华南大戟科植物的增补

作者清理采自中国南部大戟科标本过程,发现一些需增补的分类群,现报道其中２个新种：分布于广东封开县的印禅铁苋菜Ａｃａｌｙｐｈａｗｕｉ和印禅三宝木Ｔｒｉｇｏｎｏｓｔｅｍｏｎｗｕｉ;２个新纪录种：分布于云南勐海县的短序白桐树Ｃｌａｏｘｙｌｏｎｓｕｂｓｅｓｓｉｌｉｆｌｏｒｕｍ和生长于海南南沙群岛的南沙大戟Ｅｕｐｈｏｒｂｉａｒｅｎｉｆｏｒｍｉｓ;１个近代生长于广东、贵州和四川的归化种－桃叶猩猩草Ｅｕｐｈｏｒｂｉａｈｅｔｅｒｏｐｈｙｌｌａ,而将依据四川渡口的标本命名的柳叶大戟Ｅ．ｅｐｉｌｉｂｉｉｆｏｌｉａ作为它的新异名．

继续报道了大戟科等10个分类单位:发表了防城巴豆(Crotonhanceivar.tsoiH.S.Kiu)和七星毛桐(Mallotusbarbatusvar.wuiH.S.Kiu)两个新变种;补充了合柱金莲木(Siniarhodoleuca)广东的标本;柳叶钝果寄生(Taxillusdelavayi)广西及贵州的标本;香港巴豆(Crotonhancei)的标本;小黄珠子草(Phyllanthuswilfordii)的标本;茎花守宫木(Sauropusbonii)为海南新记录;山麻杆(Alchorneadavidii)为广东新记录;分布于广东、广西、香港、云南的卵叶石岩枫(Mallotusrepandusvar.scabrifolius)的代表性标本;论述了毛果巴豆(CrotonlachnocarpusBenth.)为中国特有种。     

贵州盘星藻属的分类

鉴定了在１９８６年到１９９１年间采自贵州省各地３９个县市的１４６５号藻类标本,得到盘星藻属藻类５种８变种,其中包括１新变种;Ｐｅｄｉａｓｔｒｕｍ ｓｉｍｐｌｅｘｖａｒ．ｐｕａｄｒｉｌｏｂｕｓ Ｙ．Ｘ．Ｘｉｏｎｇ和１中国新记录变种：Ｐ．ｓｉｍｐｌｅｘ ｖａｒ．ｅｃｈｉｎｕｌａｔｕｍ Ｗｉｔｔｒ．。笔者在进行大量扫描电镜观察的基础上,参照Ｊ．Ｋｏｍａｒｅｋ（１９８３）的观点,对本属的部份种类进行了一些     

国产贝母属的新分类群(续)

新疆碱茅属的新分类群

发表了禾本科碱茅属的三个新种:多花碱茅Puccinellia florida D.F.Cui,sp.nov.,阿尔金山碱茅P.arjinshanensis D.F.Cui,sp.nov.,小药碱茅P.microanthera D.F.Cui,sp.nov.。     

青海黄芪属新分类群

青海黄芪属新分类群:贵南黄芪Astragalus guinanicus;都兰黄芪Astragalus clulanensis;白花松潘黄芪Astragalus polyclandous;大花多枝黄芪Astragalus polyclaclus;长苞东俄洛黄芪Astragalus tongolensis;少毛格尔木黄芪Astragalus goluensis;多毛多花黄芪Astragalus floridus;白花丛生黄芪Astragalus confertus。     

赖草属资料

禾本科赖草属二新种及一新变种,即芒颖赖草Leymus aristiglumus L.B.Cai,伊吾赖草Leymus yiwuensis L.B.Cai ex N.R.Cui和疏节赖草Leymus secalinus var.laxinodis L.B.Cai。     

新疆赖草属的新分类群

发表了禾本科赖草属的二个新种及一个新亚种:高株赖草Leymus altus D.F.Cui, sp.nov.,阿尔金山赖草L.arjinshanicus D.F.Cui, sp.nov.,大药窄颖赖草L.angustus subsp.macroantherus D.F.Cui, subsp.nov.。

大戟科植物学名订正

大戟科(Euphorbiaceae)是被子植物中的大科,是热带植物区系中的重要成分,还有橡胶[Hevea brasiliensis (Willd. ex A. Juss.) Muell. Arg.]、木薯(Manihot esculenta Crantz.)、油桐[Vernicia fordii (Hemsl.) Airy Shaw]等重要的粮食、经济植物和巴豆(Croton tiglium L.)、大戟(Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr.)、余甘子(Phyllanthus emblica L.)等常用药用植物,是一个具有重要经济价值的植物类群.     

