Equisetum is a genus of 15 extant species that are the sole surviving representatives of the class Sphenopsida. The generally accepted taxonomy of Equisetum recognizes two subgenera: Equisetum and Hippochaete. Two recent phylogenetical studies have independently questioned the monophyly of subgenus Equisetum. Here, I use original (atpB) and published (rbcL, trnL-trnF, rps4) sequence data to investigate the phylogeny of the genus. Analyses of atpB sequences give an unusual topology, with E. bogotense branching within Hippochaete. A Bayesian analysis based on all available sequences yields a tree with increased resolution, favoring the sister relationships of E. bogotense with subgenus Hippochaete.  相似文献

Forty-four taxa of three sections (Cinnamomeae (=Rosa) 26, Chinenses 8 and Gallicanae 10) and eight modern garden roses in the genus Rosa were surveyed for their floral anthocyanins. Eleven anthocyanins: 3-glucosides and 3,5-diglucosides of cyanidin (Cy), pelargonidin (Pg) and peonidin (Pn), 3-rutinosides and 3-rho-coumaroylglucoside-5-glucosides of Cy and Pn, and Cy 3-sophoroside, were isolated from flowers of these taxa and identified by chemical and spectroscopic techniques. Four anthocyanins: Cy 3-rutinoside, Pn 3-rutinoside, Pn 3-rho-coumaroylglucoside-5-glucoside and Cy 3-sophoroside were found for the first time in Rosa flowers.Investigated sections of wild roses showed characteristic distribution of anthocyanins. Cy 3,5-diglucoside was the dominant anthocyanin detected in all three sections, but accumulation of Pn 3,5-diglucoside distinguished sections Cinnamomeae from other sections, and the occurrence of Cy 3-glucoside separates section Chinenses from others.Cy 3-sophoroside was detected in large amount in some taxa of section Cinnamomeae: e.g., R. moyesii and its related cultivars, and R. rugosa cv. Salmon Pink. The acylated Cy glycoside was found in all sections and also in some modern garden roses, while the acylated Pn glycoside was detected in the section Cinnamomeae, but not in sections Chinenses and Gallicanae. According to anthocyanin distribution patterns, eight groups were classified chemotaxonomically in genus Rosa.  相似文献

作者通过对隶属于35个分类单位的近400号中国鸡皮衣属地衣标本的化学测定,在本文中报道了我国鸡皮衣属地衣中存在的23个化合物,首次报道鸡皮衣属地衣中存在的有分类意义的化学成分1种,即malonoprotocetraricacid。化学测定结果表明:至少在中国鸡皮衣属种中,4,5-二氯地衣酮(4,5-dichlorolichexanthone)可能局限于Pertusaria亚属;β-地衣酚类(β-orcinol)化合物是主导的髓层化学成分;β-地衣酚类缩酚酸(β-oreinoldepsides)和β-地衣酚类原岛衣酸型缩酚酸环醚(β-orcinolprotocetraricacid-typedepsidones)是Pionospora亚属的特征性化学成分,β-地衣酚类斑点酸型缩酚酸环醚(β-orcinolstictic acid-typedepsidones)是Pertusaria亚属的特征化学成分。形态和化学特征在鸡皮衣属内存在着平行的或独立的进化路线。  相似文献

采用硅胶、聚酰胺和Sephadex LH-20等色谱方法从维吾尔药刺山柑中分离得到11个化学成分,通过理化手段及波谱技术分别鉴定为正二十八烷(1)、β-胡萝卜苷(2)、正二十八烷醇(3)、正三十二烷酸(4)、正十六烷酸(5)、琥珀酸(6)、原儿茶酸(7)4、-羟基-5-甲基呋喃-3-羧酸(8)、山萘酚3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷(9)、芦丁(10)和水苏碱(11)。其中化合物13、和4为首次从该属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

Sesquiterpenoids are important characteristic compounds in Asteraceae plants. These compounds have been proposed to be potential chemotaxonomic markers, but this application has not been comprehensively investigated. In this paper, sesquiterpenoids from 149 species of the genus Senecio were investigated to assess their taxonomic utility. The presence and absence were encoded as binary taxonomic characteristics and subsequently utilised in a clustering analysis. The previously biosynthesis pathway of sesquiterpenoids was taken into account to explore the relationship among these species contained different sesquiterpenoid types. In addition, the DNA phylogeny was also considered to explore the distribution and evolution of sesquiterpenoids in genus Senecio further. As a result, seven chemical major sections within the Senecio were recognised based on the chemical character. Although with several exceptions, the biosynthesis pathway, molecular phylogeny and the geographical origin of these sesquiterpenoid were found to be related to the chemical sections, which largely confirmed the validity of our chemo-classification for genus Senecio. In conclusion, we suggest that the sesquiterpenoid character in Senecio has some value for the genus taxonomy but should be analysed carefully and critically.  相似文献

