶苔草 垂穗鹅观草群丛、蓝花棘豆 披针叶苔草群丛、蓝花棘豆 披针叶苔草 地榆群丛、蓝花棘豆群丛、蓝花棘豆 披针叶苔草 莓叶委陵菜群丛、蓝花棘豆 无芒雀麦群丛、蓝花棘豆 地榆群丛、蓝花棘豆 山蒿群丛,并分别对每个群丛生境进行了论述. DCA二维排序图较好地验证了TWINSPAN的分类结果,其纵、横坐标均反映了群丛所在环境的海拔等生态因子的梯度变化.种的DCA排序结果表明,群落中的建群种对海拔等生态因子有明显的指示作用,随海拔升高群落中的建群种由喜温耐旱植物演变为喜湿耐寒植物.  相似文献

本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法对鹅观草属6种2变种、披碱草属6种以及作为对照的冰草属5种植物的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶进行了比较研宄,并根据酶谱的相似性指标,用数量分类中常用的排列方法对所分析的植物进行了二维排序。实验结果表明,尽管鹅观草属与披碱草属表现出具有较冰草属更近的亲缘关系,但二者之间仍存在着明显的界限。因此,本文资料支持将该二属分别作为独立的属对待。本文还讨论了同工酶资料与上述三属植物属下组的划分以及将排序的方法应用于同工酶谱定量分析的分类学意义。  相似文献

In order to investigate morphological variations of Elymus sibiricus L., E. nutans Griseb., and E. burchan-buddae (Nevski) Tzvelev [=Roegneria nutans (Keng) Keng], and to explore their systematic relationships, six morphological characters were measured and compared between the Elymus species. Interspecific hybridizations between E. nutans and E. sibiricus, and E. burchan-buddae were carried out with the aid of embryo rescue. Chromosome pairing behaviour was also analysed at metaphase- I of meiosis in pollen mother cells of F1 hybrids. Morphologic characters, such as length of spikes and length of glumes varied considerably between different individuals of each species, whereas length and width of paleas were quite stable and different between species. The interspecific hybrids were completely sterile and their meioses were irregular. Meiotic configuration of E. nutans × E. burchan-buddae was 7.70I +13.40Ⅱ+0.06Ⅲ+0.08 IV, whereas that of E. sibircus×E. nutans was 11.98I+9.61Ⅱ+0.64Ⅲ+0.39Ⅳ+0.01V. It is concluded from the morphological and cytological study that (1) it is possible to identify the three Elymus species using the palea character, in addition to other traditionally applied characters; (2) Elymus nutans and E. burchan-buddae have a comparatively high genomie relationship, while E. nutans and E. sibircus have a relatively low genomic affinity to one another; and (3) a certain chromosome pairing regulator was presented in the hybrid between E. burchan-buddae andE. nutans.  相似文献

The volatile constituents of the essential oils of 23 taxa belonging to the Apioideae subfamily were studied in detail. The investigated taxa were Pimpinella serbica (Vis.) Bentham & Hooker, Libanotis montana Cr., Cnidium silaifolium (Jacq.) Simk. ssp. orientale (Boiss.) Tutin, Bupleurum praealtum L., B. sibthorpianum S. S. var. diversifolium (Roch.) Hay, Aegopodium podagraria L., Torilis anthriscus (L.) Gmel., Orlaya grandiflora (L.) Hoffm., Laserpitium siler L., Laser trilobum (L.) Brokh., Chaerophyllum aureum L., C. hirsutum L., C. temulum L., Pastinaca sativa L., P. hirsuta Pancic., Tordylium maximum L., Physospermum cornubiense (L.) DC., Peucedanum alsaticum L., P. oreoselinum (L.) Moench, P. cervaria (L.) Cuss., P. austriacum (Jacq.) Koch, P. longifolium W. et K., and P. officinale L. All of these species grow wild in the central part of the Balkan Peninsula. The essential oils were found to be complex mixtures of various compounds, more than 100 constituents being in each taxon, with contributions of main products never exceeding 25% of the total content. Sesquiterpene hydrocarbons were found to be the main group of constituents of all taxa, except for Peucedanum species, where monoterpene hydrocarbons were identified as the main components. The chemotaxonomic value of the essential-oil composition is discussed according to results of principal-component analysis (PCA). The essential-oil composition mainly reflects current taxonomic relationships between the investigated taxa.  相似文献

An account is given of the biology of Aphis tremulae L., confirming its heteroecy from Populus tremula L. to roots of Picea abies (L.) Karst. The viviparous morphs from both hosts are described. The identity of British aphids from spruce roots is discussed. Aphis tremulae is placed in the genus Pachypappa Koch, of which Astphum Koch becomes a subjective synonym. A key is given to the viviparous morphs of the known British genera of Pemphiginae.  相似文献

Colonies of Sclerotium rolfsii growing on solid medium showed a linear increase in radius simultaneously with exponential changes in colonial weight. The mathematical model developed by Koch (Koch, A.L. 1975. J. Gen. Microbiol. 89, 209216) to describe similar kinetics of mycelial growth was applied. Most of the parameters defined in the mentioned model were directly measured or calculated, except the values of K (maximum mycelium carrying capacity) and S (initial mycelial density) which were fitted to the experimental data of growth at 30°C and 23°C. The ratios K/S at 30°C and at 23°C were 18.8 and 1200 respectively, being consistent with two-dimensional growth. The model was predictive only during the exponential increase of the colony weight.  相似文献