广西大戟科一些属的分类简志

<正> 大戟科在广西植物区系中为大科之一,约50属,200种以上,广布区内各地,但热带性较强的种类主要见于桂东南经桂南至桂西北山区。近年来笔者在编写《广西植物志》第二卷工作中,按分工要求,对所承担的属的馆藏标本作了全面整理研究。现将研究结果报道,以资利用。本文共记载19属56种。     

Acetobacter oryzifermentans sp. nov., isolated from Korean traditional vinegar and reclassification of the type strains of Acetobacter pasteurianus subsp. ascendens (Henneberg 1898) and Acetobacter pasteurianus subsp. paradoxus (Frateur 1950) as Acetobacter ascendens sp. nov., comb. nov.

Twelve Acetobacter pasteurianus-related strains with publicly available genomes in GenBank shared high 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity (>99.59%), but average nucleotide identity (ANI) and in silico DNA-DNA hybridization (DDH) values and multilocus sequence- and genome-based relatedness analyses suggested that they were divided into four different phylogenetic lineages. Relatedness analyses based on multilocus sequences, 1,194 core genes and whole-cell MALDI-TOF profiles supported that strains LMG 1590^T and LMG 1591 (previously classified as the type strains of A. pasteurianus subsp. ascendens and paradoxus, respectively) and strain SLV-7^T do not belong to A. pasteurianus. Strain SLV-7^T, isolated from Korean traditional vinegar, shared low ANI (<91.0%) and in silico DDH (44.2%) values with all other Acetobacter type strains analyzed in this study, indicating that strain SLV-7^T represents a new Acetobacter species. The phenotypic and chemotaxonomic analyses confirmed these results and therefore a new species named Acetobacter oryzifermentans sp. nov. is proposed with SLV-7^T (= KACC 19301^T = JCM 31096^T) as the type strain. Strains LMG 1590^T and LMG 1591 shared high ANI (99.4%) and in silico DDH (96.0%) values between them, but shared low ANI (<92.3%) and in silico DDH (<49.0%) values with other type strains analyzed in this study, indicating that strains LMG 1590^T and LMG 1591 should be reclassified into a new single species that should be named Acetobacter ascendens sp. nov., comb. nov., with LMD 51.1^T (= LMG 1590^T = NCCB 51001^T) as its type strain.     

浙江及其邻近地区的紫堇属植物

浙江及其邻近地区有紫堇属(Corydalis Vent.)植物18种、5变种和1变型。本文各并了2变种,订正了1种的名称,发表2个新变种——全叶土元胡和浙江黄堇,并提升1个变种——无距小花黄堇。讨论了小花黄堇、全叶延胡索和台湾黄堇的某些问题。文中附名录和分布表及种子扫描电镜照片10张。     

中国木本植物新分类群

作者在编写《甘肃树木志》过程中发现了3个木本植物新变种, 即腺房黄毛杜鹃Rhododendron rufum Batal.var.glandulosum G.H.Wang, 毛梗小叶朴Celtis bungeana Bl.var.pubipedicella G.H.Wang, 毛苞乌柳Salix cheilophila schneid.var.villosa G.H.Wang.     

荩草属的新分类等级

中南半岛紫金牛科植物志预报

紫金牛科是一个典型的热带分布科,中南半岛种类非常丰富。Ｐｉｔａｒｄ（１９３０）在“Ｆｌｏｒｅ Ｇｅｎｅｒａｌｅ ｄｅ Ｌ＇Ｉｎｄｏｃｈｉｎｅ”中记录了６属１０９种。此后,对这一地区的种类无人作过全面深入的研究。最近作者在编研《柬埔寨、老挝和越南植物志》的过程中,对紫金牛科作了全面的修订,被确认的种类增加到７属１４２种,其中包括紫金牛属,酸藤子属和杜茎山属的３０个新种,１０个新变种,另外还有紫金牛属