Ficus carica L. is one of the oldest trees belonging to the mulberry family. It has both nutritional and medicinal benefits, as it is a source of potential bioactive compounds. Fig leaves were collected at four maturation stages, to evaluate the variation in polyphenolic compounds, antioxidant activity, and different pigments level. Polyphenols were identified using HPLC–DAD. Different pigments level, total phenolic contents, and radical scavenging activity were quantified. The HPLC analysis revealed the presence of fourteen polyphenolic compounds in the fig leaves. Quercetin-3-glucoside, caftaric acid, quercetin-3, 7-diglucoside, and coumaroyl-hexose were the major phenolic compounds. Kaempferol-3-O-sophorotrioside, cichoric acid and sinapic acid glucoside were identified for the first time. Significant quantitative changes were observed during maturation, particularly in polyphenolic compounds. There were significant changes in pigments level, total phenolic contents, and radical scavenging activity. It was observed that fig leaves are a rich source of polyphenolic compounds during all stages of maturation.  相似文献

Buds of almost every species of popular excrete lipophilic “coating” which contains many flavonoid and related derivatives. The compounds found in this “bud coat” of eighty taxa of Populus have been examined and nearly 30 compounds have been identified and their distribution related to the taxonomy of the genus. In sections Aigeiros and Tacamahaca and hybrids of these, chrysin, galangin and pinocembrin form the major components which, in most cases, are accompanied by lesser amounts of tectochrysin, izalpinin, pinostrobin, galangin-3-methylether and pinobanksin-3-acetate. Variations are shown by presence of apigenin and its monomethyl ethers, kaempferol methyl ethers, rhamnetin, quercetin-3,7- and 3,3′-dimethylether, the unusual flavanone “P4” and two chalcones. Myricetin, genkwanin and kaempferol-7.4′-dimethylether are each found only in one species. In the sections Leuce and Leucoides, the major compounds are cinnamic acid derivatives. Flavonoid patterns, as analysed on polyamide TLC, allow species of the sections Aigeiros and Tacamahaca and some hybrids to be characterized, provided several individuals are examined, It is not possible by this method to differentiate clones within a species.  相似文献

The potential antitumor principles, maytansine and maytanprine were isolated from the overground parts of Gymnosporia diversifolia for the first time. The method of separation was modified by application of dry column chromatography, low pressure column chromatography and other separation techniques. Besides, six known compounds were also isolated and identificated as dulcitol, friedelin, β-amyrin, β-sitosterol, kaempferitrin and kaempferol-7-O-rhamnoside respectively. The latter two flavonoids were not reported in this genus before.  相似文献

The phytochemical investigations on the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida led to the isolation of 20 compounds, including seven triterpenoids (1-7), three hydroxycinnamic acids (8-10), three lignans (11-13) and seven flavonoids (14-20). All chemical structures were established on the basis of NMR (1H NMR, 13C NMR) spectroscopic data. Meanwhile, compounds 3-12 are reported for the first time from Crataegus genus. In addition, compounds 10-11 are isolated from the family Rosaceae for the first time. On the basis of chemical research, the chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds has been discussed.  相似文献

二色补血草﹝Limonium bicolor ( Bunge) Kuntze﹞为补血草属( Limonium Mill.)越年生草本植物,耐盐碱和抗逆性强,全草均可入药,具有补血止血、调经益气、抗菌消炎和温中健脾的作用[1],含有黄酮、多糖、挥发油和甾体等成分[2-7],其中,黄酮类成分具有较强的抗氧化能力,多糖对Hela细胞有明显抑制作用[8-11]。前人对二色补血草化学成分和药理活性已有一定研究,但对其地上部分的化学成分尚缺乏系统分析。为此,作者对二色补血草地上部分乙醇提取物进行了分离和鉴定,为该种的进一步开发利用和药理药效研究提供基础实验数据。  相似文献

Two new triglycosides, kaempferol-3-O-[(4-beta-D-apiofuranosyl)-alpha-L- rhamnopyranoside]-7-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside and kaempferol-3-O-[(4-beta-D-xylopyranosyl)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside]-7-O- alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside were isolated from the methanol extract of Chenopodium murale, together with a known diglycoside, kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside-7-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside. The characterization of the three compounds was achieved by various spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

综述了羊肚菌(MorchellaDill exPers)的种类、成份及在食品和医药方面的开发应用情况。现在对该属有两种分类方法,一种将其分为2 8个种,另一种分为3或4个种,并且在分子生物学和生化上应用一些方法证明了羊肚菌属内只含少数几个种。在成分方面主要研究的是羊肚菌的多糖、氨基酸和脂肪类化合物,另外关于酶、吡喃酮抗生素、无机元素及其他成分也有报道。羊肚菌的开发利用主要侧重在食用方面,尤其是在羊肚菌的液体培养上;药理学研究上证明羊肚菌具有多种活性,主要是增强免疫力。  相似文献

In the Betulaceae, buds of the genus Alnus, Betula (Betuleae) and Ostrya (Coryleae) excrete a lipophilic “coat” consisting of terpenoids and flavonoid aglycones. The variation of the substitution pattern of these latter compounds has been investigated in relation to taxonomy. Characteristic compounds which occur are the methyl ethers of 6-hydroxykaempferol, ermanin (kaempferol-3,4′-Me), acacetin and pectolinarigenin. Other methyl derivatives of kaempferol, quercetin, apigenin and naringenin also occur more or less frequently. Evidence is given for the species-specifity of the flavonoid pattern in many of these exudates.  相似文献

A survey of lead and flower anthocyanins in a representative sample (28 spp./10 genera) of the Commelinaceae has shown that the dominant anthocyanin is cyanidin 3,7,3′-triglucoside, acylated with caffeic acid. Acylation with other hydroxycinnamic acids also occurs. As a flower pigment, this anthocyanin is stabilized at the pH of the cell sap by the presence of the three acyl substituents attached through glucose. In Gibasis, the related delphinidin triglucoside is also present. By contrast, the genus Commelina is distinguished by uniformly containing p-coumaroyl-delphinidin 3,5-diglucoside, which is stabilized in flowers as a copigment complex with glycoflavone. There are thus two distinctive sources of blue flower colour in the family. Furthermore, the presence of these rare acylated glucosides clearly separates the Commelinaceae from all other monocotyledonous groups.  相似文献

从藏药翁布(Myricaria germanica)的60%丙酮提取物中分离得到了11个黄酮类化合物,利用光谱、波谱分析法鉴定其结构分别为:35,,4’-三羟基-73,’-二甲氧基黄酮(1),3,5,4’-三羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(2),3,5,3’,4’-四羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(3),35,7,-三羟基-4’-甲氧基黄酮(4),柽柳素(5),山柰酚(6),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)5,,7,4’-三羟基-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸(8),5,7,3’4,’-四羟基-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸(9),槲皮苷(10)和阿福豆苷(11)。上述化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物4、5、7~11为首次从水柏枝属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

A clear dichotomy exists in the genus Ruellia, separating the blue from the red flowered species. Flavonoids differ in a qualitative rather than a quantitative way. Apigenin 7-glucuronide and malvidin 3,5-diglucoside are common to all the blue flowered species, whereas chalcononaringenin 2'-glucoside (isosalipurposide) and pelargonidin 3,5-diglucoside are shared by the red flowered ones. The blue flowered species are linked with the red via apigenin 7-glucuronide and 3,5-diglucosylation of their respective anthocyanins. Both groups are involved in flavonoid race formation. All examined species (and some populations within species) differ in flavonoid content. The patterns of variability displayed provide a basis upon which an evolutionary scheme is constructed. Genetic drift is hypothesized as the effector of race formation in the blue flowered group.  相似文献

Ten compounds were isolated from Elsholtzia densa Benth. and their structures were identified by spectral and chemical methods as following: n-nonacosane (1), succinic acid (2), 5- ( 3 ”, 3 ”-dimethylallyl ) -8-methoxyfurocoumarin (3), 5- ( 3 ”-methylbutyl) -8- methoxyfurocoumarin (4), 5- (3”-hydroxy-3”-methylbutyl) -8-methoxyfurocoumarin (5), 3, 4-dihydroxycinnamic acid ( 6 ), 5-hydroxy-3’-methoxyflavanone-7-O-rutinoside ( 7 ), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside ( 8 ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside ( 9 ), 5-hydroxy-4’- methoxyflavone-7-O-rutinoside (10). Among them, compounds 4 and 5 are new naturally occurring furocoumarins.  相似文献
